Introduction. Based on the concept of space of places, the author identifies and analyzes the sources, structure, dynamics and mechanism of the post-Soviet transformation of urban names of the capital of North Ossetia-Alania-Vladikavkaz. The starting point of the study is the understanding that urban toponymy is a symbolic form of arranging and consolidating social practices in the urban space for the construction of identity and memory. From a functional point of view, the urbanonyms of Vladikavkaz fulfill a political, ideological and sociocultural role for the region, local communities and the titular Ossetian ethnic group. Methodology and sources. When studying the claimed research topic, the author relied on the approaches recognized in world social science: the concept of places of memory of P. Nora; the theory of social space P. Bourdieu; ideas of J. Terborn about the role of capitals in the arrangement of the symbolic space of places; the concept of anthropology of the place M. Auger. The historical atlases and maps of Vladikavkaz of various periods and works of regional toponymy specialists were analyzed. Results and discussion. Six key areas of toponymic changes characteristic of the Ossetian capital are distinguished: a) desovetization; b) decolonization is ideological; c) restoration; d) ethnicization ("Ossetization", "Alanization"); e) positive conservation of the intra-Caucasian matrix of urbanonyms; f) reproduction of all-Russian cultural and military symbols of identity. The redistribution of structural components in the capital city urbanonyms is carried out in favor of anthroponymic, ethnonymic, cultural and military names. Conclusion. The increase in the number of personalized urbanonyms indicates: 1) the expansion of competition between social groups - carriers of various types of capital for the symbolic appropriation of the metropolitan space; 2) deepening regionalization in toponymic practices; 3) the orientation toward the construction of the Ossetian (Alan) identity and memory. A new symbolic map of Ossetians has been formed, in which their ideas and practices about social affiliation and memory are represented.

The paper gives a brief description of carbon and glass fibers used to obtain polymer composite materials with high thermal, physical and mechanical characteristics. Some methods for surface activation of carbon and fiberglass, which will be used to increase the adhesion interactions at the fiber-polymer boundaries, are presented.

Thermal oxidative stability of polyetherimide-based composite materials at processing temperatures was investigated using gas chromatography. The dependence of physico-mechanical and rheological properties on the composition of composites is established.

The dependences of dielectric permittivity and specific volume resistance of an 80% ISR-3 + 20% LDPE composite on the concentration of aluminum and carbon soot nanoscale particles are studied in this work. These curves are considered. When concentrations of Al and soot nanoparticles are low in the composite, the e' = e′(C) and ρV = ρV(C) curves, which do not fit the Maxwell–Wagner polarization model, are significantly changed.

Studied the structure, prevalence, trends in incidence and morphology of malignant tumors of the kidney, renal pelvis, ureters, and bladder among residents of the Kabardino-Balkaria for the period 1990–2014 years. Designed intense (coarse) and the standardized value for age and sex, the annual growth rate of morbidity, using the world standard age distribution. Standardization carried out by the direct method. Knowledge of the epidemiological and morphological characteristics allow us to proactively identify patients at early stages of disease, more effective to conduct medical examinations and preventive measures, to plan a rational treatment strategy for patients

Objectives. The main idea of the present study was the production of polymer composites based on synthetic isoprene elastomer and low-density polyethylene containing nanoparticles of carbon black and aluminium in various amounts. Methods. An exponential approach was used throughout the study to better control the region of small additives; this control was impossible to achieve using a linear distribution of nanofillers among the small additives. The composites were filled with nanosized aluminium and DG-100 carbon black particles with a specific adsorption surface of 100 m2 /g and having an average particle size of 20-30 nm. Electrophysical parameters were measured by conventional techniques of electron microscopy, electron shadow microscopy and hydrostatic weighing. Maxwell-Wagner theory and polarisation model were applied. Results. For a composite containing 80% of isoprene synthetic rubber (SCI-3) and 20% of low-density polyethylene, the dielectric permeability and specific volume resistivity dependences were studied experimentally and their graphs were plotted against the concentration of nanosized particles of aluminium and carbon black fillers. The features of these curves were considered. It is shown that, for small amounts of Al and carbon black nanoparticles in the composite, significant changes (extrema) take place on the curves ԑ '= ԑ' (C) and ρᵥ = ρᵥ (C), which do not conform to the Maxwell-Wagner polarisation model. For some heterogeneous polymer mixtures, a distribution of carbon black particles was observed that led to a superadditive electrical resistance. Conclusion. It is shown that for small amounts of Al and carbon black nanoparticles in composite materials, significant changes (extrema) take place on the curves ԑ '= ԑ' (C) and ρᵥ = ρᵥ (C) that do not fit within the framework of the Maxwell-Wagner polarisation model.

A study is made of the morphology and surface tension polytherms of an SKN-26–PVC polymer blend (synthetic nitrile polyvinyl chloride rubber) as a function of the filler concentration (DG-100 carbon black).

An investigation was made of the effect of different additions of nanoparticles on the morphology, density, and strength of composites based on synthetic isoprene rubber (SKI-3) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The extremal dependence of strength and density on the concentration of nanoparticles was established.

