The works of Schleiermacher is devided into two parts: works on hermeneutics and works devoted to the philosophy of religion and theology. Researchers of Scheleiermacher’s philosophy usually concentrate only on the one part. That leads to separation between two parts of Schleiermacher’s philosophical system. Religion, according to Schleiermacher, referes to specific sphere of human life, the sphere of sense. That religious sense Schleiermacher calls the sense of infinite. However, one cannot feel that sense without expressing it into outside world. Dogmatics is didactic form of the expression of religious sense. This article is devoted to connection between hermeneutics and religion, which expresses itself through dogmatics. The author claims that dogmatics in Schleiermscher religious system is the way of expressing personal religious feeling to other people. So it is the way of exposion and expression of individual sense through the system of symbols and concepts.

Double-hit lymphoma (DHL) is a rare aggressive B-cell lymphoma with concomitant c-MYC, BCL2 or BCL6 gene rearrangements, which is characterized by the high frequency of extranodal lesions and by resistance to chemotherapy. The median survival does not exceed 18 months in patients with this disease. The majority of DHL is represented by с-MYC/BCL2 cases. The combination of c-MYC/BCL6 occurs rarely (5—8%). The paper describes a case of DHL with concomitant c-MYC and BCL6 gene rearrangements, which mimics diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg-type.

Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is a common disorder often associated with reduced bone mineral density (BMD) and osteoporosis. The main goal in treating patients who refuse surgery is the correction of bone complications. The aim of this study is to evaluate safety and efficacy of alendronate treatment in patients with PHPT and osteoporosis. Eligible patients were postmenopausal women suffering from PHPT who did not meet surgical guidelines or ignored surgery due to different reasons. 55 osteoporotic or osteopenic women received alendronate 70 mg weekly and 43 were leaved under medical observation for the reasons of not being osteoporotic or financial unable to comply with treatment/ Results: After 2 years of treatment alendronate group showed statistically significant gain in BMD at L24 +4,0±4,2%, Neck +2,2±4,4%„ TH +2,3±4,5%. At the same time observational group showed decrease in BMD at L24 -4,2±4,0%, TH -3,5±3,8%, R33% -4,0±6,5%, [95% CI -7,6; -0,4]. On the whole BMD dynamics in groups differed at the following sites: L2 (p=0,00004), Neck (p=0,005), TH (p=0,001), R33% (p=0,006). ' Alendronate intake was accompanied by serum Ca decrease (at 1 year point -4,3±5,4%, p=0,00005, at 2 year -2,7±6,4%, p=0,04), 24 hours'Ca excretion decrease from (Me) 8,5 to 6,3 mmol/day at 1 year point, (p=0,007) without PTH elevation. Calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR), a member of G proteincoupled receptors family, plays a key role in systemic calcium homeostasis regulation. It is expressed in a variety of tissues, and is responsible for maintaining plasma calcium concentration. In addition, the CaSR is known to regulate some important cellular processes such as apoptosis and proliferation. CaSR is a drug target for calcimimetics and calcilytics, agents used for modification of parathyroid cells function and treatment of some pathologic conditions. Inactivating or activating mutations of the CaSR gene cause different disorders of calcium metabolism. Polymorphic variants of the gene have been described in healthy populations.

Abstract The hair follicle (HF) is a self-renewing adult miniorgan that undergoes drastic metabolic and morphological changes during precisely timed cyclic organogenesis. The HF cycle is known to be regulated by steroid hormones, growth factors and circadian clock genes. Recent data also suggest a role for a vitamin A derivative, all-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA), the activating ligand of transcription factors, retinoic acid receptors, in the regulation of the HF cycle. Here we demonstrate that ATRA signaling cycles during HF regeneration and this pattern is disrupted by genetic deletion of epidermal retinol dehydrogenases 2 (RDHE2, SDR16C5) and RDHE2-similar (RDHE2S, SDR16C6) that catalyze the rate-limiting step in ATRA biosynthesis. Deletion of RDHEs results in accelerated anagen to catagen and telogen to anagen transitions, altered HF composition, reduced levels of HF stem cell markers, and dysregulated circadian clock gene expression, suggesting a broad role of RDHEs in coordinating multiple signaling pathways.

