Objective To explore the efficacy of large cap-shaped graft for nasal tip shaping in rhinoplasty. Methods During the operation, the inferior cartilage scaffold was initially constructed. A large hemispherical cap-shaped graft was fixed to the appropriate position of nasal tip and sutured to bilateral alar cartilage. A nasal dorsum graft and a shield graft were implanted to build a stable nasal framework. Results A total of 134 patients underwent rhinoplasty. The nasal morphology was improved in different degrees after operation. The efficacy of elevation and prolongation of nasal dorsum was satisfactory. The morphology of nasal tip was good. The incidence rate of complications such as pleural rupture and scar hyperplasia of donor site was 7.5%. The incidence rate of complications of recipient site was 13.4%. Obvious deformation of grafts occurred in 7 patients, exposure of cartilage occurred in 4 patients, obvious displacement of grafts occurred in 3 patients and infections occurred in 4 patients. No functional complications were observed. Conclusion The application of large cap-shaped graft for nasal tip shaping in rhinoplasty can make nasal tip carving relatively simple. The morphology of nasal tip was natural, the cartilage was invisible and retains certain mobility. This technique can be applied in both primary and repaired rhinoplasty. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of upper arm tube flap in the repair of whole nose and lower eyelid defect. Methods Twelve patients with nose and bilateral lower eyelid defect were repaired by upper arm flap with pedicle transfer. The upper arm tube flap was formed in the first stage, skin tube pedicle was transferred to the nose in the second stage, skin tube pedicle was broken and bilateral lower eyelid and nose defect was repaired in the third stage. Results All nose and bilateral lower eyelid defects in 12 patients were repaired satisfactorily. The lower eyelid ectropion was corrected. The appearance of nose was good after thinning of flap in the later stage. Conclusion Under the premise of extensive facial skin damage, the upper arm tube flap could be used as effective origin of flap and donor area in the repair of nose, lower eyelid and other important organs defects. The Xinliaodong copper-polymetallic deposit of Eastern Guangdong Province is one of newly discovered deposits. The ore district belongs to tin, tungsten, and copper ore cluster in the southeast coast, which have a very good ore-forming geological conditions. Chalcopyrite has δ65Cu value ranging from-0.34‰ to +1.37‰, which is consistent with δ65Cu value of porphyry deposits, indicating that ore-forming material Cu was derived from deep magma and ore-forming fluids were medium-high-temperature (250-420℃) magmatic-hydrothermal fluids. There is a close relationship between the fractionation of Cu isotope and magmatic hydrothermal activity. The formation of ore body is related to the dissolution of ore-forming fluids. With the increase of depth, there is atrend of increasing δ65Cu value, indicating a potential of a largee orebody. Copper isotope can directly indicate the location of the heat source. The δ65Cu values are below 0 for copper ore bodies close to the hydrothermal quartz veins.But the copper isotope values are higher in the hydrothermal contact zone, special ore-bearing surrounding rock and tectonic zone where indicates the edge or the front of the main ore body, most obvious ore prospecting mark.
