As the opposite of information hiding, active defense technology can block the transmission of illegal hidden com- munication. However, the existing active defense methods rely too much on cover-stego image pair and cannot actively defend the unknown stego images, which reduce the bit error ratio in the actual social network. To solve these problems, this paper proposed an active defense method of self-supervised learning blind-spot network and channel purification in order to complete- ly block the transmission of secret information without being noticed by both communication parties. Firstly, the method used pixel shuffling sampling to reduce the spatial correlation of pixels in stego images, and improve the learning mode from super- vised learning to self-supervised learning. Secondly, it integrated centrally masked convolutions and dilated convolution residual blocks to eliminate secret information. Finally, it obtained the channel purification module to improve the image texture de- tails. The method didn't need any prior knowledge of information hiding schemes and manual operation, so that it could elimi- nate secret information before hosts receive suspicious images. The experimental results show that this method has high secret information destruction effect and high image quality, and can achieve 100% defense success rate and block covert communi- cation in social networks. At the same time, under different payload data sets, the proposed method is compared with SC-Net and AO-Net, and the secret information elimination is improved by 14. 14% and 2.91% respectively. Traditional Chinese medicine has been used for the treatment of acne for over two thousand years, with the characteristics of consideration to both manifestation and root cause, regulation for both internal and external factors, few adverse drug reactions, and low dependence. This article reviews the historical evolution, modern clinical research, and product analysis of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in acne disease through literature review and reports. Through tracking the historical origins, summarizing the current application status, exploring the excellent methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne, the development direction was analyzed. Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in acne disease, with numerous treatment methods, including oral therapy, external therapy, and special therapy, which has significant therapeutic effects during the treatment process. Due to individual differences, treatment should be based on patients’ physical condition and appropriate treatment methods should be selected. This article aims to systematically explain the acne treatment experience of clinicians, and provide reference for future clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment for acne. Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of ubiquitin-specific protease 18 (USP18),ubiquitin-specific protease 20 (USP20), ubiquitin-specific protease 25 (USP25) and clinicopathological features and prognosis in female breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: 98 female patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma admitted to Sichuan Provincial Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital and Ya’an People’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, the expression of USP18, USP20 and USP25 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical methods, and the relationship between the expression of USP18, USP20 and USP25 in cancer tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The independent risk factors for the prognosis of female breast invasive ductal carcinoma were analyzed by multivariat Logistic regression. The difference in prognosis between patients with negative and positive expression of USP18, USP20 and USP25 were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curve. Results: The positive expression rates of USP20, USP18 and USP25 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression of USP20in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was related to the degree of differentiation and TNM stage (P<0.05). The positive expression of USP18 was correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, molecular subtype and differentiation degree (P<0.05). The positive expression of USP25 was related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis, TNM stage Ⅲ, positive expression of USP18, positive expression of USP20 and positive expression of USP25 were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the 3-year recurrence-free survival rates of patients with positive expression of USP18, USP20 and USP25 were 59.65%, 59.32% and 58.62%respectively, which were lower than 82.05%, 83.78% and 84.21% of patients with negative expression of USP18, USP20 and USP25respectively. Conclusion: The expression of USP18, USP20, and USP25 in invasive ductal carcinoma of the female breast is closely related to lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, differentiation degree, and molecular subtypes. Positive expression of USP18, USP20,and USP25 is an independent risk factor affecting patient prognosis and is associated with a 3-year recurrence free survival rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

11. 基于自更新置信分类网络的雷达点迹识别算法.