L-asparaginase is one of the most effective drugs in pediatric and adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment. But drug side effects are an important problem. pancreatitis and pancreatic necrosis are not common (2–18 %) complication, but high chance of severe disease with fatal outcome make to bring in careful attention of pediatric oncologists-hematologists, surgeons, intensivists, radiologists. Recognizing multidisciplinary importance of this problem, at June 21st, 2023 at Morozov Children’s Clinical hospital a Round table on pancreatitis/pancreatic necrosis after L-asparaginase use was organized. This article presents expert recommendations from federal and regional clinics in diagnosis and treatment of such severe complication.

Introduction. The original stone industries of the Early Paleolithic, produced by the earliest hominins and known as the Oldowan (~2.6-1.0 Ma), are characterized by rather primitive stone-working techniques and a very simple set of tools that show the intentional design of only workers and accommodators. elements. These industries have changed little in time and space and are not subdivided into variants due to cultural factors.Materials and Methods: The main sources of the work were massive historical documents related to the development of technology and protodesign in the early Paleolithic.Results. The Acheulean industries, which were made more advanced by early people, are distinguished by the appearance of more complex technologies and a whole range of tools of various shapes and purposes. Throughout the Acheulian era (~2.0-0.2 million years ago), these industries gradually developed, and also divided into local groups with specific technological repertoire and tool forms, which were almost completely modeled by ancient craftsmen according to their preferences and reproduced over time. This means the emergence of proto-design and cultural traditions, which are most reflected in the forms of the most important large tools, primarily the axe.Conclusion. Persistent tool patterns in different Acheulean industries can be seen as cultural types that mark distinct traditions. There are also individual samples of axes, the anomalous dimensions of which, along with extremely careful processing and some peculiarities of the form, suggest that they were not so much tools as some kind of symbolic objects that played a certain role in the cultural practices of different populations of the Acheulean people.

Tuberculosis remains a common and dangerous chronic bacterial infection worldwide. It is long-established that pathogenesis of many autoimmune diseases is mainly promoted by inadequate immune responses to bacterial agents, among them Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a multifaceted process having many different outcomes and complications. Autoimmunity is one of the processes characteristic of tuberculosis; the presence of autoantibodies was documented by a large amount of evidence. The role of autoantibodies in pathogenesis of tuberculosis is not quite clear and widely disputed. They are regarded as: (1) a result of imbalanced immune response being reactive in nature, (2) a critical part of TB pathogenicity, (3) a beginning of autoimmune disease, (4) a protective mechanism helping to eliminate microbes and infected cells, and (5) playing dual role, pathogenic and protective. There is no single autoimmunity-mechanism development in tuberculosis; different pathways may be suggested. It may be excessive cell death and insufficient clearance of dead cells, impaired autophagy, enhanced activation of macrophages and dendritic cells, environmental influences such as vitamin D insufficiency, and genetic polymorphism, both of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and host.

Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a chronic disease that leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of life and disability. In the treatment of OA, hyaluronic acid (HA) drugs have an important place.Objective: to compare the effectiveness of ROA treatment with different HA drugs with different physicochemical properties and molecular weight.Patients and methods. A 12-week prospective randomized study of the comparative efficacy of a single intra-articular injection of three HA drugs – Armaviscon Forte (AF), Flexotron Cross (FCr) and Flexotron Ultra (FUL) was carried out. The study group consisted of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis, aged from 43 to 50 years (the majority were women – 63.3%) with an initial severity of pain >40 mm according to the visual analogue scale (VAS). The result of therapy was assessed by the dynamics of pain (VAS), WOMAC index, and subjective assessment of the effect 3 months after intra-articular administration of HA.Results and discussion. Eight patients dropped out of the study: in the AF group – 3, FCr – 4, FUL – 1. After 90 days, the decrease in pain compared to baseline values in the AF group was 30%, in FCr – 46% and in FUL – 57% (p ≤0,05), and the dynamics of the WOMAC index – 27, 36, and 42%, respectively. After 90 days, 85.0, 93.4 and 96.5% of patients noted improvement and significant improvement in the AF, FCr and FUL groups, respectively. No serious adverse events were recorded.Conclusion. All investigated drugs demonstrated high analgesic potential, but the best clinical effect was observed with FUL.

