Topologically nontrivial Fe-based superconductors attract extensive attentions due to their ability of hosting Majorana zero modes (MZMs) which could be used for topological quantum computation. Topological defects such as vortex lines are required to generate MZMs. Here, we observe the robust edge states along the surface steps of CaKFe4As4. Remarkably, the tunneling spectra show a sharp zero-bias peak (ZBP) with multiple integer-quantized states at the step edge under zero magnetic field. We propose that the increasing hole doping around step edges may drive the local superconductivity into a state with possible spontaneous time-reversal symmetry breaking. Consequently, the ZBP can be interpreted as an MZM in an effective vortex in the superconducting topological surface state by proximity to the center of a tri-junction with different superconducting order parameters. Our results provide new insights into the interplay between topology and unconventional superconductivity, and pave a new path to generate MZMs without magnetic field. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Most of the existing content extraction signature schemes publicly verify signatures, but in some cases, they may compromise the signer's privacy. To enhance security and render the signature scheme resistant to quantum attacks, this paper proposed a new interceptable signature scheme based on the ring-SIS problem on the ideal lattice and integrated it with the strong specified verifier signature scheme. The scheme employed the anomaly abort technique of uniform sampling, capable of thwarting side-channel attacks. Additionally, this paper validated the security and correctness of the scheme. Background and purpose: It is still a great challenge to clarify the signal molecules that mediate the communication between cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and tumor cells. These signal molecules are very important for cancer metastasis. The purpose of this study was to explore the communication mechanism of pleckstrin-2/miR-196a signal axis mediated by lung cancer cells in tumor microenvironment. Methods: Human lung adenocarcinoma cell line H1299 and human embryonic lung cell MRC-5 were selected as the research objects. H1299 cells were transfected with lentivirus (PLEK2) expressing PLEK2 and Vector control, and exosomes (Vector_exo, PLEK2_exo) were isolated after 24 h of transfection. MRC-5 cells were transfected with miR-196a mimetic or inhibitor. The expressions of PLEK2 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins were analyzed by Western blot. The expression of miR-196a was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and the metastasis and invasion ability of cells were determined by transwell assay. Six female BALB/c-nu mice were randomly divided into Vector group and PLEK2 group, with 3 mice in each group. Mice in each group were injected with H1299 cells transfected with Vector or PLEK2 through the tail vein. After 4 weeks, lung tissue was taken out for H-E staining and immunohistochemical staining to analyze the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA). All animal experiments were approved by the ethics committee of First Hospital of Changsha City (Changsha Hospital, Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University) (ethics number: EI-2021-103). Results: Compared with the Vector group, the number of pulmonary metastatic nodules and the expression of α-SMA in metastatic cancer in PLEK2 group increased significantly (P＜0.001). Compared with Vector group, the expression level of miR-196a in H1229 cells in PLEK2 group increased significantly (P＜0.05), and the expression level of miR-196a was significantly higher in PLEK2_exo than in Vector_exo (P＜0.05). Compared with Vector_exo group, the expression levels of miR-196a, α-SMA and fibroblast activation protein (FAP) in MRC-5 cells in PLEK2_exo group increased significantly (P＜0.05). Compared with the negative control (NC), the expression levels of α-SMA and FAP in MRC-5 cells transfected with miR-196a increased significantly (P＜0.05). On the contrary, by transfection with miR-196a inhibitors (si-miR-196a#1 and si-miR-196a#), the expression levels of α-SMA and FAP were significantly inhibited (P＜0.05). Compared with NC-CM group, the number of metastatic cells, invasive cells and the expression of vimentin in miR- 196a-CM group increased significantly (P＜0.001), and the expression of E-cadherin decreased significantly (P＜0.001). In addition, compared with Vector_exo-CM group, PLEK2_exo-CM group had significant increase in number of metastatic and invasive cells and the expression of vimentin (P＜0.01), and significant decrease in the expression of E-cadherin (P＜0.001). Conclusion: Upregulation of PLEK2 can enhance the level of exosomes miR-196a derived from lung cancer cells, thereby promoting the activation of CAFs. 