Deep semi-supervised clustering aims to achieve better clustering results using a small amount of supervised information. However, the amount of supervised information is often limited due to the expensive labelling cost. Therefore, with limited supervised information, it becomes crucial to select the most valuable supervisory information for clustering. To address the above problem, this paper proposed a deep active semi-supervised clustering model (DASCM) which designed an active learning method that was able to select marginal texts containing rich information and further generated high-value supervised information containing edge texts. The model used this supervised information to guide the clustering, thus improving the clustering performance. The experimental results on five real text datasets show that the clustering performance of DASCM is significantly improved. This result verifies that supervised information generated using active learning methods that cover marginal text is effective in improving clustering. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the current multilabel text classification tasks, the following two problems are mainly faced:(1)Emphasis is placed on the learning of text representation, and the modeling of the association information between labels is insufficient;(2)Although label association information is used to improve multilabel classification tasks, its modeling of label association relies too much on manually predefined external knowledge, and the acquisition cost of external knowledge is high, which limits its practical application. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a label association learning module for multilabel text classification, called Corrective Net. The module can automatically learn label association information in data without relying on external knowledge. At the same time, it can also use label association information to modify the initial prediction of the basic classification module, so that the final prediction takes into account semantic information and label association information, so as to obtain more accurate multilabel prediction. A large number of experiments on AAPD and SO data sets show the universality and effectiveness of Corrective Net. [Objective] The paper aimed to study the effects of biochar application on the quality of cured tobacco, soil mutrients and soil microbial community structure. (Method) A randomised block group field experiment was conducted using Yunyan 87 as the experimental mate rial. Four treatments were set up (SWT1: Conventional fertilization; SWT2: Conventional fertilization biochar 1500 kg/hm²; SWT3: Conventional fertilization + biochar 2250 kg/hm²; SWT4: Conventional fertilization biochar 3000 kg/hm²) to determine the chemical composition, sensory quality of cured tobacco and the soil nutrients, rhizosphere soil hacterial diversity of the cured tobacco at maturity. [Result] The application of biochar had no significant influence on the soil nutrients and chemical composition of cured tobacco. Compared with the SWTI treatment, the sensory quality of cured tobacco was significantly improved in all treatments of biochar application, among which SWT3 treat- ment showed the best performance with 13.85%,6.56%,10.87%,8.70%,4.62%,12.31% and 6.25% improvement in amma quality, aroma amount, concentration, strength, impurities, usage value, and total score, respectively. With the increase of biochar application rate, the bacterial richness (Chaol index), diversity (Shannon indes), total ASV number and unique ASV number in the rhizosphere soil of flue- cured tobacco showed a decreasing trend. Compared with SWT1 treatment, the difference in microbial community structure composition incre aed with the increase of biochar application rate. The dominant phyla of each treatment were Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria and Actinobacte ria, At the phylum classification level, there was no significant difference in the community structure composition among different treatments. The application of biochar increased the relative abundance of f Rhizobiaceae, g Allorhizobium, Neorhizobium, g Pararhizobium, g Rhizobium and other nitrogen fixing bacteria, as well as funcultured_Actinobacterium, f Burkholderiaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, o Pseudomonadale, g Pseudomonas, g Sphingopyxis, & Dyella, g Massilin and other growth promoting bacteria. The application of biochar decreased the relative abundance of denitrifying bacteria such as sunclassified_Anaerolinencrar and g unclassified Caulobacteracene. At the ASV classification level, AN was the dominant factor affecting the changes in soil bacterial community structure. [Conclusion] The application of biochar improve the sensory quality of cured tobacco leaves, with SWT3 treatment (2250 kg/hm²) performing the best. The application of biochar reduce thizosphere soil bacteria a-diversity, and increase the relative abundance of beneficial hacteria such as nitrogen fixing bacteria, growth promoting bacteria, and denitrifying bacteria in the thizosphere soil, which is beneficial for increasing soil nutrients and promoting plant growth. The phenomena of strong unloading relaxation and low groundwater level are common on both sides of the upper Lancang River. In-depth study on hydrogeological characteristics of slope unloading relaxation area can provide a basis for seepage characteristics analysis and seepage control design of hydropower projects during operation. The causes of low groundwater level in the deep-cut valley of Lancang River are complex. A hydropower dam site in the upper Lancang River was selected as the research object; the causes of low groundwater level from regional and local conditions were analyzed; and the hydrogeological structure and groundwater flow models were finally constructed for the dam site area, considering the unloading relaxation partition to simulate and verify the groundwater seepage law under natural conditions. The results show that the low groundwater level in the study area is not only controlled by the joint action of regional groundwater flow and Lancang River, but also an internal manifestation of local hydrogeological conditions, such as bank slope, surface slip zone, rock structure and unloading fissure, which hinder the rainfall infiltration; the rainfall runoff is controlled by the topography, and is mainly discharged to Lancang River through the surface and strong unloading fissures, and the rainfall infiltration recharge only accounts for 5.50% of the total groundwater recharge [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The human resources strategy of this institution include two items: the first is self-discipline and mutual dependence of inner group, and the second is the deep cultivation of outer social community networks. The building of inner group solidarity includes five items: work procedure, compensation system, employee rights and supporting systems, cultivation system, and job rotation. Finally, withdrawal mechanism is also a key mechanism for institution development.

