Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by osteopenia, which threatens the life and health of middle-aged and elderly people and has a high incidence. There are still many inadequacies in the diagnosis of the disease using the present medical techniques. As a new technique, radiomics transforms the conventional image into the data that can be mined and constructs the relevant model after artificial intelligence algorithm processing, then provides the objective and accurate result for clinical diagnosis and treatment. At present, this technique shows great potential and clinical value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. In this article, the authors review the application of radiomics in the evaluation of osteoporosis bone mass, the diagnosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis, the diagnosis of middle-aged and elderly osteoporosis, and the prediction and diagnosis of the incidence of osteoporotic fracture. During the construction of a dike, the riprap will drift due to the tidal current, which will seriously affect the quality of riprap and cause a lot of waste of riprap material. Based on the construction of a dike in Lianyungang Port Area, the hydrodynamic characteristics of the construction area of the dike and the adjacent sea area are studied based on mathematical modeling and theoretical formulae, the influence mechanism of the dike on the hydrodynamics is explored, and the migration mechanism of riprap under the action of tidal current is analyzed. At the same time, the riprap drift test and synchronous hydrological observation were carried out on the project site, and the calculation method of riprap drift was calibrated and verified. Objective To explore the application and surgical effect of indivisualized surgery by far lateral approach in the treatment of ventral meningiomas in the foramen magnum region. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with ventral meningioma in the foramen magnum region admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2011 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The relevant literature was reviewed. Results Of 14 patients, 12 underwent total resection of the lesion（Simpson grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ）, and 2 underwent subtotal resection（Simpson grade Ⅲ）. There were no surgical deaths. Pain symptoms, respiratory dysfunction, and limb muscle strength had significantly recovered in the near future after surgery. The recovery process of sensory dysfunction was slow. Follow up for 6 to 24 months, MRI reexamination of the craniocervical junction area was performed, and no recurrence was observed in patients with complete resection of the lesion. Two patients with subtotal resection underwent gamma knife assisted treatment after surgery, and no significant growth of the lesion was observed. Conclusions The far lateral approach is a suitable approach for the removal of ventral meningiomas in the foramen magnum region. The scope and size of bone resection should be determined based on imaging data, lesion characteristics, and anatomical differences between individual patients, and personalized surgical procedures should be developed. Objective The effect of Mongolian medicine Narenmandula on bone microstructure and bone formation in ovariectomized osteoporosis rat model was observed, and its anti-osteoporosis effect and mechanism were preliminarily discussed. Methods Thirty female rats were randomly divided into sham surgery group, model group, and Mongolian medicine Narenmandu low-, medium-, and high-dose group, with 6 rats per group. Osteoporosis model rats were established with ovariectomy. After successful model preparation, rats in Mongolian medicine group received Mongolian medicine with gastric irrigation. Rats in sham surgery group received the same volume of normal saline. After 12 consecutive weeks, micro-CT, bone mechanics, and HE staining were performed on femurs. The expressions of Wnt and β-catenin proteins was detected in rats, respectively. ALP staining and mineralization staining were detected after intervention with low-, medium-, and high-concentrations of drug-containing serum from 1-day-old rat skulls. The ALP secretion and mineralized nodule size were observed. The expression of Wnt and β-catenin proteins was detected. Results Micro-CT results showed that the density of bone trabecular in the Mongolian drug group increased in the model rat femurs. The bone mechanical analysis showed that the load and stiffness of bone mechanics improved in the Mongolian