通过组织学观察,探讨野生黄鼬消化管的组织结构特点。将8只野生黄鼬经乙醚麻醉后处死,解剖取食管、胃、小肠、大肠,制作石蜡切片,观察其组织结构。结果显示野生黄鼬食管的黏膜为复层扁平上皮,食管腺发达,肌层以骨骼肌为主。胃贲门部有发达的皱襞和贲门腺;胃底腺有大量的主细胞和壁细胞;胃大弯部的腺体以壁细胞为主,仅有少量主细胞;胃幽门部有发达的幽门腺和大量壁细胞。十二指肠黏膜层有小肠腺,内有潘氏细胞存在,黏膜下层含有十二指肠腺;空肠可见孤立淋巴小结、弥散淋巴组织及集合淋巴小结。结肠无皱襞和肠绒毛,大肠腺排列紧密,其中杯状细胞特别多;直肠固有膜内有发达的大肠腺。所以野生黄鼬消化管的特点是胃各部胃腺发达,壁细胞特别多。

黄鼬（Mustela sibirica）为食肉目,鼬科,黄鼬属动物。其毛皮为制裘上等原料。近年来很多省开展了黄鼬的人工养殖。为了深入探讨其生殖生理,笔者观察了黄鼬雌性生殖器官的组织结构。 1 材料与方法健康野生母鼬三只,去皮体重分别为255克,

