Purpose: to analyze the clinical manifestations, course, and results of treatment of Coats disease in children. Materials and methods. We performed a retrospective analysis of medical records of 59 patients with Coats retinitis (83 % were boys) who had been comprehensively examined and treated between 2018 and 2021. After the diagnosis was verified, the children were hospitalized for treatment. Retinal laser coagulation was performed on 61 eyes, angiogenesis inhibitors were administered on 1 eye, and 5 eyes received microsurgical interventions. Results. At the time of disease detection, the children’s age varied from 1 to 16 years. In 97 % of cases, the process was unilateral. An improvement of the anatomical condition and the eye-preserving effect were achieved in 87 %. Visual acuity could only be increased in 19 eyes (31.1 %), all with the initial or the advanced stages of Coats retinitis. Proceeding from our experience, the analysis of polymorphism of clinical manifestations, functional prognosis and differentiated approach to treatment depending on the prevailing clinical symptoms, we suggest a new variant of clinical classification of Coats retinitis. Conclusion. In order to ensure a timely diagnosis of the disease, a very thorough examination of patients in the first decade of life is required. Only an early diagnosis and timely treatment can help achieve not only an eye-preserving effect but also functional results.

For two consecutive economic years, a field experiment was conducted with spring rapeseed hybrid Rasna. The aim is to trace the effect of phytostimulant treatment on the total fat content of rapeseed and the proportion of essential fatty acids. The application of biostimulants (organic acid and humic complexes) in the cultivation of rapeseed variety Rasna leads to changes in the fatty acid composition of the seeds. The use of biostimulants HL100, HLN 55 and TH1-20% in the first year leads to a decrease in the content of saturated by 3.5%, 1.74% and 4.7% and polyunsaturated fatty acids by 2.74%, 0.59% and 3.15% due to the higher content of monounsaturated fatty acids by 0.99%, 0.58 and 1.47%. Biostimulator TH1-10% leads to an increase in saturated by 0.06%, monounsaturated by 0.26% and a decrease in polyunsaturated fatty acids by 1.35% compared to the control group of seeds. In the second year of treatment of rapeseed variety Rasna saturated fatty acids decreased compared to the control group to a lesser extent: with the application of biostimulant TH1-10% and HLN 55 by 0.33% and 0.11%, while with biostimulants HL 100, TH1-20% and H40 their content increases by 0.97, 0.06% and 0.04% respectively. Monounsaturated fatty acids decreased in humic complexes by 0.34%, biostimulator TH1-10% by 0.72% and biostimulator TH1-20% by 0.23%. Polyunsaturated fatty acids have the highest degree of reduction when applying biostimulant HL 100-2.77%. Saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids had a higher content in the first year of treatment in rapeseed hybrid Rasna, while the concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids increased with a high degree of confidence (P≤0.001) in the second marketing year. This, on the one hand, is due to environmental factors, and on the other – to the type of preparation for treatment. The improved fatty acid composition of the seeds makes them a suitable raw material for the production of fats and their use in feed for monogastric and ruminant animals

This study further discussed the 2021 ESPEN practical recommendations for nutritional support in oncology. The updated version of the 2021 ESPEN practice guidelines differs slightly from the 2017 version and contains flowcharts to facilitate the use of the guidelines in clinical practice, which is also relevant for domestic healthcare. ESPEN-2021 Clinical Guidelines, which offer practical solutions in all areas of oncology, are significant to both oncologists and allied specialists working in oncology. The second part of the review discusses particular issues of nutritional support for patients with cancer and analyzes the domestic experience of their use. The review provides the main protocols for artificial nutrition in surgery, during irradiation, and in drug therapy in patients in remission and at the palliative stage and proves the need to maintain physical activity in patients with cancer. The presented practical guidance allows organizing an adequate supply of nutrient substrates to patients with cancer receiving various types of anticancer treatment, in remission, and at the stage of palliative care.