- Abstract
When multiple radars collaborate for target detection and recognition, the obtained data is rich in clutter and uncertain information due to the complex battlefield environment. Traditional radar plots recognition algorithms have certain limitations in processing such data. Therefore, a radar plots recognition algorithm based on self-updating confidence classification network (RPR-SCCN) was proposed. Firstly, a confidence classification network was constructed to obtain the belief of each radar plots belonging to target, clutter, and uncertainty that under each iteration. Then, based on the spatial distribution characteristics of the dots, decision evidence was constructed and corrected for fusion. The fusion result updated the dot category, and the updated dot drove the training and learning of the confidence classification network again. The optimized confidence classification network continued to perform the next round of trajectory confidence updates, decision evidence construction, and category label updated. This process iterated continuously until the radar trajectory category labels in the previous and subsequent rounds no longer changed. The experimental verification results of actual radar tracking show that the recognition accuracy of typical radar tracking intelligent recognition algorithms such as point fractal network (PF-Net), radar plot classification based on fully connected neural network (RPC-FNN), particle swarm optimization probabilistic neural network (PSO-PNN) and radar plot classification based on convolutional neural networks (RPC-CNN) is 82% ~90%, and the proposed algorithm can reach 93%, an improvement of 3% ~10%. - Abstract
Objective: To explore the mechanism of olfactory three needle therapy on Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD) by observing its effects on expression of apolipoprotein E (ApoE)、glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and related core pathology substrates in the hippocampus of PDD model mice. Method: Male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group (Control), sham operation group (Sham), model group (Model) and acupuncture electrotherapy group (AE), with 10 mice in each group. The PD model was established by injecting 6-OHDA into the medial forebrain tract (MFB) and PDD mice were selected. After successful modeling and selection, the AE group received "olfactory three needle" electroacupuncture treatment. After 14 days of intervention, Morris water maze test and shuttle box test were used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of mice in each group. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the pathological changes of hippocampal CA1 region. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of αsyn, Aβ and ApoE proteins in hippocampal CA1 region. The colocation rate of ApoE and GFAP in hippocampal CA1 region was observed by double immunofluorescence markers. Result: Compared with Model group, the AE group exhibited a shortened escape latency in water maze (P< 0.01), increased platform crossing (P<0.05), increased active escape times of shuttle box (P<0.05), and reduced the average total time of electric stimulation (P<0.01). In the Model group, the neurons in the hippocampal CA1 area were sparsely arranged and showed signs of degeneration and necrosis; and cell nuclei were small, hyperchromatic and had unclear structures, indicating the appearance of nuclear pyrosis. In contrast, the AE group showed significant improvements in neuronal pathology, with most cells regularly arranged, round and large nuclei, lightly stained and clearly shaped. Compared with the Model group, the expression levels of αsyn, Aβ, ApoE protein and the colocalization rate of ApoE and GFAP in hippocampal CA1 region in AE group were decreased (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: The "Olfactory three needle" acupuncture can improve the cognitive ability and restore the morphological structure and function of neurons in PDD mice. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of ApoE expression in astrocytes and the reduction of α-syn and Aβ deposition in hippocampal CA1 region. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

26. 豇豆中 10 种农药残留快速检测技术研究与应用.

An immunoassay method for rapid detection of 10 pesticides, including carbofuran, triazophos, chlorpyrifos, acetamiprid, iprodione, pyraclostrobin, carbendazim, procymidone, cyromazine and fenpropathrin, was established in cowpea, and it was applied to the on-site rapid screening of pesticide residues in cowpea samples. According to the principle of immune chromatography, the gold immune-strips were prepared using pesticide antigens and antibodies. The concentration of antigens, pH value and labeling amount of gold labeled antibodies for the test-strips of the 10 pesticides, and the sample preparation method for cowpea samples were optimized. The sensitivity, accuracy, and cross reaction of the fast detection method were investigated. The detection limits of the established rapid immunoassay method for pesticides in cowpea were 0.02 mg/kg for carbofuran, 0.05 mg/kg for triazophos, 0.25 mg/kg for chlorpyrifos, 0.025 mg/kg for acetamiprid, 0.5 mg/kg for i prodione, 1.0 mg/kg for pyraclostrobin, 0.5 mg/kg for carbendazim, 0.1 mg/kg for procymidone, 0.25 mg/kg for cyromazine, and 0.5 mg/kg for fenpropathrin. Its sensitivity meets the requirements of the National Food Safety Standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food (GB 2763—2021) in China. The sample preparation takes 5 min and the immune-strip detection takes 10 min, which means it only takes 15 min to complete the pesticide residue detection in cowpea samples. The method also has the advantages of low cost and easy operation. The rapid detection results of 10 independently spiked samples of cowpea showed a false positive rate of 0, a false negative rate of ≤ 11.1%, and an accuracy rate of ≥ 94.4%. The method was applied to the detection of cowpea samples collected from multiple locations in Zhejiang Province, and it showed that the results of the immunoassay rapid detection method were consistent with those of the reference instrumental method, with an accuracy rate of over 97.2%. In the safety monitoring of agricultural products, this method provides technical support for the on-site rapid detection of pesticide residues. The method has good practicability and high sensitivity, and it is time-saving and labor-saving, and is suitable for the on-site rapid detection of 10 commonly used pesticides in cowpea. Prinsepia utilis is a perennial deciduous shrub of an edible medicine in the ethnic communities of Northwest Yunnan. It is widely applied in traditional culture, medicine and food in that area. With the development of modern society, P. utilis and its related traditional knowledge face the danger of disappearing. The purpose of this study was to explore the protection and inheritance of resources and related traditional knowledge of P. utilis in native area. Based on ethnobotanical field investigation, the substance basis of the main traditional functions of P. utilis and skin-caring activities were preliminarily studied by using the methods of chemical and pharmacological activity testing of natural drugs. The results were as follows:(1) P. utilis was widely used for fencing protection, wind prevention, soil fixation, the treatment of skin injury, food and other traditional usages in ethnic communities of Northwest Yunnan.(2)Ten individual compounds with skin-caring activities were detected from the extracts of different parts of P. utilis, such as gallic acid, quercetin.(3)The total flavonoid content of the extracts from the leaves of P. utilis was higher than that of the fermentation products and the extracts from the fruit of P. utilis.(4)The fruit oil of P. utilis with the highest frequency of traditional utilization showed great DPPH radical scavenging activity, and the antioxidant activity was different among different producing areas and processes. The results of this study preliminarily confirm the correlation between the substence basis and the related activities of the traditional skin-caring efficacy of P. utilis, and provide a reference for the further research and development of the protection and traditional inheritance of resources and related traditional knowledge of P. utilis. 32. 体外冲击波治疗冈上肌肌腱炎临床疗效的 meta 分析.

