Introduction. Using of immunoglobulins containing SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies may be an effective and safe tool for COVID-19 treatment. An intravenous immunoglobulin COVID-globulin from donor blood plasma containing SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies was developed at Joint-Stock Company Nacimbio.Aim. A pilot study of the safety of the "COVID-globulin".Materials and methods. When studying the safety of the preparation in animals the following parameters were evaluated: general toxicity, thrombogenic potential, influence on hematological and biochemical parameters, blood clotting and hemolytic activity, determination of local irritant action, pyrogenic properties, bacterial endotoxins, allergic effect of the drug preparation and its physicochemical characteristics.Results and discussion. Safety studies of "COVID-globulin" in animals showed no signs of intoxication, local irritant action and thrombogenic properties. Macroscopic and histological examination of the organs of rats treated with COVID-globulin showed no signs of necrosis, inflammation, atypia, or any significant pathological changes. Hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood of laboratory animals after the administration of "COVID-globulin" corresponded to the reference values. Administration of COVID-globulin to rabbits did not activate blood clot formation. The IgG subclasses distribution in the preparation corresponded to that in human plasma. The activity of the Fc-function of the immunoglobulin molecule was more than 130 % compared to the reference standard preparation, the concentration of the prekallikrein activator in the COVID-globulin ranged from 4.2 to 4.8 IU/ml, anticomplementary activity was less than 1 unit complement per 1 mg of protein.Conclusion. The results of all studies have demonstrated a high level of safety of the developed COVID-globulin preparation, which meets the safety requirements for human immunoglobulins for intravenous administration by national regulatory documents and the European Pharmacopoeia.

Nocturnal enuresis is the most common functional disorder of the urinary system in children, significantly reducing the quality of life of both patients and their parents. There are several hypotheses for the development of this disease, none of which can be taken as dominant. In this regard, Nocturnal enuresis is considered as a polyetiological condition. This review details the main factors that are associated with the development of nocturnal enuresis in children. These include hereditary predisposition, bladder dysfunction, sleep and awakening disorders, delayed maturation of central nervous system structures, disruption of the circadian rhythm of antidiuretic hormone and aquaporin-2 production. Despite many publications on nocturnal enuresis in children, many aspects of the pathogenesis of the disease remain unclear and require further study.

A clinical and laboratory examination of 62 children aged 10—17 years vaccinated against hepatitis B according to the standard scheme (0—1—6 months) in the first year of life strictly according to the National Calendar of preventive vaccinations in a standard dose (10 micrograms of recombinant HBsAg) with a monocomponent vaccine was carried out.The majority of children (58%) had indicators of seroconversion of HBsAg — anti-HBs-antibodies. This indicates the fact of long-lasting Grund immunity — 10—17 years after timely 3-fold immunization against hepatitis B according to the standard scheme at a standard dose (10 mcg of recombinant HBsAg in the first year of life in the absence of Wooster immunization (revaccination) in subsequent age periods, including children with a burdened premorbid background (87.1% among those observed). Since among those observed were children with invasive medical interventions (50%), the established fact reflects the protective effect of standard Grund immunization even in children at risk — with a positive parenteral history. At the same time, the total assessment of serological and molecular biological results found that after triple immunization against hepatitis B according to the standard scheme in the first year of life, out of 62 children aged 10—17 years, the proportion of seronegative was 42%. Low levels of antibodies (10—100 IU/l) were detected in 43% of cases, high (100—1000 IU/l) — in 15% of cases. No child had an antibody level exceeding >1000 IU/l. These results require the development of new approaches to immunization of children against hepatitis B with mandatory revaccination at an older age.

Background. Preventive vaccination is a vitally important strategic aspect of protection of the population against severe effects of influenza epidemics. The priority attention is given to development of effective tetravalent vaccines containing antigens of two influenza A lineages (H1N1, H3N2) and two influenza B lineages (Victoria and Yamagata) in combination with immunoadjuvants.The aim of the work was to conduct the preclinical study of the immunogenicity and protective efficacy of the innovative tetravalent subunit vaccine containing antigens of influenza A and B viruses as well as a corpuscular adjuvant.Materials and methods. The study was conducted using female BALB/c mice. The tetravalent vaccine and monovalent intermediate vaccines combined with a betulin adjuvant were injected intraperitoneally two times at a 14-day interval. The immunogenic activity was measured by the hemagglutination inhibition assay. The protective activity of the vaccine was assessed by changes in the viral load, body weight and survival rates using the mouse model of fatal influenza A H1N1 virus infection.Results. The mice vaccinated with the adjuvanted quadrivalent subunit influenza vaccine produced antibodies against all four influenza viruses included in the vaccine; the mean antibody titers in the hemagglutination inhibition assay were above 1 : 40. The second-dose vaccination induced a significant increase in levels of antibodies against all four influenza viruses. The dose of the quadrivalent subunit adjuvanted vaccine containing 5 µg of each antigen and 200 µg of the adjuvant provided a 100% survival rate in mice and significantly decreased lung viral titers (more than 3 lg TCID50) in the mouse model of influenza pneumonia.Conclusion. The quadrivalent subunit vaccine with the betulin-based corpuscular adjuvant demonstrates high immunogenicity in laboratory mice and provides protection against fatal pneumonia caused by the influenza A virus subtype H1N1.

