目的　观察腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效，以及对患者血清骨桥蛋白(ＯPN)、组 织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法　将120例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分 为A、B、C组各40例，均实施腹腔镜手术治疗；A、B组于术后第1次月经来潮第1天分别开始口服米非司酮25、10 mｇ，1次/ｄ，疗程3个月。治疗前后取静脉血检测血清ＯPN、TIMP-1和MMP-9，复查B超评价临床疗效及复发情况。 结果　各组治疗后血清ＯPN、TIMP-1和MMP-9水平低于治疗前(P均<0.05)，且A、B组治疗后各指标均低于C 组(P均<0.05)，但A组和B组各指标比较无统计学意义(P均＞0.05)；A组和B组治疗总有效率均高于C组而 复发率低于C组(P均<0.05)，A组和B组治疗总有效率、复发率比较无统计学意义(P均＞0.05)。结论　腹腔 镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症可明显降低血清ＯPN、TIMP-1、MMP-9水平，提高患者疗效，且低剂量米 非司酮即可取得较好效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
