Osteoporotic fracture is a special type of fracture caused by Osteoporosis. It is characterized by low bone mass, destruction of bone microstructures and the increase of bone fragility under the impact of low energy violence, which often occurs in the elderly. At present, there is no better alternative treatment to fixation to promote bone healing. Recently, the Chinese patent medicine Qianggu capsule, which is mainly composed of total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae, has a good effect on treating osteoporosis and promoting fracture healing in clinical practice. Meanwhile, animal experiments have confirmed that total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae have good effects on promoting angiogenesis, anti-oxidative stress and promoting fracture healing. The article will summarize the clinical effect and mechanism of total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture healing so as to provide a new perspective for clinical practice. Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a metabolic disease result ing from decreased estrogen secretion and an imbalance in bone metabolism and absorption, significantly impacting the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women. However, due to the intricate pathogenesis of PMOP, the precise mechanism remains elusive. The treatment of PMOP has become a matter of great concern in society. Numerous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good therapeutic effects on improving bone mineral density and estrogen levels in patients with PMOP, as well as on alleviating pain symptoms. This article reviews the relevant Chinese and foreign literature in the treatment of PMOP with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years, weighing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating PMOP from multiple aspects such as patient pain status, bone mineral density, and bone metabolism indicators. The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMOP is further explored and summarized from the aspects of RUNX2, BMP-2, RANKL/RANK/OPG regulatory axis, MAPK, NF-KB pathway, and Wnt/B-catenin pathway. 0. 7BiFeO3 -0. 3BaTiO3 + x% Sb2O3 (mass fraction) ceramics (BFO-BTO + xSb, x = 0. 00 ~ 0. 20) were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method, and the effect of Sb2O3 doping on the crystalline phase structure, dielectric, conductive, piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of BFO-BTO ceramics was investigated, along with doping mechanism. The results indicate that Sb doping change the crystal structure from a pesodocubic lattice to a rhombohedral lattice. Sb substitution for B site increases ferroelectric relaxation, decreases dielectric loss at high temperature, and also lowers the Curie temperature. The conductive characteristics demonstrate that Sb doping changes the concentration of V×O and Fe2+, and decreases the conductivity, without changing the conductive mechanism with oxygen vacancy as the dominant carrier. BFOBTO + xSb ceramics exhibit optimum electric properties at x = 0. 05: d33 = 213 pC/ N, kp = 28. 8%, Qm = 38, Tc = 520 ℃, Pr = 24. 7 μC/ cm². [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Three kinds of inorganic electret materials: SiO2-Ta2O5-B2O3-RO（STBR）, SiO2-PbO-Al2O3-P2O5（SPAP） and SiO2 film have been achieved via high temperature sintering and thermal oxidation on lightly doped silicon wafer（ρ=8-13 Ω·cm）. The test results showed that the STBR was a micro-crystalline structure with its dielectric constant up to ～2000, while the SPAP was an amorphous structure with its dielectric constant lower than 3. Each surface potential of these three materials was similar to the grid voltage after constant-voltage-charging and maintained some days at RT, but the thermally simulated discharge（TSD） showed that they have thoroughly different carrier transportation properties. The TSD spectrum of SiO2 film had a multiple peak structure with its negative main current peak located at T=295 °c and drifted to high T area when the charging temperature was raised, while the positive one showed an anomaly. But the TSD spectrums of both STBR and SPAP were single-peak structure with fixedly location at T=240 °c（STBR） or T=290 °c（SPAP）, and the negative and positive current peaks were about temperature axisymmetric and uninfluenced by the charging temperature. It could be concluded that the SiO2-Ta2O5-B2O3-RO and SiO2-PbO-Al2O3-P2O5 were two kinds of novel SiO2 based inorganic composite materials with totally different electret properties [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A new kind preparation method of a novel SOT insulating silicon material has been developed in this paper. The SiO2-Ta2O5. -B2O3RO composite powder was prepared through high temperature sintering? and the three-layer-structure of Si-Tnsulator-Si was obtained via welding two layers of mono-crystal line silicon at 700-800 with the SiO2-Ta2O5. -B2O3RO as the intermediate layer. The test results showed that the sample layers bounded tightly and integrally, and the high voltage insulation and dielectric properties were excellent while the thickness, depth and performance parameters of the insulating layer were adjustable. 目的　探讨肝激酶B1(LＫB1)过表达对人甲状腺乳头状癌Ｋ1细胞增殖及转移的影响。方法　将培养 好的甲状腺乳头状癌Ｋ1细胞随机分为空白组、阴性对照组和实验组，将空载病毒、LＫB1重组真核体分别转染入阴 性对照组、实验组，空白组不做任何处理。RT-PCR技术检测各组LＫB1mRNA表达，Westernblotting法检测细胞内 LＫB1蛋白表达，用MTT法检测细胞增殖能力(ＯD值)，用Transｗell侵袭试验检测细胞转移能力，流式细胞术检测 细胞周期分布。结果　实验组LＫB1mRNA、蛋白相对表达量高于阴性对照组、空白组(P均<0．05)。转染72ｈ， 继续培养24、48、72、96ｈ实验组ＯD值低于阴性对照组、空白组(P均<0．05)。转染24ｈ，实验组穿膜细胞数少于 阴性对照组、空白组(P均<0．05)。转染24ｈ，与阴性对照组、空白组比较，实验组G0/G1期细胞增多，S期、G2/M 期细胞减少(P均<0．05)。结论　LＫB1过表达能抑制人甲状腺乳头状癌Ｋ1细胞增殖、转移，阻滞细胞周期。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
