This review focuses on both the characteristics of biopolymers and their utilization in the petroleum recovery process・ Xanthan gum, cellulose and scleroglucan and their derivatives are used as thickness agents in the drilling and production process; guar gum and guar gum derivatives are applied to form crosslinked gels for proppant transportation in hydraulic facture・ The physicochemical properties of biopolymers and their performance in application are further expounded, and several new polysaccharide biopolymers with good application prospects are also highlighted・ Finally, the development of oilfield biopolymers are discussed, including modification of biopolymers and developing novel biopolymers, aims to promote the application of biopolymers in petroleum production. In order to predict the impact of commodity characteristics on click in commodity description copy, quantitatively analyze users’ consumption behavior characteristics and alleviate the cold start problem, this paper established a click prediction model based on LDA model and text emotion analysis. Based on the LDA topic model, the model classifies and screens the commodity description words, analyzes the emotion of the constituent words, constructs the feature vector to represent the user’s emotional tendency to the characteristics of the commodity, and predicts the click through the lightgbm algorithm. The model can transform unstructured text data into structured data, quantify users’ interest in different characteristics of goods, and use the similar characteristics of different goods to alleviate the cold start problem. In order to exploit the performance advantages of many core processors and solve more large-scale problems, this paper studied the parallelization of large integer multiplication on many core processors. Based on the parallel analysis of Written multiplication and Comba multiplication, this paper proposed a variety of solutions to solve the problem of load balancing when Comba multiplication is parallelized. Then according to the structural characteristics of SW26010, this paper selected the improved Comba multiplication based on Written multiplication. And the implementation process used some optimization methods such as vectorization, register communication and so on. The test results show that the improved Comba algorithm has better parallelism and can make good use of the performance advantages of the SW26010 many core processors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With strong parallel computation power, GPU-based data analytic systems can achieve better performance than traditional CPU-based data analytic systems. However, how to leverage the resources of CPU and GPU to dispatch workloads appropriately in massive data scenarios remains to be solved. We propose a load balancing strategy on heterogeneous CPU-GPU data analytic systems. It adopts a pipeline model to split workloads, and a load balancing model based on pipeline is proposed to dispatch workloads to heterogeneous processors reasonably and appropriately, which reduces the total execution time of the system and enhances the performance. During rice-milling process, rice bran is produced as one kind of byproduct with high contents of polyphenols. Although there is a huge amount of rice bran in China, most of it is used to feed animals. Therefore, it is inevitable to fully explore the additional value of rice bran for the economic benefit of rice processing industry. Rice bran can be used for extraction of polyphenols. Conventional solvents are methanol, acetone and ethanol, which exhibit some disadvantages. To overcome these disadvantages, we need to find a suitable solvent to replace conventional solvents. Glycerol is one kind of colorless, odorless, viscous liquid, which is sweet-tasting and non-toxic. It is widely applied in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Glycerol might be a potential alternative for green extraction of polyphenols from rice bran. Thus, in our research, a green extraction process of polyphenols from rice bran using glycerol was studied. Four individual factors including extraction temperature, volume fraction of glycerol, liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time were chosen, and single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodology (RSM) were applied for optimization of the extraction process. The relationship between extraction efficiency of glycerol and its viscosity, the physical property, was analyzed and a UPLC-Triple-TOF/MS method was also conducted for identification of polyphenols. Results showed the order of independent factors affecting the yield of polyphenols was as follows: extraction