脑机接口是一项新兴的技术，它可以处理分析采集到的运动想象脑电信号，从而实现对外部辅助设备的控制。针对目前运动想象脑电信号处理方法计算效率低、分类准确率不高等问题，提出了一种新的基于噪声辅助快速多维经验模式分解（NA-FMEMD）的运动想象脑电信号分类方法。该方法首先利用 NA-FMEMD 得到全部的多维本征模式函数和趋势项；接着，根据平均频率选取特定的信号层，构建出新的多维信号；然后，通过共空间模式提取出脑电信号的特征向量；最后，将特征向量输入支持向量机分类器中进行分类。分别采用仿真数据和BCI Competition IV数据进行测试，并与基于噪声辅助多维经验模式分解（NA-MEMD）的方法进行比较，验证了所提方法的有效性和优势。

为进一步拓展微波光子滤波器的FSR（自由谱范围）和提高滤波器的Q值,进行了IIR（无限冲激响应）滤波器分别与FIR（有限冲激响应）滤波器和IIR滤波器级联的研究。分析了两种级联结构的滤波特性并给出了相应的传输函数。IIR滤波器与FIR滤波器级联后的FSR与Q值是IIR滤波器的2n倍;IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器级联后的FSR是各个IIR滤波器的FSR的最小公倍数。用Matlab软件仿真验证了两种级联结构的频率响应特性,实验验证了IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器的级联特性。IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器的级联有望实现宽频率范围内的单通带滤波器。

Objective To analyze risk factors for occupational blood-borne exposures among healthcare workers, providing a basis for timely and targeted interventions to prevent occupational blood-borne exposure. Methods The study included 103 healthcare workers who reported occupational blood-borne exposures from January 2016 to June 2023 at a tertiary hospital in Hulunbuir as the exposure group and 625 healthcare workers from the same shifts who did not experience occupational exposures as the control group. Relevant information was collected for all subjects. Random Forest algorithms and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to construct predictive models for occupational blood-borne exposure among healthcare workers. Results Among the 103 blood-borne exposure cases, the main exposure site was the hand in 89 cases (86.41%); the main mode of exposure was sharp force injury in 83 cases (80.58%); and the predominant exposure source was hepatitis B virus (HBV) in 65 cases (63.11%). Sixty-five cases (63.11%) were reported immediately after exposure, while 24 cases (23.30%) were reported within 12 hours. Logistic regression analysis revealed that compared to healthcare workers aged 30 years or more, likelihood of occupational blood-borne exposure increased to 4.142 times for those under 30 years (P < 0.05) ; compared with 5 or more years, the likelihood of occupational blood-borne exposure increased to 1.696 times for healthcare workers with less than 5 years of service (P < 0.05) the likelihood of occupational blood-borne exposure increased to 5.989 times for junior-title healthcare workers compared to intermediate and higher- level titles (P < 0.05); healthcare workers who attended occupational protection training only once per year were up to 1.864 times more likely to have occupational blood-borne exposure compared to those who participated multiple times annually (P < 0.05); the likelihood of occupational blood-borne exposure increased to 2.205 times for healthcare workers in the departmental categories of emergency, critical care, and operating room compared to those in other departments (P < 0.05). The Random Forest algorithm identified the top 6 influential factors in order of importance as professional title, age, years of work experience, annual training frequency of occupational protection, occupation type, and education level. The Random Forest predictive model demonstrated higher accuracy, precision, recall, and FI score (the reconciled mean of precision and recall) compared to the logistic regression model. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) for the Random Forest model was 0.829 (P < 0.001) which was also higher than that of the logistic regression model of 0.818 (P < 0.001). Conclusions The Random Forest model showed superior predictive performance for occupational blood-borne exposures, while the logistic regression model provided more intuitive analytical results. The combined use of both models can further enhance prediction accuracy. Enhanced training should be provided for high-risk groups, including younger healthcare workers, those with less work experience, and those with lower professional titles. Background Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior has become a major public health concern and can have significant implications for the physical and mental health of adolescents. Peer victimization is a risk factor for adolesents to have NSSI behavior, so exploring the relationship and underlying mechanism between peer victimization and NSSI functions will provide a promising strategy for the prevention and intervention of NSSI behavior. Objective To investigate the relationship between peer victimization and NSSI functions in adolescents with unipolar and bipolar depression, so as to provide references for the intervention of NSSI behavior in adolescent patients with unipolar and bipolar depression. Methods Using multi-stage stratified sampling, 940 adolescents with unipolar and bipolar depression who met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5) criteria for bipolar depressive episodes or depressive disorders were selected from 14 psychiatric hospitals in China. All participations were assessed using Chinese version of the Functional Assessment of Self-Mutilation (C-FASM), Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale (MPVS), UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLA-LS) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 item (PHQ-9). Pearson correlation coefficient was to assess the correlation among above scales, and the model fit and path coefficients for mediation were analyzed with model 4 in Process 4. 0 for SPSS. Results A total of 698 (74. 26%) adolescents with unipolar and bipolar depression completed the questionnaire survey. NSSI behavior was detected in 374 patients (53. 58%). Among adolescents with unipolar and bipolar depression and NSSI behavior, MPVS total score was positively correlated with the scores of NSSI emotion regulation function, attention-seeking function and social avoidance function in C-FASM (r=0. 104, 0. 130, 0. 266, P<0. 05 or 0. 01), UCLA-LS score also yielded a positive correlation with the scores of NSSI emotion regulation function, attention-seeking function and social avoidance function in C-FASM (r=0. 321, 0. 112, 0. 246, P<0. 05 or 0. 01), and UCLA-LS score was positively correlated with MPVS total score (r=0. 241, P<0. 01). Loneliness demonstrated a complete mediating role in the relationship between peer victimization and emotion regulation function, with an indirect effect value of 0. 033 (95% CI: 0. 019~0. 050) and an effect size of 73. 33%. A partial mediating effect of loneliness was also observed for the relationship between peer victimization and social avoidance function, with an indirect effect value of 0. 016 (95% CI: 0. 007~0. 025) and an effect size of 17. 98%. Conclusion Loneliness may act as a mediator in the relationship between the peer victimization and the NISS emotion regulation and social avoidance functions in adolescents with unipolar and bipolar depression and NSSI behaviors.