- Abstract
Objective To systematically review the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ES WT) in the treatment of supraspinatus tendinitis to provide evidence for clinical practice. Methods Randomized controlled trials for ESWT of supraspinatus tendinitis published from the inception of databases to November 15.2022 were searched from China National Knowledge Internet, VIP, Wanfang, Chinese BioMedical Literature Database. PubMed and Web of Science Database. After fetching data from the included articles by two reviewers, meta analysis and quality evaluation were conducted with RevMan5, 4 software, and then the included literatures were further subjected to sensitivity analysis, meta-regression analysis and publication bias with Stata 17.0 software. Results A total of 15 pieces of eligible literature and 803 patients, were included in this study including 404 patients in the experimental group and 399 patients in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group with ESWT had better improvement in visual analogue scale score of pain (WMD=1, 52.95 % CI -2.13 -0.19.P<0.000 01). Constant-Murley score (WMD=9, 81.95%CI 6.47-13. 16.P<0.000 01) and disappearance of calcification (RR=1.37.95%CI 1. 19-1.58. P<0.0001) than the control group. The literature which included visual analogue scale score and Constant-Murley score had high heterogeneity, and the sensitivity analysis showed that this result was stable, Meta analysis found nothing about the sources of heterogeneity. The result of publication bias showed that there was a publication bias in Constant-Murley score (Begg test;t=3. 18, P<0.008). Conclusion ESWT is effective in alleviating pain and improving the absorption efficiency of calcification focus. However, the quality of the literature in this study is different, and the Constant-Murley score may be biased. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] The aim is to explore the spatio-temporal law and mechanism of the coupling between com supply and demand in China, and to provide scientific basis for regulating regional grain supply and demand balance. [ Method] Based on the centralization index, barycenter model, spatial overlap and Moran index of spatial Lorentz curve, this research discussed the spatio-temporal pattern evolution and dynamic coupling process of maize supply and demand situation in China since 2000 from the overall and regional perspectives. [ Result] ( i) The total supply and demand of China's com achieved a tight equilibrium-overall loose-tight equilibrium transition. With 2015 as the turning point, com yield showed the characteristics of first increasing and then decreasing, and stabilized at 260 million tons. Com consumption showed a fluctuating upward trend, reaching 288 million tons in 2021. ( ii) The regional differences of com production and consumption showed an expanding trend, and the geographical aggregation characteristics were continuously enhanced. The centralization degree of the supply area was higher than that of the consumption area. ( iii) The gravity centers of com production and consumption showed a trend of northeast migration, and the track had obvious stage characteristics. The distance between the gravity centers of com production and consumption showed a dynamic change process of deviation, fluctuation and convergence. ( iv) There was a significant positive spatial correlation between maize production and consumption in China, but the maize production and consumption in different provinces showed distinct spatial agglomeration characteristics. [ Conclusion] The spatial matching of China's com supply and demand was enhanced year by year, and its coupling characteristics changes were consistent with the changes of residents' consumption structure, agricultural production policies and the development process of industry and animal husbandry. [Objective] The present paper aimed to explore the grain production pattern and influencing factors in the major production areas, provided a certain basis for stabilizing the overall situation of national food security and formulating differentiated grain policies. [Method] By means of concentration degree, gini coefficient, logarithmic mean divisia index and cultivated land pressure index, quantitatively analyzed the factors influencing the increase of grain production in major grain producing areas from 2000 to 2020, such as the change of grain production center, variety structure, contribution to increase production, resource bearing capacity and production cost. [ Result] ( i) From the change of grain production center, more than 95 % of the grain increment came from the major grain producing areas, and the major producing areas in the north contributed more to the increase, especially Shandong, Henan and Heilongjiang, which occupied the top three areas of grain output and sown area for a long time. (ii) In terms of the production centers of different food crops, the production centers of wheat, com and beans were stable in the major grain producing areas in the north for a long time, while the production centers of rice and potato were mainly concentrated in the major grain producing areas in the south, but the production centers of rice gradually showed a trend of northward deviation. (iii) From the perspective of contributing factors, the grain increase in the major grain producing areas mainly depended on the increase of yield per unit area, and the contribution rate of yield per unit area to grain increase reached 61. 