目的：调查脑卒中患者出院前预期居家康复需求，并分析其影响因素，以期为患者制定最优化出院后居家康复方案。 方法：采用横断面研究，自行设计问卷对2022年6—11月于神经康复中心住院的145例2周内计划出院的脑卒中患 者进行问卷调查。 结果：共发放问卷145份，回收有效问卷138份，问卷回收率95.2%。研究结果显示，脑卒中患者生活自理能力是影 响其居家康复需求得分的主要因素（P=0.000），且相关性分析结果显示，脑卒中患者居家康复需求与生活自理能力 呈负相关（r=﹣0.4222，P<0.0001）。居家康复技术需求状况分析发现：康复训练计划, 定期评估和随访, 中医推拿和 针灸, 药物治疗和残余肢体功能训练为居家康复技术需求前5位。 结论：不同生活自理能力的脑卒中患者出院后均有居家康复需求，但需求程度不一致。生活自理能力越差的脑卒中 患者，居家康复意愿较高, 需求较大，医疗单位应该重点关注并加强其出院前居家康复指导。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory of weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is used to explain the etiology and pathogenesis of chest bi or chest painful impediment. Cardiac toxicity due to chemotherapy belongs to the TCM category of “ chest bi”. Thus, it is believed that the theory of Yang Wei Yin Xian can provide guidance in the occurrence, development, prognosis, and treatment of this complication. The basic pathogenesis of chemotherapyinduced cardiac toxicity is the deficiency of yang in tumor patients caused by illness and medication. Turbid phlegm, blood stasis, and drug toxicity are the pathological basis for cardiac toxicity occurrence or exacerbation. During chemotherapy, the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of cardiac toxicity at different stages are analyzed based on the characteristics of the patients, which includes the steps “exuberance of yang, gradual deficiency of yang, decline of yang” and “insufficiency of yin pathogen, different gradually exuberance of yin pathogen, yang deficiency and yin excess”. Different treatment method in phases are proposed according to these characteristics, such as supplementing qi and strengthening the spleen to prevent disease, dispelling phlegm and resolving stasis against disease changes, and warming yang and promoting urination to improve vital qi. The reliability research of mechanical system mainly includes reliability design, distribution, modeling, analysis and evaluation.Only by establishing a correct and reasonable model and adopting the correct analysis method can accurate reliability evaluation results be obtained.In order to solve the problems of large computation and time consuming in reliability modeling of complex system, a digital analysis method for fast reliability modeling of gear transmission system was proposed. Firstly, a system reliability model considering the load dependence of each part was established, the reliability mathematical model was used to solve the reliability of the gear transmission parts, and the reliability relationship model was used to characterize the relationship between the whole system, subsystem and parts. The digital platform for rapid modeling of gear transmission system reliability was designed, enabling it to achieve reliability modeling and reliability rapid analysis for any gear transmission system. Secondly, the automatic generation method of reliability model and case report was discussed by the digital technology, the traversal method of gear transmission system reliability digital modeling was studied, the parametric input module, the numerical solution module and the automatic result output module were developed, and three common gear transmission system cases were solidified. Finally, the power branch gear transmission system was taken as an example for reliability modeling and digital analysis, and the analytical calculation results were compared with the software simulation results. The results show that the error between analytical calculation results and software simulation results is only 0.016%, which verifies the correctness and efficiency of the proposed reliability modeling digital analysis method and software. At the same time, this method has the functions of saving loading examples, automatically generating reliability model block diagram and quickly calculating system reliability, which provides a digital platform for the reliability modeling and reliability rapid design of gear transmission system. Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in health physical examination population, and to further explore the relationship between Hp infection and pepsinogen (PG) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in health physical examination population. Methods: 146 healthy physical examination persons who underwent Hp screening in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected, and they were divided into HP-positive group (n=62) and HP-negative group (n=84) according to the results of carbon 13 urea breath test. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of HP infection in healthy physical examination population. The serum PG Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ, PGⅠ/PGⅡ levels and the CAS proportion were compared between the two groups. Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between DOB value of HP-positive group and serum PG Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ, PGⅠ/PGⅡ and carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT). Results: Univariate analysis showed that, compared with the HP-negative group, the HP-positive group was older, had higher proportion family history of Hp infection, smoking, drinking, food tastes spicy, frequent intake salted food, shared tableware, had lower proportion frequent drank teas and frequent intake of fruits/vegetables (all P＜0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that increasing age, family history of Hp infection, smoking, food tastes spicy, frequent intake salted food and shared tableware were independent risk factors for Hp infection in health physical examination population, and frequent drank teas and frequent intake of fruits/vegetables were independent protective factors (all P＜0.05). Serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels and CAS proportion in Hp-positive group were higher than those in Hp-negative group, while PGⅠ/PGⅡ was lower than that in Hp-negative group (all P＜0.05). Spearman correlation coefficient showed that DOB value in Hp-positive group was positively correlated with PGⅠ, PGⅡ and CIMT, but negatively correlated with PGⅠ/PGⅡ. Conclusion: Increasing age, family history of HP infection, smoking, food tastes spicy, frequent intake salted food and shared tableware are the risk factors for HP infection in healthy physical examination population, while frequent drank teas and frequent intake of fruits/vegetables are the protective factors for HP infection in healthy physical examination population. In this thesis, the measurement results of ferromagnetic resonance of nickel iron alloy yttrium iron garnet (NiFe-YIG) granular thin films are given in order to study the mechanism of linewidth broadening in the films. The 50 nm thickness of NiFe-YIG granular thin films was prepared by RF magnetron sputtering on silicon subtrate. The out of plane angle ferromagnetic resonance was mainly measured. The linewidth was separated by combining the theories of Gilbert damping, two-magnon scattering (short-range defect excitation) and mosaic effect (long-range defect excitation) . It can be found that data of linewidth and field angle are consistent with the theory. When the YIG content is low, the linewidth is mainly composed of Gilbert damping and two-magnon damping linewidth. With the increase of YIG content, the linewidth broadening effect caused by two-magnon scattering and mosaic effect increases, and the relevant basic parameters and defect information are obtained. Objective To investigate the value of fumarate hydratase antibody (anti-FH) in the differential diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and drug-induced liver injury (DILI). Methods From March 2014 to December 2016, 105 patients with AIH who were hospitalized in Beijing You’an Hospital were enrolled as AIH group, and 92 patients with DILI were enrolled as DILI group. A total of 128 healthy individuals were enrolled as control group. ELISA was used to measure the serum level of anti-FH. The t-test or the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the chi-square test or the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. A consistency analysis of diagnostic compliance of anti-FH based on the Kappa test. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of anti-FH in the diagnosis of AIH were analyzed. Results Compared with the DILI group, the AIH group had significantly higher positive rate of anti-nuclear antibody (72.4% vs 55.4%, χ2 = 6.147, P=0.013) and level of IgG ((18.3±6.1) g/L vs (15.2±5.4) g/L, t=-2.566, P=0.011)). The AIH group had a significantly higher positive rate of anti-FH than the DILI group and the control group (36.2% (38/67) vs 6.5% (6/92) and 2.3% (3/128), χ2=59.959, P＜0.001). In the diagnosis of AIH, anti-FH had a sensitivity of 36.2%, a specificity of 93.5%, a positive predictive value of 86.4%, and a negative predictive value of 93.5%. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the method of providing pharmaceutical care for patients with sepsis induced by escherichia coli by clinical pharmacists. METHODS: Taking the treatment process of a patient with sepsis induced by escherichia coli as example, the clinical pharmacists participated in clinical practice actively, provided medication guide and formulated individualized pharmaceutical care plan. RESULTS: Through the individualized pharmaceutical care and promotion of rational drug use, the safety and effectiveness of medication in patients had been improved. Objective: To analyze nursing for using gamma globulin combined phototherapy with newborns with abo hemolytic. Methods: Choosed 80 cases of newborns with abo hemolytic to divide into study group and controlled group with 40 cases in each group. The controlled group were treated with phototherapy, the study group were treated with gamma globulin combined phototherapy. Results: The results of serum bilirubin of study group after 72 hwas lower than controlled group. And the skin jaundice subsided time and in-hospital time of study group were shorter than controlled group.
