目的 探讨中老年癫痫患者脑小血管病（cerebral small vessel disease，CSVD）总负荷以及单个CSVD影像标志物与认知功能的关系。 方法 回顾性连续纳入首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经内科2019年1月-2021年12月住院的50岁及以上中老年癫痫患者。收集患者的一般临床资料、脑电图、影像学信息和MoCA分值。判读此次住院前1周或住院期间首次头颅MRI中的CSVD影像标志物，包括腔隙、白质高信号、微出血和血管周围间隙扩大，并计算CSVD总负荷评分。采用简单及多重线性回归模型分析中老年癫痫患者CSVD总负荷评分以及单个CSVD影像标志物与MoCA评分的关系。 结果 共纳入54例患者，平均年龄63.6±8.7岁，男性35例（64.8%）。校正了混杂因素的多重线性回归显示CSVD总负荷评分与MoCA评分呈负相关（β －1.713，95%CI －3.388～－0.038，P =0.045）。单独分析单个CSVD影像标志物，在对相同混杂因素进行校正后，只有针对白质高信号的Fazekas评分与MoCA评分呈负相关（β －1.457，95%CI －2.599～－0.315，P =0.014）。 结论 合并高CSVD负荷的中老年癫痫患者认知功能较差，脑血管病理与中老年癫痫患者认知功能障碍之间的关系值得被进一步研究。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the association of the total cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) burden and single CSVD imaging marker with cognitive function in middle-aged and older patients with epilepsy. Methods This retrospective study enrolled consecutive middle-aged and elder patients (≥50 years) with epilepsy in Department of Neurology of Beijing Tiantan Hospital between January 2019 and December 2021. The clinical data, electroencephalogram data, imaging information, and MoCA scores were collected. The MRI imaging markers of CSVD 1 week before admission and during the hospitalization, including lacunes, white matter hyperintensity (WMH), enlarged perivascular spaces and cerebral microbleeds, were assessed to calculate the total CSVD burden score. The association between total CSVD burden score and MoCA score was analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression models. Results A total of 54 patients were included, with a mean age of 63.6±8.7 years old and 35 males (64.8%). After adjusting for the confounding factors, the multiple linear regression analysis showed a negative correlation between the total CSVD burden score and MoCA score (β=-1.713, 95%CI -3.388--0.038, P=0.045). When analyzing single imaging marker after adjusting for the same factors, only Fazekas score for WMH was negatively associated with MoCA score (β=-1.457, 95%CI -2.599--0.315, P=0.014). Conclusions The middle-aged and older epilepsy patients with high total CSVD burden had poor cognitive function.

锂电池储能装置在电网中承担削峰填谷、调频保电的重要工作，因此有必要预测其运行状态，为下一步制定运维与检修计划提供依据。为实现锂电池储能装置荷电状态（state of charge, SOC）与健康状态（state of health, SOH）的联合预测，首先分析了预测电压与温度的必要性和SOC与SOH的关联性，然后提出采用长短期记忆（long short-term memory, LSTM）网络来预测电压与温度的变化，并增加锂电池储能装置历史运行状态作为特征量来提高预测精度。最后在电压与温度预测值的基础上，对SOC和SOH进行联合预测。仿真结果表明，相比小波神经网络、BP神经网络模型，所提出的预测方法在预测电压与温度变化时精度更高；相较于荷电状态的单独预测，提出的方法能够以较高的精度联合预测SOC和SOH。

为研究盖板式外加强环圆钢管柱-H形钢梁节点的破坏特征和抗震性能,设计了柱径厚比、柱环径厚比、柱梁径宽比及梁腹板高厚比四类参数,通过ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元分析,探讨各参数对节点破坏模态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、延性性能及耗能能力的影响。结果表明,该类节点破坏模态受各参数变化的影响,在节点核心区剪切破坏和梁端塑性铰破坏之间转变;节点的滞回曲线饱满,具有较好的延性和较强的能量耗散能力;骨架曲线、刚度退化受柱径厚比的影响显著;节点的极限承载力随着柱径厚比、柱梁径宽比及梁腹板高厚比的减小均有不同程度的提高。

硅基相移光栅具有良好的波长选择性。文章通过相移光栅的耦合方程,利用Matlab软件进行仿真,分别讨论了不同相移大小和光栅长度对相移光栅的反射谱的影响;通过引入啁啾和切趾技术达到了拓宽带宽、抑制旁瓣和时延的目的。设计仿真出了一种带宽为0.18nm、时延为-3 795ps/nm的硅基相移啁啾切趾光栅,为波长可控的耦合器、波长滤波器等的设计提供了理论依据。

： 【目的】探讨在不同膳食模式下，蛋白质摄入量与2型糖尿病的关系。【方法】对在中国广东省广州 社区招募的5 956中老年女性居民和2 298中老年男性居民进行以人群为基础的横断面研究。通过聚类分析，根 据主要的膳食蛋白质来源，将研究对象分至不同的膳食模式亚组。采用Logistic 回归模型，研究能量校正后的蛋 白质摄入量与2型糖尿病的关系。【结果】参与者的平均年龄为55.5岁。将所有研究对象根据主要蛋白质来源， 分为四个膳食模式亚组（粗粮模式组，红肉模式组，精粮模式组和海鲜模式组）。总人群中，以能量校正后蛋白摄 入量的最低五分位作为参照，最高五分位与 2 型糖尿病正相关［优势比（OR）：1.58，95%置信区间（95%CI）： （1.25，2.02）］。以膳食模式分层后，在红肉模式组和精粮式组中，总蛋白质摄入量与2型糖尿病发生正相关，OR 值及95%CI分别为3.00（1.36，7.01），2.25（1.40，3.61）。然而，在粗粮模式组中，总蛋白质摄入量与2型糖尿病的 关系呈负相关［0.48（0.23，0.97）］，而在海鲜模式组中未发现显著相关性。【结论】不同膳食模式下，蛋白质摄入量 与2型糖尿病的关系不同。膳食模式在糖尿病防治中加以考虑。