16%. The grain increase in the major grain producing areas in the north was due to the combined effect of cultivated land area, multiple cropping index, grain crop proportion and yield per unit area. Due to the decrease of cultivated land area in the major grain producing areas in the south had a negative effect on grain increase, the grain yield increase was more dependent on unit yield increase and multiple cropping index. (iv) From the perspective of resource carrying capacity of grain production, the dilemma of uneven distribution of water and soil resources has not been improved for a long time. The constraints of water resources in the major grain producing areas in the north were increasingly strengthened, while the pressure of cultivated land resources in the major grain producing areas in the south was continuously high. ( v) From the change and structure of grain production cost, the average grain production cost in the major grain producing areas was rising continuously. The land cost in the major grain producing areas in the north was higher, and the labor cost in the major grain producing areas in the south was higher. The grain production cost in the major grain producing areas in the north was higher than the whole country and the major grain producing areas in the south for a long time, and the rising rate was slightly faster than that in the major grain producing areas in the south. [Conclusion] Establishing the food security responsibility mechanism shared by the producing and marketing areas, constructing the differentiated compensation mechanism; Strictly observing the grain sown area, adjusting the structure of regional grain varieties; Consolidating scientific and technological support for grain increase, promoting coordinated development of water and soil resources and grain production; Taking multiple measures to improve grain production efficiency, and enhancing the enthusiasm of various subjects to grow grain. In the process of radar networking and cooperative detection, affected by different detection accuracy, observation dimension and environmental noise, the sensor data obtained by the information system contains certain imprecise and uncertain information, which will result in that the target points cannot be accurately classified and identified. In order to solve this problem, a recognition algorithm of radar plots based on confidence function and self-updating classifier ( RARP-CFSC) was proposed. First, the evidence recognition framework based on the confidence function theory for target, clutter and uncertain data was created, and a deep neural network model classifier that can give the membership of target data category was also designed. Then, according to the classification results of the current iteration round, the decision support evidence set was constructed, and the modified fusion was also carried out according to the characteristics of the plot distribution. Finally, based on the global fusion results, the plot category labels were updated, and the network model classifier was re trained and updated online, so as to iterate until all the radar plot data category labels were no longer changed. The performance of the algorithm was verified and analyzed based on the real radar measured data set. The results show that the new algorithm can effectively improve the classification accuracy of radar plots compared with the traditional algorithm, and the algorithm convergence time can be rapidly reduced with the enrichment of sample data, which is convenient for promotion and application in subsequent projects. In order to establish a rapid screening method for chlorothalonil residues in blueberry samples, the pesticide chlorothalonil was used as the target analyte in this study, and the effects of colloidal gold labeling parameters and sample preparation methods on colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) were systematically studied. Firstly, 25 nm colloidal gold nanoparticles labelled with anti-chlorothalonil monoclonal antibody was used as the detection probe. ChlorothalonilBSA (1 mg/mL) conjugate and goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (0.1 mg/mL) were coated on nitrocellulose filter membrane (NC) to form the test line (T) and quality control line (C), respectively. Then the blueberry samples were extracted with acidic acetonitrile and diluted with double distilledwater (dd H2O), and were detected by the assembled immuno-chromatographic test strip. The qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of chlorothalonil in blueberries could be accomplished within 15 minutes, and the limit of detection (LOD) observed by naked eyes was 0.1 mg/kg. The crossreactivity for the detection of 4-hydroxy-chlorothalonil, quintozene, carbendazim and procymidone was negligible. The recovery results of chlorothalonil in blueberry using the colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip were consistent with those of the UPLC-MS/MS method. Both methods could be successfully applied to the detection of chlorothalonil in blueberries. The immunochromatographic test strip is helpful for on-site detection, while the UPLC-MS /MS method can provide accurate quantification. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
