The purpose of this paper is to compare Dagognet with his predecessors, Bachelard and Canguilhem. The key concept is teratology. Bachelard and Canguilhem were interested in monstrosity because of the question of norms, and Canguilhem in particular researched teratology in his study of the history of science. Similarly, Dagognet focused on teratology and evaluated Étienne Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire, the founder of this field. Unlike his predecessors, however, Dagognet did not discuss the issue of norms by dismissing the dualism of values. For Dagogent, teratology is referenced as a way to assert his philosophy of surface.

本研究は、約束の集合時刻への遅刻を低減する要因を明らかにするため、各実験参加者と実験日時を約束した上で、前日に送信したアラートの文言を操作し、それが各実験参加者による当日の実験室への到着時刻に与える影響を調べた。加えて、架空の場面の集合時刻を設定し、いつ到着しようとするか、相手が遅刻した場合いつまで腹を立てずに待つことできるかを質問した。集合時間よりも5分早い時間に到着を求められた群は、遅刻防止のための社会的プレッシャーを与えられた群、統制群よりも早い時間に到着し、またその時間は架空の場面における到着予定時間と同程度の早さであった。相手の遅刻に対する容認度合いとその他の要因との関連は見られなかった。これらの結果は、元々集団規範が弱い状況において集合時刻への遅刻を低減するには、集合時刻を早く設定することが効果的であること、社会的プレッシャーを与えることは効果が限定的であることを示唆する。, This study aimed to identify the factors that reduce late arrivals at appointed meeting times. After promising the date and time of the experiment to each participant, we manipulated the wording of the alert sent on the previous day and examined the effect of this on the arrival times to the laboratory. We also set up an imaginary meeting time and asked the participants when they would try to arrive and how long they would wait without getting angry if the other person was late. As the result, the group that was asked to arrive five minutes earlier than the meeting time arrived earlier than the group that was given social pressure to prevent tardiness and the control group, and the time was as early as the expected arrival time in the imaginary scene. There was no relationship between the degree of acceptance of others' lateness and other factors. The results suggest that setting an early meeting time is effective in reducing late arrivals in situations where group norms are weak, and that social pressure has limited effect. The threat of COVID-19, which swept the world in 2020, caused people to become extremely aware of their relationships with others and also with their societies, revealing various ways of thinking about individual freedom and norms. Behind this background, we considered that the idea of freedom and norms fluctuates due to the permeation of neoliberalism in people’s lives in recent years. Actually, in school education, the teachers teach norms through subjects such as moral education and other situations, and freedom through Art and Craft. But many are confused when instructing freedom through Art and Craft. Therefore, in order to think about the way of thinking about freedom through the teaching of Art and Craft education, we first show the way of thinking about freedom behind the birth of the teaching material of regularization for norms, and then the freedom that teachers need to understand. Finally, we will examine the regularization for teaching materials in the light of the concept of freedom. The results show that there is a possibility and a necessity in Art and Craft education to cultivate the ability about freedom as zest for life in the future as well as creativity.

We revealed the mechanism of how and when the potential meaning emerges in the middle voice with se (reflexive construction) in Spanish. The construction which has a stable potential meaning stably is called “middle-passive,” which corresponds to the English middle construction. According to the definition of “potential” in Onoe (1998), the most important factors for the potential meaning are the intention or the expectation of the implicit agent and the existence of the condition or the permissibility for the action to be realized. While the middle-passive construction is known as the patient/theme-subject construction, it is also said to describe the subject’s property in the imperfect tense-aspect. In addition, it often takes an adverbial phrase of difficulty. We consider that this adverbial phrase induces the implicature of the agent’s intention to the realization of the action and the property of the subject is construed as the condition for the action that the verb refers to. Moreover, we argue that the passive and impersonal constructions can also have the potential meaning when its tense-aspect is imperfect and additionally, the agent’s intention is implied in the context when it has the place or time phrase that can be construed as the condition.