针对激光通信系统对光混频器的特殊需求,设计并完成了一种信号光采用空间光输入、本振光采用保偏光纤输入的90°混频器。该器件信号端输入的空间光的束腰直径为10mm,信号光插入损耗小于3.1dB,本振光插入损耗小于2.5dB,在指定工作波长处I路和Q路的相位差满足90°±5°。实验结果表明,该器件能够满足激光通信对于混频器的性能需求。

针对光网络的智能化发展需求,在自主研制的1×9可变带宽波长选择开关的基础上,设计了一种多维ROADM（可重构光分插复用器）节点,并采用两种固定带宽波长的信号（10Gbit/s和1Tbit/s）对该节点的各项性能进行了测试。实验结果表明:该ROADM节点具备无向、无色、无阻塞和无栅格等四无特征。

采用半导体玻璃/有机聚合物作为材料,利用禁带效应,设计了传输波段中心波长位于10.6μm处的空心Bragg（布拉格）光纤。利用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,分析了径向包层数对基模（HE11）传输损耗的影响。结果表明,当包层数增至20层时,其损耗值已降至0.051 4dB/m,明显优于普通硫系化合物光纤最低所能达到的0.6dB/m。这种Bragg光纤既可用于医用高功率二氧化碳激光传输,也适用于远距离红外传输。

Objective To investigate the antigen presentation characteristics of dendritic cells (DC) and B cells in cardiac grafts. Methods The heart of BALB/c mice was transplanted into the abdominal cavity of C57BL/6J mice. CD45+ cells in the heart graft were extracted and sorted by flow cytometry at postoperative 5 d, and single cell RNA sequencing was performed. Taking DC and B cell subsets in cardiac grafts as the main study cells, the changing trend, antigen presenting ability and intercellular communication with T cells after heart transplantation were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis and flow cytometry. Gene ontology (GO) function enrichment difference analysis was adopted to prove the specific function and the reliability annotation of cell subsets. Results Germinal center-like B cell (GC-L B) was the B cell subset with the largest increase in quantity during the acute rejection phase, accounting for 87%. Classical DC (cDC) 2 was the only DC subset with a significant increase in quantity during acute rejection of heart transplantation, accounting for 44% of DC subset, and it occupied the highest communication intensity with T cells after heart transplantation. Mononucleated DC (moDC) and memory B cell (MBC) were the main transmitters of T cell input signals in nontransplanted hearts, whereas transformed into cDC2 and GC-L B during the acute rejection phase. Among them, MBC and GC-L B were the main sources of T cell input signals in non-transplanted hearts and heart grafts. Conclusions Compared with DC, B cells occupy a higher number and weight in the intercellular communication with T cells in non-transplanted hearts and heart grafts, prompting that the antigen presenting activity of B cells is more active and stronger than DC in the early stage of acute rejection of heart transplantation. At present, the construction of digital government has entered a deep water area. The government big data platform, as a data base, supports various government information applications. The security and compliance of its private data has been widely concerned by the industry. Federated learning is an important method to effectively solve data silos, and the application of government big data platforms based on federated learning has high research value. Firstly, the current status of government big data platforms and its federated learning application were introduced. Then this paper analyzed three major management challenges involved in the collection, classification and grading and sharing of privacy data on government big data platforms. Further, the problem-solving methods of federated learning based recommendation algorithms and privacy intersection techniques were explored. The experiment was to study the effects of different protein levels and amino acid supplementation patterns based on corn-soybean meal diet on the growth performance, shin length, shin circumference, leg muscle, and liver amino acid content of 1~28-day-old goslings. A total of 364 one-day-old male Jiangnan White goslings were randomly divided into four groups, with seven replicates in each group and 13 goslings in each replicate. A two-by-two factorial completely randomized experimental design was used, with two protein levels (18.55% and 15.55%) and two amino acid supplementation patterns (supplementing essential amino acids only and supplementing all amino acids). The four groups were designated as PM (CP 18.55% + essential amino acids, 11.20 MJ/kg), PA (CP 18.55% + all amino acids, 11.20 MJ/kg), LPM (CP 15.55% + essential amino acids, 11.20 MJ/kg), and LPA (CP 15.55% + all amino acids, 11.20 MJ/kg). There were six main amino acids and 12 total amino acids. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that compared with CP 18.55%, CP 15.55% significantly reduced the average body weight of the goslings on the 7th, 14th and 21st day (P<0.05). Compared with the all amino acid supplementation mode, the essential amino acids supplementation mode of the 14-day goslings and the contents of alanine (Ala), methionine (Met), tyrosine (Tyr), histidine (His) and proline (Pro) in the liver of the goose on the 28th day significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with CP 18.55%, CP 15.55% significantly reduced the Met content in goslings liver on the 28th day and the threonine (Thr) content in goslings feces on the 27th day to 29th day (P<0.05). The results showed that different protein levels and amino acid supplementation patterns had no adverse effect on the growth performance of goslings on the 28th day, and the adaptability of goslings to low-protein diet was high in the early stage, and reducing the protein level would not have a negative impact on the performance of goslings.
