We have been conducting research on the client–therapist relationship, which is considered an important healing factor in sandplay therapy, by examining brain activity interactions between the client（a healthy student）and the therapist in simulated sandplay sessions. NIRS has some advantages to MRI and EEG but also some disadvantages, including susceptibility, although small, to body movements and inability to completely remove the artifacts even with various methods. In previous NIRS studies, various measures to prevent body motion and to remove physical effects from post-measurement data have been attempted. Still, it seems difficult to completely remove the physical effects from the data after the measurement. In sandplay therapy, it is essential that both the brain and the body are involved, and we therefore cannot ignore the body. Thus, restricting bodily movements goes against the very nature of sandplay therapy, where“free and protected space”is essential. Furthermore, there is a view that body movements arising unconsciously are most important and that by excluding data parts where body movements have occurred, we may end up losing most of the meaningful material. The authors have been trying to find a compromise to this dilemma, searching for solutions in previous research on brain activity in psychotherapy. In the first place, however, unlike in verbal psychotherapy, the movements between the client and therapist in sandplay therapy are different, depending on their respective roles. This may lead to giving up measuring brain activity and only looking at peripheral physiological responses, but since the client is moving their hands, their heart rate and respiration will also be affected. At this point, it seems therefore difficult to make a strict distinction between brain activity and bodily factors, but it may be possible to carefully examine the data in conjunction with qualitative data, rather than excluding data from the areas where the body has reacted. In addition, paying attention to unconscious bodily reactions may be a possibility in the future. For example, the client and therapist both look at the miniatures or the sandbox. The gaze does not necessarily move in a conscious way. It has been known that joint attention is at the basis of mother-infant relationship. In the future, studying the gaze may add to our knowledge of unconscious interactions between the client and the therapist.

教育によって脳はどのような機序で生命科学的に変化するのだろうか。個体差を超えて生じる生体反応を理解することは教育実践や教育政策の立案においても必要であると考えられる。本総説においては，①幅広い分野の教育系研究者に有用であると考えられ②神経科学の基礎により多くの接点を持つエビデンスであることを基準として話題を選別し，脳が環境を知るメカニズム，大人と子どもの脳の違い，主体的な学びの重要性の根拠，現代の新しい技術によって脳が変化する可能性，などについて概説する。神経科学においては，「学習」は「環境からの外部刺激によって神経回路が構築される過程」，「教育」は「外部刺激を制御・補完する過程」として捉えられる。このことは，どのような脳を創出したいかを考えながら教育の起点である環境を構築していく必要があることを示している。

This study compares cognitive processing and cerebral activation during a cloze test to a multiple-choice reading test. Data were obtained through an innovative neuroimaging technique (near-infrared spectroscopy, NIRS) and stimulated recall interviews. Fifteen Japanese EFL (English as a foreign language) learners participated. Greater brain activation was observed in the cloze condition than in the multiple-choice condition. Individual variation in degree of cerebral activation was also found and further examined by referencing the stimulated recall interviews. Pedagogical and research implications are provided, especially emphasizing that practitioners and researchers should exercise caution and informed judgment when they use cloze tests.

私たちは、誰かが怒っている顔やヘビなどを見れば恐怖を感じる。これは経験によって学習した情動反応なのか、生得的にもっている脅威感知システムによるのだろうか。成人を対象とした実験で、ヘビやクモをすばやくみつけられることを実験的に示し、これらに対する敏感性を確認した。つづいて、3-5歳の子どもでも同じ結果が得られることを確認した。このことは経験の効果が弱いことを示している。さらに、ヘビを見たことのないサルでも同じ結果が得られることを示し、これらの対象に対する敏感さは進化的に培われた生得的なものであることを確認した。では、生まれる前からどのようにヘビを認識できることになっているのだろうか。これは脳の視床にある核が特定のパタンに反応することで恐怖センターである扁桃体を賦活させるためと考えられる。そのパタンとはヘビに特徴的なウロコであり、これが鍵となってヘビへのすばやい反応を喚起させていると考えられる。, Humans are afraid of specific stimuli, such as angry faces and snakes. It has been a long debate on whether such fear responses are acquired through learning or an innate one. A series of our studies demonstrated that a picture of snake among those of flowers was also quickly detected by human adults. We also found that even young children of three years old detected a picture of snake among flower pictures, which suggests that humans are innately sensitive to snakes. Further, we found that macaque monkeys reared in a laboratory with no experience with snakes also detected snake pictures quickly. These results strongly suggest that snakes and/or angry face are phylogenetic fear-relevant stimuli, and that the exaggerated sensitivity to snakes by humans and monkeys have evolutional routes. A hypothesis and our on-going studies suggest scale is the key to snake fear.