Most large construction projects face the problem of cost overruns and failures to meet deadlines mainly due to changes in the cost of building materials. A lot of studies proved the high importance of the cost of building materials for the project budget and highlighted a number of factors that determine the cost of materials. However, modern unstable economic dynamics lead to the need not only to observe sufficient accuracy of quantity and cost calculations regarding primary building materials but also to carefully predict the cost, taking into account uncertainty factors (changes in the geopolitical situation, the impact of the pandemic, changes in the technological structure, etc.). This article proposes the use of a calculation and expert methodology for forecasting the cost of building materials on the example of building bars for two regions of the Russian Federation. This study includes a review of literature, which showed the dependence of the dynamics of the cost of construction on the prices of building materials, confirmed the impact of economic and noneconomic factors of the dynamics of prices of building materials and the impact of risk and uncertainty. Based on the literature review, it is also concluded that it is necessary to expertly adjust the results of the economic and mathematical modeling of the building materials’ price trend line under the influence of noneconomic factors of uncertainty. The statistics of the prices of building materials in Russia were analyzed, and the main causes of price dynamics (economic and noneconomic) were identified. The ARIMA model was selected to build a series of dynamics of prices of reinforcement steel, an expert adjustment of the forecast was made taking into account uncertainty factors. The method of calculation and expert forecasting of prices of building materials was proposed, and the forecast of prices of steel reinforcement in the regions of Russia was calculated on its basis. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the algorithm and practical results of forecasting the cost of building materials under the conditions of uncertainty, as well as recommendations for the implementation of predictive analytics tools in construction practice.

Winter triticale, carrying the genes of its parental forms, has taken both the positive properties of wheat and rye (a significant amount of protein, presence of gluten, content of biologically active aromatic substances) and negative (a large amount of soluble albumin and globulin proteins and especially high activity of amylolytic enzymes). The weather conditions during the vegetation, as well as the varietal characteristics of this grain crop are of great influence on the grain quality. Therefore, cultivation of winter triticale with high biochemical and baking properties is an important problem in the conditions of the Steppe Zavolzhie, in the zone of risky farming. The article presents the results of study conducted during 2007–2016 on the experimental plots of the Samarsky RIA. To establish an objective assessment of winter triticale quality, there was carried out a study of biochemical, technological and baking traits. Under favorable conditions for plant growth and development, winter triticale accumulates a significant percentage (18.3–18.8) of protein in kernels; forms grain with strong starch and low enzymatic activity (252–274 c of “falling number”, 300–520 a. u. of water-flour viscosity). Analysis of the baking traits of triticale has showed that it is necessary to take into account all the subtleties related to the dough process and the recipe. Due to the low gas-holding capacity and dough thinning (dilution), triticale is almost never used in its pure baking form. When 50 and 70% of triticale is added to flour, there is a significant improvement in bread quality, namely in volume and in texture, in dimensional stability and sensory characteristics (6.2 cm3/g of specific volume; 4.5 points of baking). The study results show that more attention should be paid to the varietal characteristics of winter triticale in the conditions of the Steppe Zavolzhie.

The rye production decrease in the Russian Federation is associated with low competitiveness, as well as the insufficient breeding improvement of newly developed varieties with a number of traits. Winter rye for food occupies a large segment of the modern market, so it is necessary to grow varieties that are suitable not only for the production of alcohol, starch and fodder, but also for baking purposes with high biochemical and technological properties. The purpose of our research is to find out the breeding prospects for winter rye varieties with improved baking advantages in the Middle Volga region. The study was conducted from 2015 to 2017 on the basis of the Samara RIA named after N. M. Tulaykov. The object of the research was some zoned and promising winter rye varieties. The influence of changing growing conditions on yield, productivity elements and grain quality has been evaluated. It has been established that over the years of study the winter rye variety “Bezenchukskaya 110” was more stable and adaptable to the growing conditions (regression coefficient of 0.88) than the standard variety and its productivity reliably exceeded the yield of the standard variety (50.3 hwt/ha) by 2.1 hwt/ha. In 2015 and in 2016 the varieties “Bezenchkuyskaya 87” and “Roksana” showed the best baking properties, namely 515–575 cm3 of maximum bread volume. In 2016 the variety “Bezenchukskaya 110” showed the best biochemical parameters (282 p. falling number; 780 e. a. height of amylogram) and baking quality (4.2 points of general baking assessment). In the conditions of the Middle Volga region, it is necessary to carry out breeding of winter rye varieties for food, namely with improved technological and baking advantages.

