This paper summarized the perioperative nursing management for a patient with zygomatic implant placement assisted by a dynamic real-time navigation system. Key nursing issues should be taken into consideration included: preoperative psychological counseling and treatment of nasosinusitis; intraoperative airway management and nursing cooperation for using dynamic real-time navigation system; postoperative pain control, ice compress, oral care, prevention of complications of paranasal sinus, eyes, face and maxillary sinus, incision wound care, dietary guidance, health education about maintenance of false teeth. By implementing instant and temporary screw-retained dental prothesis within 24 hours, it could realize initial stability of implant and repair backward recovery of masticatory function. Besides, effective oral biological function can be rebuilt and there was no occurrence of complications. Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing interventions on wound healing in patients with stage 2 pressure injuries. Methods Totally 62 patients with stage 2 pressure injuries were divided into the observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine wound care, while the observation group was given meticulous nursing interventions. The nursing efficacy was measured. Results The averaged duration of wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Application of meticulous nursing is potentially effective to shorten the wound healing time in patients with stage 2 pressure injuries. Objective To investigate the effect of applying a disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack in the irrigation of the conjunctival sac. Methods Totally 140 patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. Irrigation of the conjunctival sac was performed with a normal eyewash container in the control group, while a disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack was adopted in the irrigation of the conjunctival sac in the observation group. The effect of irrigation and related nursing was evaluated. Results Application of eyewash container with modified drainage pack was associated with higher comfort degree, longer irrigation time, lower incidence of leakage and higher satisfaction degree (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Application of disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack could overcome many shortcomings of using eyewash container, including leakage of irrigation fluid and poor patient compliance. 【Objective】The aim of this study was to exploit resistance genes of Oryza sativa L. to bacterial leaf streak（BLS） and to enrich the quantity of rice disease resistance locus,so as to provide reference for marker-assisted selection（MAS） of resistance in rice to bacterial leaf streak.【Method】A highly resistant variety BJ1 from international rice research institute（IRRI） and a highly susceptible variety Youzhan 8 with high quality from Guangxi were employed to construct a F2 isolate population which contained 251 plants. The genetic characteristic of resistance in BJ1 were analyzed based on the reaction of F1 and F2 to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola. The BLS resistance gene was preliminarily mapped using the bulked segregant analysis method（BSA） and SSR molecular markers. The correlation between genotype and phenotype of F2 population was analyzed using OriginPro 9.1.【Result】All of F1 plants of BJ1 ×Youzhan 8 were susceptible or highly susceptible to BLS,indicating that the resistance of BJ1 was recessive character. In F2 population, 66 plants were resistant and 185 were susceptible, which was in line with 3（χ2=0.19<χ20.05=3.84） segregation ratio. It indicated that resistance to BLS in BJ1 was in single gene genetic model. SSR molecular marker RM 258 showed polymorphisms between resistant DNA pool and susceptible DNA pool. 93.0 % of genotypes of amplified F2 population was in line with inoculated phenotypes. Genotypes were significantly correlated with phenotypes with a correlation coefficient 0.5705（P<0.05）. According to the published rice molecular genetic linkage map, RM 258 was located at 48.8 cM to No.10 chromosome.【Conclusion】The BLS resistance in BJ1 is controlled by one pair of major recessive gene located at about 48.8 cM on chromosome No.10. Over the past several decades, a large amount of agricultural production materials (such as chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, pesticides and agricultural films) has been used to increase the output of agricultural products. Therefore, the problems of soil pollution, especially heavy metal pollution in soils, have become problems. Those problems have exerted direct or indirect adverse effects on food safety, and health of human and ecosystem. Therefore, the problem of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soils has become a research hot spot in environmental studies and has since received more attention. Chongqing is an important agricultural production base in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The environmental quality of soils in Chongqing area directly affects the food safety and health of the local residents. Although there have been some studies on the quality of agricultural soils, few studies have investigated the status of heavy metal pollution in the agricultural areas of Chongqing. In order to understand the status of heavy metal pollution and the level of its environmental risk in typical agricultural areas in Chongqing, 160 surface soil samples (0 - 20 cm) were collected from the farm field of eight agricultural areas (Tongliang, Yunyang, Wanzhou, Fengdu, Chengkou, Dianjiang, Nanchuan and Jiangjin) based on the "Technical Specifications for Soil Environmental Monitoring (HJ/T 166-2004)". The concentrations of eight heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn) in