卵巢妊娠在临床上极为罕见，双侧输卵管切除术后左侧卵巢妊娠的案例更是鲜有报道。本研 究通过病例展示及文献复习发现，卵巢妊娠常伴或不伴有停经史、阴道出血，早期即可出现妊娠包块破裂、出 血，甚至休克，危及生命，通过完善血人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-hCG)检查、彩色超声、磁共振成像和手 术探查等与输卵管妊娠、黄体囊肿相鉴别，并排除肝癌、肺癌和尿路上皮细胞癌等非滋养细胞恶性肿瘤等，避 免误诊、漏诊。卵巢妊娠治疗以手术为主，注意选择术式，充分暴露病灶，完整切除病灶，最大限度地保留卵巢 功能。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
