完善的野生动物资源刑事保护是生态文明建设的重要组成部分，2022年《野生动物保护法》修订法律责任条款后，刑法与该法的衔接产生了问题，尤其是在规制非法向境外提供野生动物遗传资源和防范外来物种方面存在疏漏，已有罪名在适用过程中也存在调整范围重合、违法与犯罪边界模糊等问题。通过运用规范研究方法和案例分析方法，对当前刑事立法及司法适用情况进行分析。在立法层面，激活附属刑法立法模式能从根源上解决刑法与其他部门法的衔接困境，短期内可通过修订罪名规定、增设入罪情形等方式合理调整刑法保护范围；在司法层面，调整司法解释对非法狩猎罪等罪名的入罪标准，同时优化现有定罪机制能实现刑事保护与人权保障的平衡。

为通过营养学手段防控近视提供参考，研究了中链甘油三酯对高蔗糖饮食豚鼠近视的保护作用。将3周龄豚鼠随机分为中链甘油三酯组（MCT组）、长链甘油三酯组（LCT组）、高蔗糖组（SD组）、正常膳食组（CD组）和对照组（CON组），前三组分别饲喂MCT+高蔗糖饲料、棕榈油+高蔗糖饲料、高蔗糖饲料，CD组和CON组饲喂正常饲料。喂养4周后，分析其屈光度及胰岛素抵抗情况。随后对除对照组外各组豚鼠右眼以负透镜诱导近视造模，左眼作为自身对照。造模5周后测定各组豚鼠的双眼屈光度、胰岛素抵抗水平和血甘油三酯水平。结果表明：高蔗糖饮食各组豚鼠均在4周后出现胰岛素抵抗情况，受负透镜诱导各组豚鼠实验眼在诱导5周后均出现高度近视；高蔗糖饮食各组豚鼠的胰岛素抵抗水平及血甘油三酯水平均高于对照组；高蔗糖饮食各组豚鼠实验眼的近视程度与正常膳食组有显著性差异；MCT组较LCT组和SD组，在胰岛素抵抗水平、右眼受负透镜诱导的近视程度及血甘油三酯水平方面均较低。综上，高蔗糖饮食会使豚鼠产生胰岛素抵抗，加剧负透镜诱导对豚鼠近视性屈光不正的影响，而MCT对高蔗糖饮食加剧的豚鼠受负透镜诱导下的近视有保护作用。In order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of myopia through nutritional means, the protective effect of medium-chain triacylglycerol (MCT) on myopia in guinea pigs with high sucrose diet was investigated. Three-week-old guinea pigs were randomly divided into MCT group, long-chain triacylglycerol (LCT) group, high sucrose (SD) group, normal diet (CD) group and control(CON) group.The first three groups fed with MCT plus high-sucrose feed, olive oil plus high-sucrose feed, simple high-sucrose feed respectively, and the CD and CON groups fed with common feed. After four weeks of feeding, the development of diopters and insulin resistance were analyzed. In the following five weeks, myopia was induced by negative lens in the right eye of each group except the CON group, and the left eye was used as its own control. After five weeks, the changes of binocular diopter and insulin resistance levels of guinea pigs in each group were measured, and the blood triglyceride levels of guinea pigs in each group were also measured. The results showed that all groups on a high-sucrose diet developed insulin resistance after four weeks, and all eyes induced by negative lenses developed high myopia after five weeks of induction. The insulin resistance and blood triglyceride levels were higher in the high-sucrose diet group than in the CON group. The diopter of the experimental eye in the high-sucrose diet group was significantly different from that in the CD group. Compared with the LCT group and SD group, the MCT group was more protected on insulin resistance, negative lens-induced myopia in the right eye, and blood triglyceride levels. In conclusion, a diet with high sucrose can cause insulin resistance in guinea pigs and exacerbate the effect of negative lens induction myopic refractive error in guinea pigs. MCT has a protective effect on lens-induced myopia in guinea pigs exacerbated by high-sucrose diet.

【目的】了解关节盘不可复性前移位患者关节上腔中压力变化的规律, 初步探讨其对颞下颌关节紊乱病的分类 的指导意义。【方法】收集颞下颌关节盘不可复性前移位患者16 例22 侧, 用关节内压测量仪通过穿刺针进入关节上腔, 分别 测量患者关节张闭口位的关节上腔内压, 并记录波形和平均值, 测压后进行颞下颌关节镜手术。【结果】关节盘不可复性前移 位关节上腔内压可分3 种类型。高压型:压力普遍升高且波动幅度增大, 开口位平均压力为(-948 ±2 382)Pa , 闭口位压力 为(1 286 ±937)Pa ;反压型:压力变化规律反常, 开口位(997 ±1 132)Pa , 闭口位(-521 ±833)Pa ;低压型:关节上腔异常负 压, 开口位(-15 261 ±12 211)Pa , 闭口位(-8 163 ±3 203)Pa 。【结论】本实验测量了不可复性盘前移位关节开闭口位腔内 压, 并根据关节内压变化规律将关节盘不可复性盘前移位初步分为3 种类型, 结合关节镜所见从病理学角度提出了各种类型 的成因。

【目的】比较关节灌洗和关节镜手术治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床效果。【方法】应用关节灌洗术治疗35 例(42 侧关节)颞下颌关节紊乱病;应用关节镜手术治疗42 例(50 侧关节)颞下颌关节紊乱病, 并对两种方法的疗效进行比较。【结 果】关节灌洗组随访12～ 45 个月, 术后张口度平均增加(8±4)mm , 86%患者疼痛缓解, 72 %杂音消失, 总有效率为83%。关 节镜组随访12 ～ 48 个月, 张口度平均增加(8 ±4)mm , 89 %患者疼痛缓解, 79 %杂音消失, 总有效率为86 %。两组比较, 张口 度改善、杂音及疼痛缓解率均无显著差异。【结论】关节灌洗术和关节镜手术治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病均有效, 但关节灌洗术方 法简单、损伤小, 易于推广应用。

In view of the function test of feeder automation, in order to avoid the adverse impact on the safe operation of power system caused by the test experiment of distribution terminal connecting to the actual distribution network, and to improve the flexibility, efficiency and correctness of the test, a virtual and real feeder automation test method is proposed. The RTLAB(Real Time Laboratory) real-time full digital simulator is used to build the distribution network and simulate the fault operation. A simulated virtual distribution terminal with protection, recloser and in-place FA (Feeder Automation) functions is designed to carry out the RTLAB real-time simulator and physical model hardware simulation research. An interface implementation scheme based on high performance linear power amplifier is designed to form a closed-loop access test system for the measured distribution terminal, and an automatic simulation test environment combining virtual and real is constructed. The accuracy of the interface device and the effectiveness of the test platform are verified through the hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment of the basic fault handling capability test and fault tolerance capability test. The overall strategy of the "four major sectors", the regional major strategies and the major functional oriented zoning strategy have strongly supported the regional coordinated development in China. However, it also brings the risk of exacerbating the imbalance and incoordination of regional development due to strategic differences and segmentation. Based on an analysis of the trends in regional coordinated development in China, this study puts forward the layout of China's comprehensive function regions, which divides the mainland of China into 10 regions: the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region, the middle reaches of Yangtze River basin, the upper reaches of Yangtze River basin, the Southern coastal region, the lower reaches of Yellow River basin, the Ji shaped bay area of the Yellow River basin, the Northeast region, the arid region of Northwest China, and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with the functional orientation and recent key tasks of different regions addressed. The layout of comprehensive function regions highlights the full coverage of territorial space, and the guidance of core area and major strategies.