Background Hepatitis E virus (HEV) is a major causative agent of acute hepatitis worldwide, prompting continuous HEV vaccine efforts. Vaccine development is hampered by the lack of convenient animal models susceptible to infection with different HEV genotypes. We produced recombinant open reading frame 2 protein (pORF2; p551) of HEV genotype (GT) 3 and assessed its immunogenicity and protectivity against HEV challenge in common marmosets (Callithrix jacchus, CM). Methods p551 with consensus sequence corresponding to amino acid residues 110–660 of HEV GT3 pORF2 was expressed in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. CMs were immunized intramuscularly with 20 μg of p551 VLPs with alum adjuvant (n = 4) or adjuvant alone (n = 2) at weeks 0, 3, 7 and 19. At week 27, p551-immunized and control animals were challenged with HEV GT1 or GT3 and thereafter longitudinally screened for markers of liver function, anti-HEV IgG and HEV RNA in feces and sera. Results Purified p551 formed VLPs with particle size of 27.71 ± 2.42 nm. Two immunizations with p551 induced anti-HEV IgG mean titer of 1:1810. Immunized CMs challenged with homologous and heterologous HEV genotype did not develop HEV infection during the follow-up. Control CMs infected with both HEV GT1 and GT3 demonstrated signs of HEV infection with virus shedding and elevation of the levels of liver enzymes. High levels of anti-HEV IgG persisted in vaccinated CMs and control CMs that resolved HEV infection, for up to two years post challenge. Conclusions CMs are shown to be a convenient laboratory animal model susceptible to infection with HEV GT1 and GT3. Immunization with HEV GT3 ORF2/p551 triggers potent anti-HEV antibody response protecting CMs from homologous and heterologous HEV challenge. This advances p551 in VLPs as a prototype vaccine against HEV.

The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has become a global challenge to medicine and, in particular, laboratory diagnostics. The study of the antibodies’ level to SARS-CoV-2 can be used as a confirmation test in the diagnosis of a disease, but it becomes of paramount importance in assessing population immunity resulting from a disease or vaccination, as well as in selection of convalescent plasma donors. The kits developed in our country and abroad for detecting antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus differ both in the methods of testing and in the used coronavirus antigens to which the antibodies are directed. The aim of this study was to compare the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of five kits for the detection of IgG antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, based on different diagnostic methods. Serum samples from 137 COVID-19 convalescents and 166 donors of blood and its components were examined. The control group consisted of 50 blood sera collected at the beginning of 2019 and 19 sera collected in 2018 (before the advent of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) and stored at -70 °C. Testing was carried out in analytical systems: rapid test “COVID-19 IgM/IgG Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold)” (China), on an automatic immunochemical analyzer Abbott Architect™ i2000 and kit “SARS-CoV2-IgG” (Abbot, Chicago , IL USA), by the chemiluminescence method using an automatic analyzer of the CL series and kits of the “Mindray” company (China) “SARS-CoV-2 IgM” and “SARS-CoV-2 IgG” and by the enzyme immunoassay method on the kits of the companies “Diagnostic Systems” Ltd (Russia, Nizhny Novgorod) “DS-IFA-ANTI-SARS-CoV-2-G”, “Xema” Ltd (Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical Research Center of Hematology” of the Ministry of Health of Russia) “SARS-CoV-2-IgG-IFA” and “Vector-Best” CJSC (Russia, Novosibirsk)” SARS-COV-2-IgM-IFA-BEST” and “SARS-COV-2-IgG-IFABEST”. When comparing the results of testing 137 plasma samples on the Vector-Best and Mindray kits for IgG antibodies, 127 samples were positive, 7 samples were negative on both kits, the discrepancy was 2.2%. In the study of IgM antibodies, 32.1% were positive, and 52.6% were negative in both kits. The discrepancy rate was 15.3%. Out of 166 samples, 1 serum (0.6%) was negative in 5 kits. On the Mindray kit, IgG antibodies to the antigens of the SARS-CoV-2 virus were detected in 165 samples (99.4%), on Vector-Best – in 164 sera (98.8%), on Diagnostic systems – in 151 (90.96%), on Xema – in 154 (92.8%), and on Abbott – in 155 samples (93.4%). At the same time, 135 (81.33%) samples were positive in all kits, while 30 samples had discordant results (18.07%), and in 9 sera, specific IgG was not detected in 2 or more kits. ROC analysis revealed a high diagnostic value of all tested kits (AUC from 0.908 to 0.998), which indicates a high quality of the separation model of positive and negative samples (p < 0.001). With the cut-off set by the manufacturers, the sensitivity and specificity ranged from 82.8% and 93.3% for the Diagnostic Systems kit to 99.4% and 95.8% for the VectorBest kit. The calculated correlation coefficients were higher between kits with a similar composition of the antigen used in the kits; therefore, it is better to monitor the dynamics of antibodies by diagnostic kits from the same manufacturer.