目的　回顾性分析1例罕见ADGRG1-间变性淋巴瘤激酶 (ALK）融合突变肺腺癌的诊治资料, 旨在为此 类疾病的基因诊断和治疗提供参考。方法　回顾 1 例肺腺癌患者的病历资料, 并对其肺穿刺活检标本进行基因 检测, 结合基因检测结果选择相应的 ALK 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂 (ALK-TKIs）治疗。结果　患者女, 61岁, 因“咳嗽、咯 血丝痰 10 天”入院。CT 检查提示, 右肺下叶肿物疑似肺癌, 锁骨上淋巴结、纵隔淋巴结肿大及双肾上腺结节疑似 转移, 右肺中叶不张。经肺穿刺活检病理回报为腺癌, 最终诊断为右肺下叶腺癌 (T1cN3M1b, ⅣA 期)。二代测序 技术 (NGS) 基因检测提示 ADGRG1-ALK 融合突变, 予阿来替尼 600 mg口服、2次/天, 疗效明显。但治疗期间发生 药物性肝炎伴肝功能衰竭、溶血性贫血、肺部感染等不良反应, 经对症支持治疗好转。停药 45天后半量予阿来替 尼口服仍然有效, 且未再出现新的严重药物不良反应。结论　本研究发现了 1 例新型罕见 ALK 融合突变的晚期 肺腺癌患者, NGS 基因检测属于 ADGRG1-ALK 融合突变, 阿来替尼可获得显著治疗反应。但治疗期间要密切监 测血常规和肝功能。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We studied the characteristics of the community and distribution patterns of bryophytes under different levels of anthropogenic disturbances (mild interference, moderate interference, and severe interference) by analyzing their ecological niches, diversity indexes, life forms, and growing substrates to explore the effects of anthropogenic disturbances on bryophyte communities in secondary woodland along the Jinma River in Sichuan Province. In total, 34 species from 15 families and 23 genera of bryophytes were documented, including 4 species of liverworts and 30 species of mosses. The dominant families were Brachytheciaceae and Thuidiaceae (a class of dankness bryophytes), with Haplocladium microphyllum exhibiting the highest importance value and ecological dominance. Its importance value, ecological niche width, and ecological dominance were 0.536 8, 2.464 8, and 0.116 9, respectively. Haplocladium microphyllum occupied an important ecological niche, followed by Brachythecium formosanum. The proportion of life from turf bryophyte species increased from 30.43% to 40.91% with higher levels of anthropogenic disturbance, and their importance values were highest in the severe interference area. Turf bryophytes exhibited high drought tolerance and adaptability. The bryophyte species richness and Shannon-Wiener diversity indices of the severe interference area were significantly lower than those of the mild and moderate interference areas (P＜0.05), and the Pielou evenness index of the moderately disturbed area was significantly higher than that of the other disturbed areas (P＜0.05). In the severe interference area, the number of mosses attached to rotten (dead) trees was significantly lower than that in the mild interference area (P＜0.05), and the number of mosses attached to tree trunks was significantly lower than that in the moderate interference area (P＜0.05). Moss species were primarily attached to soil and rock, and the substrate favorable for bryophyte colonization gradually narrowed to a single type. The species richness and Shannon-Wiener diversity indices of the bryophyte community in the severe interference area significantly decreased in secondary woodlands (P＜0.05). Objectives: The traditional method uses a single monitoring model to conduct the early warning of dam displacement behavior. However, the single monitoring model may not reflect the real behavior of the dam due to its low accuracy, thus causing false alarms. Methods: In order to improve the reliability of early warning results, a new multi-model early warning method is proposed. The hydraulic-season-time (HST) model and autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model, which are the most common models in engineering, are taken as the basic model. First, the advantages and disadvantages of the two models in dealing with dam displacement monitoring data are analyzed. Then the one-dimensional residual distribution of the two models is discussed by kernel density estimation. On this basis, the frequency analysis of the joint residuals of HST-ARMA is carried out and it shows the joint residuals is weakly correlated in non-tail, but strongly correlated in tail. Finally, the Copula function is used to fit the joint residuals of HSTARMA, and the joint distribution function is obtained, which realizes the joint early warning of dam displacement behavior with multiple models. Results: It is verified by several measuring points on the wire alignment system of concrete dam. The case study shows that if a single HST model or ARMA model is used for early warning, the false alarm rate can reach 23.17%-27.94% due to the influence of modeling sequence features and model structure features. And if the HST-ARMA method is used, the false alarm rate can be reduced to 0.00%-0.63% due to combine the advantages of different models. Conclusions: The new method can combine the advantages of different models and avoid the disadvantages of the single model, thus effectively reducing the frequency of false alarms. The warning results of HST-ARMA method are more reliable and can more truly reflect the dam displacement behavior. It can provide reference for improving the dam safety management level.