我が国で介護職員の確保が進まない背景には、他業種に比べて低賃金であることが指摘されている。ここでは、ある介護事業所で非正社員として働く訪問介護員に着目する。そしてこれらの人々のアイデンティティの視点から、何故その働き方を選んだのかといった行動原理に着目した。同時に職場で働くことによって獲得されたアイデンティティから生じる課題について明らかにした。最後に、介護職員のアイデンティティを通じてどのように組織のマネジメントを行うべきか、についても言及した。分析の結果から、非正社員は社内のアウトサイダーとしてのアイデンティティを保持しており、これによって組織よりも利用者との関係性が強いことが分かった。また制度や組織の規範からの制約を受けるため、学習につながる情報共有が制限される傾向にあることが明らかとなった。よって働き方の違いを超えて、全社で価値の共有化を図るマネジメントが重要との結論に至った。, Lower wages in nursing, compared to other business categories, is considered to be the reason behind the lack of progress in securing nursing care staff in Japan. In this study, we focus on visiting care staff who work as non-permanent employees at nursing care facilities. We also focus on behavioral principles influencing their reasons for choosing this style of work, from the perspective of these people’s identities. Simultaneously, we reveal issues arising from identities gained through working at a workplace. Finally, wediscuss the organizational management techniques that should be implemented, considering the care staffmembers’ identities. The analysis results show that non-full-time employees in a company maintain their identities as outsiders, resulting in a stronger relationship with users than with the company. Furthermore, we found that information sharing with regards to learning tends to be restricted, as these employees are limited by systems and organizational norms. We thus conclude that it is important for management to go beyond the differences in work style and seek to share value throughout the whole company.

本論では、装い(ドレス)の中でもとくに装飾機能の強い身体装飾に焦点を当て、日本の女性の子どもがおこなう身体装飾の時間変化、その過程で直面する葛藤、そしてやがて大人になった女性の身体装飾と社会の関係を記述した。その上で、身体装飾に関する子ども・大人・社会の交渉と、審美性をめぐる規範・流行・便宜について考察した。なお身体装飾は、アクセサリーの着用、身体彩色(化粧)、身体変工(ピアス、タトゥーなど)の3つに分類した。結果としては、第一に、現代日本の子どもの身体装飾は学校という制度の中で、化粧を端緒として開始されていた。そこでは審美性や娯楽性とともに、校則への抵抗、教師との交渉、仲間との同調や差異化などの社会関係が重視されていた。第二に、身体装飾は学校・アルバイト・就職活動・親との関係において抑制されていた。とくに身体変工をめぐっては、外的な抑制、内的な抑制、身体的な困難が葛藤要因となっていた。第三に、大人の身体装飾と社会との関係については、流行歌の歌詞を分析した結果、最も日本社会に親和的なのは身体彩色であったが、ピアスやタトゥーに関しても豊かな表現が見られた。アクセサリーを外す行為は私的な親密さを帯びた身体の出現を示し、装身具には公私をスイッチングする道具としての機能が認められた。審美性の観点から、身体装飾をめぐる規範・流行・便宜の関係について検討すると次のことがいえるだろう。人びとは環境とのすり合わせにより社会適応的な装身の輪郭を探り、その範囲内で他者との差異化を図ったり、流行に同調したりすることをおしゃれとして楽しんでいた。また、身体変工には逸脱を含む多様な意味づけがなされていたが、身体の審美的価値を効率的に高めるために、身体変工の実利性、便宜性が評価される側面もみいだされた。, This paper focuses on body decorations that are superior in aesthetic functions among dress and describes the chronological process of the Japanese female children's body decorations, conflicts they face in that process, and the relationship between adult women's body decorations and society. Then, it discusses how children, adults, and society negotiate on body decorations and how social norms, fashion, and convenience are related to aesthetic values. Body decorations were classified into accessories, body painting (makeup) and mutilation (piercing and tattooing). As for the results, firstly, children started to decorate their body during their school years with makeup. Besides aesthetic and amusement, their makeup had social meanings, such as resisting school regulations, negotiating with teachers, sympathizing with friends, and differentiating themselves from others. Secondly, body decorations were restrained in schools, part-time work places, the job-hunting process, and the relationship with parents. In other words, children had conflicts with external regulations, internal norms, and physical difficulties, especially with mutilation. Thirdly, about adult women's body decorations, based on the analysis of popular song lyrics, makeup was the most suitable to Japanese society, though tattoos and pierced earrings were attractively expressed in songs. In addition, as the behavior of taking off accessories represented the body with a private intimacy, accessories were used as tools to switch between public and private modes by taking them on and off. After examining the relationships among norms, fashion, and convenience in regard to bodily decoration, the following can be concluded from the viewpoint of aesthetics. People searched the outline of suitable dress through negotiation with their environment to enjoy differentiating themselves from others and to catch up with fashion. Mutilation, for which multiple meanings, including deviation, were given, was evaluated by its profitability and convenience to efficiently increase the aesthetic values of their body.