Background. The most effective way to prevent infectious diseases is vaccination. Adjuvants contribute to the optimization of the immune response of vaccines. Double-stranded ribonucleic acids (dsRNAs) from natural sources are promising, but insufficiently studied adjuvants. The aim of the work was to study the adjuvant activity of dsRNA obtained from the killer strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae using two models of induction of a specific immune response. Materials and methods. In the experiments, the substance of the drug Ridostin containing dsRNA, 21.72% (produced by Institute of Medical Biotechnology of the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology Vector), was used. A specific immune response was modeled using ovalbumin (OVA) or the substance of the EpiVacCorona vaccine (EVC). The experiments were carried out in 200 female BALB/c mice. Mice of the experimental groups were injected twice with antigen and adjuvant together with a 28-day interval, mice of the comparison group with antigen only. On the 10th day after the second immunization, blood samples were collected to determine the level of specific antibodies using enzyme immunoassay. The results were evaluated by calculation of the average geometric titers of specific antibodies against OVA or EVC. Results. OVA or EVC administered twice induced the specific antibodies in mice in dose-dependent titers. The combined administration of antigen and dsRNA increased the strength of the immune response. The highest stimulating effect of dsRNA was observed in the dose of 100 g/mouse administered into mice immunized with OVA (1 g/mouse) or in the dose of 50 g/mouse in mice immunized with EVC substance (0.25 of a human dose per mouse). Conclusion. The data obtained indicate that the substance of dsRNA exerts adjuvant properties, which gives reason to consider dsRNA as a promising adjuvant for peptide vaccines.

This retrospective study analyzed the structure of complications and mortality cases in 351 patients (men, n = 199; women, n = 152) aged 3389 years with locally advanced abdominal cancer and different cardiovascular risks in the early postoperative period, and two patient groups were formed. The main group consisted of 81 (23.1%) patients who died in the early postoperative period. The comparison group included 270 (76.9%) patients. In total, 311 (88.6%) patients underwent radical surgical intervention, whereas 40 (11.4%) underwent minimally invasive surgical treatment. Perioperative cardiovascular risk was stratified by calculating cardiac risk indices and using the database of the National Program for Improving the Quality of Surgical Care Myocardial Infarction and Cardiac Arrest. Fatal complications in the early postoperative period after surgical treatment of locally advanced abdominal cancer is significantly more often observed in patients with a more pronounced degree of tumor invasion, lymph node lesions, high class according to the standards of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, reduced functional status, prior hormone therapy, and combined anesthesia. The majority of fatal cases were associated with three complications, i.e., ventricular arrhythmias (53%), acute decompensation of heart failure (46%), and multiple organ failure (43%). Approximately 95% of deaths were associated with increased postoperative cardiovascular risk, and 52% were medium-risk cases. Hospital mortality at low risk was noted in 4.9%, average in 27.8%, and high in 32.7% of the patients. In cases with a favorable course, surgical complications were predominant over cardiovascular ones. The use of calculated cardiac risk indices and database of the National Program for Improving the Quality of Surgical Care Myocardial Infarction and Cardiac Arrest confirmed their high ability to predict the development of cardiovascular complications, which are the leading causes of death in the early postoperative period in patients who underwent surgical interventions for locally advanced abdominal cancer.

Interferon inducers are of interest as the first line of defense against viral infections, including influenza. Double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) for intranasal administration has been developed, the excipients and drug components were selected at the Institute of Medical Biotechnology, a branch of the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology «Vector». This work presents the results of the study on antiviral activity and pharmacological safety of a new form of dsRNA. The antiviral activity of the preparation was studied in BALB/c mice infected with influenza A/Aichi/2/68 (H3N2) or Bishkek/01/2009 (H1N1pdm09) viruses. A safety study was performed with a single administration of intranasal dsRNA into white outbred ICR mice. The study showed that the administration of therapeutic and prophylactic regimen of intranasal dsRNA at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg increases the survival and average life expectancy of mice infected with the mentioned strains of influenza virus. The protective effect of the preparation in mice infected with a lethal dose of Bishkek/01/2009 virus was comparable to the effect of Tamiflu. The absence of toxic effects of intranasal dsRNA at a pharmacological dose in laboratory mice, the functional state of their physiological systems, as well as main types of metabolism, established in the experiments, lead to a conclusion concerning pharmacological safety of the preparation and the prospects for further work to complete pharmaceutical development of a new antiviral drug.