近年、癒しという言葉が世の中をにぎわしている。癒しグッズ、癒しの音楽、癒しの空間、癒しの旅、癒しの宿など数えきれない程、さまざまなところで癒しという言葉が使われている。そして多くの人びとがそれを求めてうごめいている。この癒しとは何なのか、これを感情との関係で考えてみたいと思ったのがこの論文である。癒しという言葉が、本格的に市場に現れてきたのは1990年代に入ってきてからである。おりしも日本では、経済的バブルがはじけ、長期の不景気に突入し、人びとの不安が高まってきた時期に相当する。将来への不安、リストラへの不安、就職できない不安とさまざまな不安が社会を取り巻いていった。そのような人びとの不安に便乗して、この癒しという言葉が人びとを引きつけ、それを追い求めるというブームが起ったと考えられる。それ以前では、ストレスに対してリラクゼーションという言葉が学問的にも商業的にも多く使われていた。また新精神世界というスピリチュアルな心の糧を求めるという若者の動きもあったが（2）、世代を超えた動きにはなっていなかった。そのような時代背景の中に、癒しという言葉が突然現れ、多くの人びとの心を捉えた。人びとはこの癒しという言葉の意味をどのように理解し使用しているかを考えたとき、そこに大きな曖昧さがあるように思える。この癒しという言葉が、近年、医療の中にも浸透し、心身医療や全人的医療、代替医療の中でよく使われるようになってきている。そもそも癒しという言葉の英語であるhealingは病気を治すという意味を含んでいるために、古代から医学の中で使われていた。しかしデカルトの心身二元論以来、身体の機械論的見方が医学の中を席巻し、今日の西洋医学といわれる巨大な自然科学的知識の空間が形成されている。その中でhealingは伝統医学の中に閉じ込められ、曖昧さを伴った科学的でない概念であると考えられてきた。しかし人間に対する近代科学の限界と危険性が指摘され、生態系の限界も見え隠れしてきている状況の中で、癒しとは何か、生理学的に、また心理学的に再考しようとしたのがこの論文である。

不登校児の背景の一部に，不定愁訴の発現とその原因となる不安・ストレス耐性の異常が存在することが知られている．今回，役割演技の不定愁訴に関連する前頭葉機能や自律神経機能に与える影響と，その不安・ストレス耐性を軽減する効果を検討した．初めに情動想起及び役割演技を健常成人19名に負荷したときの，前頭葉血流内酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度及び自律神経機能を測定したところ，役割演技負荷により，前頭葉脳血流の左側優位の増加と心拍の上昇と交感神経優位への自律神経変化が認められ，これは情動想起負荷時の結果と類似していた．このことから，役割演技が疑似情動想起刺激としての機能を有すると考え，次に小学4年生児童37名に対し学級活動内で継続的に役割演技の実践を行い，不定愁訴及び不安得点を測定した．その結果，1回目に比較して5回目での不定愁訴得点，不安得点共に有意に減少し，役割演技が不安・ストレス耐性の改善に役立つ可能性が示唆された．

哺乳動物の冬眠現象は,概年リズムの一つで,心拍数,呼吸数,そして体温などの劇的な低下で特徴づけられる.この様な変化は,脳の組織や細胞に少なからぬ影響をあたえる.その影響の一つに酸化的ストレスがあげられる. 一方,ミトコンドリア蛋白の SP-22は,チオレドキシン依存の過酸化物還元酵素ファミリーに属し,ミトコンドリア内の種々の酵素を酸化的ダメージから保護するはたらきをもち,酸化的ストレスで増加することが明らかになっている. SP-22の抗体を用いた免疫組織化学で,脳内の免疫陽性部位の局在と季節による変化を観察し,酸化ストレスと脳内の特定部位の関係について検討した.免疫陽性部位は脳内の多くの部位で観察され,多くの部位で酸化ストレスを受けていることが示唆された.また,免疫陽性部位の季節変化についても観察し,特に,リズム発振部位の可能性の高い部位と考えられている室傍核や青斑核などで,酸化ストレスを受ける冬眠期に強い陽性反応が観察された.これらの結果から,酸化ストレスを冬眠,覚醒とリズミカルに受けている領域によって概年リズムを発振している可能性が示唆された.Mammalian hibernation is characterizedby drastic decrease in vital signs such as heart rate, respiration rate and body temperature. These changes cause considerable oxidative stress to the hibernator's brain. The mitochondrial protein SP-22 is involved in mitochondrial antioxidant mechanical mechanisms. The distribution and seasonal changes of SP-22 were examinedby the PAP method in the brain of horseshoe bats and chipmunks during circannual rhythm. In some brain regions especially in Paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (PaV), red nucleus (R), and Locus coeruleus (LC), SP-22 differences in immunoreactivities were observed in euthermic state and hibernating state. These findings suggest that SP-22 could play a protective role as an antioxidant or may regulate various intracellular molecules via redox controlin PaV, R, and LC during hibernation.

