Objective: To analyze the correlation between CT bone imaging parameters and lateral meniscus injury and postoperative knee function in patients with Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 106 patients with Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture treated in Honghui Hospital Affiliated to Xi ’an Jiaotong University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects. According to whether there was lateral meniscus injury,they were divided into meniscus injury group and meniscus normal group. CT examination was performed on all patients to detect bone imaging parameters [collapse value of lateral tibial plateau (LPD),widening value of lateral tibial plateau (LPW) ], and LPD and LPW of injured and non-injured groups were compared. The efficacy of LPD and LPW in predicting lateral meniscus injury was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) . Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between LPD, LPW and postoperative knee HSS score. Results: LPD and LPW in the injured meniscus group were higher than those in the normal meniscus group (P＜0.05) . According to ROC curve analysis, the best truncation values of LPD and LPW for predicting lateral menisus injury in patients with Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture were 14.13 mm and 8.67 mm,respectively,and the AUC was 0.655 and 0.750, respectively, and the AUC predicted by the combination of LPD and LPW was 0.925.The excellent grade distribution of knee function evaluation in LPD＜14.13 mm group was better than that in LPD ≥14.13 mm group (P＜0.05) . LPW＜8.67 mm group was better than LPW≥8.67 mm group (P＜0.05) . According to Pearson correlation analysis, LPD, LPW and postoperative knee HSS scores in Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture were negatively correlated (P＜0.05) . Conclusion: In the CT bone imaging parameter detection of Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture patients, LPD combined with LPW has a good efficacy in predicting lateral meniscus injury, and both of them are closely related to postoperative knee function,worthy of further study and application. Objective: To explore the correlation between brain CT perfusion imaging features and cognitive function in patients with depression. Methods: 90 depression patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into an observation group. Additionally, 90 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. Collect brain CT perfusion imaging data from all subjects, analyze the characteristics of brain CT perfusion imaging in patients with depression, and establish a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of brain CT perfusion imaging in depression. Subsequently, cognitive function assessments were conducted on both the observation and control groups, including Connection detection (TMT), Visual Regeneration Test (VRT), Speech fluency test (VF), Digit span test (DST), and Digit Symbol (SDMT), And analyze the correlation between brain CT perfusion imaging and cognitive function in depression. Results: There was no significant difference in the CT values of rCBV, CBF, MTT, TIP, right occipital lobe, left occipital lobe, right temporal lobe, left temporal lobe, right parietal lobe, and left parietal lobe between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The CT values of the right frontal lobe and left frontal lobe between the observation group and the control group were significantly different, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); 90 patients with depression were evaluated by the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and their scores were all greater than 20 points, indicating the presence of depressive symptoms. There was no significant difference in the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value between brain CT perfusion imaging and HAMD score in diagnosing depression (P>0.05). The area under the curve of brain CT perfusion imaging was 83.89, the optimal diagnostic coloring limit was 82.53%, and the area under the curve of HAMD score was 84.26, The optimal diagnostic coloring threshold is 87.57%; There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the observation group and the control group in the number of pen connections, number of connection errors, and visual regeneration test results. However, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the observation group and the control group in connection, speech fluency, number breadth, and number symbol test results; The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that there was no significant correlation between the number of line connections, line errors, visual regeneration, and brain CT perfusion parameters (P>0.05). Line connections, speech fluency, number span, and number symbols were negatively correlated with rCBV, CBF, MTT, TIP, right occipital lobe, left occipital lobe, right temporal lobe, left temporal lobe, right parietal lobe, and left parietal lobe CT values (P>0.05), while line connections were negatively correlated with right frontal lobe and left frontal lobe CT values (P<0.05). There is a positive correlation between speech fluency, numerical breadth, and numerical symbols with CT values in the right and left frontal lobes (P<0.05). Conclusion: There are differences in brain CT perfusion imaging between patients with depression and the healthy population, with the most significant differences in the right and left frontal lobes. This suggests that there may be changes in brain frontal lobe function in patients with depression. At present, there are no universally accepted hepatoprotective drugs that are recommended for the conventional treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and the main prevention and treatment methods for NAFLD include diet control, exercise, and weight-loss