Background. The northern border of cereal crop cultivation passes through the territory of Sverdlovsk Province. Cultivars of winter triticale developed in the regions of Russia located to the south are grown there, but they die under unfavorable winter conditions. The breeding of this crop in local climate is at an early stage, so a study of source material for breeding new highyielding cultivars adapted to local conditions seems quite pertinent.Materials and methods. In 2017–2020, the Ural Research Institute of Agriculture in Yekaterinburg conducted a study of 78 winter triticale genotypes from 10 regions of Russia and 7 foreign countries. The seeds were obtained from the VIR genebank and breeding centers of Russia. Sowing was carried out in clean fallow on August 20–25 on 1 m2 plots in 3-4 repetitions, with the reference ‘Bashkirskaya korotkostebelnaya’ sown on every 10th plot. Plants were assessed for winter hardiness, yield, density of productive stems, plant height, ear length, number of spikelets and grains per ear, weight of 1000 grains, and ear productivity in accordance with published guidelines.Results. Cvs. ‘Privada’, ‘Tsekad 90’ and ‘Nemchinovsky 58’ combined high winter hardiness (70–81%) with resistance to damage by snow mold (15–20%), high density of productive stems (324–425 pcs/m2), and high yield (562–616 g/m2). They had high 1000 grain weight (45.4–49.1 g) and ear productivity (2.63–2.68 g). High yield (571–670 g/m2) and density of productive stems (285–436 pcs/m2 ) with reduced winter hardiness (62–72%) and resistance to snow mold (30–35%) was observed in cvs. ‘Sirs 57’, ‘Sotnik’, ‘Germes’, ‘Antey’, ‘Beta’, ‘Don’, and lines 1/1 and 8003 from Sweden.

ESPEN-2021 Clinical Guidelines, which offer practical solutions in all areas of oncology, are of particular interest to both oncologists and allied specialists working in oncology. The first part of the review discusses general recommendations for nutritional support for patients with cancer and the possibility of their use in our country: screening of nutritional status at the initial visit, indications for prescribing additional nutrition, benefits of one or another type of nutritional support in various situations, norms for providing macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals, and need for physical activity. This practical guide forms an algorithm of actions to ensure optimal nutrition for patients with cancer. The general principles of nutritional therapy for all patients with cancer are based on timely screening for nutritional deficiencies and adherence to appropriate nutritional support of patients, which can be achieved by modifying the diet or prescribing additional nutrition, mainly enteral nutrition.

AIM: Assessment of the School-Aged Childrens Physical Activity (PA) in the Russian Federation before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and its compliance with the WHO recommendations. METHODS: This was a multi-national cross-sectional study. More than 24,000 children aged 618 years from nine European countries (Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Russian Federation, Poland, Italy, Slovenia, Germany, and Denmark) participated in the online survey. In the Russian Federation, the online survey was conducted from 28th January to 10th February 2021. The questionnaire was completed by 13,392 children or their parents from 64 Russian regions. In total, 11,763 respondents were included in the study, i.e., 50.8% boys (n=5985) and 49.2% girls (n=5778), 72% urban residents, and 28% rural residents. The mean age (MSD) was 11.242.93 years. The questionnaire contained five sections questions about the socio-demographic data; physical activity, play, or sedentary behavior in the last seven days; comparison of the child's PA at the moment with PA during the first wave of COVID-19; comparison of the child's PA at the moment with the PA before the COVID-19 pandemic; compliance with WHO global recommendations on PA and sedentary lifestyle; questions about the socio-demographic background of the parent/guardian. Survey data were obtained via online platforms. Meeting the WHO Global Guidelines was defined as 60-minute MVPA per day for a week; total screen time of fewer than 2 hours per day. Data were presented as absolute values and percentages. Chi-Square (2) test was used to compare percentages to identify significant differences. A p-value of 0.05 indicated statistical significance. RESULTS: Outcomes of this online survey revealed that only a small percentage of children followed the PA guidelines. Therefore, the proportion of children following the WHO recommendations was only 7.5%. An increase in screen time on weekdays during the pandemic was observed in 21.9% of the participants, and on weekends 20.3%. CONCLUSION: These results should be used to develop and implement targeted measures to prevent low levels FA among school-age children.