This most probably results from influences produced by a large variety of factors, some of which correlate closely to brain functions. Those factors are described in relation to taste and flavor of the foods in addition to information obtained before and even after the meals.

Twin block appliance(TBA)によって下顎を前進させた時のClass II diV.1不正咬合者における一次運動野に与える影響を検討した。男子学生20例を対象とし、顔貌診査によって下顎後退のみられたClass II diV.1を呈するClass II群10例、および鼻呼吸で個性正常咬合を示し顔貌が整っているClass I群10例であった。Class I群においてTBA装着は、未装着と比較して、一次運動野の口腔機能領域の左半球のCh8および右半球のCh19において有意に上昇した。Class II群TBA未装着は、Class I群未装着と比較して、口腔機能の運動領域である左半球のCh8および右半球Ch19で有意に大きかった。Class II群でTBA未装着を対照にTBA装着前進0-6mmまでの5条件で多重比較した。一次運動野の口腔機能の運動領域を示すチャンネル6では、4mmと6mmで有意に小さく脳血流量が減少した。

Nerve growth factor-induced geneB-β(NGFIB-19)は核内受容体スーパーファミリーの一員で,主に中枢神経系に発現する.本研究では新たに作製された抗ヒトNGFIB-β抗体を用いて免疫組織化学染色(以下[免疫染色])を行い,ヒトおよびラットの副腎皮質,網膜細胞,中枢神経系の神経細胞における発現を観察した.さらに神経細胞分化におけるNGFIB-βの意義を明らかにするため,ラット発生過程の中枢神経系におけるNGFIB-β蛋白の発現の状況を検討した.NGFIB-βはまず胎生早期のラット中脳の神経細胞に発現し,胎生日数の経過につれてさらに大脳皮質,前障,視床,視床下部の神経細胞へと発現が拡大した.NGFIB-β陽性細胞は網膜では胎生18日に発現し,生後0.5日では内穎粒層と神経節細胞層に発現していた.Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)免疫染色を行った結果,NGFIB-β陽性細胞は増殖細胞ではないことが示された.この成績から,NGFIB-βは脳や網膜の神経細胞の分裂後の最終分化に重要な因子であることが示唆された.

P(論文), 脳科学の発展に伴い、多くの研究者は人間の精神活動を脳の神経細胞 (neuron) あるいはその集合体 (cell assembly) や神経回路網 (neural net) の活動という微視的な観点から説明しようと試みてきた。他方で、非侵襲的なニューロイメジングの技術開発により生きた脳の活動(血流量や代謝量の変化)を巨視的に観察し、それぞれの精神活動(認知過程)に対応する脳領域を特定することが可能となり、新たなモデルの展開に拍車をかけた。しかし、人間の精神現状(意識)がすなわちニューロン群の活動であるといった一元論的な見方をしない限り、内的な意識現象そのものを客観的に説明することは不可能と思われる。そこで、内的意識過程を表現可能にし、したがって外部から客観的に観察しうる言語を研究対象とし、その言語活動の分析に位相数学を応用することで人間の高次精神活動を科学的に研究できるのではないかと考え、それを一つの試論として提示した。

In rodents, the immediate-early genes serve as useful neurobiological tools for mapping brain activity induced by gravity changes. In this study, we have examined brain activity related to gravity perception of medaka (Oryzias latipes) by use of c-fos expression. Fish were continuously exposed to 3 G hypergravity by centrifugation. The distribution of its transcripts within brains was analyzed by an in situ hybridization method. The 3 G-treated medakas displayed c-fos mRNA positive cells in their brain regions, which are related to vestibular function. Using the immunohistochemistry technique, the distribution and number of cells positive for c-Fos proteins were studied. It has been along time since something unusual happened to children; bully, suicide, making of vicious crime in low age, etc. In those days, various stimuli from outside swallow children directly kike a tsunami. Recently, various attempts of clarifying the children's irrational behaviors have been made from the standpoint of the cranial nerve physiology. Some studies show that mental stresses give definite damages to the development of cranial nerve system. Mental stress causality is strongly related to family relationship in early childhood when cranial nerves grow up rapidly. Specially, the relation between mother and children leads to much. However, an unstable relation between mother and child can not be due to just the responsibility of mother. The pathological problems of the dysfunction family lie in the basis.