surgery. Diet control is the most basic intervention method, and scientific and reasonable dietary guidance is of particular importance. This article briefly summarizes the influence of several kinds of oils commonly contained in diet on hepatic steatosis, inflammation, and oxidative stress of NAFLD, and it is pointed out that fish oil, olive oil, virgin coconut oil, and pine nut oil are beneficial to NAFLD, while excessive intake of lard and palm oil will aggravate NAFLD. In this paper,the global synchronization problem of general linear complex networks is analyzed by combining the event-triggered control strategy with the aperiodically intermittent pinning control scheme.By designing an event-triggered condition and the rules for selecting the controlled nodes,the pinning node set can be updated under certain conditions,which not only greatly improves the efficiency of networks synchronization,but also avoids the deficiencies caused by random selection of controlled node set in existing research.Furthermore,a simple Lyapunov function is constructed,and the stability theory and differential inequality are applied,some sufficient conditions for the asymptotically exponential synchronization of the networks are obtained through rigorous mathematical analysis.At the same time,the infinitely fast switching of the pinning node set is also avoided. Objective To observe the effect of cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on retina and choroidal thickness in fundus macular central fovea.Methods Sixty-two cataract patients(101 eyes) with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantationn in the Zhengzhou Municipal Second People′s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected.The retinal thickness of fundus macular central fovea and choroidal thickness under macular central fovea by the optical coherence tomography were recorded and compared among preoperative 1 d,postoperative 1 d,postoperative 1 week,postoperative 1,3,6 months.The correlation between the retinal thickness and choroidal thickness with the age and optical axial as well as the correlation between postoperative choroidal thickness change and related indexes were analyzed.Results The preoperative retinal thickness had no relationship with the age and optical axial length of the patients(r=0.061,0.046,P >0.05);the preoperative choroidal thickness under macular central fovea was negatively correlated with the age and the optical axial length of the patients(r=-0.821,-0.912,P<0.05);the retinal thickness of macular central fovea on postopera tive 1 d,1 week,1,3,6 months were(225.9±22.6),(226.6±21.9),(232.4±19.5),(227.0±19.4),(225.8±17.2)μm respectively,in which the retinal thickness at postoperative 1 month was significantly higher than that before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the choroidal thickness on postoperative 1 d,at postoperative 1 week,1,3,6 months were(263.8±52.1),(267.5±49.9),(270.4±51.7),(269.7±53.2),(260.5±47.8) μm respectively,in which the choroidal thickness at postoperative1 week,1,3 months were significantly higher than that before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The choroidal thickening change at postoperative 1,3 months had a negative correlation with the optical axial length(r=-0.812,-0.805,P<0.05) and a positive correlation with preoperational choroidal thickness(r=0.751,0.792,P<0.05),while had no correlation with the age,preoperative retinal thickness and retinal thickening change(P>0.05).Conclusion The choroidal thickness under macular central fovea has negative correlation with the age and optical axial length.After the cataract phacoemul-sification combined with intraocular lens implantation,the retinal thickness and the choroidal thickness in the macular central fovea are increased.The persistent period of choroidal thickness increase is longer and the increase is more significant.The change of choroid thickness is negatively correlated with the optical axial length and positively correlated with preoperative choroidal thickness. Objective: To explore the relationship between Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and microsomal triglyceride transfer protein(MTP). Methods: 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(group A), high fat group(group B), and MTP inhibitors group(group C). Group B and group C were given high fat feed. 8 weeks after successful establishment of the model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, the rats in group C was given high fat diet mixed with specificity of intestinal MTP inhibitor JTT-130, and the rats in high-fat group was fed high-fat feed all the time, while the rats of the control group was fed regular feed. After12 weeks, the levels of TG, TC, HDL-c in rat serum and TC, TG, phospholipid in the intestinal content were measured. And the activity and the m RNA expression of liver MTP was determined. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the levels of TG, TC, HDL-c in rat serum and TC, TG, phospholipid in the intestinal content in group B were higher than those in normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The activity and m RNA levels of MTP were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the high fat diet group(group B), the concentration of serum TC, TG, HDL-c and the TC, TG content in liver was decreased significantly in the rats of MTP inhibitor group(group C)(P<0.05), and no significant differences of MTP activity and m RNA expression(P>0.05). Conclusions: MTP expression is downregulated in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, while the specific intestinal MTP inhibitor JTT-130 can effectively inhibit the intestinal transport of TG, but not affect the hepatic TG secretion, and it can also decrease plasma TG and cholesterol levels and TG content in liver of high fat rats.
