Objective To evaluate the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method in clinical teaching and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of nursing students. Methods A total of 24 nursing students who participated in the internship in the Emergency Medicine Department were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 12 students in each group. Routine teaching methods by using multimedia courseware were adopted in the control group, while the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method was used in the study group. Nursing students’ theoretical knowledge, pracitical skills and ciritcal thinking ability were measured. Results Nursing students in the study group achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge (theory paper) and practical skills compared to those in the control group (P＜0. 01). There were remarkable increase in the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version Scales in both two groups after training, and scores of each subscale in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Adopting the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method in clinical teaching and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is effective in improving nursing students’ interest in learning and critical thinking ability. (目的 探讨思维导图联合情景模拟的教学方式在实习护生心肺复苏急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法 选取 2022年7月—2023年4月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院急诊科实习的护士24例作为研究对象, 随机分为对照组和演技组, 各12例。对照组采用传统培训模式, 以多媒体、PPT课件为主要方式对护士进行培训; 研究组采用思维导图联合情景模拟对护生急救技能进行培训。对两组护生心肺复苏理论、实践操作及批判性思维进行综合评价。结果 研究组护生理论成绩、实践操作考核成绩得分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 培训结束后, 两组CTDI-CV量表各项能力均较培训前提升, 且研究组CTDI-CV量表各项能力评分优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 将思维导图与情景模拟相结合应用于实习护生心肺复苏急救技能培训中, 能激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性, 促进批判性思维能力的发展。)

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with modified Wendan decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension and accompanying insomnia. Methods By adopting a convenient sampling method, totally 76 patients with primary hypertension and insomnia who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were included as research objects. These patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 patients in each group. In the control group, patients received conventional antihypertensive drug therapy and standard nursing care; In the observation group, in addition to receiving the same standard treatment as the control group, patients also received auricular acupoint pressing therapy and oral treatment with modified Wenpan decoction. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the changes in sleep quality (assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), anxiety (assessed using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale), depression (assessed using the Hamilton Depression Scale), and blood pressure levels in the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the PSQI, HAMA, and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0. 05). After treatment, both groups had lower diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure than those before treatment (P＜0. 05), and patients in the observation group had better outcomes in blood pressure reduction compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with modified Wendan decoction is effective in lowering blood pressure, improving sleep quality and relieving anxiety and depression of patients with essential hypertension and accompanying insomnia. (目的 探讨耳穴压豆结合加味温胆汤口服治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症状患者的效果。方法 采用方便抽样的方法选取2023 年1月—2024年8月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治的76例原发性高血压伴失眠的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组, 各38例。对照组患者接受常规降压药物治疗和标准护理干预, 观察组在对照组基础上增加耳穴压豆联合加味温胆汤口服治疗。两组患者治疗观察周期均为10 d。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估患者睡眠质量, 采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者负性情绪, 记录患者血压水平变化。结果 治疗后, 两组PSQI、HAMA和HAMD量表评分均较治疗前降低, 且观察组评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。治疗后, 两组收缩压、舒张压水平较治疗前降低, 且观察组血压水平改善幅度优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴压豆联合加味温胆汤口服治疗方式在降低血压、改善睡眠以及减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪方面显示出良好的效果。)

Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the integrated care of medical and elderly care, in order to promote the quality and efficiency of the integrated care service model, meet the personalized needs of the elderly, and provide reference for sustainable development. Methods Totally 62 elderly residents who received integrated care services in the nursing home in 2021 were selected as the control group, and 62 elderly residents who received PDCA cycle integrated care services in 2023 were selected as the observation group. The improvement of activity daily living, satisfaction with care services, and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of activity daily living of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (66. 13% vs. 37. 10%, P＜0. 01 ). The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (98. 39% vs. 93. 55%, P＜0. 01). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (16. 13% vs. 33. 87%, P＜0. 05). Conclusion A series of strategies and measures need to be taken when implementing integrated care. Quality management tools can help better manage the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. Applying the PDCA cycle quality management tool to the integrated care model can better implement integrated care, improve daily living activities, increase satisfaction with care services, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of integrated care services. (目的 探讨PDCA循环在医养结合整合照护中的应用效果, 以推进医养结合整合照护服务模式的质量和效率, 满足老年人个性化需求, 为可持续发展供参考。方法 将本院2021年实施常规整合照护服务的62位入住老年人为对照组, 将2023年接受基于PDCA循环的整合照护服务的62位入住老年人为观察组。对比两组的日常生活活动能力改善、照护服务满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组老年人日常生活活动能力改善率66. 13%(41/62), 高于对照组的37. 10%(23/62), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组老年人总满意度98. 39%(61/62), 高于对照组的93. 55%(58/62), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组老年人不良事件发生率16. 13%(10/62), 低于对照组的33. 87%(21/62), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 在实施整合照护时, 需要采取一系列策略和措施。质量管理工具可以帮助更好地管理医疗照护服务的质量和效率。将PDCA循环质量管理工具运用于整合照护模式中, 可以更好地实施整合照护, 改善日常生活活动能力, 提高照护服务的满意度, 降低不良事件的发生, 提高了整合照护服务的质量、效率和安全性。)

