Pandemi virus Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia, khususnya Bali sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat. Hal tersebut memberikan dampak pada beberapa sektor, mulai dari sektor kesehatan, ekonomi, pendidikan, pariwisata termasuk sektor pembangunan. Wabah Corona memaksa semua negara untuk merevisi perencanaan pembangunan yang telah dicanangkan. Target disesuaikan secara realistis, asumsi diubah sesuai keadaan sekarang, dan prioritas program jangka pendek dialihkan sebagian besar untuk mengatasi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam rangka percepatan pembangunan untuk memulihkan kondisi perekonomian, beberapa pelaku jasa konstruksi skala kecil masih bisa melaksanakan pembangunan meskipun harus mengalami beberapa kendala. Selama melaksanakan pembangunan di tengah pandemi, tentunya ada beberapa biaya yang mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan bahkan dapat menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya. Pembengkakan biaya proyek konstruksi sangat tergantung dari beberapa faktor, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal proyek. Beberapa factor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pembengkakan biaya selama pelaksanaan proyek yang dilakukan oleh pelaku jasa kontruksi skala kecil di masa pandemi Covid-19, antara lain: estimasi biaya tidak tepat (9,33%), kesalahan dalam memilih metode pengerjaan (8,84%), produktivitas tenaga kerja yang rendah (8,15%), kesalahan dimensi/ukuran pekerjaan dalam pelaksanaan (8,14%), sering terjadi penundaan pekerjaan (8,04%), keterlambatan jadwal karena pengaruh cuaca (8,00%), adanya kenaikan harga material (7,94%), harga/sewa peralatan yang tinggi (7,67%), terlambat/kekurangan bahan dan material (7,31%), kerusakan material (6,81%), spesifikasi bahan yang tidak cocok (6,52%), dan cara pembayaran yang tidak tepat waktu (6,26%).

Latar Belakang: Konsumsi rokok masih menjadi masalah baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Indonesia merupakan peringkat tertinggi di ASEAN. Salah satu perlindungan terhadap ancaman bahaya rokok yaitu dengan diterapkannya Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) termasuk di fasilitas kesehatan. Studi pendahuluan menemukan bahwa pengunjung yang merokok sebanyak 43,3% di Rumah Sakit (RS) X, padahal RS X sudah menerapkan KTR. Selain itu, setiap harinya ditemukan banyak puntung rokok yang berserakan di jalan dan terlihat juga perokok di area parkiran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok pengunjung di KTR di Rumah Sakit X Tahun 2021. Metode: Studi cross-sectional pada sebagian pengujung RS X sebanyak 67 orang dilakukan bulan November 2020-Maret 2021. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu perilaku merokok (variable dependen) dan pengetahuan, sikap, peran satgas anti rokok (variabel independen). Data dikumpulkan dengan data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (PR=1,11; 95%CI=0,63-1,30), sikap (PR=1,05; 95%CI=0,79-1,39) dan peran satgas anti rokok (PR=1,03; 95%CI=0,78-1,36) dengan perilaku merokok di KTR. Kesimpulan: Dengan banyak yang melakukan perilaku merokok di KTR, maka diharapkan rumah sakit dapat mengedukasi kepada pengunjung untuk tidak merokok di KTR dan Rumah sakit melakukan program konseling berhenti merokok kepada orang yang ditemukan merokok di KTR. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan pengawasan oleh satgas anti rokok secara rutin dan berkelanjutan setiap hari. Indonesia was the most significant number of smokers in ASEAN. Implementing a Non-Smoking Area (NSA), such as in the hospital area, is one of the protections against the threat of cigarettes. Preliminary studies found that 43,3% of people smoked in Hospital X, even though Hospital X has implemented NSA. In addition, there are many cigarette butts strewn on the street every day, and there are people who smoke in the hospital's parking area. The study objective is to determine factors associated with the visitor's smoking behavior in the NSA at X Hospital year 2021. Methos: A cross-sectional was performed 67 hospital X visitor in November 2020-March 2021. The smoking behavior is as dependent variable and and knowledge, attitudes, also roles of the non-smoking task force officer are as independent variable. Data used primary data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. Result: Bivariate results show that there are no association between knowledge (PR=1.11; 95%CI=0.63-1.30), attitude (PR=1.05; 95%CI=0.79-1.39), and role of non-smoking task force (PR=1.03; 95%CI=0.78-1.36) with smoking behaviour in NSA. Conclusion: It is expected that hospitals can educate visitors to behave such as do not smoke in NSA and Hospital X have smoking cessation counseling programs for people who found to smoke in NSA well. Low commitment from employees to the hospital could be seen from the low number of employees who remain working. Compensation did not match expectations and the work climate was uncomfortabel and the lack of training as one of the career development processes made the low commitment of employees to the hospital. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of compensation and work climate on organizational commitment mediated by career development. The research method used will be quantitative methods with the type of causality research. Data source will be primary. Subjects to be analyzed will be all employees except the doctors in X hospital Cisauk Tangerang. Analysis will be using structural path analysis. Results of this study were compensation, work climate, and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Partially, compensation and work climate had a positive and significant effect on career development. The research findings were the direct effect of compensation and work climate on organizational commitment greater than mediated by career development. The effect of career development is greater on organizational commitment compared to compensation and work climate.

Objective To see the link between an attractive landscape and improved medical outcomes and well-being of the patients through investigation of previous studies and documents, also to identify extent and suggestion for the implementation of therapeutic principles in healthcare units. Method A qualitative study on literatures to gather evidence of the benefits of the attractive landscape's existence in hospitals/healthcare environment. Descriptive analysis was conducted in order to present scientific results regarding the benefits of attractive landscapes in humans’ environment, especially in healthcare units. Apart from that, this study also conducted a survey to study landscape architects’ experience and opinion toward the application of the therapeutic landscapes. Results This study investigation found evidence regarding the significance of attractive landscape in the hospital environment for patients’ recovery and well-being which have been scientifically tested. Landscape architects are aware of the benefit of therapeutic landscape, despite whether they have experience in any hospital landscape design or not. In accordance, most of them have/will put the therapeutic consideration into their design in hospitals/healthcare units. Conclusion This paper managed to include evidence of the benefits of the existence of an attractive landscape in the hospital environment and proven for its feasibility for application as confirmed by the landscape architects. Therefore, considered enough for justification of their significance.