The risks associated with the isolated design of complex software systems within individual industries are analyzed, where not only the same thing is often done, but also the quality of the design suffers due to incomplete competence of the implementers. The approach of dividing competence and responsibility in complex software development by introducing an additional domain-specific layer of interaction between the software developer and the subject area specialists is discussed. The use of an adaptive modelling system as a tool for such separation is proposed. It is shown that the use of adaptive modelling as a common development platform for industry-specific CAD will not only improve the quality of production design in different industries, but will also simplify the design of production in related fields. Finally, it is shown that the use of a common platform will avoid the costs associated with the trend towards simplification and atomization of software developed in our country in the face of sanctions and the degradation of global connections.

Abstract— One of the most urgent problems on which current studies of Arctic and subarctic territories are focused is how permafrost thawing can affect organic carbon fluxes and how these fluxes can influence the geochemistry of the surface and ground water. In addition to disturbing the carbon balance, permafrost thawing provokes the release of a significant amount of other chemical elements entering natural waters. The paper presents original data obtained by studying surface water in 2020 in the Yamalo–Nenets Autonomous District, which is situated in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Permafrost is widespread in the study area, as also are facilities of the oil and gas industry. This predetermines the importance of research on the chemical composition of natural water, its formation, and ecological–geochemical status, which are critical aspects for assessing the anthropogenic load and predicting the influence of climate changes on the biogeochemical cycles of chemical elements. In the course of our fieldwork, 47 surface water samples were taken in the basins of the Taz, Pur, Ob, and Nadym rivers: 23 samples from rivers and streams and 24 samples from lakes and thaw depressions. The sampling sites were chosen to as comprehensively as possible cover the lake–stream–river system in the catchment areas of major rivers of the Yamalo–Nenets Autonomous District. The chemical composition of the water samples was analyzed at a certified laboratory using methods conventionally applied in solving such problems. The data were processed using statistical methods, including the principal component analysis (PCA). Data analysis demonstrates that surface water in the study area is ultrafresh, with neutral or weakly alkaline pH values. Hydrocarbonate, calcium, and magnesium ions dominate in the ionic composition of the water, and ammonium contents are high in the waters of the lakes and thaw depressions. In addition, the ammonium concentration strongly positively correlates with the content of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and the values of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and permanganate index (PI). It was found out that the streams (springs and rivers) differ from the lakes and the water of the thaw depressions in higher concentrations of main ions that are brought to the water mainly by natural factors (these are $${\text{HC}}{{{\text{O}}}_{{\text{3}}}}^{ - }$$, Ca2+, Mg2+, and Na+) and higher total dissolved solids (TDS) and pH values. In contrast, the water of the thaw depressions is characterized by the highest concentrations of DOC and the values of other parameters related to organic matter (N–$${\text{N}}{{{\text{H}}}_{4}}^{ + }$$, COD, and PI). It was shown that the main factors that control the chemical composition of the water are its interaction with organic matter from organic (peat) soil horizons and the mineral components of the underlying rocks and soils. The former factor most significantly impacts the water of the thaw depressions, and the latter one affects mainly the chemical composition of the rivers and streams. The relatively high contents of the chloride and sodium ions in the water of the largest lakes are probably caused by the anthropogenic load.

Introduction. Iron is a widespread element in groundwater, which is used for domestic and drinking water supply. When using waters from non-centralized sources, deironing of waters, as a rule, is not carried out. When such waters are used for drinking purposes, there is a likely risk of negative effects for public health. Materials and methods. Forty six sources of non-centralized water supply (private wells, water wells, springs) were studied It considered assessing the health risk with oral administration of the components through drinking water into the body. Results. For single samples in the chemical composition of waters there were determined high contents of total hardness, SO42-, Cl-, NO3-. Waters with Fe and Mn concentrations many times higher than the normative values are widespread. The main non-carcinogenic risk is iron and nitrates, which have been identified as warning and high risk levels. For other components, the values of the hazard coefficient are within the range of the minimum and acceptable levels of risk. The probability of occurrence of negative effects for the children’s age group is possible with an iron content of 5 mg/l and more, for an adult - 11 mg/l and more. Limitations. The limitation related to the incomplete route of exposure to chemical components, since only one medium (drinking water) and only one route of exposure (oral exposure) was considered on the risk assessment. This study is also limited by the number of water samples. Conclusion. The health risk associated with high iron content in water has been set for children and adults. For the children’s group (up to 6 years), the risk of developing diseases of non-infectious etiology is significantly higher, than for the adult group, as shown by the results. When iron-containing waters are used for drinking purposes, there is a risk of non-infectious pathologies.

