3. m6 A 甲基化在心肌梗死后心肌重构发病机制中的研究进展.

- Abstract
Myocardial infarction is the most common cause of heart failure, and myocardial remodeling can occur after infarction, thus contributing to the progression of heart failure. The occurrence of post-infarction ventricular remodeling is closely related to m6 A methylation. m6 A methylation is a reversible and highly dynamic process. This process is mainly mediated by m6 A methylation positive and negative regulatory enzymes and is involved in the occurrence of post-infarction myocardial remodeling through mechanisms such as cellular autophagy. This article mainly reviews relevant literature in recent years. Firstly, a brief introduction is given to m6 A methylation, followed by an introduction to the role of m6 A methylase in regulating myocardial remodeling. Finally, a summary analysis is conducted on the mechanism of m6 A methylation in regulating myocardial remodeling from the perspectives of autophagy, inflammation, cell apoptosis, calcium ion homeostasis, extracellular matrix remodeling, and ferroptosis. The feasibility of using m6 A methylation serological detection as a diagnostic tool for myocardial remodeling after myocardial infarction is discussed, in order to provide reference for related research. Autophagy is an important mechanism to maintain cellular function and metabolism, whereas abnormal autophagy can cause the advent and worsening of various diseases. N6-Methyladenosine( m6A) RNA methylation is a reversible RNA modification, which is regulated by m6A methyltransferase, m6A demethylase and m6A-binding protein. Studies have shown that autophagy-related genes promote or attenuate autophagy level dependent on the regulation of m6A, and then participate in the process of diseases. This paper reviews the progress of m6A modification regulatory enzymes and their binding proteins in regulating cell autophagy to provide reference for future researches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

8. 声波法直埋热水供热管道泄漏检测定位.

- Abstract
In order to quickly diagnose the leakage of heating pipe network and improve its operation safety, a test apparatus for leakage detection and localization of heating pipe was built, and the acceleration sensors were used to measure the acoustic waves, the influence of different operation pressure, temperature, leakage aperture and leakage point location on leakage acoustic wave characteristics and leakage localization of heating pipeline were studied. The results indicate that when there is no leakage in heating pipe, the background noise energy is concentrated in the range of 0 ~ 1 000 Hz, after leakage occurs, the acoustic energy due to leaking will be concentrated in the range of 1 200 ~ 2 400 Hz and 3 200 ~ 4 000 Hz. With the increase of pressure and leakage aperture, the amplitude of leakage acoustic signal increases, the signal energy increases, the proportion of high frequency band energy increases, and the leakage localization becomes accurate. However, with the temperature increase, the amplitude of leakage acoustic signal decreases, the signal energy decreases, the proportion of low frequency band energy increases, and the leakage localization gets worse, the relative position of leakage point has little influence on the leakage localization accuracy, the approach by bandpass filtering could significantly improve the accuracy.
