肝门部胆管癌恶性程度高,其最有效的治疗手段是根治性切除术。光动力疗法( PDT)是一种 创伤小、不良反应少的治疗方式,其基于分布在病理组织内的光敏剂,通过适当波长的光来启动活化过程,产生 光细胞毒性,进而对目标组织造成选择性破坏。PDT可提高患者生存率和生活质量,是治疗晚期癌症的新策 略,特别是肝门部胆管癌患者。该文就近年来PDT在肝门部胆管癌治疗中的应用及进展进行综述。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