Methodological recommendations for lighting modes for growing rootstocks and varieties of domestic plum at the stages of micro propagation, in vitro rooting and ex vitro adaptation determine the usage of lamps with different light spectra, allowing to obtain more higher results of micro clonal propagation, including: the height of regenerated plants and the number of leaves, the propagation ratio; development of the root system; growth and physiological state at the stage of ex vitro adaptation.

Relevance. The problem of vaccine hesitancy is becoming even more urgent in the light of the coronavirus pandemic, which acted as an impetus for increasing public skepticism about vaccination. In 2019, the WHO declared vaccine hesitancy as one of the global health threats. Aims. The purpose of the research is a comprehensive analysis of the factors that cause vaccine hesitancy in Russian Federation, followed by recommendations for increasing population adherence to vaccination. Materials & Methods. Statistical, factual analysis of the research objects, as well as a qualitative and quantitative analysis of open sources data carried out. The main sources of information were anti-vaccination messages on social networks and the media, information from anti-vaccination communities on Vkontakte, official websites and social networks of relevant federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. Results. Communication space. Social networks are the main source of dissemination of false information about vaccination. The most active platforms for the dissemination of anti-vaccination messages on social networks are Odnoklassniki and Vkontakte. Semantic analysis. Anti-vaccination rhetoric on Facebook, Instagram, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, Twitter, Tik Tok, You Tube, Live Journal, the media, and forums is generally similar. As the object of anti-vaccination rhetoric, the words “vaccines”, “vaccination”, “vaccinations” most often appear in posts. Such rhetoric is more directed towards childhood vaccinations. The target audience of anti-vaccination propaganda is parents. The target audience. The sample of the target audience of the doubting population, compiled on the basis of social network Vkontakte users, amounted to 90,937 people. A significant part of the doubting population is represented by women (85%). As a result, the average age of target audience representative is 35.4 years. Major part of the audience is married – 83.1% of the total sample. Almost a third (24.1%) of the Russian audience of the anti-vaccination movement are residents of the Central Federal District. Influence groups. The activity of key influence groups members is characterized by a high level of cohesion within the anti-vaccination movement, which is manifested in mutual reposts of information, joint actions, live broadcasts and announcing the events of “comrades-in-arms”. Among the main motives for participating in the anti-vaccination movement are commercial interests in promoting services and products that are alternative to vaccination, as well as attracting the attention of the audience. It is important to note that the most active representatives of the anti-vaccination movement, for the most part, do not have a medical education. Measures to increase adherence. The state policy in relation to increasing the population adherence to population, as well as the activities of the pro-vaccination movement representatives, play an important role in strengthening the public's confidence in immunization. As part of increasing adherence to vaccination, a wide range of methods and means of informational impact on citizens is used - separate information portals, social networking, face-to-face educational events, special projects, organization of hotlines on vaccine prevention. Conclusions. Solving the problem of vaccine hesitancy under the influence of the anti-vaccination movement activities, rhetoric in the media and social networks, distrust of the state and the healthcare system, and personal perception of vaccination risks require an integrated approach to organizing measures for increasing adherence at the federal and regional levels. The immunization system development should be carried out by changing the regulatory legal framework in order to effectively implement such activities at all levels of the country's health care system.

