The co-variability in the summer precipitation and cloud-to-ground lightning over South China, where climatological lighting and precipitation frequently occur (105～122 ° E, 20～35 ° N), has been examined using the ADTD lightning location network and precipitation data merged ground-gauge, satellite, and radar. The coupling self-organizing map (SOM) has been applied to the daily flash density and precipitation anomalies from 2016 to 2021. It turns out that there are five clusters associate with the co-variability in the flash density and precipitation over South China. Specifically, the first (fifth) cluster is characterized by a dipole pattern with enhanced rainfall / increased lightning activity (suppressed rainfall / decreased lightning activity) over the Yangtze-Huai River valley and suppressed rainfall/decreased lightning activity (enhanced rainfall/increased lightning activity) over the southern part of South China. The tightest lightning-precipitation coincidence is observed in the first and fifth clusters. Results obtained from SOM exhibit large non-linearity and asymmetry of the relationship between the regional lightning and precipitation anomalies over South China. Further examinations suggest that unstable atmospheric stratifications, significant vertical differences in the atmospheric humidity, and beneficial large-scale atmospheric circulations play important roles in modulating the co-variability in the summer lightning and precipitation over South China. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical comprehensive value of Guanxinning tablets, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and basic drug management. METHODS: Based on the current research data and materials, the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Guanxinning tablets in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris was carried out around effectiveness, safety, economy, inheritance and innovation, suitability and accessibility. RESULTS: In terms of effectiveness, Guanxinning tablets can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram. In terms of safety, the adverse drug reactions were mild and the prognosis was good. In terms of economy, Guanxinning tablets had cost-effectiveness advantages. In terms of innovation, nine Chinese patents were approved. In terms of suitability, Guanxinning tablets were convenient to take, carry and store. In terms of accessibility, Guanxinning tablets were widely covered and affordable. 目的：了解广州市康复医疗资源配置及服务提供情况，明确现状，分析问题，为广州市康复医疗服务体系规划提供依据。 方法：通过问卷调查方法，调查并分析了116 所广州市医疗机构的康复科设置、康复服务、康复人才结构等。 结果：93家医疗机构提供康复服务，其中85家设康复医学科，康复编制床位 3062 张，三级医院康复服务开展率分别 为 84.62%、88.46%和 70.59%，其中住院康复开展率分别为 84.85%、43.48%和 54.17%，门诊康复开展率分别为 90.91%、73.91%和70.83%，住院早期康复开展率分别为100%、78.26%和75.00%。目前广州市有康复医师1104人， 康复治疗师1027人，康复护士2368人；康复医师与治疗师的学历和职称结构均存在显著性差异（P＜0.001）。参与 康复医疗联合体的医院有47.31%，向上级医院转诊明显多于向下级医院转诊，以二级医院明显。 结论：广州市三级康复医疗服务体系架构基本建立，但仍存在不少问题。康复医疗服务体系规划应将康复人才队伍 和服务能力建设、资源配置、双向转诊、医保和物价配套政策等作为建设重点，并建立至少1所市级康复专科医院。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the expression levels of circular RNA (circ) MYH9 and human Plectrin homology domain family A member 2 (PHLDA2) in the colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues and their relationships with the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of patients. Methods Ninety-eight patients with CRC were selected, and the CRC tissues and adjacent tissues were collected during the surgery. The expression levels of circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA and protein in the CRC tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA expression in CRC tissues. The relationships of expression of circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. After 3 years of following up, the relationship between the expression of circMYH9, PHLDA2 mRNA and the prognosis of CRC patients was analyzed. Results The relative expression levels of circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA in CRC tissues were higher than those in the adjacent tissues (all P<0. 05) . There was a positive correlation between circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA expression in CRC tissues (r=0. 756, P<0. 05) . The expression levels of circMYH9 and PHLDA2 mRNA in the CRC tissues were related to tumor TNM staging, differentiation, and lymph node metastasis (all P<0. 05), but not to patient gender, age, maximum tumor diameter, or tumor location (all P>0. 05) . Among the 98 CRC patients, 31 died during the follow-up period. There were statistically significant differences in survival time and 3-year cumulative survival rate between the high and low expression groups of circMYH9 (both P<0. 05) . There were statistically significant differences in survival time and 3-year cumulative survival rate between the high and low expression groups of PHLDA2 mRNA (both P<0. 05) . Conclusion The expression of circMYH9 and PHLDA2 is highly expressed in CRC tissues, and the changes in their expression are related to TNM staging, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and prognosis. