Ｔｈｉｒｔｙ ｄａｙｓ ａｆｔｅｒ ＩＵＩ，ｔｈｅ ｃｌｉｎｉｃａｌ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ ｒａｔｅ ｗａｓ １５. 0％ （５0８ ／ ３ ３８３），ａｎｄ ｄｅｌｉｖｅｒｙ ｒａｔｅ ｗａｓ １１. １％ （３７５ ／３ ３８３）. Ｔｈｅ ａｂｏｒｔｉｏｎ ｒａｔｅ ｗａｓ １６. ９％ （８６ ／５0８）. Ｅｃｔｏｐｉｃ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ ｒａｔｅ ｗａｓ ８. ９％ （４５ ／５0８），ｉｎｃｌｕｄｉｎｇ ４ ｃａｓｅｓ ｏｆ ｈｅｔｅｒｏｔｏｐｉｃ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ，５８ ｃａｓｅｓ ｏｆ ｔｗｉｎ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ，８ ｃａｓｅｓ ｏｆ ｔｒｉｐｌｅｔ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ，３ ｃａｓｅｓ ｏｆ ｑｕａｄｒｕｐｌｅｔ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ，ａｎｄ ｔｈｅ ｍｕｌｔｉｐｌｅ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ ｒａｔｅ ｗａｓ １３. ６％ （６９ ／５0８）. Ｔｈｅ ｇｒｏｕｐ ｏｆ ｗｏｍｅｎ ｗｉｔｈ ａｇｅ ＞４0 ｍｍ ｙｅａｒｓ ｈａｄ ｓｉｇｎｉｆｉｃａｎｔｌｙ ｌｏｗｅｒ ｃｌｉｎｉｃａｌ ｐｒｅｇｎａｎｃｙ ｒａｔｅ ａｎｄ ｄｅｌｉｖｅｒｙ ｒａｔｅ ｔｈａｎ ｔｈｅ ｏｔｈｅｒ ｇｒｏｕｐｓ （ａｌｌ Ｐ ＜0. 0５）. 目的　观察４ 0４３ 例男性不育患者的Ｙ 染色体多态性。方法　４ 0４３ 例已婚男性不育患者（年龄２４ ～４５ 岁，平均３１. ５ 岁）的外周血２. ５ ｍＬ 进行体外血细胞培养，Ｇ 显带外周血染色体核型分析Ｙ 染色体多态性。结果　 ４ 0４３ 例中共有１１９ 例（２. ９４％ ）患者检出多态Ｙ 染色体，其中大Ｙ（Ｙ 长度≥１８ 号染色体）、小Ｙ（Ｙ≤ ２１ 号染色 体〉、Ｙ 染色体臂间倒位［ｉｎｖ（Ｙ）］分别为８８（２. １８％ ）、２５（0. ６２％ ）、６（0. １５％ ）例。基因表现为４６，ＸＹ（大Ｙ）的男 性患者中临床表现为流产３５ 例、少弱精及无精症３0 例、不育２３ 例；基因表现为４６，ＸＹ（小Ｙ）的男性患者中临床表 现为少弱精及无精症１２ 例、不育１１ 例、流产３ 例；基因表现为４６，Ｘ，ｉｎｖ（Ｙ）的男性患者中临床表现为流产３ 例、少 弱精及无精症２ 例、不育１ 例。结论　２４ ～４５ 岁已婚男性不育患者Ｙ 染色体多态比例较高。存在Ｙ 染色体多态 的２４ ～４５ 岁已婚男性不育患者主要临床表现为流产、少弱精及无精、不育等。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
