Um a cada seis brasileiros é evangélico e esse número continua crescendo. No começo o crescimento deste movimento se deu em silêncio praticamente ignorado por todos, os templos eram em cidades pequenas, periferias, e nos dias atuais passaram por uma grande mudança. A população evangélica se estendeu em grande proporção, tornou-se visível e objeto de diversos estudos, é possível verificar uma expressão cada vez mais significativa do movimento evangélico nos diversos setores da sociedade e muitos veem nesse segmento uma oportunidade de ganho, seja dentro das igrejas ou fora delas. Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi compreender o consumo de produtos religiosos por consumidores evangélicos. Amparada na corrente de perspectivas teóricas da CCT (Culture and Consumer Theory), a partir de um método qualitativo que utilizou entrevistas em profundidade com 15 consumidores evangélicos, foram feitas análises de conteúdo. Os resultados encontrados apontam dois grupos de consumidores: a) os pertencentes à igrejas baseadas na Teoria da Prosperidade em que acreditam que a partir do consumo desses produtos religiosos conseguirão adquirir uma vida mais próspera financeiramente; e b) aqueles que buscam igrejas mais moderadas na pressão pelo consumo de seus produtos, mas que também prometem a salvação. Além disso, outro achado chama a atenção por também não estar presente na literatura sobre a temática, ambas as tipologias de consumidores, ao não conseguirem atingir as bênçãos prometidas, abandanam a atual igreja e buscam superar suas frustrações em outra, como um consumidor infiel.

Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar o sistema produtivo de um distribuidor farmacêutico para reduzir o tempo de resposta às reclamações de seus consumidores. O presente estudo foi desenvolvido em uma distribuidora de medicamentos e produtos de higiene e beleza localizada na cidade de Teresina - Piauí, Brasil. Aplicou-se um questionário com 5 questões que possibilitaram verificar quão contente o consumidor estava com o serviço prestado pela distribuidora e com o SAC, englobando fatores relacionados à preço, disponibilidade de produtos, rapidez e acessibilidade e qualidade das respostas do SAC e a avaliação do atendimento quando comparado à concorrência. Os dados foram organizados de maneira que facilitasse a visualização de gaps e auxiliasse no desenvolvimento do fluxograma do processo. Os resultados mostram como as melhorias na gestão das operações a partir de correções nos processos reduziram os prazos de atendimento das reclamações e, consequentemente, elevaram a satisfação dos consumidores.

Tradicionalmente, os itens de consumo associados à imagem da criança consumidora se restringiam a bens específicos a esse segmento. No entanto, mudanças ocorridas na sociedade contemporânea permitiram a esse público uma maior facilidade de apropriação das tecnologias e espaços de interação virtual do que em consumidores com maior idade. Destaca-se o smartphone, por ser um bem de consumo acentuado e massificado pelas crianças. Este trabalho busca compreender os significados do smartphone percebidos por pais de crianças em idade pré-escolar, levando em consideração as lógicas e práticas de consumo da classe média emergente. Baseado no paradigma interpretativista e na família de perspectivas teóricas que formam a Consumer and Culture Theory (CCT), este estudo exploratório e qualitativo realizou entrevistas em profundidade, por meio de um roteiro semiestruturado, com 18 mães e pais de crianças que possuem smartphone, além de utilizar uma proposta de análise que consiste em uma leitura repetida de todas as entrevistas para associar pontos convergentes e divergentes, permitindo a formação de categorias. Os achados da pesquisa sugerem experiências no mercado de celulares que constroem significados de praticidade e liberdade associadas à comunicação e à busca de informações por meio da internet e de outras aplicações digitais. Ainda, é apresentado o que esta pesquisa denominou de modelo de consumo por sucessão entre parentes colaterais.

Introduction: Physical activity and sedentary behavior are emerging issues in public health, especially in developing countries. Objective: To verify transition and factors related to physical activity combined with sedentary behavior among the elderly followed for 24 months. Materials and methods: We conducted a longitudinal observational study with people aged 60 years or over living in the urban area of Uberaba, Brazil. We collected the data from sociodemographic, health, and physical tests in 2014 and 2016 using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Katz Index, the Lawton and Brody Scale, the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). For the combined evaluation we considered a cutoff point of 150 minutes of physical activity per week and the percentile 75 (420 minutes/day) for sedentary behavior constituting the groups: Unsatisfactory (insufficient sum of physical activity and sedentary behavior), intermediate (loss of only one of the two components) and satisfactory (sufficient sum of physical activity and sedentary behavior). Pesquisa sobre gestão de pessoas na saúde pública municipal baseado em procedimentos administrativos e sistemas tecnológicos customizados de recursos humanos da Fundação Municipal de Saúde (FMS) de Teresina-Piauí com o objetivo de verificar o impacto na eficiência da gestão de pessoas pela utilização adequada de procedimentos administrativos e sistemas de recursos humanos customizados. É uma pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa e quantitativa cujos dados e informações foram coletados no Departamento de Recursos Humanos da FMS. Utilizou-se como instrumentos de coleta de dados a observação direta, análise documental e entrevistas. Fez-se a identificação e descrição, com apresentação e análise de dados, das funcionalidades dos principais procedimentos administrativos e sistemas de informática em operação na área de recursos humanos da FMS. Como resultados da investigação, evidenciou-se a existência de carências e não conformidades de funcionalidades do sistema implantado em 2011 e de métodos utilizados para execução dos procedimentos e se constatou, através de indicadores, que ocorreu aumento de eficiência com a criação do novo sistema RH FMS ONLINE composto por funcionalidades desenvolvidas a partir da análise e aperfeiçoamento dos procedimentos administrativos de recursos humanos, atendendo às especificidades dos serviços prestados e demandas de servidores e gestores da área de recursos humanos da FMS. ABSTRACTResearch about people management in municipal public health based on administrative procedures and customized technological system in Human Resource of the Municipal Health Foundation (MHF) from Teresin-Piuí, aiming to verify the impact on the efficiency of people management due to the proper use of these procedures. It is a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative research, its data were collected at the People Resource Department of MHF. As instrument of data collection were used interviews, direct observation, document analysis. Identification and description were made with presentation of data analysis of the main administrative procedures and computer system functionalities operating in the Human Resource area at the MHF. As a result of the investigation deficiencies were evidenced as well as a disparity with the implemented system in 2011, and also problems with methods used to, perform prucedures. It was found, through indicators, that there was an incriese of efficiency with the creation of the new system MHF HR ON-LINE, formed by functionalities developed from analysis and improvement of Human Resource administrative procedures, meeting the specificities of the service provided and the demands that come from servers and managers in the Human Resource area at the MHF. The gems, jewelry, and precious metals sector is essential for developing regions with this activity and there is a high degree of informality in the mining and trading gemstone sectors. The present study analyzed data from the production process of precious stones in the Brazilian national market. We identified the importance of the factors contributing to the quality of the gemstone production process concerning mining, cutting, and marketing, under the scope of sustainable chain development. A list of references was used to select thirteen significant factors in the precious stone production process that contributed to the sustainable development of the chain related to mining, cutting, and marketing. We used a multicriteria decision model applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to consider the degree of importance of the production stage process of gemstones and the factors that impact the sustainable development of the production chain. In applying the model to the production stages, the criteria and sub-criteria factors were considered. The results suggest that sustainable development is highly related to gem mining (44.7%, rank 1), moderately related to gem cutting (32.5%, rank 2), and there is little relationship to gem marketing (22 .8%, rank 3), considering the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives. The requirement related to the technical qualification and skill of the lapidary is the most critical factor in the production process. The second most important factor is commercialization, followed by the preservation of the mining area and the valuable life of the mine.

