The purpose of research is to knowing how the construction of contempt of court on the action that is not implementing the court ruling of administrative court. The method of research is yuriction normative which is using the approach of legal norm and conceptual approach . This Research done with analyzing the primarily and secondary of legal material. Result of research is showing that contempt of court consists of the aspect of criminal insult and civil insult . Civil insult cover all activities that is not implementing the court ruling , so its not implementing court decision of administrative which has been have the power of permanent law is also categorized as action of contempt of court.

The implementation of the PSBB in the city of Ambon has received various criticisms from the public, there have been various actions by the community that have disobeyed the PSBB guardian, as well as problems with law enforcement by law enforcement officials. The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of PSBB in Ambon City and to examine and analyze legal protection for the people of Ambon City in implementing PSBB. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of the study show that: 1) The effectiveness of PSBB in Ambon city has not been implemented to its full potential. 2) legal protection for the people of Ambon city is more focused on enforcement (repressive) efforts than preventive prevention efforts.

This study aimed to obtain high efficiency in the use of solar radiation energy by combining varieties and stake angle (against horizontal) in sweet potato cultivation in the Papua highlands. The experiment was conducted on entisol soil type at 1560 m above sea level from April to September 2016. The environment experiment was arranged in a factorial Randomized Block Design with three replications. Factor A (variety) consisted of three varieties, i.e. Siate (local), Papua Sollosa, and Cangkuang; factor B (stake angle) consisted of four angles i.e. without stakes, 45°, 60°, and 90°. Specific Leaf Area decreased following an increase in stake angle levels for all varieties. The experiment reveals that Cangkuang with a 90° stake angle was higher on tuber dry weight (248.7 g per plant). The highest tuber yields were achieved by Cangkuang variety at 90° and 60° stakes angle with production 31.53 ton per ha and 28.86 ton per ha, respectively. Under conditions of abiotic stress due to the high level of cloud shade in the Papua highlands, it is recommended to use Cangkuang sweet potato variety or varieties with wide leaves, combined with the use of stakes at 90° and 60° angles. Keywords: Stake, solar radiation energy, sweet potato variety, Papua highland ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan efisiensi penggunaan energi radiasi matahari yang tinggi dengan mengkombinasikan varietas dan kemiringan (sudut terhadap horizontal) ajir pada budidaya tanaman ubi jalar di dataran tinggi Papua. Penelitian berlangsung pada tanah entisol, ketinggian 1560 m di atas permukaan laut dari bulan April - September 2016. Rancangan lingkungan adalah faktorial yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor A (varietas) terdiri dari tiga varietas, yakni Siate (lokal), Papua Sollosa dan Cangkuang; faktor B (sudut kemiringan ajir) terdiri dari empat sudut yakni tanpa ajir, kemiringan ajir 45°, 60° dan 90°. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas daun spesifik (LDS) menurun mengikuti peningkatan kemiringan ajir pada semua varietas, dengan bobot kering umbi tertinggi 248,7 g per tanaman dihasilkan oleh varietas Cangkuang pada kemiringan ajir 90°. Hasil umbi tertinggi secara berturut-turut diperoleh oleh varietas Cangkuang pada kemiringan ajir 90° dan 60° masing-masing 31,53 ton per ha dan 28,86 ton per ha. Pada kondisi cekaman abiotik akibat tingkat keawanan tinggi di dataran tinggi Papua, dianjurkan untuk menanam varietas ubi jalar Cangkuang atau varietas dengan karakter berdaun lebar dikombinasikan dengan penggunaan ajir dengan kemiringan 90° dan 60°. Perilaku seks bebas remaja merupakan cara mengekpresikan serta melepaskan dorongan seksual yang berasal dari kematangan organ seksual serta perubahan hormonal sebagai bentuk tingkah laku seksual.Tujuan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkatpengetahuan dan sikap remaja setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini yaitu Quasi experiment, dengan pendekatan one group pre/post-test design. Kelompok yang akan diberikan intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan, Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Angkatan 2020. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan secara online menggunakan zoom meeting (untuk pemberian intervensi) dan google form untuk pengukuran pengetahuan dan sikap responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara uji paired t test untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan maupun sikap responden dalam kelompok yang sama sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Hasil penelitian pengkategorian pengetahuan Pre-test, tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (98%) yaitu terdapat 49 orang. Kategori pengetahuan Post-test semua responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi 100%. Setelah mengikuti promosi kesehatan, seluruh responden (100%) memiliki sikap yang baik terkait perilaku seks bebas. Nilai korelasi yang didapatkan dari hasil pre-test dan post test adalah 0,217 yang artinya tingkat korelasi antara hasil keduanya lemah dan rendah, dan tidak memiliki tingkat signifikan Adolescent free sex behavior is a way of expressing and releasing sexual urges that come from the maturity of the sexual organs and hormonal changes as a form of sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of knowledgeand attitudes of adolescents after being given online health education. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The design of this research is quasi- experimental,with a one-group pre/post-test design approach. The group that will be given an intervention in the form of health education is all students of the Nursing Science StudyProgram, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Satya Wacana Christian University, Batch 2020. This research will be conducted online using a zoom meeting(for providing intervention) and a google form for measuring knowledge. and attitudesof respondents. Data analysis was carried out by means of a paired t test to see differences in the level of knowledge and attitudes of respondents in the same group before and after the intervention was given. The results of the pre- test knowledge categorization study showed that the level of knowledge was high (98%) which was 49 people. Knowledge category Post-test all respondents have a high level of knowledge of 100%. After participating in health promotion, all respondents (100%) have a good attitude regarding free sex behavior. The correlationvalue obtained from the pre-test and post-test results is 0.217, which means that the correlation level between the two results is weak and low, and has no significant level.

