Tuberculous meningitis, one of the most serious cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, is a central infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It has a high rate of death. Tuberculosis infection is particularly prominent in developing countries. As a populous country, the situation of anti TB treatment and prevention is very serious. With the widespread use of anti TB drugs, the number of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis meningitis is increasing, seriously affect the prognosis of tuberculous meningitis. In the treatment of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis meningitis, early diagnosis, empirical treatment, adjust the treatment plan is particularly important for the prognosis of patients. In this paper, the distribution, clinical diagnosis, gene detection, treatment and prognosis of drug resistant tuberculosis meningitis are summarized systematically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
