The current stage of economic development is aimed at actively introducing innovations into all spheres of society, including financial control and auditing. This has led to the emergence of two closely related concepts: audit of innovation activity and innovation audit, which many researchers consider synonymous. The audit of an organization's innovation activity, as a tool for monitoring the creation and implementation of innovations, is designed to assess the compliance of management decisions with the adopted strategy of innovative development and, ultimately, to enhance business competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the subject of innovation audit based on the systematization of theoretical studies of the areas of audit of innovative activities within organizations and the analysis of opinions from business community representatives to identify the factors determining the subject of innovation audit in real business contexts. The study’s objectives were achieved using methods of comparative analysis, quantitative and statistical analysis, deduction and induction. The research materials included data from an expert survey of managers and specialists in economic services of organizations in the Vitebsk region. As a result of a theoretical examination of the essence of audit innovation activities and innovation audit, a differentiation of these concepts is proposed. Innovation audit is associated with innovations in technologies for collecting, processing and analyzing information about various aspects of business activity, including innovation. In contrast, audit of innovation activities has its own distinct subject and is specified by a number of special control and consulting procedures. The research highlights the versatility of the subject of innovation audit, encompassing an assessment of the organization’s innovative potential, the level of novelty of developments, the commercialization possibilities, accurate accounting for innovation costs, the effectiveness of innovation activities by comparing the costs of innovation and organization’s benefits; identification and elimination of violations in the use of targeted financing; prevention of adverse regulatory decisions, including the use of tax benefits; recommendations for optimizing the organization's innovation policy. The study concluded that business’ size, ownership form, and sources of financing for innovations were determined as factors influencing the selected areas of audit services.

The purpose of the research was to study the dynamics of residual infectious activity of SARS-CoV-2 virus strains belonging to different genovariants, on different types of surfaces, in samples of drinking dechlorinated water at 24–28 °C, as well as their resistance to disinfectants.Materials and methods. The studies were carried out using SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus strains obtained from the State Collection of Causative Agents of Viral Infectious Diseases and Rickettsiosis, which operates at the premises of the SSC VB “Vector”. The evaluation of the residual infectivity of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus was carried out through titration of samples in cell culture.Results and discussion. The conducted studies have confirmed the ability of all investigated strains of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus to maintain their infectious activity at 24–28 °C on most of the examined types of test surfaces for at least 48 hours, while the virus is best preserved on stainless steel and plastic. All studied strains of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus are viable in drinking dechlorinated water for at least 48 hours. In addition, it has been found that all of them are sensitive to disinfectants of different groups, widely used for disinfection when working with pathogenic biological agents or for treating hands and surfaces contaminated with viruses. Chlorine-containing disinfectants are the most active. Skin antiseptics based on ethyl and isopropyl alcohols are suitable for disinfecting hands and objects contaminated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The problem of optimal recovering high-order mixed derivatives of bivariate functions is studied. For numerical differentiation, a new version of the truncation method is proposed. It is established that this algorithm is order-optimal both in the sense of accuracy and in terms of the amount of involved discrete information. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this study was to determine the dynamics of the residual infectious activity of the SARSCoV-2 virus on various types of surfaces, including banknotes and coins, in samples of drinking dechlorinated water and samples imitating seawater, with a concentration of sodium chloride salts of 0.9 and 3.5 % at a temperature of 24–28 ºC.Materials and methods. The studies were carried out using the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus strain nCoV/Victoria/1/2020, from the collection of the SSC VB “Vector”, the initial titer being (6.0±0.2) lg TCD50/ml. We used a Vero E6 cell culture from the collection of the SSC VB “Vector” in the form of a 2-day monolayer with a confluence of 95–100 %, grown in 96-well culture plates.Results and conclusions. The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is viable in both fresh and sea water, regardless of its salinity, for at least 48 hours, and the degree of preservation of the residual infectious activity of the virus depends on the water temperature: the lower it is, the better the virus is preserved. It was found that at a temperature of 24–28 C, the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is able to maintain infectious activity on all types of test surfaces studied for at least 48 hours, while the degree of the residual infectious activity of the virus depends on the type of surface. The virus is best preserved on stainless steel, plastic and glass. It is demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 virus activity is retained on the surface of paper money and coins for longer than 24 hours. The conducted studies have confirmed the ability of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus to maintain its infectious activity in the environment under favorable conditions and, accordingly, to pose an epidemiological threat to the population.

Levels of reticulated platelets (RP) increase during high platelet turnover conditions, and have been shown to correlate with diabetes mellitus (DM) status. Little is known regarding the prognostic significance of levels of RP among patients with stable coronary artery disease (SCAD). The study consisted of patients with SCAD and DM, who visited our cardiology outpatient clinic between June 2016 and February 2017. RP levels were measured at baseline as immature platelet fraction (IPF)%, using flow cytometry. Outcomes at 2 years consisted of bleeding events and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), which included death, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident and urgent revascularization. The study included 104 patients (mean age - 71.2 ± 9.5 years, 76.9% were male, and 83.7% had hypertension). IPF was significantly higher at baseline among patients who had suffered from a MACE (4.57% vs. 2.53%, p < .001), and lower in patients who had suffered from bleeding events, compared with those who had not (1.57% vs. 3.00%, p = .004). There were higher rates of MACE at higher IPF quartiles (p < .001, AUC-0.770), and higher rates of bleeding at the lowest quartiles (p = .007, AUC-0.781). In SCAD patients with DM, levels of RP are associated with a higher risk of MACE, and inversely correlated with the risk of bleeding.

У статті висвітлено особливості підготовки фахівців з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності у вітчизняних закладах вищої освіти. Особлива увага приділена формуванню загальних та фахових компетентностей у студентів з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності. Відзначено, що формування у майбутніх здобувачів професійних навичок є важливою умовою їх фахового рівня освіти та актуальною вимогою на сучасному ринку праці. Наведено основні види компетентностей, які використовуються у освітньому процесі. Висвітлено погляди дослідників на трактування «фахової компетентності». З’ясовано, що фахові компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності мають ґрунтуватись на встановлених Стандартами вищої освіти загальних і фахових компетентностях. Обґрунтовано важливість набуття інтегрованих компетентностей. Наведено першочергові завдання у напрямі удосконалення вимог до фахових компетентностей у сфері вітчизняної вищої освіти.

We present the case of successful surgical treatment in the patient with a giant cell tumor of distal epithysial cartilage of radial bone. Important feature of this case is a multi-stage combined treatment for the tumor of the radial bone with bone autotransplant in the proximal area of the peroneal bone. We discuss issues of epidemiology and choice of surgical techniques for giant cell tumor treatment.

The unsupervised domain adaptation problem with covariate shift assumption is considered. Within the framework of the Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space concept, an algorithm is constructed that is a combination of the Nyström subsampling and the iterated Tikhonov regularization. This approach allows significantly reduce the amount of computing resources involved and at the same time achieves the minimal (by order) approximation accuracy under the big data settings.