This article summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing practice of a case of type 2 diabetes with hypertension during hospitalization. On the basis of western medicine treatment, the intervention was carried out in combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing pills, acupoint application, and Traditional Chinese medicine cream and rubbing, which fully played the characteristics and advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, effectively controlled the patient's blood pressure and blood glucose, and improve the patient's quality of life. 旨在为综合评价亚麻籽油提供参考，以不同产地的6份亚麻籽油为研究对象，对亚麻籽油的质量指标、营养特性（脂肪酸组成、生育酚含量）、感官评价（坚果味浓度）及挥发性物质进行分析。结果表明：亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量为48.91%~54.35%，总生育酚含量为50.7~78.5 mg/100 g，其中α-生育酚含量最高；亚麻籽油坚果味分值在1.02~3.87之间；亚麻籽油主要挥发性物质有杂环类、醇类、醛类、腈类和酮类等化合物；亚麻籽油中坚果香味主要受挥发性物质中占比较大的杂环类化合物吡嗪类、呋喃类和吡咯类的影响。产地和加工工艺对亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量、生育酚含量、坚果味分值和主要挥发性物质种类及含量均有显著影响。 In order to provide reference for comprehensive assessment of flaxseed oil, six flaxseed oil from different producing areas were used as materials, and the quality indexes, nutrition properties (fatty acid composition, tocopherol content), sensory evaluation(nutty flavor concentration), and volatile components of flaxseed oil were analyzed. The results showed that the α-linolenic acid content was between 48.91% and 54.35%, and the total tocopherol content ranged from 50.7 mg/100 g to 78.5 mg/100 g, of which the α-tocopherol content was the highest. The nutty flavor value of flaxseed oil was 1.02-3.87, and the major volatile components in flaxseed oil were heterocycles, alcohols, aldehydes, nitriles and ketones compounds. The nutty flavor of flaxseed oil was mainly influenced by pyrazines, furans and pyrroles of heterocyclic compounds accounting for a relative larger proportion of volatile components. In general, the producing areas and processing technology have significant effects on the α-linolenic acid content, tocopherol content, nutty flavor value, and the type and content of major volatile components of flaxseed oil.