中枢神経系における最も主要な神経栄養因子である脳由来神経栄養因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor ; BDNF)を,部位,細胞種,時期特異的に過剰発現させる目的でlox P-BDNFトランスジェニックマウスを作成した.BDNFが前脳特異的に生後より発現するように,αカルシウム/カルモデュリン依存性プロテインキナーゼIIプロモーター制御下でCre-recom-binaseを発現するマウスと交配したところ,大脳皮質などで強いBDNFの発現が観察された.ここで樹立したlox P-BDNFトランスジェニックマウスは神経細胞死やシナプス可塑性などを個体レベルで研究する優れたツールとなりうる.

絵画療法は、手、指、脳の働きを適度に緊張・緩和させるので、血液循環が良くなり、特に脳の前頭葉の部分を刺激し、神経伝達物質(ドーパミン)が放出され、浄化作用(カタルシス)を促す。適度な集中をくり返すことは、身体や脳の機能回復にも役立つ。どんな作品にしようかと図案構成をすることが、脳の思考回路を活発にする。絵画制作を通して自己表現をし、充実感、達成感を味わうことで情緒の安定を図ることが出来る。また、お互いの作品を認め合うことで、コミュニケーションが深まり、信頼関係が生まれる。そこには、言語としてのコミュニケーションだけではなく、非言語コミュニケーションも含まれる。この様な個別支援は生きがい支援となり、生活の質(QOL=Quality of Life)の向上を促す。絵画療法が、具体的な身体的な変化を生み出していることを、唾液中のコルチゾールを測定することで、確認することが出来た。

脳はガングリオシド含有量が特異的に高い臓器であることに注目し,硬骨魚類アジ科マアジの全脳からSvennerholm法により糖脂質を抽出し,動物種間の差異を比較検討した。マアジ脳の酸性スフィンゴ糖脂質を定量したところ,ガングリオシドは265μg NeuAc/g wet tissue,スルファチドは1087μg CSE/g wet tissueで,哺乳類や鳥類より低いレベルであった。さらにガングリオシドの分布パターンを2D-TLCで検討し,GT1やGQ1などポリシアロガングリオシドが主要ガングリオシドであることを確認した。ポリシアロガングリオシドが高濃度で存在している結果は,同じ魚類のマイワシ脳では特に顕著に認められた。哺乳類ラット脳ではGD1a, GT1b, GD1b, GM1の含有量が高いなど,動物種による差異が確認された。加えて,いずれの動物種においても脳ではポリシアロガングリオシドの含有量が高い傾向を示す臓器特異性が認められた。, The brain is a tissue being rich in glycosphingolipids, in particular, gangliosides regardless of animal species. The distribution and composition of acidic glycosphingolipids in the brain of Yellowfin Horse Mackerel were studied. After the brain was removed from ten Yellowfin Horse Mackerel, the total acidic glycosphingolipids was extracted with the procedure of the Svennerholm method. The content of ganglioside and sulfatide (CSE) in the brain were 265μg NeuAc/g wet tissue and 1087μg CSE/g wet tissue respectively. These levels were lower than those of mammals. Different from the brain gangliosides of mammals and avian species containing GD1a, GD1b, GT1b, and GM1 as the main components, the Yellowfin Horse Mackerel brain gangliosides seems to contain the polysialoganglioside as the major component.