El propósito del estudio es la identificación de los factores relacionados con la familia en el desarrollo criminógeno de la personalidad de un delincuente juvenil con discapacidad intelectual y la elaboración de recomendaciones sobre esta base para su consideración en el procedimiento judicial. Se entrevistó a un total de 304 padres (152 madres de 34 a 54 años; 152 padres de 44,4 años de media), a 76 menores acusados por primera vez de delitos violentos: entre ellos, 38 menores de 13 a 16 años con discapacidad intelectual (F70,0, F78,0, F79,0; 56-70 puntuación de CI en Wechsler) y a 82 hijos hermanos y/o hermanas de menores delincuentes que no tienen discapacidad intelectual. Los resultados indican que la mayoría de las familias (68,42%) que crían a menores delincuentes con discapacidad intelectual acusados de delitos violentos tienen niveles bajos de su capacidad funcional; el 31,48% tiene un nivel medio, y no hay familias en este grupo principal con altos índices de capacidad de los miembros de la familia para satisfacer las necesidades familiares básicas de los demás. Como conclusiones, se destaca que las relaciones familiares disfuncionales, los estilos y las características de la interacción de todos los miembros de la familia deben ser considerados como la condición principal de la resocialización de un menor delincuente, con discapacidad intelectual

The introduction of digital platforms influences all areas of social development, including the education sector. The Russian government, in a bid to take advantage of this, has encouraged the development of a solid educational system that can support digitalization’s effect on the economy. The paper aims to analyze the development of Russian digital platforms in general and educational platforms, as a decisive factor in economic competitiveness on the world market. The study was a descriptive research and Russia was the main population for the study. The research made use of secondary data from national and international sources. An analysis of modern practices in the field of digital educational platforms shows that educational organizations cannot independently use digital technologies at the new level of requirements. For this purpose, a functioning digital ecosystem is needed that would be able to provide a variety of new technologies in education. Most researchers agree that the level of protective anti-HBs decreases with age after 3-fold immunization in the first year of life, which requires the introduction of a booster dose at least 5—7 years after the completed vaccination. It is necessary to continue monitoring those vaccinated against hepatitis B in the first year of life, including those from occupational risk groups.Objective: to assess the frequency and level of anti-HBs 18 or more years after the completed course of vaccination against hepatitis B according to the standard scheme in the first year of life and to identify risk groups that need revaccination.Of 116 donor students in Moscow, 18—22 years after the completed course of vaccination against hepatitis B according to the standard scheme carried out in the first year of life, in 42.3% of cases, the titer of specific antibodies was determined below the protective level (< 10 mME/ml). At the same time, the share of seronegative individuals among medical students was higher (52.8%). Of 116 donor students, in 38.8% of cases, the titer of protective antibodies was determined in low (10—100 mME/ml) and only in 13.8% — in high (100—1000 mME/ml) and in 5.2% — very high (> 1000 mME/ml) values. Markers of DNA HBV, HBsAg, and anti-HBcor were not detected in any cases. Medical students primarily need a revaccination against hepatitis B without a preliminary study of the initial titers of specific antibodies.

