This paper summarized the nursing management of severe eczema in a patient with fracture of the humeral shaft. Key issues of nursing included comprehensive assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, routine nursing, modified hydropathic compress. Integrative nursing interventions based on the syndrome differentiation are effective to relieve the pain and improve the comfort degree of patients with severe eczema. This paper summarized the management of clinical teaching for nursing students in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery under the COVID-19 epidemic. By revising a teaching plan for nursing students, new teaching methods such as Wechat platform-based lecture, questionnaire survey, online Conference by Tencent APP were adopted. Course lectures focused on the COVID-19 prevention, common diseases in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, common types of surgery and postoperative nursing. Multiple approaches were provided to improve the nursing students’ awareness on cardiothoracic diseases and key issues of postoperative nursing, and improve the quality of clinical teaching. In order to explore the extraction technology and antioxidant function analysis of polysaccharides from walnut peel, in this study, ethanol/K2HPO4 was used to extract polysaccharides from walnut peel. The extraction rate of polysaccharide was used as the index. On this basis, response surface Box-Behnken coupled genetic algorithm was used to optimize the two-water phase extraction process of walnut peel polysaccharide. The structure was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and its antioxidant activity was studied in vitro. The results showed that the optimal extraction process of polysaccharides from walnut peel by dual-phase technology was as follows: in the dual-phase system, the lower phase K2HPO4 was 16% mass fraction, the dual-phase extraction time was 34 min, and the dual-phase extraction temperature was 28 ℃, so the WPPs yield of 111 mg/g could be achieved. The polysaccharides from walnut peel had characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharide compounds. The polysaccharides of walnut peel prepared by aqueous two-phase method has significant scavenging effect on ABTS free radicals, the two-phase aqueous system can extract polysaccharides from walnut peel security, inexpensive and effectively, and retain the biological activity of polysaccharides from walnut peel. Folate is a collective term for tetrahydrofolate (THF) and its derivatives substituted with one carbon unit, playing a crucial role in plant growth and human health. The human body cannot synthesize folate itself, so it must be obtained from the diet. Improving folate content in plants through biofortification is an effective method to address the global folate deficiency problem. This review introduced the structure, functions, the biosynthesis pathways, and the extraction and detection methods of folate. 【Objective】 The present paper aimed to explore the physiological and biochemical response of Nymphaea minuta to low light environment, and to provide theoretical basis for seedling breeding and potted flower production management of micro-tropical water lily represented by N.minuta. 【Method】 A completely random experimental design was conducted. The shading treatments were set to 0(total illumination control, CK), 30% (light shading), 50% (medium shading), 70% (heavy shading) respectively by constructing shading nets with different layers. The number of leaves, leaf dry weight, leaf area and other growth indicators were measured by shading treatment for 120 days. The content and composition of photosynthetic pigments, soluble sugar, soluble protein and starch contents were measured by shading treatment for 30, 60, 90 and 120 days respectively. The effects of different shading conditions on leaf growth, photosynthetic pigment content and primary metabolites content of N.minuta were analyzed. 【Result】 During the shading period of 30-120 days, there were no significant differences between the average leaf area, photosynthetic pigment content, and soluble protein content of N.minuta treated with shading rate of 30%, 50% and CK (P＞0.05). After shading treatment for 120 days, the leaf number, average leaf dry weight, specific leaf weight, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and starch content of N.minuta decreased with increasing shading rate, while total chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll a/b content and carotenoid content all increased with increasing shading rate. Comparing with CK, the shading rate of 70% at 120 days treatments, the leaf number, average leaf dry weight and specific leaf weight of N.minuta were significantly decreased by 52.9%, 81.3% and 57.8%, respectively (P＜0.05, the same as below), total chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content and carotenoid content were significantly increased by 108.7%, 81.6%, 237.5% and 88.2% respectively, chlorophyll a/b content was significantly decreased by 39.1%, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and starch content were significantly decreased by 43.4%, 56.2% and 53.2% respectively. The results of correlation analysis showed that the leaf number and average leaf dry weight were extremely positively correlated with soluble protein content (P＜0.01, the same as below), and the average leaf dry weight was negatively correlated with total chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content and carotenoid content. 