Introduction Knowledge management-based nursing care has a positive effect in preventing healthcare associated infections (HAIs). Therefore, nursing professionals can utilize key strategies of knowledge management to support clinical decision making, reorganize nursing actions, and maximize patient outcomes. Objectives The aim of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge management-based nursing care educational training on HAI prevention behavior at the High Care Unit (HCU) of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Methods A quasiexperimental design with a pretest, educational training intervention, and posttest were conducted on 15 nurses in the HCU of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang, which lasted for 16 days. Furthermore, observation of nursing care documentation, nurses’ handwashing compliance, and presence of infection-causing bacteria in the HCU staff and environment (hands rub handle, medical record, and patient's bed) was carried out pre (day 1–7) and post training (day 10–16). Subsequently, educational training related to knowledge management-based nursing care was conducted for 2 days (day 8–9) by the Doktor Mengabdi Team of Universitas Brawijaya. Results The knowledge level and completeness of the nursing care documentation in the HCU room significantly increased after the training ( p .05). Infection-causing bacteria were found in the HCU environment and staff before and after the training involving Pseudomonas stutzeri, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Enterobacter cloacae, Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pasteurella pneumotropica, and Acinetobacter lwoffii. Therefore, increased knowledge of HCU nurses and complete documentation ( r = .890; p = .054), increased knowledge of HCU nurses and handwashing compliance ( r = .770; p = .086), and handwashing compliance and bacterial presence ( r = .816; p = .084) all had a positive correlation. Conclusion Knowledge management-based nursing care educational training increased infection prevention behavior in the HCU of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action and Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis surat pribadi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 9 Kota Sorong tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A yang terdiri atas 32 siswa yang terdiri atas 10 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Kemampuan siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 9 Kota Sorong dalam menulis surat pribadi dapat ditingkatkan. Hal ini terbukti pada hasil tes setelah tindakan. Pada tahap pratindakan nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 48,75 % atau kategori kurang, kemudian pada tindakan siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 82,75 % atau kategori baik, artinya mengalami peningkatkan sebesar 81,22 % Kemudian pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat lebih baik lagi daripada siklus I, yaitu menjadi 97,69 %, Dengan kata lain mengalami peningkatan sebesar 95,10 % bila dibandingkan dengan hasil sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian non tes melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan jurnal siswa juga menunjukkan perubahan yang positif, siswa lebih tertarik dan antusias dalam pembelajaran menulis dengan menggunakan metode examples non examples.