medicine group, and they were significant the high- and middle-dose group (P<0.01, P<0.05). The results of HE staining showed that the pathological changes of trabecular bone were significantly improved in the Mongolian drug groups. Western blotting results suggested that the expressions of Wnt and β-catenin proteins in the Mongolian drug groups increased significantly (P<0.0001). The Mongolian drug-containing serum promoted alkaline phosphatase secretion, mineralized nodule formation, and Wnt and β-catenin protein expressions in the Mongolian drug groups (P<0.0001). Conclusion Mongolian medicine Narenmandula improves the bone microstructure of rats in the ovariectomized osteoporosis model. In order to maintain better recognition robustness in the EEG signals with noise data or missing value, and to reveal the interaction relationship between multiple channels of EEG signals, a series of studies have been carried out. This paper used the random forest algorithm to select the important channels with interaction and remove the irrelevant and redundant channels. It used the state space model to describe the internal motion law of multi-channel, reflecting the relationship between internal state and input or output. It used the EM algorithm to identify the parameters, as the identification features of the state space model. Moreover, this paper identified the extracted features by SE-GRU model, which increased the weight of important features. Generally, this method can effectively improve the classification accuracy on both the public datasets and virtual human guided EEG datasets. 目的观察自制愈疮散外敷对轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡（MiRAU）的治疗效果。方法MiRAU患者80例， 随机分为自制愈疮散组、口炎清组，每组40例。自制愈疮散组每日两次予自制愈疮散外敷，口炎清组每日两次予口 炎清颗粒6 g口服，连续治疗至溃疡创面愈合。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度（以VAS评分表示）、镇痛耗时、溃 疡愈合时间，计算总有效率。结果自制愈疮散组、口炎清组治疗前VAS评分分别为（6. 53 ± 0. 72）分、（6. 40 ± 0. 81）分，两组相比，P>0. 05。自制愈疮散组、口炎清组治疗后VAS评分分别为（1. 85 ± 0. 58）分、（4. 33 ± 0. 76）分， 两组相比，P<0. 05。自制愈疮散组镇痛耗时、溃疡愈合时间分别为（20. 23 ± 1. 79）s、（3. 93 ± 0. 70）d，口炎清组分别 为（57. 50 ± 4. 82）s、（7. 00 ± 0. 93）d，两组相比，P 均<0. 05。自制愈疮散组总有效率为97. 5%，口炎清组总有效率为 85. 0%，两组相比，P<0. 05。结论与口炎清颗粒相比，自制愈疮散外敷能有效缓解疼痛，镇痛迅速、溃疡愈合时间 短，总有效率高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To observe the effects of osthol-loaded N-octyl-O-sulfonyl chitosan micelles ( NSC-OST) on bone microstructures and bone resorption in ovariectomized osteoporotic rats, and to explore its molecular mechanism of anti-osteoporosis. Methods Forty female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： sham group (Sham) , model group (Ovx) , nilestriol group (Nil) , osthol ( OST) , osthol/chitosan derivative micelle group (NSC-OST). Except for sham operation group, osteoporosis models were established by removing bilateral ovaries. After 12 weeks of continuous administration, osteoporosis models were established. The effects of drugs on bone microstructures was observed with HE staining and micro-CT detection on two-dimensional and three-dimensional morphological perspectives, respectively. The effects of drugs on osteoclast formation and differentiation were observed with tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) staining. The effects of drugs on specific molecules NFATcl, c-fos and CTSK expression were detected using immunohistochemistry. Results HE staining result showed that the osteoporosis-like changes induced by modeling in the drug groups improved significantly, and the effect in Nil group was the most obvious, followed by NSC-OST group and OST group. Micro-CT analysis showed that NSC-OST significantly improved BMD and BV/TV of the femur in rats (P< 0. 05) , and significantly improved Tb. The three indexes Tb.N, Tb.Sp, and Tb.Th (P<0. 05) were better than those in OST group, but slightly worse than those in NIL group. TRAP staining showed that NSC-OST significantly inhibited the osteoclast formation parameters N.Oc/BS and Oc.S/BS (F<0. 05) , and the effect was better than that in OST group, but slightly worse than that in NIL group. Immunohistochemical result showed that NSC-OST inhibited the expression of osteoclast-specific molecules NFATcl , c-fos, and CTSK. The inhibitive effect on the first two indicators was similar in NSC-OST group and in Nil group. When CTSK was inhibited, the efficacy in NSC-OST group was less than that in Nil group but more than that in OST group. Conclusion NSC-OST significantly improves the bone microstructures in ovariectomized rats, and its anti-osteoporosis effect may be related to the inhibition of osteoclast formation and differentiation.