International audience; In this work, two desalination systems combined with a solar energy cycle, MED-PF and MED-PF-TVC are analyzed and evaluated thermo-economically. Solar energy is directly transferred from the solar collector field via the evaporator heat exchanger to MED-PF. In the second technique, the thermal energy produced is transmitted to the steam ejector of the MED-PF-TVC. The comparisons are handled according to 5000 m3/day of distilled product as a case study. A reduction in consumption and specific energy costs is possible due to the reduction in the value of the compression ratio and the increase in the number of evaporators.

Currently, the field of desalination is launched among the domains that are progressing significantly in the cycle of innovation and technological development on a global scale. In particular, the reverse osmosis (RO) desalination technique which is a technique of separation by dense membrane whose driving force is a pressure gradient. This process can be defined as a liquid-phase separation process (seawater or brackish water) by permeation through a highly innovative semi-permeable membrane with a very high freshwater surface productivity by stopping the molecules and the ions of salt and other residues and let water molecules pass through the application of transmembrane pressure which varies depending on the polarization layer of the membrane and the temperature of the system feed solution (Lilane et al., 2020) [1] . The pilot used in this experimental study has the objective of determining the resistance of the membrane, and of studying the effect of the transmembrane pressure on the productive mode of the system in the case of two types of supply solutions (pure and saline water).

In recent years, Even if the CSP industry (Concentrated Solar Power) has not been yet developed as it should be in Morocco, this country is attaching an increasing importance and have launched ambitious development goals by the year 2020. Many applications of CSP technology needs operating temperatures up to 300 °C [1] . These applications include water heat especially for domestic needs. The present article shows the results of a work about the development of a low-cost concentrator taking into account Moroccan socio-economic context. The system designed and developed a combination uses of two CSP technologies: Parabolic Dish and Linear Fresnel Concentrator. To develop the prototype, a simplified model was used to define the dimensions as well as the number of mirrors that compose the system. The system is autonomous, modular and makes it possible to concentrate the solar radiation with automatic tracking of the sun. A set of mirrors focus sunlight onto a fixed absorber located at a common focal point which is adjustable and allows connecting different types of absorbers. This paper is detailing the design of the devloped prototype. The system is innovative and operates at temperatures up to 250 °C. It is easy to meet the household hot water needs as per Moroccan natural conditions. The paper describes the modelling approach, presents the comparison of simulation results with real measurements and evaluates the results.

Nowadays, the most currently installed variable speed wind turbines based on Doubly Fed Induction Generator, due to main advantages such as high stability, improved power quality, high energy efficiency, controllability and mature control technology. In This paper, a modeling of Double-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) and Direct Vector Oriented Field (DFOC) are presented, then the Proportional-Integral (PI). We developed the model for the simulation and the analysis of a double-fed induction generator to facilitate the electrical production control such as machine is considered. The results of simulations realized under the Matlab/Simulink software are analyzed and interpreted. The aim of this study is to apply the vector control independently of the active and reactive powers generated by the Doubly-Fed Induction Generator.

Morocco has two coasts, an Atlantic coast that stretches over 3000 km and a Mediterranean facade 500 km long which gives it a considerable maritime potential. It is committed to a policy of environmental preservation, the fight against global warming and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to promote all renewable energies [1] . The assessment of Morocco's maritime potential can be studied using marine information from sea currents, waves, wind, water temperature, water salinity and other types of parameters required for this diagnosis [2] . To do this, we used monthly data of sea currents, winds and surface temperature from the MARINE COPERNICUS site and processed by statistical methods using computer tools such as MATLAB software to highlight the main characteristics of our site facades: Atlantic and Mediterranean Sea in relation to the parameters studied to exploit them to study the possibilities of installation of marine renewable energies especially tidal energy.