- Abstract
[Objective] Exploring the interrelationship between the carbon and water cycles in watersheds in the context of global climate change has significant implications for the scientific allocation of water resources in watersheds. Methods] Xijiang River Basin was taken as an example, the water use efficiency (WUE) of regional ecosystem vegetation was quantified based on gross primary productivity (GPP) and evapotranspiration (ET) data in GLASS products from 2001 to 2018, then the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of WUE and its influencing factors were studied by using the methods of trend analysis and partial correlation analysis. [Results] The WUE of vegetation in Xijiang River Basin generally showed an increasing trend from 2001 to 2018. The WUE of forest land grew at the fastest rate. followed by grassland and the slowest by cropland. In terms of spatial distribution. WlJE values gradually increased from cultivated land in central Guangxi to the surrounding areas, and low WlJE values also sporadically distributed in the tablelands and hilly areas in the eastern of Yunnan. WlJE values in 15.23% and 12.12% of the area of Xijiang River Basin were significantly and positively correlated with temperature and precipitation. respectively. WlJE in 11.54% of the area of Xijiang River Basin was significantly and negatively correlated with solar radiation. NDVT was significantly and positively correlated with WlJE; WlJE with the rise of the altitude showed a rising-flat-rising trend. and at altitude of around 2 1 ()0 m. there is a significant fluctuation of WlJE. [Conclusion] The above results indicate that climate factors, NDVT> altitude and human activities all affect the water use efficiency of Xijiang River Basin to different degrees. This study can provide reference for the management of stone desertification in the southwest karst region of China and the construction of ecological protection forest system in the basin. 【Objective】 The study aims to explore the traits and their correlation of soil and chemical constituents of tobacco leaves in Meizhou tobacco production area of Guangdong, and explore the key soil factors affecting the chemical quality of tobacco leaves.【Method】48 tobacco-planting soil and the corresponding middle and upper flue-cured tobacco leaves were collected to analysis the traits of soil and chemical constituents of tobacco leaves. Stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the key soil factors influencing the chemical constituents of tobacco leaves. 【Result】 In the tobacco-growing soil of Meizhou tobacco production area of Guangdong, the proportion of low soil pH value accounts for 64.58%, the content of organic matter (SOM) and water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC) are rich, the appropriate proportion of total nitrogen (TN) content accounts for 68.75%, the rich and extremely rich proportion of total phosphorus (TP) content accounts for 70.83%, the deficient and extremely deficient proportion of total potassium (TK) content accounts for 68.75%, and the rich and extremely rich proportion of available nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK) account for 97.92%, 91.76% and 79.17%, respectively. The content of total sugar, starch and sugar alkali ratio in the middle tobacco leaves were higher, accounting for 91.67%, 100% and 66.67% respectively; the content of total sugar, reducing sugar and starch in the upper tobacco leaves were higher, accounting for 87.50%, 75.00%, 100% and 56.25% respectively; the content of nicotine was lower, accounting for 47.92%. The results of principal component analysis showed that sugar alkali ratio, total nitrogen, nicotine, total sugar and reducing sugar content were the main indicators for evaluating the chemical constituents of middle tobacco leaves, and reducing sugar, sugar alkali ratio, total sugar and nicotine were the main indicators for evaluating the chemical constituents of upper tobacco leaves. Comprehensive chemical quality of middle tobacco leaves was positively correlated with soil AK content, nicotine content in middle tobacco leaves is negatively correlated with soil AK content, the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and starch in middle tobacco leaves and starch in upper tobacco leaves are negatively correlated with the content of soil WSOC, the content of reducing sugar in upper tobacco leaves is positively correlated with soil AP; the comprehensive chemical quality of upper tobacco leaves was negatively correlated with soil AP content, and positively correlated with soil AK content and pH value. 【Conclusion】 Improving the soil pH value, AK and WSOC content and reducing the AP content in soil is beneficial to improve the quality of Meizhou tobacco leaves. The most existing deep text clustering methods only use traditional autoencoder to learn representation for clustering, and neglect the problems with over-reliance on raw data quality and loss of key semantic information during feature mapping. This paper proposed a deep document clustering method via key semantic information complementation (DCKSC) model. The DCKSC model firstly enriched the original text data by extracting keyword data. Secondly, this model designed a key semantic information complement module which used data enhancement representation to improve the traditional autoencoder, and compensated for the key semantic information lost in the mapping process. Finally, the algorithm synthesized the clustering loss and the reconstruction loss of the keyword semantic autoencoder, optimized the cluster label assignment and learned the presentation characteristics suitable for clustering. Experimental results show that DCKSC is superior to many mainstream deep document clustering algorithms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