Masalah krisis energi telah melanda kehidupan manusia sehingga perlu diupayakan pemanfaatan energi alternatif, yang terbarukan. Salah satunya bersumber pada pemaanfataan energi yang terkandung pada sumber air terjun yang dapat dikonversikan pada turbin Jenis Pelton untuk menghasilkan energi listrik dalam rangka mengatasi masalah energi tersebut, terutama energi listrik. Di Minahasa terdapat banyak air terjun salah satunya desa Pinaras. Penempatan sebuah prototipe turbin pada sitenya diperlukan pengujian model agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan yang signifikan.Pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap model turbin jenis Pelton dengan menggunakan pompa sebagai sumber air pada debit Q = 0,00004 m3/detik, head He = 3,36 m dan juga dengan menggunakan Tandon sebagai sumber air terjun dengan tinggi head efektif He = 2,92 m serta debitnya Q = 0,00025 m3/detik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat dilihat bahwa besar daya turbin bergantung pada nilai debit Q dan variasi putaran turbin. Pada saat putaran turbin rendah, maka daya yang dicapai rendah, namun dengan mengatur pasokan beban maka putaranpun akan naik sampai pada kondisi dimana daya turbin maksimum dan setelah itu, walaupun putaran di perbesar tetapi daya turbin akan berangsur turun lagi. Nilai H, Q dan putaran n pada daya maksimum dari uji model akan digunakan untuk memprediksi ukuran yang sesuai yaitu D, Head dan Q serta putaran dari prototipe, turbin, yang akan ditempatkan pada sitenya. Daya maksimum yang dicapai model turbin, 8 Watt pada Q = 0,0004 m3/detik dan He = 3,36 m sedangkan pada Q = 0,00025 m3/detik, He = 2,92 m daya yang dicapai 2,3 Watt. Dengan menggunakan analisis dimensional maka diperoleh ukuran dari prototipe turbin sebagai berikut: Dprot = 0,334 m (≈ Ddesain = 0,348 m), Heprot = 37,64 m, Qprot = 0,11 m3/det, nprot = 730 rpm, dan Pprot = 20,31 kW, Pdesain = 22,10 kW.Kata kunci: head, daya dan diameter turbin

Pada penelitian ini bahan yang digunakan adalah serat sabut kelapa dan Polyester BQTN 157 sebagai matriks. Pembuatan komposit dengan cara hand lay-up pada cetakan spesimen pengujian bending menurut standar ASTM D 6110.Hasil penelitian dengan objek komposit serat sabut kelapa untuk mengetahui nilai pengujian kekuatan bending diantara fraksi volume 0% serat 100% resin, 10% serat 80% resin, 20% serat 80% resin, 30% serat 70% resin, 40% serat 60% resin, 50% resin 50% serat, 60% resin 40% serat dan 70% Serat 30% resin pada spesimen. One of the areas of Ambon Island that contains prospects for laterite nickel deposits is the Tanitabuntal hills, Amahusu Village, Ambon City. This laterite nickel deposit is interpreted to originate from the weathering of ultramafic rocks. This mining material is not known with certainty, so no exploration has been carried out. Field measurements used the geoelectric resistivity method with a dipole-dipole configuration. This method is used to identify the presence of laterite nickel deposits. Geoelectric surveys are used to indirectly determine the presence and dimensions of subsurface geological material layers based on the resistivity cross-sectional profile. Then, rock samples are tested in the laboratory to determine the mineralogical characteristics of the constituent structures. The results of the interpretation of the rock resistivity values obtained ranged from (20-400) Ω.m. The presence of laterite nickel deposits consisting of limonite and saprolite zones at a thickness of 7.5 m. The research area is dominated by Serpentine minerals with an abundance of more than 77.0 %, and other profusions in the form of Opak, Epidote, and Sericite minerals as associated minerals that fill the fracture.

Fe3O4 and α-Fe2O3 are potential magnetic materials to be developed in medical fields, especially for antibacterial agents. In order to support their application performance, Fe3O4 and α-Fe2O3 were combined with ZnO nanoparticles via an organic assisted route. The characterizations of Fe3O4/α-Fe2O3/ZnO nanocomposites were done employing FTIR, XRD, and SEM to study their functional groups, crystal structure, morphology, and particle distribution. The data analysis for infrared spectra presented that some peaks detected the presence of Fe3O4, α-Fe2O3, and ZnO at some positions. The phase composition for the Fe3O4, α-Fe2O3, and ZnO was respectively of 90.50%, 5.0%, and 4.5%. The SEM images showed that the Fe3O4/α-Fe2O3/ZnO nanocomposite tended to be constructed in spherical and plate shapes with the particle sizes of 12.25 ± 2.5 nm and 27.5 ± 2.5 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the antibacterial test presented that the Fe3O4/α-Fe2O3/ZnO nanocomposite had reasonable inhibition rate for S. aureus, B. Subtilis, and E coli.