The emergency department, as an important gateway of epidemic prevention and control in the hospital, bears the responsibility of prevention and control of COVID-19. Green transformation is an intrinsic demand for the construction of a modern industrial system and is essential for achieving high-quality economic development in China under the new development paradigm. The textile and apparel industry a quintessential traditional sector has made the acceleration of green upgrading and transformation a key direction for industrial development. However the industry is generally plagued by issues such as high energy consumption high pollution and low added value. There is an urgent need to enhance energy efficiency through technological innovation reduce environmental pollution increase product value and promote in-depth transformation and upgrading of the industry. The application of digital technology in China's textile and apparel industry is driving technological renovation in traditional industries. This paper examines the impact of digital technology on the green transformation of textile and apparel enterprises from the perspective of digital empowerment. The paper develops a multidimensional indicator system to evaluate the level of green transformation in textile and apparel enterprises. Using panel data from the listed companies in China's textile and apparel industry from 2008 to 2021 the article conducted an empirical study on the impact and mechanisms of digital empowerment on the green transformation of enterprises in the textile and apparel industry from the perspective of technological renovation. In addition it also conducted an analysis of the moderating effects from the aspects of financing constraints and tax incentives. Furthermore the heterogeneity analysis based on differences in enterprise ownership regional characteristics and size was conducted. To verify the reliability of the conclusions alternative explanatory variables and sample intervals were selected for robustness testing of the model. Instrumental variable method and Propensity Score Matching PSM method were employed for endogeneity testing. The study finds that digital empowerment significantly promotes the green transformation of textile and apparel enterprises. The promotional effect is more significant for relatively large enterprises those located in the eastern regions and non-state-owned enterprises. What's more this paper reveals the mechanism by which digital empowerment fosters the green transformation of textile and apparel enterprises technological renovation is the key path to achieve green transformation and enterprise capital renewal plays a mediating role in this process. Further analysis indicates that the reduction of financing constraints helps digital empowerment to optimize various stages of green transformation thereby accelerating the transformation process of enterprises. However excessive tax incentives may have negative effects and even induce rent-seeking and arbitrage behaviors which hinders the sustainable development and green transformation of enterprises. The paper contributes to green transformation research from the perspective of digital empowerment and finds the mechanism of technological renovation on the impact of digital empowerment. It not only provides a new perspective for understanding the green transformation of digital empowerment in textile and apparel enterprises but also offers beneficial suggestions for enterprises to more effectively utilize digital technology for green transformation. Since the 1970s, the laboratory animal industry in Suzhou has gone through five stages: its inception, emergence, growth, transformation, and scaling up. It began with the manufacturing of caging equipment for laboratory animals, initially by imitation and later through independent innovation. The industry evolved from sporadic factories to clustered enterprises, gradually growing and opening up the export market for caging equipment. In the 21st century, with industrial upgrading and transformation, purification systems and related products began to develop, and industry organizations emerged. As China has modernized, the rise of automation and intelligent production has led to technological innovation in enterprises and the emergence of various outsourcing services in the laboratory animal industry, driving the large-scale development of the industrial chain. After nearly half a century of growth, the laboratory animal industry in Suzhou has formed a complete industrial chain, including the production of laboratory animals, caging equipment, feed and bedding materials, design and construction of laboratory animal facilities, quality testing of laboratory animals and environments, and animal experimentation services. Laboratory animal breeding equipment, the core of the industry, has reached the level of developed countries, and the industry's scale and influence are unmatched in China. Since the 21st century, biopharmaceuticals have become the "No. 1 industry" in the development of Suzhou. With government support, the guidance of the local economy, and the assistance from universities and research institutes, the animal experiment outsourcing industry has begun to cluster in Suzhou. The continuous influx of CROs has driven the construction of large-scale laboratory animal facilities, and key research projects have been initiated, significantly enhancing the industry's R&D capabilities. The Suzhou laboratory animal industry has quickly expanded alongside the "No. 1 industry," creating a unique "Suzhou Path" for laboratory animals. Objective To explore the effect of nursing project management for prolonging the indwelling time of peripheral intravenous indwelling needle in neonates. Based on the analysis of potential problems such as catheter loss, phlebitis, liquid extravasation and tube blockage in the infusion treatment using peripheral venous indwelling needle, a nursing project management was carried out. Aiming at prolong the indwelling time to 72 hours, countermeasures from aspects of human, material, method and environment were analyzed and carried out, and usage of intravenous indwelling needle in neonates was systematically managed according to the standard procedure. Results The qualified rate of reaching target indwelling time increased from 33. 10% before implementation of nursing project management to 71. 56% after implementation of nursing project management. Conclusion The application of nursing project management can effectively prolong the indwelling time of peripheral intravenous indwelling needle in neonates, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. (目的 探讨运用护理专案延长新生儿外周静脉留置针留置时间的效果。方法 针对新生儿使用外周静脉留置针输液治疗中存在易脱落、静脉炎、液体外渗、堵管等问题, 科室积极开展护理专案活动, 以“外周静脉留置时间72小时”为目标留置时间, 从人、物、法、环四个方面进行分析并寻找对策, 对新生儿外周静脉留置针的使用进行了系统规范化管理。结果 目标留置时间合格率由护理专案活动前的33. 10%提高到71. 56%。结论 应用护理专案能有效延长新生儿外周静脉留置针的留置时间。)