these soil samples were analyzed according to the "Environmental quality standard for soils GB 15618-1995". The status and differences in pollutions of these weight heavy metals among various regions were compared. In addition, geo-accumulation index and potential ecological risk index were used to evaluate the accumulation characteristics and potential environmental risk levels of heavy metals in the studied regions. The results showed that the average contents of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn in the soils of the typical agricultural areas in Chongqing were respectively 6.110, 0.146, 96.860, 35.346, 0.050, 30.596, 24.723, and 77.286 mg/kg soil. The average concentration of all these eight heavy metals in the agricultural soils of studied areas did not exceed the Tier II limit specified in GB 15618-1995. In addition, compared with the background level of the soils, the levels of Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg and Zn showed significant (P < 0.01) differences, while the levels of As, Ni and Pb showed insignificant (P > 0.05) differences. Furthermore, the levels of Cr in all areas showed significant (P < 0.05) differences. Moreover, the concentrations of all these eight heavy metals in soil from Chengkou County showed significant (P < 0.05) differences and the geoaccumulation index values, i.e., the average value of geo-accumulation index, of all eight heavy metals were less than 0, indicating that the overall condition of the soils was not polluted. However, the geoaccumulation index values of certain individual samples were between 0 and 1, indicating that the heavy metals were accumulated at some sampling points. In particular, the level of Pb accumulation was the lowest, with the presence of mild pollution in 3.75% of the samples. The proportions of samples showing mild pollution of Cd, Ni, Hg, As, Zn and Cr were 8.75%, 11.25%, 11.25%, 12.5%, 12.5% % and 15%, respectively, but the highest proportion of samples (42.5%) showed mild pollution of Cu. Therefore, the level of potential ecological risk posed by individual heavy metals was Hg> Cd> As> Hg> Cu> Ni> Cr> Zn. Specifically, as a heavy metal with a medium level of ecological risk, the average Eir value of Hg was 43.8, greater than 40. In addition, the average Eir values of all other heavy metals were less than 40, indicating the level of ecological risk posed by them was low. The overall mean potential ecological risk index (RI) of the eight heavy metals was 108, less than 135, which was at a level of low ecological risk. The results of this comprehensive study showed that Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg and Zn were accumulated to a certain extent in the typical agricultural areas of Chongqing and were manifested as a combined accumulation of multiple heavy metals. In particular, the accumulation of Cr was widely found, while Hg was the main element affecting the comprehensive ecological risk posed to the agricultural soils in Chongqing. Nevertheless, the overall ecological risk posed to the soils of typical agricultural areas in Chongqing was low. Based on a relatively large-scale and updated investigation and assessment of the environmental quality of heavy metals in the soils of typical agricultural areas in Chongqing, in this study, we analyzed the status of heavy metal pollution in the soils of Chongqing, and would provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of soil pollution in Chongqing. Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Kangfuxin liquid combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) derivative for external use on the wound surface after treatment of oral mucocele in children. Methods: 196 child patients with oral mucocele were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups, with 98 patients in each group. First, the oral mucocele of all the patients were treated with a multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus. In the control group, the wound surface after cleaning was treated with iodine glycerol, thrice a day. In the treatment group, the wound surface after cleaning were gargled or applied with wet dressing of Kangfuxin liquid thrice a day and rhEGF derivative for external use, liquid was sprayed on the wound surface, once a day. Wound healing time, pain time, pain severeness and effective rate of wound healing 7 days after treatment with the drugs were compared between the two groups. Results: The wound healing time and pain time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [wound healing time:(8.02±0.79) d vs (9.01±0.75) d, P < 0.05; pain time: (2.12±0.15) d vs (2.98±0.19) d, P < 0.01], and the pain scores in the treatment group were 10(8-18)[median (Q1-Q3)], which were significantly lower than those in the control group [21(14-27), P<0.01]. The effective rate of wound healing 7 days after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.9% vs 86.8%, P<0.05). The relaps number in the treatment group was more than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin liquid combined with rhEGF derivative for external use can effectively promote healing of wounds shorten healing time and improve patient satisfaction with wound healing. The paper implemented a similar image retrieval tool. The system uses MATLAB programming language, proceeds from the image preprocessing, and then uses the Hu Moment approach to extract image shape feature. Then, it uses the Manhattan distance method in similarity measure algorithm to characterize and classify the similar images, uses image quality assessment algorithm PSNR to calculate the category for each imagine such that the best image can be chosen and displayed. Finally, it uses the GUI of MATLAB to achieve a (dear and concise user interface. The system provides a convenient human-computer interaction interface, and is easy to use.