Modern metagenomic approaches enable the effective discovery of novel viruses in previously unexplored organisms. Termites are significant ecosystem converters and influencers. As with the majority of tropical forest insects, termites are studied insufficiently, and termite virome remains especially understudied. Here, we studied the virome of lichenophagous and mycophagous termites (Hospitalitermes bicolor, Macrotermes carbonarius and Odontotermes wallonensis) collected in the Cat Tien National Park (Vietnam). We assembled four full genomes of novel viruses related to Solemoviridae, Lispiviridae, Polycipiviridae and Kolmioviridae. We also found several contigs with relation to Chuviridae and Deltaflexiviridae that did not correspond to complete virus genomes. All the novel viruses clustered phylogenetically with previously identified viruses of the termites. Deltaflexi-like contigs were identified in the fungi-cultivating M. carbonarius and showed homology with viruses recently discovered in the edible basidiomycete mushrooms.

Soil fertility decrease, economic and organizational factors reduce the valuable qualities of the varieties, and therefore the preventive measures that prevent deterioration of the variety are of great importance. Seedbed treatment, such as disinfection of seeds with the preparations that have a healing effect from various diseases, soil pests and air-thermal treatment of seeds, application of mineral fertilizers are important measures necessary for effective seed production. Long-term studies conducted on experimental and industrial plots of the Samara RIA have established that seed disinfection with the preparations of systemic action ‘ScenicCombi’, ‘Lamador KS’, ‘Ranazol Ultra KS’ is the most effective. There has been estimated the effect of spring solar heating of seeds by warm atmospheric air, promoting their awakening, exit from ‘secondary dormancy’ and germination increase. There has been noted a positive effect of the full fertilizer on the sowing and yielding qualities of the seeds. There have been determined the optimal doses of fertilizers N30P30K30, N45P45K45 for seed production of winter wheat, spring wheat and barley with the best yielding properties (on 6.2–7.4% in comparison with the control).

Biological rhythms of organisms depend on both changing conditions of the external environment and internal “biological clock”. Circadian rhythms are the response of the organism to the change of day and night. They are some of the most important biological rhythms of organisms. Circadian rhythms are regulated by the group of circadian genes. It is known that women suffer from sleep disorders more often than men. Up to 50 % of menopausal women complain of problems associated with sleeping. The study involved 403 menopausal women aged from 45 to 60 years: 214 Russians (the average age is 52.74±6.28 years) and 189 Buryats (the average age is 51.95±5.13 years) living in Eastern Siberia (Irkutsk region, Irkutsk and Republic of Buryatia, Ulan-Ude). The prevalence of genotypes and alleles of the polymorphism T3111C of the circadian rhythm gene Clock (rs1801260) was studied in these groups. To this end, we conducted genotyping of DNA samples by polymerase chain reaction. It was shown that the compared groups have statistically significant differences in genotypes frequency (р = 0.001). It was found that in the group of Russian women the frequency of the TC genotype (p = 0.004) was significantly higher and the frequency of the TT genotype (p = 0.0001) was significantly lower than those in the sample of women of Buryatia. It was shown that in the group of Russian women allele 3111C is found in 30.4 % of cases, which is statistically significantly more often than in the group of Buryat women, where the frequency of allele 3111C was 19.3 % (p = 0.014).

Currently the research aimed to improve nutritional value and quality of rye bakery products to meet customers' needs is of great urgency. The baking traits of rye flour, the structural and mechanical characteristics of the dough (viscous and rheological) depend on the content of non-starch polysaccharides (pentosanes) namely, their water-soluble part. The purpose of our research is to assess correlation between water-soluble pentosanes in winter rye kernels and kernel weight and to establish the effect of this indicator on the baking parameters of rye flour, i. e. viscosity of water-flour suspension and bread yield. The objects of research were winter rye varieties and promising lines. The content of non-starch polysaccharides in winter rye grain throughout the years of research slightly varied depending on the variety and weather conditions. In 2016 and 2017 the winter rye variety “Roksana” and the line “GK-90” formed high rates of 2.74-2.90%, the variety “Prezent” showed a low value of this characteristic. Estimation of the variation coefficients showed that non-starch polysaccharides influence by genotypic and environmental factors are characterized by low variability CVf = 8.2%. The experiments confirm that when baking rye bread, water-soluble pentosanes perform the following functions: they absorb water, increase the viscosity of the dough, and improve the dimensional stability of bread. There was established a significant correlation between the content of water-soluble pentosanes and grain weight under the conditions of the years 2016 (r = -0.90*) and 2017 (r = -0.88**). It was found that for the years of research, this trait did not correlate with the viscosity of the water-flour suspension, but was significantly associated with bread yield (r = 0.46*). Low enzymatic activity in the studied rye varieties in 2016 and 2017 affected the baking advantages of winter rye. The maximum bread yield was 510-575 cm3, the minimum bread yield was 470-485 cm3. There was also the greatest number of non-starch polysaccharides in kernels during these years.