研究ノート, 物語り論は、人間科学の方法論や文化の基礎理論として研究されてきた。物語りは、人間にとって普遍共通の行為であり、生の営みと深く関わっている。本稿では、まず、物語りのもつ機能を概観したのち、バフチンの対話と照らし合わせながら、人と人との間で行われる物語りについて検討し、物語り行為の中でことばの姿を捉えることを試みる。本稿は、今後、物語り論の要素を取り入れた日本語教育の企画と教室内における相互行為の分析を行うための理論的検討の一部である。

This article reveals mothers’ attitudes toward PTA activities through internet survey. Four hundred and fifty mothers who had participated in PTA activities answered a questionnaire. Hierarchical cluster analysis found five types: “mothers engaging in PTA activities for their children,” “mothers criticizing PTA,” “traditional and moderate mothers,” “mothers participating in social activities,” and “rational mothers”. The results showed the following; “mothers participating in social activities” think that parents and teachers should be equal partners and parents should work hard in PTA activities. These mothers however became more negative and suffered stress through engaging in the activities. On the other hand, “mothers criticizing the PTA” and “rational mothers” were reluctant to participate in PTA activities but, through the activities, they became more positive. There is a prevailing norm that tells mothers that they should help teachers as if they were servants and engage in PTA activities with modesty., 本稿の目的は、PTA活動に対する母親たちの態度の多様性を明らかにすることであり、そのために小学生の母親のうちPTA役員経験のある450名を対象にweb調査を行った。PTA役員を引き受けた理由、PTAの退会意図、性役割観を用いてクラスタ分析を行ったところ、調査協力者は「子どものために活動する母親」「PTAに批判的な母親」「控えめな母親」「社会活動好きな母親」「合理的な母親」の5つのクラスタに分類された。PTA活動に積極的な「社会活動好きな母親」は、学校との対等な関係を望みあらゆる活動に熱心に取り組むが、活動によって内的満足を得ることはできず、ストレスを感じるようになることが明らかにされた。一方、「PTAに批判的な母親」や「合理的な母親」はPTA活動に熱心ではないが、活動を通して得るものが多く、内面的にも成長していることが明らかとなった。PTA活動とは学校の下働きに徹するものであり消極的な態度で望むべきという規範が母親たちの間で広く共有されていることが示唆された。

日本では健康診査やがん検診(以下、健・検診と記す)の受診率の低迷が課題となっている。そこで、社会的環境因子として健康行動との関連で成果が期待されているソーシャル・キャピタル(以下S.C.と記す)に注目した。本研究はS.C.およびその構成要素と、健・検診受診行動との関連について明らかにし、そこから健・検診の受診率向上への手がかりを検討することを目的とした。2013年に秋田県男鹿市の住民台帳から地域、性、年代別(40～69歳までの10歳毎)に無作為抽出のうえ、1192名を対象に自記式質問紙の郵送法による調査を行った。協力が得られた住民326名(有効回答率27.3%)のデータを分析した結果、S・Cおよびその構成要素である「ネットワーク」と地区行事への参加で計算される「規範」は、住民の健・検診受診と関連があることが明らかになった。現在住んでいる土地に愛着のある人がない人よりも健・検診を受けていたことからも、地区行事活性化と行事への自主的な参加が健・検診受診率向上への糸口になりえることが示唆された。住民は健診に関する知識や認識は高いが、行動に移せていない段階であり、禁煙や運動教室などでのセルフケア能力向上を手がかりに、近い将来、健診受診に結びつけていくような段階的な取り組みが有効だと思われる。また、経済状況によって健・検診受診状況に有意な差がみられたため、経済的理由からの未受診者対策をさらにすすめる必要があることがわかった。, The consultation rates for basic medical examinations and cancer screening have hovered at low levels in Japan. To hunt for clues for improving the consultation rate, we took note of the positive relationship between social capital( S.C.) as the social environmental parameter and healthy action in recent studies. The aim of this study was to clarify the association between S.C. and health consultation action of residents in a provincial area of Japan. In 2013, data were collected in a population-based cross-sectional questionnaire survey in Oga city, Japan. A stratified random sampling approach based on area, sex and age( 40-69-year-old) was used to select 1192 inhabitants from 4 areas. The result of having analyzed the data of 326 (27.3% of effective answer rates) showed that the S.C. and its components "Network( participation in voluntary groups)" and "Norms of reciprocity( participation in community events)" were related to the consultation behavior of the inhabitants. As shown in the relationship between passion for their residential areas and positive behavior of medical checkups and cancer screening, local community festivals and events activation along with voluntary participation in such events could become steps to move forward. Subjects' knowledge and recognition about medical examinations were high but they were at a stage of preparation wherein people turn knowledge into action. To improve the consultation rate, a step-by-step approach with a course of healthy lifestyle that covers not only smoking cessation and fitness habits but for improving selfcare ability proves to be quite useful. 本研究は、運動会活動初期における遊戯の練習場面の、幼児―教師間および幼児同士の相互作用の形態に着目し、従来の保育における研究では十分検討されてこなかった、保育実践における規範を幼児や教師が形成していく仕組みと過程を明らかにすることを目的とした。ある幼稚園の年長学年が毎年運動会で行なう遊戯 の練習場面を対象として参与観察を行った。結果、遊戯の練習場面における規範を形成・共有する以下の２つの仕組みを見出した。第１に、教師の特定の働きかけの継続により、判断基準やその到達点が曖昧な、踊りの上達に関する規範が学年内に形成されたこと、第２に、規範における行動の参照点を見出すために、幼児たちがクラス間の関係性を変容させることで、規範が共有・維持されていったこと、である。また、運動会当日へ向けて練習が継続していくなかで、これらの仕組み、および規範が変化していったことが示唆された。

