The available tools in the field of assessing the effectiveness of the insurance market are analyzed, the author's approach to determining the effectiveness is proposed. For compliance with the requirements of efficiency, the bank sales channel is considered, a conclusion is made about the incomplete compliance of the bank sales channel with the requirements of efficiency. The relevance of the study provides for the definition of tasks for the development of the insurance market for the medium and long term. The basis of such a strategy should be indicators that characterize the effectiveness of market relations in the field of insurance.

The paper is devoted to the IPM-2 ion source ion-optical system preparation for the plasma heating experiments with a neutral beam in the Globus-M2 spherical tokamak. Within the framework of this work, a complete renovation of the ion-optical system of the ion source was carried out, including its assembly, adjustment, and testing. To assess the quality of the work performed, measurements were made of the main electrical parameters of the high-energy beam, its energy spectrum and signals from secondary emission probes. Based on the data obtained, the beam power distribution profile and its characteristic dimensions are reconstructed, and the relative concentrations of the energy components of the beam are calculated. The paper deals with the processes that occur when the hydraulic fluid flows in the channels of the hydraulic block of the brake drive of the open-pit dump truck. The main attention is paid to the phenomenon of cavitation caverns emergence and hydro-mechanical losses depending on the hydraulic fluid parameters and the geometric parameters of hydraulic channels. The SST-HL and SSG turbulence models are presented in this paper. The Rayleigh Plesset cavitation model built into the ANSYS CFX software package is also used.

Steady-state operation of a fusion neutron source (FNS) requires plasma heating and current drive by means of additional power delivered by neutral beams. Six neutral beam injectors (NBI) will provide DEMO-FNS machine with additional heating power up to 30 MW, with neutral particle energy 500 keV. NBI systems developed for ITER can serve as the prototype for DEMO-FNS, as both systems have similar ion source current, with accelerated beam power in ITER NBI (1 MeV) being twice as large as in DEMO-FNS. The paper presents the results of the student team projects performed as part of the masters course in the department of foreign languages and translation of the Ural Federal University. The team projects have been performed in the cloud-based system SmartCAT. The students divided into teams and outlined the roles of project manager, translators, editor and proof-reader. The teams performed the translation projects and made reports. В статье представлены результаты командных переводческих проектов, выполненных в рамках магистерских курсов на кафедре иностранных языков и перевода Уральского Федерального Университета. Магистранты выполняли командные проекты в облачной системе автоматизированного перевода SmartCAT. Магистранты 1-го и 2-го курсов самостоятельно разбились на команды, распределили между собой роли менеджера проекта, переводчиков, редактора и корректора, подобрали файлы для своих языковых пар, выполнили переводческие проекты и оформили отчеты по результатам проектов. Облачная система SmartCAT зарекомендовала себя как оптимальная среда для обучения магистрантов навыкам организации и выполнения переводческих проектов.

Laser-induced changes in the intervertebral discs were studied by the method of atomic force microscopy. Alteration of the proximal caudal intervertebral discs was modeled in rats: puncture and exposure to diode laser (2, 3, or 5 W) in constant or pulse regimens or only puncture (control). Nanostructure of disc surface was estimated by surface skewness, root mean square and average roughness, and coefficient of kurtosis. Maximum positive effect and signs of regenerative changes in the surface microstructure of the intervertebral discs were found after exposure to laser (2-3 W) in constant or pulse regimens.

Correction of posttraumatic deformity and stabilization of injured segment play an important role in treatment and complication prevention after traumatic compression vertebral body fractures. Possibilities of deformity reduction using vertebroplasty and a combination of distractive titanium cage with insertion of bone cement into vertebral body (stenoplasty) are not well studied. Retrospective comparative analysis of clinical efficacy and degree of kyphotic deformity reduction using puncture vertebroplasty (1 st group, n=15) and stenoplasty (2 nd group, n=15) in patients with traumatic A1 compression fractures of thoraco-lumbar vertebral bodies was performed. Severity of pain syndrome (VAS) and degree of injured segment deformity (kyphotic angle and wedge-shaping index) were assessed. In both groups surgical intervention resulted in marked pain reduction but in long-term period it was less significant for 2 nd group (p=0.0035). Postoperatively kyphotic angle median and wedge-shaping index changed statistically significant in 2 nd group from 12.60 (10.50; 13.40) to 2.50 (1.90; 3.20) (p=0.0015) and from 25.3% (22.8; 26.7) to 9.3% (8.9; 11.4) (p=0.0022), respectively and not significantly in 1 st group from 13.10 (11.40; 14.30) to 12.90 (11.20; 14.00) (p= 0.93) and from 26.5% (24.0; 28.8) to 25.9% (23.8; 28.4) (p=0.86), respectively. Progression of posttraumatic kyphosis in late postoperative period was noted in 1 st group (P M Ü=0.042) but not in 2nd group (P =0.58). In traumatic A1 compression fractures stenoplasty enabled to perform kyphotic deformity correction in the early period of spinal injury, to achieve significantly greater reduction of kyphotic angle and to preserve the result in remote postoperative period as compared to puncture vertebroplasty