Good soil contains sufficient nutrient content for plants. Some of the most important nutrients in the soil include nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. However, regosol soil cannot provide enough nutrients and water. The objectives of this study include: 1) comparing the volume of water given with a frequency of 1, 2 or 3 days for NPK nutrient availability on regosol soils; 2) determining the amount of NPK nutrients available after 30 days of incubation by giving different compost doses; 3) determining the interaction between the frequency of water supply and decomposition of organic matter in providing NPK nutrients to regosol soils. This study used a completely randomized design method with a 3 × 3 factorial pattern with 3 replications, therefore there were 27 experimental units. Data analysis of the observed variables was done using variance analysis with SAS program ver 9.0 and if there was a real treatment effect followed by a different test between treatments using BNT (5%). Compost applied to the soil was done, this was indicated by a low C / N value of 14.3 and in accordance with the SNI value standards of 10-20. The results of the study showed that the application of water and organic matter independently has a significant effect on the N content, P, and K in the ground. Whereas, the interaction between the two treatments of water frequency application and organic matter had no significant effect on the levels of N, P, and K in the soil. The conclusion of this study, with the application of water once every 3 days and the treatment of 300g/pot organic matter (B2) was best to provide the highest Ntotal value (0.53%), P available (17, 50 mg/kg), and Kexch (2.03 me/100g). Keywords: compost, frequency of water supply, regosol ABSTRAK Tanah yang baik memiliki kandungan hara yang cukup bagi tanaman. Beberapa unsur hara yang terpenting dalam tanah antara lain ialah nitrogen, fosfor dan kalium. Tetapi tanah regosol tidak dapat menyediakan unsur hara dan air dengan cukup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) membandingkan volume air yang diberikan dengan frekwensi 1, 2 atau 3 hari sekali untuk ketersediaan hara NPK pada tanah regosol; 2) menetapkan banyaknya unsur hara NPK tersedia setelah 30 hari inkubasi dengan pemberian dosis kompos yang berbeda; dan 3) mengetahui interaksi antara frekwensi pemberian air dan dekomposisi bahan organik dalam menyediakan hara NPK pada tanah regosol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan pola faktorial 3 × 3 dengan 3 ulangan sehingga terdapat 27 satuan percobaan. Analisis data dari variabel yang diamati menggunakan analisis ragam dengan program SAS ver 9.0 dan jika terdapat pengaruh perlakuan yang nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji beda antar perlakuan menggunakan BNT (5%). Kompos yang diaplikasi ke tanah sudah matang, hal ini ditandai dengan nilai C/N yang rendah yaitu 14,3 dan sesuai dengan standar nilai SNI yaitu 10-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian air dan bahan organik secara mandiri memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kadar N, P, dan K dalam tanah. Sedangkan, interaksi antara kedua perlakuan air dan bahan organik tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar N, P, dan K dalam tanah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, dengan pemberian air 3 hari sekali dan perlakuan bahan organik 300g/pot (B2) adalah dosis yang lebih baik untuk mendapat nilai Ntotal, Ptersedia dan Kdd tertinggi yaitu N total (0,53%), P tersedia (17,50 mg/kg), dan K dd (2,03 me/100g). Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is a plant that needs full sun to grow and get optimum yield. It needs an engineering technology that is able to integrate plant and environment in order to overcome abiotic factors in Papua highland. This research aims to determine the growth, result and energy conversion efficiency conatined in the sweet potato by combining variety and different stake inclination angle. This research was conducted in Baliem valley of Jayawijaya district. The experimental design used was factorial group random design with three replications. The research result shows that to make plant more efficient in managing solar intensity in Papua highland, so it is advised to plant Cangkuang variety (broad leaf) and to use stakle with inclination angle of 60º and 90º.

This study aims to obtain sucker weight and appropriate seedling site as a source of sago seeds by using seedling techniques in polybags to improve seed quality on sago cultivation. The experiment used a factorial design arranged in a randomized block design with three replications. Factor A, namely sucker weight, consisted of 2000 g. Factor B is the seedling site, consisting of laying seeds in the field, greenhouse and paranet of 60%. The results of the study showed that there was no interaction between the sucker weight combined with the seedling site, but the sucker weight had a significant effect on the number of rachis and the number of primary roots per plant and the percentage of life seedlings. Higher rachis growth was 3.8 obtained from medium-sized sucker weights (1000-1499 g and 1500-1999 g) and the highest number of primary roots was 41.3. It is obtained at sucker weights of 1000-1499 g. Meanwhile, the higher percentage of seedling survival was obtained at medium to large sucker weights of 66.3-71.0%. Thus, multiplication of sago seeds using medium-sized sucker on polybag media is highly suggested.