本研究では大学生にとって動機付けの高い就職活動の場面を用いて、自己呈示方略の使い分けについて検討した。エントリーするいくつかの部門に提出するエントリーシートに記入する際、我々は部門やその場の規範によって呈示したい自己のイメージや呈示する程度を変化させるという仮説のもとに調査を行なった。その結果、エントリーする部門によって呈示したい自己のイメージは異なっていた。また呈示する内容によってはその場の規範にただ従っているのではないことが明らかになった。これらの結果は、我々は相手の求めるものに応じて、かつその場の規範も考え合わせて自己を呈示していること、さらに、呈示したい内容との関わりにおいても柔軟に対応していることを示した。

本論の目的は，美魔女を批判する言説を分析し，外見に関わる「常識」や「規範」を明らかにすることである．結果，女性には「若く美しくあれ」と「若作りの禁忌」という相反する二重の規範が課されていることが分かった．そこに，性差別とエイジズムの結託が見られる．The purpose of this study is to determine ‘the premise’ or ‘the norm’ that is related to appearance, analyzing the critical discourse about ‘bimajo’（middle‒aged women who look young）. The results of the study state that there are double standards that operate in the critical discourse, ‘women should be beautiful and young’ and ‘women must not wear make up to look younger’; furthermore, the concepts of sexism and ageism seem to collide with each other.