The importance of the study presented in the article is determined by the fact that for the effective development and management of any system, including the state, it is necessary to implement a set of strategic goals and objectives. The increasing pace of globalization and digitisation of the contemporary world determines the need for all countries to respond to modern challenges and risks. The stagnation of the economic trend caused by the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-2019 and the decrease in the quality of life of the population, the growth of environmental, technological, demographic and other problems are related to such threats. The search for answers so necessary to overcome global challenges in general determines the national security of any country and, in particular, its development and prosperity. The authors of the article proved that it is possible to find the necessary answers only in the framework of the formation of a new model of state development. This model should ensure the strengthening and development of the real sector of the economy, the creation of new growth points from the introduction of innovative technologies and investment activities.

Introduction. Blood transfusion is a strong practice in traumatology, internal medicine, haematology, obstetrics and transplantation, which demands safety of haemotransfusion with estimating the red blood cell group antigens in donor and recipient blood. Routine immunotyping techniques usually provide for an antigen identification to weak subgroups, albeit with certain inherent limitations of serology tests that can be overcome in a genotyping approach.Aim — performance assessment of serology and genotyping methods in the ABO, RH and KEL blood group identification.Materials and methods. A total of 55,489 donor and 1,898 patient blood samples have been analysed. Ambiguous cases of chimerism, panagglutination and inconsistent results were tackled with genotyping. Serology tests were performed with gel cards. Whole blood DNA extraction was performed with Qiagen chemistry. Allele-specific PCR was used for the erythrocyte ABO, RH and KEL antigen genotyping with BAG Diagnostics commercial kits and a 2% agarose gel product detection. Sanger sequencing was used to complement genotyping.Results. A combined use of serology tests and genotyping allowed a successful erythrocyte antigen-based blood group and Rh-status assignment in 26 donors and patients with ambiguous blood typing.Conclusion. Genotyping coupled with serologic methods can be advised in a hampered blood group identification.

The article concerns the problem of studying the causes of the development of hemolytic reactions after transfusion of erythrocyte-containing blood components. The ways of preventing hemolysis as a result of blood transfusions are considered. Clinical cases are described.

The human proteome is composed of a diverse and heterogeneous range of gene products/proteoforms/protein species. Because of the growing amount of information about proteoforms generated by different methods, we need a convenient approach to make an inventory of the data. Here, we present a database of proteoforms that is based on information obtained by separation of proteoforms using 2DE followed by shotgun ESI-LC-MS/MS. The database's principles and structure are described. The database is called "2DE-pattern" as it contains multiple isoform-centric patterns of proteoforms separated according to 2DE principles. The database can be freely used at http://2de-pattern.pnpi.nrcki.ru.

The COVID-19 pandemic has grown a worldwide health concern and has imposed a significant impact on education. As a result, halfway through the second semester of 2019/2020, learning methods were delivered through distance learning (DL). The purpose of the paper is to study the specifics of online education during the Covid-19 pandemic. A comprehensive diagnostic study of the psychological characteristics of students included the following methods: the test of life-meaning orientations (LMO), adapted by D.A. Leontiev (2006), diagnostics of the motivational structure of personality. Based on the results of the conducted empirical research, duration of study influenced student preference. Plus, Higher number of first-year students preferred DL compared to their seniors. Notwithstanding some challenges, students could adjust to the new education methods of full DL, and the majority recognized combined learning that combined classroom and distance learning can be performed subsequently. The COVID-19 pandemic transforms the application of technology in education and teaching approaches in the near future.

In this review, recent achievements in the development of the DNA biosensors developed for the drug determination have been presented with particular emphasis to the main principles of their assembling and signal measurement approaches. The design of the DNA sensors is considered with characterization of auxiliary components and their necessity for the biosensor operation. Carbon nanomaterials, metals and their complexes as well as electropolymerized polymers are briefly described in the assembly of DNA sensors. The performance of the DNA sensors is summarized within 2017-2022 for various drugs and factors influencing the sensitivity and selectivity of the response are discussed. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of the signal generation and possible drawbacks in the analysis of real samples.

The article analyzes the problem of the ratio of everyday and specialized culture. We consider the division of culture into two levels: specialized and ordinary, the variants of cultural diffusion, and indicate the directions of distribution of cultural flows, while noting the beginning of the counter process of penetration of ordinary ideas into specialized ones. It is assumed that specialized knowledge, in constant contact with the knowledge of representatives of ordinary culture, loses its integrity and begins to include elements of its representations, which stands out as a new aspect. The term "cultural paradox" is proposed to be used for naming the specific socio-cultural situation. Conclusions are drawn about the need to pay attention to the subject in question in order to influence the current socio-cultural situation in society.