The concentration of catecholamines, having positive inotropic and chronotropic effects on heart function, increases under the action of strong stimuli. This mechanism of influence is very important in terms of the development of both coronary and non-coronary myocardial damage. However, further studies have revealed an important role of catecholamines in the regulation of hemostasis processes, which is very relevant in patients with coronary heart disease, as it increases the risk of myocardial infarction. Aim. Based on the literature data, to study the role of catecholamines in the regulation of the hemostasis system as a risk factor for complications in coronary heart disease. Material and methods. We analyzed literature sources in the computer databases «Cyberlennica», «PubMed», «eLibrary» using the search words: «сatecholamines – hemostasis», «сatecholamines – platelets», «сatecholamines – leukocytes», «coronary heart disease – сatecholamines», «coronary heart disease – hemostasis», «coronary heart disease – platelets». The analyzed literature describes the results of original studies that characterize the multifactorial influence of catecholamines on the hemostasis system in the coronary heart disease: the effects of these hormones as an important activator of the platelet hemostasis, the role of platelets in activating the coagulation component of hemostasis and its specific features, the importance of leukocytes, erythrocytes, endothelium, changes in the lipid profile in disorders of the blood coagulation process. Therefore, regular monitoring of its condition, timely pharmacological correction is necessary to ensure effective relapse prevention and reduce the risk of complications and fatal outcome. Conclusion. Regular monitoring of the hemostasis system and timely pharmacological correction are necessary to ensure effective relapse prevention and reduce the risk of complications and fatal outcome in patients with coronary heart disease.

Due to the prevalence of postoperative complications in the treatment of urolithiasis, the study of the contamination of urinary calculi and the potential pathogenicity of isolated bacteria is of great importance in laboratory diagnostic practice. It has been shown that uropathogenic bacteria are found in the composition of urinary stones in 65±7.1% of cases, mainly representatives of the Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococcaceae families. Bacteria of the generas Escherichia, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus were most frequently detected. The analysis of biofilm activity and antibiotic resistance in 50 uropathogenic strains was carried out. It was shown that all the studied strains were resistant to at least two tested drugs, and the average value of the multiple resistance index was 0.51. When cultured on nutrient agar with Congo red, it was shown that more than half of the tested strains have high biofilm activity and about 80% potential for biofilm formation. The greatest biofilm activity was observed in bacteria of the generas Escherichia, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Staphylococcus.

Aim. To study the correlation between the features of obstetric and gynecological anamnesis with indicators of arterial stiffness in women of different age groups to assess additional risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases. Materials and methods. The single centre study involved women aged 18 to 65 years. The surveyed 161 women were divided into three groups: 1st group 52 young women from 18 to 30 years old; 2nd group 54 women from 31 years old to the onset of menopause; 3rd group 55 postmenopausal women. The 1 and 2nd groups included women with preserved reproductive function. All women underwent a questionnaire survey, clinical examination, determination of anthropometric data, measurement of cfPWV, determination of arterial stiffness by volume sphygmography, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring with assessment of aortic stiffness and characteristics of the central pulse wave. Results. In group 1, the early age of menarche was associated with an increase in the rate of morning rise in SBP (r=-0.46, p=0.002) and a decrease in SEVR (r=0.33, p=0.03); the use of combined oral contraceptives correlates with an increase in the Weissler coefficient PEP/ET (R=0.3, p=0.03) and amplification of pulse pressure PPA (R=0.29, p=0.04). A history of 1 or 2 pregnancies is associated with a decrease in arterial stiffness. At the same time, 3 or more pregnancies in the anamnesis create the prerequisites for the formation of arterial stiffness. The early onset of pregnancy pathologies, namely, starting from the 1st or 2nd trimester of pregnancy, is associated with a violation of the characteristics of the reflected wave at a young age and the formation of arterial stiffness in the menopausal period. History of abortions was associated with PWVao (R=0.45, p=0.002), ASI (R=0.43, p=0.002) in group 2. History of miscarriages is associated with SEVR (R=0.52, p=0.00005) and SEVR to HR75 (R=0.27, p=0.04) in the menopausal period. Conclusion. Pathology of pregnancy, three or more pregnancies in history, early age of menarche, taking combined oral contraceptives, abortions and miscarriages in history are associated with an increase in arterial stiffness in the future, which predisposes women to the development of CVD and should be taken into account for preventive purposes.

In this study, palladium is proposed as an active site for formic acid dehydrogenation reaction. Pd activity was modulated with Co metal with the final aim of finding a synergistic effect that makes possible efficient hydrogen production for a low noble metal content. For the monometallic catalysts, the metal loadings were optimized, and the increase in the reaction temperature and presence of additives were carefully considered. The present study aimed, to a great extent, to enlighten the possible routes for decreasing noble metal loading in view of the better sustainability of hydrogen production from liquid organic carrier molecules, such as formic acid.