【Conclusion】 N.minuta grew well in light and medium shading environments with shading rates of 30% and 50%, showing good light adaptive response and regulation ability. Objective To explore the relevant risk factors for Refeeding Syndrome (RFS) in ICU patients with sepsis, and to establish a prediction model of RFS based on the selected risk factors. Methods The clinical data of sepsis patients admitted to the ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from November 2020 to January 2022 were studied retrospectively. Finally, 202 patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to the diagnosis criteria of ASPEN Consensus Recommendations (2020) for RFS, the patients were divided into two groups: RFS group (n = 141) and non-RFS group (n = 61) on the basis of whether occur of RFS. The differences of gender, body mass index ( BMI), nutrition risk screening, nutritional way, related critical score, intraabdominal pressure ( IAP), relevant laboratory tests, biochemical indexes and pharmacy were compared between the two groups. The independent risk factors of RFS in ICU patients with sepsis were screened by single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis, and a prediction model was established according to the results of the analysis. The predictive value of the prediction model for RFS in ICU patients with sepsis was evaluated by drawing the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) of the subjects. Results　After analyzing the relevant data of 202 sepsis patients, the results of monofactor logistic regression analysis showed: Body mass index (BMI), albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA), creatinine-height index (CHI), serum sodium (Na+), serum potassium (K+), serum magnesium (Mg2+), serum phosphorus (P- ), interleukin6 ( IL-6), fasting blood glucose ( FBG), vitamin B1 ( VitB1), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c), use of diuretics, use of insulin and other indicators were significantly different ( P < 0.05). And multivariate analysis showed that the use of diuretics, BMI, CHI, serum K+, FBG, and VitB1 were independent risk factors for RFS in ICU sepsis patients. Conclusions　Based on the independent risk factors in the multivariate screening, the prediction model expression is established as: L = 1.39×diuretics + 0.15×BMI - 0.14×CHI + 0.75×K+- 0.16×FBG+0.78×VitB1-2.94. The prediction model established by regression analysis has strong consistency, the joint prediction model has better predictive value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下低温等离子翼腭联合鼻丘割治治疗变应性鼻炎 (AR) 的临床疗效及影 响因素。方法 选取 2017 年 1 月至 2020 年 6 月西南医科大学附属中医医院确诊为 AR 且有手术适应证患者 78 例, 对患者术前及术后1年的症状进行评价, 并分析影响术后疗效的相关因素。结果 临床治疗总有效率为 91.0%(71/78)。治疗前后患者临床症状评分比较, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05)。78 例患者中, 1例患者术后 出现轻度干眼症状, 1 例患者术后出现流泪症状。单因素分析显示, 有无吸烟史、有无鼻息肉、是否随访为影响 术后疗效的因素。多因素 logistic 回归分析显示, 是否随访是影响术后疗效的主要危险因素。结论 采用鼻内 窥镜下低温等离子翼腭联合鼻丘割治方法治疗 AR 是可行的, 配合术后定期随访, 近期疗效值得肯定。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A case of young female patients with ovarian malignant Brenner tumor (MBT) was reported. The progress of diagnosis and treatment was summarized. This patient was accompanied by nontypical symptoms of persistent lumbar pain and palpitation. The diagnosis of MBT was confirmed by histopathology, and immunohistochemical markers including the positive GATA3 and CK7, with the tissue of abdominal biopsy. In this paper, the related literatures were also reviewed. The clinical manifestations and imaging manifestations of MBT are unspecific, so the diagnosis is mainly based on histopathological and immunohistochemical markers. The clinical manifestations of patients with advanced stage are diverse, and the functional state of whole body should be brought attention. [Objective] Liquid digestate concentrate from membrane bioreactor (MBR) coupled with RO membrane was used to formulate liq uid fertilizer and its fertilizer efficiency and safety on pakchoi ( Brassica chinensis L. ) was investigated. The result is expected to provide a new way for the treatment and resource utilization of liquid digestate. ( Method ) The concentrated liquid digestate from MBR + RO system was re-formulated to meet the standard of liquid fertilizer. The effects of liquid digestate concentrate based fertilizer on the yield and quality of pakchoi as well as soil safety were analyzed under the same amount of nitrogen application and using other types of fertilizers as controls. (Result] Under the same amount of nitrogen application, liquid digestate concentrate based fertilizer could significantly increase the yield, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and vitamin C content, and reduce the risk of nitrate and heavy metal accumulation in pakchoi. Conclusion] The liquid digestate concentrate based fertilizer had superior fertilizer efficiency and low risk for pakchoi.