NHK放送文化研究所, NHK Broadcasting Culture Research Institute, 複合動詞のアクセントは,前部動詞の反対の式をとると言われている(式保存の逆転現象)。前部動詞が平板式であれば複合動詞は起伏式に,また前部動詞が起伏式であれば複合動詞は平板式になるというものである。しかし運用実態としては例外も多く,前部動詞が起伏式・複合動詞も起伏式というものが,少なからずある。 この「複合動詞アクセントの式保存の逆転現象」という一般化を導き出したのは,三宅武郎(1934)である。本稿では,三宅が主な編集を担当した2冊の辞書(国語辞典のアクセント注記と,アクセント辞典)を中心として,その記述の中に「式保存の逆転現象」に合致するものがどの程度見られるのかをめぐって,考察を進める。 この2冊の辞書で示されている複合動詞のアクセントは,同時期のほかのアクセント辞典での掲載内容と比べて,「式保存の逆転現象」に忠実すぎる〔=おそらく実態とはいくらかのずれがある〕様相になっていることを,計量的に示す。 この事実は,一般的法則として三宅が帰納的に指摘した「複合動詞アクセントにおける式保存の逆転現象」が,その後に彼の成したアクセント記述・アクセント辞典編纂に対して,演繹的に「過剰適用」されてしまったこと,すなわち,「規範」の提示にあたって,「実態」の考察を通して得られた「傾向」を,「原則」にまで高めてしまったものとして,解釈することができる。, It is said that the accent of compound verbs takes the opposite pattern of its front verb part (Inversion Phenomenon of Pattern Preservation of the compound verb accent, IPPP). If the front part verb is non-accented, the compound verb will be accented. Conversely, when the front part verb is accented, then compound verb will be non-accented. However, there are many exceptions demonstrated in observed Japanese, and there are relatively few examples of accented compound verbs that bear an accent on the front verb. Takeo Miyake (1934) first proposed this generalization of IPPP. In this paper, the issue of how many items fit the IPPP in two dictionaries compiled by Miyake is considered. The quantitative results show that the accents of the compound verbs listed in the two dictionaries are extremely faithful to the IPPP. That means there is some deviation from the actual language use, as compared to the accents contained in other dictionaries from the same period. 本研究では青年期女子の特徴とされるグループ行動の構造を探った。ほぼ300人の調査結果を もとに因子分析を行ったところ，グループ志向，個人志向ともに，互いに独立な複数の因子を確 認した。グループ志向の因子の一つは社会規範に関わるものだった。またもう一つは学内での行 動に関わるものだった。他方女子大学生は男子大学生よりも，独りぼっちだと他者から見られる ことを気にしていた。さらに学年が上がるにつれて個人志向の因子が増えた。しかし反面，グルー プ志向の因子は入学時のまま保たれていた。私たちはやはり，友達付き合いのあれこれを経験か ら学んでゆくように見える。

Purpose - The main purpose of this article is to discuss cultural norms in the process of handing down traditional folk music. In doing so, I focus on learning what successors of the tradition think about the orthodoxy of their music and what they think is the ideal way to pass down cultural heritage. In addition, considering that cultural norms are socially constructed in the moment, it should be also examined what leads people to have such notions.Design/methodology/approach - To achieve these purposes, I look at practices of handing down traditional folk music in Japan, developing five case studies of various ohayashi. I also analyze Yosakoi, which is modernly arranged local folk music that is widely spread across the country in the form of community festivals.Findings - The successors of traditions tend to consider tracing the roots of their music as an obligation. On the other hand, in the case of music with no exact origin, its successors seek to find their identities by learning lessons from local anonymous ancestor. Meanwhile, there are people who consider its economic value as a raison d'être for traditional music.Originality/value of power - What gives originality to this chapter is that I adopt an approach, employing regional and urban sociology methods, of comparing the characteristics of the regions in which local folk music is based. Along with perspectives on macro social changes and the principle of music group formation, I also discuss the transformation of expertise in folk culture associated with the rise of institutional reflexivity.

This paper attempts to examine a relation between“expression"and“norm,"a relation between“representation"and“symbol,"by scrutinizing some concrete cases such as aesthetic styles (Iki and Amae), evaluative patterns (noblesse oblige concepts in Ortega, Hagakure, Bushido and Mishima), representation-images (memories of incident and disaster), and symbolic structures(Kata of Kabuki and Kata Culture). Thus, the four (theoretical) themes of cultural sociology, and the two relations among them could be presented. The process of discussion as follows. First, theme of Expressive Culture is discussed. Iki and Amae are oppositional pattern of expressive culture in terms of interaction pattern (Dualism-Orientation / Communion-Orientation), aesthetic standard (Affective Neutrality /Affectivity), moral standard (Self-Orientation / Collectivity-Orientation), and institutional standard (Universalism / Particularism). Secondly, theme of noblesse oblige as a combination of Expressive Culture and Normative Culture is discussed. As a result, it may be said that on the one hand, noblesse oblige has an ascetic and obligatory aspect, but on the other hand, an active and expressive aspect. Thirdly, theme of collective memory ( representational culture) of incident and disaster. One of memories of“Ako Vendetta"had been constructed as“Gishi or Loyal Retainer"within the “Samurai honor culture"framework. And a memory of “Isewan Typhoon"had been constructed within“Kutsu Mound"framework composed of various ideas and images. Fourthly, theme of opposition and crossing of representation s, in other words, theme of opposition and crossing of“Ichibun or Honor"and“Kousyokuyosei or Love Affection."Kabuki media as Kata drama connote the aesthetic forms of oppositions found in Chūshingura and Sonezakishinjuu. From the above discussions it follows that we must regard the action-theoretic relation between the expressive and the normative, and, the semiotic-symbolic relation between the representational and the symbolic as the main themes of cultural sociology.