The role of glutathione S-transferase for the life of the cell and the entire organism is related to their participation in the processes of detoxification of xenobiotics and antioxidant protection. Genetic variability of glutathione S-transferases appears in the form of different enzymatic activity of the corresponding protein products. In this study, a comparative analysis was conducted on the frequency of genotypes of three genes in the glutathione S-transferases gene superfamily (GSTM1, GSTT1, GSTP1) from representatives of two ethnic groups, Russian and Buryat. To this end, genetic typing of DNA samples was performed by polymerase chain reaction. Statistically significant differences in the frequency of occurrence of alleles A, B, C of the GSTP1 gene (р = 0.026) were found between the groups of teenagers compared. It was found that the frequency of the allele A, which codes for the active variant enzyme, is significantly higher in the Buryat ethnic group (p = 0.012). The allele B, the product of which is a “slow” version of the enzyme, was significantly more common in the Russian ethnic group (p = 0.014). In the GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes, no statistically significant differences in the frequency of occurrence of “zero” and “functional” genotypes between the compared groups of teenagers were found. However, there was a tendency to increase in the frequency of the “zero” genotype of the GSTM1 gene in the Russian ethnic group. In addition, the frequency of the “zero” genotype in two genes GSTM1 and GSTT1 at once was almost two times higher in the Russian ethnic group than in the Buryat ethnic group.

The article presents the methodological approaches to the planning of budget expenditures for the provision of services in the field of general education. The review of existing methods of budget planning of budget expenditures, including regulatory and program-target method of budget planning in the field of general education expenses. The article is focused on the practical use of budget planning methods, evaluated the positive and negative consequences of their use.The aim of the article is to solve scientific and practical task of improving the efficiency of budget spending on general education.Results. The authors found that the conditions necessary to optimize budget spending for social purposes to the preferred state is encouraging recipients of budget funds to a more economical and efficient use of them.Conclusions and Relevance. The study conclusions are made about the need to clarify the methodology of planning of budget expenditures in the field of general education, which allows for improving the quality of educational services and contributes to solving the problem of the adequacy of the level of budgetary financing of the general education sector.

Participation of hormones in maintaining immune homeostasis is a complicated process as the hormones can have both immunomodulatory and immunosuppressive effect. Changes in the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis in diseases may appear low triiodothyronine, and is currently being discussed the issue of the state of development, characterized by a decrease in blood levels of thyroid hormone in the absence of pathology of the thyroid gland. In the literature there is the term - (nonthyroidal illness syndrome) «netireoidnyh disease syndrome.» One of the most debated issues related to the pathogenesis of diseases netireoidnyh syndrome - this is the role of proinflammatory cytokines in violation of the secretory activity of the thyroid gland and the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis in general. However, the exact mechanisms for reducing serum triiodothyronine remain poorly studied, including thyroid status and relationship with objective criteria systemic inflammation in children, especially during viral infection. The paper presents the materials and the results of an open prospective study conducted in the city of Yekaterinburg in 2009-2012. We observed 71 children with enteroviral meningitis at the age of three to fourteen. We studied the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone, triiodothyronine, thyroxine and intracellular cytokine synthesis in blood lymphocytes. The nature of changes in hormonal status in children with enteroviral meningitis can be treated as a syndrome netireoidnyh diseases. Low level of triiodothyronine correlates with the time of CSF readjustment and control pleocytosis indicators, more long-term liquor rehabilitation is mentioned in children with low initial level of triiodothyronine, the odds ratio (OR = 7,3, 95% CI 0,9: 6,7). This syndrome is secondary and occurs as the result of cytokine system on the thyroid gland exposure.