This paper summarized the effect of hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package in a patient with knee osteoarthritis and related nursing management. Health education, hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package and continuous nursing were carried out to relieve the joint pain symptoms of the. The visual scale of Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC scale) was used as the evaluation standard. The scores of WOMAC scale decreased, the scores of pain, stiffness and daily activity decreased, and the clinical symptoms improved after intervention. The hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package is potentially effective to alleviate the joint symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis, delay the development of the disease and improve the quality of life. (本文回顾1例膝骨关节炎患者应用中药热奄包的治疗效果及护理经验。对患者进行健康教育, 开展中药热奄包技术和延续性护理, 采用骨性关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC量表)评价干预效果。干预后WOMAC量表各项评分均降低, 患者疼痛、僵硬、日常活动能力评分降低, 临床症状改善明显。中药热奄包技术能够明显缓解骨痹患者的关节症状, 延缓病情发展, 提高患者的生活质量。)

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a case of gout treated by auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Key issues of nursing included living care, dietary instruction, psychological intervention, procedure and cautions of auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Based on the scientific evaluation and acupoints selection by syndrome differentiation, targeted nursing interventions are effective to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life in patients with gout. T his paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing management for a rheumatoid arthritis patient with knee joint pain. Nursing interventions included TCM characteristic nursing techniques such as TCM wax therapy, auricular point sticking therapy; Health education such as TCM diet treatment, functional exercise, TCM emotional care and other nursing interventions. The TCM characteristic nursing can effectively relieve the knee joint pain of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention for arthralgia in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis recruited were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into observation group (n=29) and control group(n=51). The control group was given oral administration of Glucosamine Sulfate, Jintiage Capsules and external application of diclofenac diethylamine emulsion. In the observation group, on the basis of the control group, the bone arthritis exercise was used for intervention. The disease awareness, Body Mass Index (BMI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, WOMAC score and clinical syndrome quantitative score of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the cognitive function scores of 2 groups were significantly increased, and cognitive function score in observation group were higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The VAS score, WOMAC score and clinical syndrome quantification score in two groups were significantly decreased, and lower outcomes of VAS, WOMAC and clinical syndrome quantification were found in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P＜0. 01). The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The application of exercise intervention for arthralgia is potentially effective to increase patient’s awareness, relieve the knee pain, improve the function of the knee joint and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients. (目的 探讨“骨痹操”锻炼在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取80例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象, 分为观察组29例和对照组51例。对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖和金天格胶囊、外用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂; 观察组在对照组的基础上采用“骨痹操”锻炼进行干预。观察并记录2组患者的认知度、BMI值、VAS评分、西安大略大学和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及临床证候量化评分。结果 治疗12周后, 2组患者认知功能评分均增加, 且观察组的认知状况评分明显高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。2组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分及临床证候量化评分均降低, 且观察组VAS评分、WOMAC评分和临床证候量化评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 运用“骨痹操”锻炼对膝骨关节炎患者进行干预, 能明显提高患者认知度, 减轻患膝疼痛, 改善膝关节功能, 缓解患者临床症状。)

目的 探讨医用重组胶原蛋白联合 CO2 点阵激光治疗皮肤瘢痕的有效性及安全性。方法 选取皮肤瘢 痕患者54例, 按照随机数字表法分为两组各 27 例, 均行 CO2 点阵激光治疗。点阵激光治疗完成后, 对照组给予红霉 素软膏外用涂抹, 观察组给予医用重组胶原蛋白敷料外用涂抹, 均每天2次, 持续使用1个月。两组 CO2 点阵激光治 疗联合药物涂抹治疗, 每 2 个月进行 1 次为 1 个疗程, 共治疗 3 个疗程。采用温哥华评估量表 (VSS) 根据血管分布、色泽、厚度、柔软度情况对瘢痕形态进行评分, 视觉模拟评分 (VAS) 评估创面术后疼痛和瘙痒程度; 根据 VSS 评分计 算瘢痕改善率, 评价临床疗效, 治疗期间观察患者不良反应发生情况。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清转化生长 因子 β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素 6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素 8 (IL-8)。结果 治疗 3 个疗程, 两组 VSS 评分和 VAS 均较治疗前 降低, 且观察组 VSS 评分和 VAS 低于对照组 (P均<0. 05); 观察组治疗总有效率 (96. 30%) 高于对照组 (77. 78%), 不 良反应发生率 (7. 41%) 低于对照组 (25. 93%), 差异均有统计学意义 (P均<0. 05); 两组血清 TGF-β1、IL-6、IL-8 水平 均较治疗前降低, 且观察组血清 TGF-β1、IL-6、IL-8 水平低于对照组 (P 均<0. 05)。结论 医用重组胶原蛋白联合 CO2 点阵激光治疗皮肤瘢痕疗效好且安全性高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