To investigate the perinatal features of fetal Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) complicated with Kasabach-Merritt syndrome (KMS), we reported an incidental ultrasound finding of a subcutaneous mass on the back of the foetus in a 36-year-old woman at 38 weeks of pregnancy, with no other abnormal prenatal findings. The dorsal mass was hypoechoic, approximately 6-7 cm in diameter, and Doppler showed a striated blood flow signal. Fetal growth measurements were consistent with gestational age, and the amniotic fluid volume was normal. A live-born boy was delivered by caesarean section. The neonate had a large subcutaneous haemangioma on the left dorsum with thrombocytopenia and coagulopathy. He was diagnosed with KMS and was treated with intravenous high dose pulse methylprednisolone, sirolimus, surgical resection and blood transfusion. The crosslinked polystyrene microspheres (PS) matrix was prepared by suspension polymerization, and chloroacetylated polystyrene microspheres (PS-Cl) were obtained by Friedel-Crafts reaction on the surface.The effects of solvent type, acylation reagent amount, catalyst amount, reaction time and solvent amount on PS-Cl load and chloroacetyl chloride coversion rate were investigated.The products were characterized by FTIR, SEM and PSD, and the thermal stability of the products was investigated. The results showed that the average particle size of polystyrene microspheres were 63.24 μm. The highest loading capacity of PS-Cl microspheres was 4.350 6 mmol/g and the conversion rate of chloroacetyl chloride was 57.13 % under the reaction conditions of PS, acylation reagent (Reg) and catalyst AlCl3 molar ratio of 1∶1.2∶1.2 (1.00 g of PS microspheres), reaction time of 4 h and solvent dichloromethane of 20 mL. Objective To explore the application value of real-time shear wave elastography (SWE) and ultrafast pulse wave velocity (ufPWV) in evaluating early atherosclerosis in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods A total of 135 patients with CKD diagnosed in Ningbo Second Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the case group, and 50 healthy people with normal renal function were selected as the control group.The case group and the control group were divided into three groups according to age (＜45 years old, 45-60 years old, ＞60 years old). The patients in the case group were divided into G1 stage group, G2 stage group, G3a stage group, and G3b stage group according to the glomerular filtration rate.The mean elastic Young′s modulus (a-MEmean) of the anterior wall and the mean elastic Young′s modulus (p-MEmean) of the posterior wall of the common carotid artery were measured by SWE technique.The pulse wave velocity (PWV-BS) at the beginning of the systolic period and the pulse wave velocity (PWV-ES) at the end of the systolic period of the common carotid artery were measured by ufPWV technique.Results The a-MEmean, p-MEmean, PWV-BS and PWV-ES of the common carotid artery wall in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The a-MEmean, p-MEmean, PWV-BS and PWV-ES of carotid artery wall in CKD were positively correlated with age (r=0.352,0.390,0.236,0.218,P＜0.05), and negatively correlated with glomerular filtration rate (r=-0.517,-0.585,-0.515,-0.430,P＜0.05). To investigate the applicability of the added-mass method and the fluid-structure interaction interface (FSI) method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of radial gates, firstly, by establishing a finite element model of radial gate, the reasonable value of fluid length in FSI method was studied by convergence analysis, ensuring the calculation accuracy of natural frequency of fluid-radial gate system. Secondly, the simulation results of the fluid -structure interaction effect of the radial gate using the added-mass method and FSI method are compared from the perspective of the head height and stiffness of the radial gate, and the applicability of the simplified added -mass method was discussed. Finally, the influence of fluid -structure interaction effect on the dynamic characteristics of radial gate was discussed based on the numerical results of finite element calculations. The results show as follows: 1) the unboundedness of the fluid can be simulated by the length of twice the water head in the FSI method; 2) In the case of lower water head and greater stiffness, using the added -mass method to simulate the fluid -structure interaction effect can improve calculation efficiency while ensuring calculation accuracy. As the water head increases, the accuracy decreases. At this point, the natural vibration frequency of the radial gate significantly decreases, and the main deformation is transferred from the support arm to the panel. Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of methyl ophiopogonanone A(MOA) on dry eye disease(DED) rats. Methods: Male BALB/c mice(7～8 weeks old, weight 18-22 g) were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=12): control group,DED group, DED+10MOA group, DED+20MOA group and DED+40MOA group. Except the mice in control group, mice in other groups were given benzalkonium chloride solution with a mass concentration of 0.2% in both eyes to induce DED model mice, once a day for 6 weeks. After modeling, mice in the control group and DED group were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 m L of 1% dimethyl sulfoxide solution, and mice in DED+10MOA group, DED+20MOA group and DED+40MOA group were intraperitoneally injected with0.5 m L 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg/d MOA, once a day for 28 days. After treatment, the tear secretion and corneal fluorescein sodium staining grade of mice in each group were detected, and corneal hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining, conjunctival periodic acid-Schiff(PAS)staining and corneal TUNEL staining were performed. The expression level of corneal K10 protein was detected by Western blot. The levels of corneal oxidative stress indicators malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected. The m RNA levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6), Bcl2-associated X(Bax) and B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in cornea were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: Compared with control group, the tear secretion in DED group decreased(P＜0.05), the grading of corneal fluorescein sodium staining increased(P＜0.05),corneal lesions appeared, the number of conjunctival goblet cells decreased(P＜0.05), corneal Bcl-2 m RNA relative expression level and SOD level decreased(P＜0.05), corneal TUNEL positive rate, Bax m RNA relative expression level, K10 protein relative expression level,MDA, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels increased(P＜0.05). Compared with DED group, the tear secretion in DED+10MOA group,DED+20MOA group and DED+40MOA group increased(P＜0.05), the grading of corneal fluorescein sodium staining decreased(P＜0.05), the corneal lesions were alleviated, the number of conjunctival goblet cells increased(P＜0.05). The positive rate of TUNEL, Bax m RNA, relative expression level of K10 protein, MDA, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels decreased(P＜0.05), while the relative expression level of Bcl-2 m RNA and SOD level increased(P＜0.05). Conclusions: Methylophiopogonanone A effectively alleviates the symptoms and ocular surface lesions in mice with dry eye disease, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of goblet cell apoptosis,oxidative stress, and inflammation. Objective Optimize the latex perfusion technique and apply it to the construction of a murine craniofacial venous vascular model. Methods A total of nine 8-week-old male C57BL/6 mice weighing (25.0±1.3) g were randomly divided into three groups: 60% latex physiological saline group, 60% latex heparin group, and 30% latex heparin group. After completion of the perfusion, the specimens were immersed in 4° C formalin fixative for 24 h, followed by dissection, observation, and measurement of the extracranial blood vessel diameters. Results After 200 µL latex perfusion solution was injected into the external jugular vein, the supraorbital vein, infraorbital vein, temporal vein, retrofacial vein, masseter vein and external jugular vein were perfused in each group. After comparing the perfusion degree of the distal branches of blood vessels, sublingual vein and tip venule, it was found that the 30% latex heparin group had the best perfusion effect, followed by the 60% latex heparin group, and the 60% latex saline group had the worst perfusion effect. Conclusion The optimized latex perfusion technique can effectively infuse the veins in the head and face of mice, and this technique can provide a good reference for the study of the direction and morphology of facial veins in mice. 利用湖州市中尺度自动站资料、风廓线资料以及NCEP再分析资料对2011年7月17日和2012年7月17 日湖州地区发生的2次特大暴雨过程的降水特征、环流形势、水汽条件和动力抬升机制进行了对比分析，发现2次“7. 17”特大暴雨的发生具有偶然性也有必然性.(1)副高位置偏高，其西南侧热带气旋活跃，提供强盛偏东气流，与槽前的西南气流汇合，在副高边缘形成有利于强降水发生的天气背景.(2)偏东气流的加强对于特大暴雨的触发有至关重要的作用，可以作为判断夏季特大暴雨爆发时段的一个关键信号.(3)三面环山的喇叭口地形导致气流强烈辐合，为暴雨的维持提供了强有力的抬升机制，地形增幅作用明显.(4)冷空气侵入到中层和完全控制整层可以分别作为判断强降水开始和趋于结束的标志.

Objective To investigate the clinical results of the blepharoplasty utilizing suturing the anterior tarsal plate aponeurosis with the upper and lower lip of the orbicularis oculi muscle and lower lip of the dermis. Methods From January 2022 to August 2022, a total of 96 patients with single eyelids underwent the method of blepharoplasty. The anterior tarsal plate aponeurosis was sutured and fixed to the orbicularis oculi muscle of the upper and lower lip and the dermal tissue of the lower lip at the incision, and the upper and lower lip skin was then intermittently sutured to the anterior tarsal plate aponeurosis to enhance fixation when the incision was closed. Results All 96 patients had primary wound healing after the operation, and the postoperative follow-up ranged from 3 to 16 months. Except for one patient with an unnatural blepharoplasty fold, the rest of the patients had a rapid recovery, inconspicuous scarring, and a smooth, natural blepharoplasty arc. No complications such as infection, hypertrophic scarring, or corneal damage were observed. Conclusion Blepharoplasty utilizing suturing the anterior tarsal plate aponeurosis with the upper and lower lip of the orbicularis oculi muscle and lower lip of the dermis effectively avoids the undesirable effect of shallowing or disappearing lids and results in a good postoperative blepharoplasty shape with natural aesthetics and stable results.