In Japan, the notion that females should marry, bear children and specialize in doing household work has been considened a social norm. However, the ratios of these remaining unmarried and couples with no children have increased in recent years. It seems that social norms have changed as the economy has developed. In this paper, we discuss the question of identity which is entwined with social norms in determining human behavior. How behaves are depends on which social category is chosen. Thus identity has great economic implications and could explain this phenomenon that the neo-classical economic model has had difficulties in dealing with. In recent years, while women tend to work more in the labor market, the burden of doing housework does not decrease. However some young husbands are ready to do housework. It seems that social norms gradually are changing. This framework could be applied to society for gender equality. We analyze what kind of conditions are needed in such a model.

太平洋諸島フォーラム(PIF)は,2005年に採択したパシフィック・プランにおいて,グッド・ガバナンスを「地域的規範」として位置づけた。本稿は,なぜ,どのようにPIFがグッド・ガバナンスという「グローバル規範」を「地域的規範」として受容するにいたったのか,その過程を明らかにし,そこから地域機構としてのPIFがどのように変容しつつあるのか考察を試みるものである。1990年代,太平洋島嶼諸国は,ガバナンスが問題視される状況にあり,援助ドナーは,これら諸国に「グローバル規範」としてのグッド・ガバナンスの受容を迫った。こうした圧力を受け,PIFは,グッド・ガバナンスを「地域的規範」として唱えるようになったが,それは実効性を欠いたものにとどまった。しかし,域内の政治不安,およびグローバル化への対応を契機に,PIFは,次第に,より実効性を伴ったグッド・ガバナンスを推進するようになる。これによって,PIFは,いちだんとグローバルな規範秩序に組み入れられていくとともに,加盟国間関係によって成り立つ国家間機構という,その地域機構としてのあり方を転換しつつあると言うことができる。, The Pacific Forum (PIF) adopted good governance as a "regional norm" in the Pacific Plan in 2005. This article tries to clarify why and how PIF adopted a "global norm," that is good governance, as a "regional norm", and analyze how PIF is transforming in terms of regional organization. In the 1990s, the aid donors questioned the governance of the Pacific Island Countries and pressurized them to accept good governance. Under the pressure, the PIF advocated good governance as a "regional norm", but it lacked the effectuality. The response to regional political instability and globalization changed the situation and the PIF starts to propel good governance with much effectual mechanism. It can be said that the PIF has been incorporated in global norm order, and at the same time, it is changing its characteristic as an interstate organization driven by the relations among the member states.

本研究では、東日本大震災による福島第一原子力発電所の事故により広まった風評被害を社会的影響により緩和する実験を試みた。操作した社会的影響は規範とコミットメントである。参加者に風評意識とは逆ベクトルの規範を共有させること、さらに、風評被害の緩和に向けた取り組みについて賛成であると回答させ、またその理由も書かせるというコミットメントを行った。最後に福島産のリンゴと長野産のリンゴのどちらかを実験協力のお礼として選択できると教示した。その結果、形成された規範強度に応じて福島産のリンゴを選ぶ参加者の数が有意に高くなった。また、コミットメントを行うことで福島産リンゴを選択する割合が増えた。よって、このような取り組みは風評被害の緩和に有効な方法であることが示唆された。