Fertilization efficiency which could enhance soil productivity is determined by type, application method and appropriate dose of fertilizers. A green house experiment to study effect of different maturity level of ela sago bokashi and some dosage of SP-36 fertilizer on P-uptake and growth of maize (zea mays l.) on ultisols has been performed. The experiment was set up in three-replicates factorial Randomized Block Design. The treatments were three maturity level of ela sago bokashi i.e. 2, 3 and 4 weeks; and four dosages of SP-36 fertilizer i.e. 0, 2, 4 and 6 g/10 kg of soil. The results showed that application of bokashi regardless of their maturity at the same time with each doses of SP-36 increased P uptake, plant height and stem diameter of maize. Giving four-week ela sago bokashi with 6 gr/10 kg of soil of SP-36 was the best treatment to improve P uptake, plant height and stem diameter of corn crop up to 0.15%, 140, 60 cm and 1.64 mm respectively.

Sweet potato-pigs integration system (hipere-wam) is a model that farmer can apply to maintain production in highland area. The aim of this study is to produce a specific location model of sweet potato-pigs integration technology in the sweet potato center area. The results of the study show that sweet potato production during the four months of the assessment with the wet tuber weight for Musan cultivar was 0.90 kg/plant or 21.67 t/ha and Cangkuang cultivar was 1.06 kg/plant or 25.47 t/ha, respectively. Biomass production was 0.84 kg/plant or 20.24 t/ha for Musan cultivar and 0.76 kg/plant or 18.31 t/ha for Cangkuang cultivar, respectively. The increase in the body weight of introduced pigs was 157 g/head/day, compared to the farmer’s which was of 50 g/head/day. Based on the calculation of the level of consumption of pigs during the assessment, it shows that the average feed requirement from sweet potato was 1.5 kg/head/day or 180 kg/head/4 months or 2.880 kg/16 heads/4 months. The calculation of organic fertilizer from wet livestock manure for four months of maintenance was 480 kg or 30.0 kg/head or 0.30 kg/head/day. If it is assumed that 0.065-0.066 hectare land contains 1.733-1.760 plants, the contribution of organic fertilizer from pig manure to sweet potato plants is 130 - 140 g/plant/4 months.

Abiotic shades due to the high level of cloud are the major problem causing a low level of sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas L.) photosynthesis in the higland of Papua, Indonesia. In order to optimize the growth and production of sweetpotato, it needs to engineer the growing environment for the crop. This study aims to learn the growth, production and photosynthesis efficiency (Eµ) by combining varieties and sticks inclination angles on (1.560 m asl) from April to September 2016. It was conducted using a Split-Plot Design with three replications. The main plot was three sweet potato varietes: Siate, Papua Salosa and Cangkuang, while the subplot was the inclination of sticks with three angles: 90º, 60º, 45º and without using sticks. The result shows that a combination of Cangkuang and 90º stick inclination produces the highest total dry matter and tubers (326.9 g/plant and 248.7 g/plant respectively). The highest net assimilation rate was obtained in combination of Cangkuang with stick inclination angles treatments 90º and 60º for 125.2 mg.cm2.day-1 and 105.3 mg.cm2.day-1, the leaf area index ranged from 0.9-5.5. The highest tubers yield was achieved by the Cangkuang with 90º and 60º sticks inclination angles treatments, which are 31.53 t.ha-1 and 28.86 t.ha-1 respectively, with the harvest indexes around 36-62 %, in which the tubers yield and the harvest indexes have significant correlations. The highest photosynthesis efficiency was achieved by the Cangkuang with 90º (3.83 %) and 600 (3.34 %) sticks inclination angles treatments, while the lowest one was done by the Siate and without sticks (0.92 %) treatment. As a conclusion, the higher sticks inclination angles applied on the sweetpotato varieties, particularly whose wider leafs, under abiotic shade conditions may increase crop growth rates, total and tuber dry matters, tubers yield, harvest indexes, and photosynthesis efficiency rates.