temperature> volume fraction of glycerol>liquid-to-solid ratio. The ANOVA analysis revealed that independent factors (extraction temperature, volume fraction of glycerol and liquid-to-solid ratio), interaction effect (extraction temperature and volume fraction of glycerol) and their quadratic terms significantly influenced the yield of polyphenols (P<0.05). The optimum conditions were extraction temperature at 67 °C, volume fraction of glycerol at 19 %, liquid-to-solid ratio at 33 mL/g and extraction time fixed at 80 min. Under the optimal conditions, the maximum yield of polyphenols was 700.35 mg/100 g. There is a significantly negative correlation between extraction efficiency of glycerol and its viscosity. During extraction processes, the viscosity of glycerol changed as extraction conditions changed. As the viscosity increased there was a significant decrease in yield of polyphenols, with significant negative correlation coefficient value of -0.878 9 (P<0.01). Under the optimal conditions, there were thirteen phenolic compounds identified in the glycerol extract according to UPLC-Triple-TOF/MS analysis. The quantification of all the six phenolic acids was conducted by UPLC. The contents of phenolic acids were as follows: 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (48.53 μg/g), vanillic acid (69.64 μg/g), syringic acid (33.63 μg/g), 4-coumaric acid (361.18 μg/g), ferulic acid (392.17 μg/g), and salicylic acid (34.67 μg/g), which significantly enhanced the value of rice bran. In order to study the migration of Zn from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) films modified with nano-ZnO, according to the European Union regulation NO. 10/2011, distilled water, 30 g/L acetic acid, 95% ethanol (v/v) and 10% ethanol (v/v) were chosen as the neutral, acidic, fatty and alcoholic food simulants, respectively. Nanoparticle modified films (NMFs) were prepared by blending LDPE with nano-ZnO. Film characterization was conducted by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the migration of Zn was measured by ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry). Migration tests of Zn into 4 kinds of food simulants were performed under 40 ℃ for 2 h, 1 d, 4 d and 7 d, as well as 70 ℃ for 2 h. The effect of different temperatures on the migration was studied. Moreover, the influences of microwave and ultraviolet treatment were also studied. The size of nano-ZnO was observed to be about 100 nm in TEM image. This result indicated that particles in the NMFs still possessed nano size. It was obvious that NMFs had relatively higher content of Zn compared to the control in all kinds of food simulants. For NMFs in neutral simulant, the migration amount of Zn in 40 ℃ for 7 d was 10% higher than that in 40 ℃ for 1 d. While in acidic simulant, the migration amount of Zn in 40 ℃ for 7 d was 31% higher than that in 40 ℃ for 1 d. Migration amount of Zn in 40 ℃ for 7 d were 4% and 9% higher than that in 40 ℃ for 1 d, respectively, in alcoholic and fatty simulants (P<0.05). Results showed that the highest migration amount of Zn was in acidic simulant, followed by neutral, fatty and alcoholic simulants. The amounts of migration rose with the increase of temperature. In neutral simulant, the migration amount of Zn in 70 ℃ for 2 h was 1 245% higher than that in 40 °C for 2 h. When in acidic simulant, the migration amount of Zn in 70 ℃ for 2 h was 1 047% higher than that in 40 °C for 2 h. Migration amounts of Zn in 70 ℃ for 2 h were 902% and 1 524% higher than that in 40 ℃ for 2 h in alcoholic and fatty simulants, respectively (P<0.05). Microwave treatment could promote the migration. In neutral simulant, compared to the control, microwave treatment of 250 and 600 W increased the migration amount of Zn by 22% and 53%, respectively. While in acidic simulant, migration amount of Zn was enhanced by 22% and 53%, under microwave treatment of 250 and 600 W, respectively (P<0.05). However, ultraviolet treatment could not promote the migration of Zn. The amounts of Zn migrated into food simulants ranged from 0.52 to 14.17 mg/kg. The highest migration amount of Zn was beyond the limitation of 5 mg/kg in the European Union regulation No.10/2011. The results of migration test indicated that LDPE films modified with nano-ZnO might not be a kind of safe food packaging film, and it still needs further investigation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

以中国首次小行星探测任务为背景，根据星载相机获取的光学影像构造三种观测量，分别为小行星相对于航天器的高度角和方位角、赤经赤纬以及探测器与行星/小行星之间的夹角，分析了其在探测器定轨中的作用。仿真定轨结果表明，观测时长为100 h，探测器三轴位置误差小于50 km，满足工程上对巡航段的轨道精度要求，但x和y方向的位置和速度分量具有较强自相关性。此外还发现，使用单一观测数据类型比联合观测量的定轨精度低3~4个量级，第三类观测量相对于其他两类观测量在定轨精度方面具有显著作用，这表明在2016HO3探测中，利用太阳系大天体的位置信息有助于约束探测器轨道，提高探测器的定轨精度。