The results of the fMRI analyses suggest that neural resources responsible for the speakers' mind reading are distributed over the superior temporal sulci (STS), inferior frontal regions, medial frontal regions and posterior cerebellum. When compared to the female subjects, the male subjects showed significantly stronger activation only in the right frontomedian cortex, which can be hypothesized to infer the speaker's hidden but true intentions from the speaking acts. The correct judgment of the speaker's intentions significantly increased with age for the phrases with inconsistent linguistic and emotional valences. Female children showed faster development than male children. These results suggest that neural processes for language and emotional prosody significantly interact to mentalize verbal acts, and sex differences exist in this mind reading system話し言葉の言語的意味と感情的態度を判断する課題に対して24名から観測された機能的MRIによる脳機能画像と339名の課題成績を分析して,音声コミュニケーションにおいて話者の心を理解する脳機能を検討した。言語的意味が正負で対立するフレーズ(好きvs.嫌い)を,感情的態度が対立するモード(「愛情」vs.「憎しみ」)で女性話者1名が発話した音声を使用した。脳機能画像解析の結果,話者の心の理解には,左右上側頭溝,左右前頭葉下部,右前頭葉内側部,左右小脳後部などが関与することが示唆された。女性被験者に対して男性で有意に賦活レベルの高かった右前頭葉内側部は,話者の真意を推測する機能に関与すると考えられた。課題成績は,刺激の感情属性と言語属性が一致しないフレーズに対して小学生から中学生に渡って加齢とともに有意に上昇した。女児のほうが男児より発達が早いことも示された。これらの結果は,話者の心を理解する脳機能において,従来独立と仮定されてきた言語的情報処理と感情的情報処理とが相互に干渉し合うこと,この脳機能には性差があることを示唆する。, 原著Original Article国立情報学研究所で電子化

複合脂質の一種である糖脂質は生体の細胞膜に局在し,細胞間認識,細胞増殖や分化,あるいは細胞接着分子などの機能が報告され,分子生物学的見地から研究が期待される。糖脂質の分離精製法として,最近幅広く利用されているHPLCの導入を試み,その分析方法の検討を行うことにした。その第一ステップとして哺乳類ラット由来のCMHと魚類マアジ由来のCMHを分離精製し,その構成成分の比較検討を行った。ラットもマアジもCMHはTLC上では2つのバンドから構成されていたが,その割合は異なり,ラットは上部が16%,下部が84%であるのに対して,マアジは上部が78%,下部が22%であり対照的な結果となった。構成糖はガラクトースであり,ラットが約95%,マアジは100%ガラクトースから構成されていた。ラットはわずかであるがグルコースが混在していたが,動物種による脳の構成糖の差異はほとんど認められず,主要構成糖はガラクトースであった。主要な構成脂肪酸は,ラットの場合C24:0のハイドロキシ脂肪酸が46.1%を占め,マアジに比べて16や18の炭素数の少ない脂肪酸の割合が高かった。マアジの主要脂肪酸はC24:1が48.7%を占め,不飽和脂肪酸の割合が高く,ラットと明確に異なる結果が得られた。, Glycolipids closely mediate many biomembrane functions such as cell recognition, multiplication, differentiation, intercellular adhesiveness, etc. so as to closely relate to the metabolism. Therefore, studies on glycolipids have been vigorously pursued in recent years from the molecular physiological viewpoint. Since high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been a very useful method to separate and purify lipids, we attempted to apply HPLC to purify glycolipids which shows the hydrophilicity and the hydrophobicity. For the first step, some glycolipids were extracted from the brain of rat and yellowfin horse mackerel to clarify their constituent elements. CMH exists in high concentrations in the brain as the principal component of neutral glycosphingolipids. The analysis revealed that CMH isolated from rats and yellowfin horse mackerels consisted of the same two components. We named the isolated component of the higher Rf value on TLC as CMH-1, and the lower Rf value as CMH-2. CMH in the brain of rat consisted of 16% of CMH-1 and 84% of CMH-2, but in yellowfin horse mackerel, CMH-1 had a high level (78%). CMH in the rat brain consisted of nearly 95% of galactose, and the yellowfin horse mackerel brain consisted of 100% galactose. The sugar composition of CMH in the brain is predominantly galactose over glucose in the cerebral functionality irrespective of animal species. The principal fatty acids of CMH of rat have carbon chains of h24:0 (46.1%), and the ratio of hydroxyl fatty acids is higher (72.6%). In comparison with these values, the principal fatty acids of yellowfin horse mackerel have carbon chain of 24:1 (48.7%), and the ratio of unsaturated fatty acids was higher than those of rat. The composition of fatty acid of CMH in the brain of yellowfin horse mackerel was clearly different from CMH of rat.