本論は，札幌市立大学芸術の森キャンパスについて，建築における継承と変容に関する理念と，それを実現する手段としての空間の図式性と図式の備える規範性という観点から検討し，その具体的実践としての大学院デザイン研究科棟の基本計画から施工までになされた一連の思考を論述したものである．既存の建築や環境に新たに何かを加えることには，何を継承し何が変容するか，さらにそれを具体的形式としてどのように実現していくかという課題がある．この継承と変容について，建築の保存に関する理念であるヴェニス憲章と，地域性の理解とその建築的具現の立場としての批判的地域主義を分析することで，時間的な判断におけるオリジナルの尊重と後の時代の貢献の正当性の概念と，場所的な判断における分析的な視点と積極的な再解釈の概念を明らかとした．続いて，その概念を計画・設計に適用する方法としての空間の図式性と規範性について考察を行ない，計画対象である芸術の森キャンパスの空間について分析を行なった．札幌市立大学デザイン研究科の計画にあたっては，既存校舎の備える図式に基づき，図式を判断基準とした一貫した思想による設計を行ない，既存の環境の継承と積極的な変容として位置づけることの可能性を確認した．, The aim of this study and work are to clarify the doctrine of spatial inheritance and transformation in architecture, and to practice in project by using the spatial scheme as norm of the spaces.The authenticity of monuments and sites are basic principle of conservation and restoration in study about Venice Charter 1964. And attitudes of Critical Regionalism, clarified by Kenneth Frampton,are analogical way to intervene in regional situation by contemporary architectural ways. These ideal views about time and place are defined for the norm of design.By analyzing about spatial characteristics of Geijutsu-no-mori campus, particular spatial schemes are descript in various level of spaces. To design the building of Graduate School of Design, these spatial schemes are transformed to specific form of architecture.Through this work, these ways of spatial scheme are effective for the consistency of design with spatial inheritance and transformation of authenticity of existing situation, spaces and regional character stics.

application/pdf, 紀要論文, In recent years, there has been active discussion of the sexuality of people with disabilities. Through these discussions, the issues of the rights and support for people with mental and physical disabilities in terms of sex is often mentioned, and the sexual individuality of people with disabilities is seen as being very important. However, there have been very few studies on people with visual disabilities, and there have been no detailed examinations carried out on the sexuality of such people. Therefore, this paper will clarify how the sexuality of people with visual disability is formed and what kind of practice is carried out, by holding interviews with relevant parties. Although it is true that people with visual disabilities face difficulties when they are expected to be the same as nondisabled people, this paper shows how a new sexuality, led by senses other than vision, should be, and shows the possibility of getting over the limits of sexuality of non-disabled people.

近年、看護教育者の間では「学生は未熟である」とする見解が一般的となっている。従来、その原因が学生にあるという視点で語られているが、ここでは日本の看護教育史を概観することにより、教育者側がもつ教育背景からこの問題を論じる。看護教育の近代化には、看護師＝優れた女性という性役割と、疑似家庭教育の場である寄宿舎制度が深く関わっており、家庭の中で親（教育者）が子ども（学生）に施すしつけによる教育が中心となっていた。その後、看護職が優れた女性から専門職への転換期において、看護教育者は新たな教育の根拠を「発達」に求めた。「発達」という枠組みは、家庭におけるしつけと同様に、規範性をもって教育者－学生（＝大人－子ども）関係を説明することになり、その枠組みが教育者のまなざしのフィルターとなり、学生が生きる現実とはかけ離れた教育実践になりやすい。この従来の教育関係を見直すことにより、多様な関係の中で学習できる環境設定が可能になるであろう。

application/pdf, 紀要論文, The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effect of the social transition of China and the norms on the marital emotional relationships in Chinese urban region. Based on the interview to the two groups at the age of 35-45 and 55-65 respectively, the research analyzes the difference between the two generations with the aim to find out the effect of the social transition. By focusing on the dimension of behavior and awareness, it is found that the generation at the age of 35-45 attaches less importance to marital behavior。The main cause is due to the fierce competition during work originating from market economy and the great attention paid to the education of children. On the other hand, this generationattaches relatively more importance to whether affection exists in their marriage, but they don't exhibit their affection actively by words or actions. The generation at the age of 55-65 neither attaches importance to marital behavior, nor to marital emotion when they were young, but this situation might be changed when their children have grown up or when they retired.

The network society has progressed rapidly. The Internet is must be the core of that sociey. The Internet surely gives us the great benefit, but on the other hand it has the very dangerous side. The Internet is like a double-edged sword just as nuclear power is. The Internet can be either a valuable tool or a trouble of the society as a breeding ground for crime that will bring confusion to the life of people, obstruct social activities and disturb social order. It all depends on morals of people and the society itself that utilize the Internet. We have to nurture our good will to have certain morals for the network society, which are "information morals".\ This paper, firstly, explains what morals are, and their roles as well as values in the society are described. Then, we analyze the characteristics of the Internet, which plays the main roles in the network society and reveal dangerous points of the Internet. Secondly, we consider "information morals" and define it. Furthermore, we introduce the present situation of cyber-crimes and show the basic methods not to encounter them. Finally, the ways to enhance the information morals in the network society is discussed.