Epithelium of an oral cavity and red border of lips – the most frequent source of malignant new growths of the head and neck. In article the structure, prevalence, tendencies of incidence and morphology of cancer tumors of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and a border of lips among residents of Kabardino-Balkaria for the period are studied 1990–2014. Material of a research were annual statements Oncologic Dispensary State Healthcare Institution of the Ministry of Health of Kabardino-Balkaria, archival biopsy and postoperative material Pathoanatomical Bureau State Healthcare Institution of the Ministry of Health of Kabardino-Balkaria. The intensive (rough) and standardized values on a sex, age and geographical zones, annual average rates of a surplus/decrease of incidence with use of the international standard of age distribution are calculated. Standardizationis carried out by a direct method. It is established that in Kabardino-Balkaria unlike the Russian indicators there is a reduction (and considerable) frequencies of cancer tumors of an oral cavity especially among female population. At the same time they are registered 4 times more among men, is 1.4 times more often at city dwellers, than at rural. At a carcinoma of a border of lips even more rapid fall of incidence on rates of a decrease exceeding the all-Russian indicators is observed. The male population is surprised 3 times more often women’s here, and the number for the first time of the revealed patients in rural and mountainous areas of Kabardino-Balkaria by 1.6 times exceeds incidence respectively among citizens and the population of steppe and forest-steppe zones. Cancer cases of a cavity prevail in age groups of 50–59 and 60–69 years, and in case of a carcinoma of a border of lips – at senile age (70 years and are more senior). The vast majority of cancer of oral localization (94 %) and all cases of a carcinoma of a border of lips on a histologic structure represented a planocellular form. Knowledge of epidemiological and morphological characteristics allow revealing actively patients at early stages of diseases, to hold medical examination and preventive events more effectively, to plan rational tactics of treatment of patients.

The large drop method was used to investigate the interphase tension of polymer blends of synthetic SKD-35 -butadiene rubber and low-density polyethylene filled with nanosized carbon black DG-100 particles at the boundary with glycerin and air in the temperature range 20–120°C.

It has been shown that the density, strength, and relaxation properties of a poly(vinyl chloride)butadiene-acrylonitrile synthetic rubber SKN-26 composite are influenced by the addition of DG-100 carbon nanoparticles as a filler.

The rheological and physicomechanical properties of homopolymers and block copolymers of propylene and their blends modified with organic peroxide compounds with a structure-forming mode of action were investigated, including at subzero temperatures. A tendency for the strength of the matrices of the initial polypropylenes and their blends to increase as the block copolymer content increased and the temperature decreased was established. This is related to the conformational transformation of macromolecular mobility being retarded by the organic peroxide, which requires additional energy consumption.

The temperature dependence of the tangent of the mechanical loss angle tan δ-T and the nature of the relaxation transitions were examined for model blends of polyvinyl chloride with butadiene-acrylonitrile elastomers.

An investigation was made of the effect of annealing and quenching on the interphase tension and strength of carbon-black-filled composites based on butadiene–acrylonitrile rubber with different nanoparticle contents. It was shown that the properties of filled blends depend non-additively on the carbon black concentration and heat treatment.

The reaction of trichloroacetaldehyde with fluorobenzene, followed by a series of transformations, gave 4-fluorobenzil and 4,4'-difluorobenzil which were used in the synthesis of new difluoroaromatic compounds with a heterocyclic central group. The 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR spectra of the newly synthesized difluoroaromatic compounds were studied. The charge densities on the carbon atoms attached to fluorine were calculated in terms of the PM3 and AM1 semiempirical approximations. A correlation was found between the charge on C(F) and the corresponding 13C and 19F chemical shifts. Using this correlation, the reactivity of difluoroaromatic compounds in nucleophilic substitution reactions was estimated.

New activated difluoroaromatic compounds having an internal acetylenic moiety were synthesized by reaction of trichloroacetaldehyde with fluorobenzene, followed by reaction with iodobenzene and cross coupling with acetylene in the presence of palladium complexes. According to the results of quantum-chemical calculations and 19F NMR data, the products are highly reactive compounds which can be used for the preparation of high-molecular-weight aromatic polyethers.

New hexaarylbenzene-containing di- and tetrafluoroarenes were prepared by the Diels—Alder reactions of 1,4-bis(1-oxo-2,4,5-triphenylcyclopentadien-3-yl)benzene with 4-fluoro-4′-(phenylethynyl)- and 4-fluoro-4′-(4-fluorophenylethynyl)benzophenone, respectively.

It is for the first time that an issue is raised on the need to introduce a system of standardization into the forensic medical field. A general scheme is suggested of how to do it.

A total of 307 cases of fatal car injuries with traumas of the abdominal organs are analyzed. There were three types of injuries: those caused by collision of a pedestrian with a moving car (96 cases) injuries inflicted inside a car cabin (n = 157), and inflicted by a car wheel crossing the body (n = 54). Differences in the injuries inflicted in different types of car traumas are described. The authors demonstrate the possibility of differential diagnosis of these types of traumas in cases when the circumstances of the accident are unknown. They offer a differential diagnostic table for practical use, based on their findings.
