[Objective] The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of pig manure irrigation on the quality and yield of green crisp plum, soil properties, soil microbial community and antibiotic resistance genes. [Method] The five-year-old green crisp plum trees were used as the test materials, and the field experiments were conducted with pig manure water replacing chemical fertilizers at different ratios (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, 0%). The effects of different fertilization treatments on the quality and yield of green crisp plum were evaluated based on appearance indicators such as single fruit weight and single fruit diameter, as well as fruit quality indicators such as vitamin C and soluble solids. The effects of different fertilization treatments on the physical and chemical properties of the soil under the plum tree were analyzed based on physicochemical indicators such as pH and organic matter content. The Illumina Hiseq 4000 sequencing platform was used to sequence the macrogenome of the soil under the plum tree, and the effects of pig manure irrigation on changes in soil microbial communities and the distribution of antibiotic resistance genes were analyzed. [Result] The results of the study on the quality and yield of green crisp plum under different fertilization treatments showed that the '75% pig manure + 25% chemical fertilizer' and the 50% pig manure + 50% chemical fertilizer' treatments had better appearance quality of green crisp plum, and the 50% pig manure + 50% chemical fertilizer' treatment had the highest yield per 667 m². The results of the study on the physical and chemical properties of the soil under the plum tree showed that there were no significant differences in organic matter, available nitrogen, and other physicochemical indicators among the different treatments (P>0.05). The results of the metagenome sequencing analysis showed that the dominant bacterial group in the '100% pig manure' group was Actinobacteria, while the dominant bacterial groups in the other four groups were Pseudomonas; A total of 39 antibiotics (ARO) were identified, and the species and relative abundance of ARO in soil samples decreased with the decrease of water consumption in pig manure. [Conclusion] Under the conditions of the study, it is feasible to partially replace fertilizer with pig manure water to fertilize green plum tree, and 50% pig manure +50% fertilizer' is the best fertilizer. To study the effects of different intercropping methods on soil microecology, photosynthesis, yield, and the economic benefits of maize and soybean crops. Soybean (Green Collar No.9) and corn (Dongbang golden small corn) were used as the experimental plants. Four treatments, each with three replicates, were set up：maize monocropping, soybean monocropping, corn-soybean 2∶2 intercropping, and cornsoybean 2∶4 intercropping. The variations in soil nutrients, chlorophyll content, and land equivalent ratio (LER) of the two crops under different treatments were investigated using a completely random block design. The findings demonstrated that different intercropping treatments increased the rhizosphere soil nutrients and soil enzyme content of maize and soybean plants in comparison to monocropping, with the content of catalase in maize significantly increasing by 36.96% under 2∶2 intercropping and the content of urease in soybean increasing by 44.24% under 2∶2 intercropping. For maize, soil water use efficiency under 2∶2 and 2∶4 intercropping increased by 21.9 and 30.6 percent points, respectively. The chlorophyll content of corn and soybean increased at different stages. The yield and financial gains of the two crop groups were significantly increased; the LER under 2∶2 intercropping and 2∶4 intercropping were 1.40±0.21 and 1.44±0.14, respectively. This study has shown that maize-soybean intercropping can activate the soil nutrient pool, improve soil enzyme activity, increase the chlorophyll content of crops, and improve the photosynthesis capacity of the system, thereby improving the output and economic benefits of the intercropping system. Asphaltenes are the heaviest polar components in crude oil and have an important influence on the crystallization, gelation, and flow behavior of waxy crude oil. This article briefly introduced the discovery process of asphaltenes in crude oil and several existing description methods. According to the existing form and structure characteristics of asphaltenes in crude oil, the development, advantages, and disadvantages of asphaltenes colloid theory and practical solution theory, as well as the two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure models of asphaltenes were summarized. The mechanism and characteristics of asphaltene precipitation were discussed, and the research methods describing the kinetic process were summarized.