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of six kinds of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese patent medicines in medical insurance catalogue in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on network Meta-analysis. METHODS: Six kinds of Chinese patent medicines including Yangxinshi tablets, Shensong Yangxin capsules, Qishen Yiqi dropping pills, Naoxintong capsules, Shexiang Baoxin pills, Xueshuan Xinmaining ( tablets or capsules) were selected. CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, PubMed and Web of Science were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of the six kinds of Chinese patent medicines combined with conventional western medicine versus conventional western medicine alone in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Jun. 12th, 2022. After downloading the full text, extracting the data and evaluating the quality of the literature, Stata 15. 1 and R 4. 0. 3 software were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: A total of 87 studies were included. Network Meta-analysis showed that the cumulative probability order of angina pectoris efficacy was Yangxinshi tablets + conventional western medicine > Shensong Yangxin capsules + conventional western medicine > Qishen Yiqi dropping pills + conventional western medicine > Naoxintong capsules + conventional western medicine > Xueshuan Xinmaining (tablets or capsules) + conventional western medicine > Shexiang Baoxin pills + conventional western medicine > conventional western medicine. In terms of ECG efficacy, the order of cumulative probability was Yangxinshi tablets + conventional western medicine > Qishen Yiqi dropping pills +conventional western medicine > Naoxintong capsules + conventional western medicine > Xueshuan Xinmaining (tablets or capsules) + conventional western medicine = Shensong yangxin capsules + conventional western medicine > Shexiang Baoxin pills + conventional western medicine > conventional western medicine. According to the two outcome indicators, Yangxinshi tablets + conventional western medicine were the best, followed by Qishen Yiqi dropping pills and Naoxintong capsules. CONCLUSIONS: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the combined use of six kinds of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of angina pectoris can significantly improve the curative efficacy, and the therapeutic efficacy of Yangxinshi tablets combined with western medicines is significant. However, due to the limitations of the quantity and quality of the final included literature, the conclusion of the study needs to be further validated by more high-quality studies. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the efficacy of Songling Xuemaikang capsules in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia by methodological quality assessment tools including AMSTAR 2 scale and grading system of evidence evaluation ( GRADE). METHODS: Systematic reviews of studies with Songling Xuemaikang capsules were enrolled by retrieving databases including CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Data, VIP, the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science and Springer from base-building to Jul. 27th, 2022. The research results of systematic review were collated and summarized, the quality of each outcome index was evaluated by using the GRADE system, and the quality of enrolled literature was evaluated by using the AMSTAR 2 scale. RESULTS: Finally 9 systematic reviews were enrolled, 8 of which were on the treatment of hypertension with Songling Xuemaikang capsules and 1 on hyperlipidemia with Songling Xuemaikang capsules. The research results of systematic review indicated that compared with pharmaceutical chemicals alone, the efficacy of Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with pharmaceutical chemicals was better, mainly in terms of indicators such as the total effective rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. The results of the GRADE evaluation showed that 9 were moderate evidence, 23 were low evidence and 2 were very low evidence. The results of AMSTAR 2 scale evaluation showed that the methodological quality of all 9 studies was extremely low. CONCLUSIONS: Songling Xuemaikang capsules have a certain efficacy in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, but the original literature is of low quality. It is recommended that high-quality clinical randomized controlled trials be conducted to evaluate the safety, efficacy and economical efficiency of Songling Xuemaikang capsules with reference to the evaluation methods of evidence-based medical guidelines, so as to provide higher-quality evidence for clinical purposes. A cavitation device was made by using the Venturi effect to achieve high efficiency of NOX removal, and explored the mechanism of different influencing factors on NOX catalytic oxidation absorption. The results show that when the concentration of NOX is 1 000 mg/L, the NO2/NO is 1.5,the absorbed liquid volume is 15 L, and the pH is 11,the NOX removal rate is as high as 81%.The addition of SDBS,Fe2+ and Mn2+ in the absorption solution could effectively improve the NOX removal rate. Under the optimal conditions(pH=11.0,CSDBS=0.06 mg/L, CFe2+=1.5 mmol/L), the NOX removal efficiency could reach 86.0%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the mechanism of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of pulmonary embolism based on internet pharmacology. METHODS: According to in vivo processes ( absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion,ADME) properties of the drug components, the main chemical components of trichosanthes, citrus aurantium, citrus aurantium, guizhi and magnolia officinalis were obtained through traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform (TCMSP). And the encyclopedia of traditional Chinese medicine(ETCM) and traditional Chinese medicines integrated database (TCMID) were used to supply and screen the active components of traditional Chinese medicine. Swiss Target Prediction was adopted to obtain the active ingredient targets. The major targets of pulmonary embolism were obtained from Genecards, online mendelian inheritance in man (OMIM) and DRUGBANK databases. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) was analyzed by using String platform, and PPI network was constructed. Metascape platform was used to analyze “drugs-componentstargets” and its involved biological processes and pathways. Cytoscape 3. 8. 0 software was used to construct the network of “Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction-pulmonary embolism-pathway”. RESULTS: The core active ingredients of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of pulmonary embolism were quercetin, luteolin, naringenin and caffeic acid, and the core targets were CYP1B1 and DRD2. The biological pathways of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of pulmonary embolism mainly acted on the platelet activation pathway and the Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway, the main functions were regulating heme binding and protein kinase activity. CONCLUSIONS: This study initially reveals the possible mechanism of active ingredients of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of pulmonary embolism, and provides clues and evidence for follow-up basic and clinical research. Objective： To study the clinical features of GBS and the influencing factors of GBS severity. Methods： The clinical data of 194 cases of GBS patients treated in Xijing Hospital from September 2011 to January 2016 were retrospective analyzed. The influencing factors of GBS severity, mechanical ventilation were analyzed by chi-square test and t-test. Results： In the 194 cases of GBS patients, male were more than female. Young adult patients had the main proportion in all the patients. The average age is 42.91 ± 17.72 years. Autumn and summer are the highest incidence seasons. Respiratory infection is the most common precursor events（63 cases）.Movement disorders are the most common first symptoms（128 cases）. Patients with mechanical ventilation are 12.37 %（24/194）. Severe patients at nadir are 58.76 %（114/194）. Pure motor of clinical classification is the most common subtype 77.84 %（151/194）. Through the single factor analysis, movement disorders, cranial nerve involvement, mechanical ventilation, the MRC score at nadir, the Hughes score at nadir are significantly different（P〈0.05） between the mild and severity at acute onset of disease. The severity of disease, movement disorders, the MRC score at nadir, the Hughes score at nadir show statistical difference（P〈0.05） between the mechanical ventilation and the non mechanical ventilation. Conclusions： Male are more than female in GBS patients. Autumn is the highest season of disease incidence. Axonal subtype is the main electrophysiological subtype. Movement disorders, the MRC score, and the Hughes score at nadir are influencing factors for the mechanical ventilation and the severity of GBS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to avoid the “fragmented” situation for complex system designed in the reliability, maintainability, testability and safety, the four qualities integration evaluation for complex system based on the color Petri net is established after determining each quality parameter. In the JAVA environment, the structure color Petri-net model and the comprehensive evaluated color Petri-net model are built using the PIPE, which turns out the four qualities integration evaluation model. When the transition is triggered, the four states of the complex system will be divided into three categories and dyed respectively. The situation of every targets and conditions are determined by the token color in place. The most supported clinical pathogenesis is molecular simulation theory. The two most important clinical classification are axonal and demyelinating types. Demyelinating type was mainly in Europe and America, while axonal type was mainly in Asian. Miller Fisher syndrome and Pharyngeal-cervical-brachial variant are two special types which were rare in Clinical. The most effective treatment methods are intravenous immune globulin therapy and plasmapheresis which have been supported by evidence-based medicine. Hormone therapy was considered invalid currently by evidence based medicine, but basic supportive therapy should not be underestimated. Most patients were single-phase duration, only a few patients could relapse. Prognosis in Miller Fisher syndrome is good while poor in old and acute motor axonal neuropathy patients. As the increase of atherosclerosis (AS) in the world, the suitable animal models become the key step in the research of AS. Compared to other animals, guinea pigs has many advantages, such as the ratio of plasma lipoproteins, the transport form of cholesterol, the existence form and ratio of cholesterol in liver, the sensitivity to exogenous cholesterol and the reactivity of key enzymes in cholesterol and lipoprotein metabolism.