描画によって、脳のボディ・イメージの測定を試みた。Gorman(1969),および山下・内海(2001)が自由描画を用いたのに対して、今回の研究では特に、実際の脳よりも大きな用紙を与え、(1)左側面から見た脳を描く、(2)自分が想像する実物大で描く、という2つの制約を課した。障害児教育に従事する現職教員50名(平均年齢41.6±7.5歳)、および大学生104名(平均年齢19.9歳±1.0歳)を研究の対象とした。その結果、描画の中で解剖学的に正しいと評価できるものは1例も認められず、その点に関しては、脳のイメージの曖昧さを指摘した従来の研究を支持するものであった。描かれた脳の形態はきわめて多様であり、Gorman(1969)が指摘したような少数の典型に分類することは困難であった。, We attempted to survey the body image of human brain using drawing technique. Fifty teachers of the schools for the special needs education and 104 university students were asked to draw a full size figure of the human brain, looking from the left side. There was no participants who drew a reasonable resemble to the gross anatomical features of the brain. As previous studies (Gorman, 1969 : Yamashita & Uchiumi, 2001) demonstrated,shapes of the brain drawing varied. It was difficult to divide into small types.

大学生を対象として, SD法を用いた脳のボディ・イメージの測定を試みた。大学生139名に, 20の形容詞対(7段階スケール)を与え, 脳と心臓のボディ・イメージを評定することを求めた。その結果, 大学生は脳は心臓よりも大きく, またよく意識されているが, 弱く不安定で, 静かで, 止まっている, 冷たいものといったイメージを持っていることが分かった。, The purpose of the present study was to investigate the body image of the brain using semantic differential (SD) method. 139 university students judged the body image of the brain and the heat on 20 7-points scales. The results revealed that the body image of the brain was bigger, more consciousness, weaker, more unstable, more silent, more static, and so on, than that of the heart.

ボディ・イメージとは、知覚的プールと経験的プールから形成される自分自身の身体についての概念である。知覚的プールは、われわれの現在および過去のすべての感覚的体験から構成され、経験的プールはわれわれのすべての経験や情動および記憶から構成される(Gorman,1969)。 脳のボディ・イメージは、脳がまさにイメージを形成する器官である点と、脳は直接知覚できないという点で、特にユニークな性質を持っている。 われわれは、脳の自由描画と、重量推定という2つの課題によって、大学生の脳のボディ・イメージの測定を試みた。大学新入生78名の脳の描画と重量に関する回答を分析したしたところ、描画に関しては解剖学的に正しいと評価できるものは1例もなく、際だった多様性が認められた。脳の重量の推定でも、極端に軽いか、重いという判断をした者が全体の1, 3以上もいるなど、大学新入生の脳のボディ・イメージはかなり曖昧なものであることがわかった。, The body image is the concept of one's body, which has been formed by the interaction of the perceptual pool with the experiential pool. The perceptual pool consistes of all our present and past sensory experiences, and the experiential pool consists of all our experiences, affects and memories (Goman,1969). The body image of human brain is different from the others in that brain is imperceptive of itself. In this preliminary study, we attempted to survey the body image of human brain of the college students,using free drawing technique and a question. `What is the weight of hte human brain? The subject were all new studens of our department in the 1999 and 2000. Seventy-eight brain drawing were analyzed. Among the different results, variations in the shape of the brain drawing were the most remarkable feature. There was no student, who drew a reasonable resemble to the gross anatomical feautures of the brain. In the question about the weight of the brain, about two-thirds of students estimated it too light, or too heavy.

金沢大学医系研究がん医科, フェンタニルの脳移行に及ぼすプロポフォールの影響について検討した.実験はラットを用い,フェンタニル単独またはプロポフォールと併用で単回静注した場合と,単独または併用で60分間持続静注した場合の血中濃度と脳内濃度を測定した.単回静注では,プロポフォール併用によってフェンタニルの血中濃度は変化しなかったが,脳内濃度は約2/3に低下した.脳血流量は単独と併用間に有意差はなかった.持続静注では,プロポフォールないし脂肪乳剤の併用で,血中濃度が単独投与の場合の約1.5倍に上昇したが,脳内濃度はプロポフォール併用で約1/2に低下した.脂肪乳剤のみの併用では,血中濃度は上昇したが脳内濃度は減少傾向を示す程度であった.以上より,プロポフォール併用でフェンタニルの脳移行が抑制され,脳血流量変化および脂肪乳剤の関与は否定的で,プロポフォール自体がBBBの能動輸送低下に関与していると考えられた.また,両剤の併用麻酔法では,血中と脳内濃度に乖離があり,投与量・投与速度には細心の注意が必要と思われた, 原著論文