The poultry red mite Dermanyssus gallinae is commonly acknowledged as a serious biological threat to global poultry breeding. This is mostly because of the inefficiency of acaricidal treatments of poultry houses, which does not eliminate the mite population, only constrains it. However, the impact of D. gallinae on poultry welfare is poorly characterized. The biochemical and cytological characteristics of infection are limited mainly to anaemia, decreased levels of triglycerides in the blood and eosinophilia. For the first time, we report the adverse effects of D. gallinae infestation of industrial poultry houses on the functional state of poultry livers. Treatment of poultry houses with acaricidal powder preparation, Wooran-dust 0.7%, containing synthetic pyrethroids (permethrin, S-fenvalerate and tetramethrin), led to the elimination of the mite population and resulted in normalization of most of the haematological and biochemical blood parameters (haemoglobin, erythrocytes, neutrophils, basophils, lymphocytes and AST). Increased eosinophils and ALT were the only indicators of infection in the blood of laying hens, and they remained above normal range until the 22nd day after the beginning of treatment with the acaricidal agent.

Introduction. Organization of high-quality training of the vehicles’ drivers is possible only with the proper formation of professional skills. Moreover, the formation of the skills is necessary for the driver to control the vehicle safety, perhaps by using simulators at the initial stage of training. The use of simulators allows automating the actions that the driver performs, while not exposing the student to risks.Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the application of simulators in the training of the vehicles’ drivers.Materials and methods. The paper presented the basic psycho physiological principles of the learning process, which should be taken into account when using simulators for driver training. The authors demonstrated the classification of the car simulators used for training of drivers by the information models. Existing information models of simulators were divided into two groups: reproducing only visual information, without imitation of the vestibular and simulating both visual and vestibular information. The analysis reflected the advantages and disadvantages of information models.Results. As a result, the authors proposed two systematizing features: the view angle of the visual information and the simulation of vestibular information.Discussion and conclusions. The research is useful not only for the further science development, but also for the selection of simulators and for the organization of the educational process in driving schools.

Owing to the changes in the general ecological situation in Russia, livestock losses from ovine anaplasmosis have rapidly increased in recent years. The development of a vaccine against this disease is therefore all the more relevant. A continuous culture of tick cells could be used as an appropriate substrate for producing biomass of the pathogen of ovine anaplasmosis, Anaplasma ovis, for the purpose of manufacturing a cell-cultural inactivated vaccine. Such a continuous cell line of the tick Dermacentor marginatus, the definitive reservoir host of A. ovis, has been obtained by cultivation of homogenized tick eggs on a modified Leibovitz medium L15. The established cell line DM-77 has an undifferentiated phenotype: the cells are rounded, with large nuclei and well-visible nucleoli. By the end of the study, the cell line was passaged eight times and did not express signs of growth rate decrease. The duplication time was 2.8 ± 0.3 days for cultivation in a medium with 10% fetal serum at 32°C.

In this paper, different variants of processing of number flows using Lagrange and Hermite non-polynomial splines are studied. The splines are constructed from approximate relations including a generating vector function with components of different character, including non-polynomial. Approximations by first-order Lagrange and third-order Hermite splines are considered. The efficiency of the approximations constructed is demonstrated on the examples of flows of the values of a function and flows of the values of a function and its derivative. The advantages of the splines considered are the simplicity of construction, maximum smoothness, interpolation and approximation properties, and the accuracy on a priori given functions (on the components of the generating vector function).

The use of digital technologies in the field of public administration and provision of public services allows to get access to all necessary information and also makes it possible to quickly and efficiently receive the required public service. Accordingly, in order to speed up the digital transformation of this sphere, the author considers it necessary to describe the achievements and to develop a detailed classification of the problems associated with this process, so that the data obtained can be used to develop recommendations for improving the digital transformation of public administration. The article defines the specifics of the sphere of public administration, identifies the advantages of using digital technologies in the analyzed sphere, which allows us to characterize the achievements. At the same time the author reveals the problems that complicate the process of digitalization. The following problems were identified: limited budget funding, lack of qualified personnel, insufficient regulatory norms and inadequate technological standards. The author suggests continuing further standardization of digital systems and approval of unified technological standards, improving the level of information security and introducing new digitization tools that combine easiness of use with high functionality. The article also concludes that it is necessary to develop recommendations for improving the digitalization process separately for public administration bodies and the sphere of public services.

Introduction. Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) holds a leading place among natural focal human diseases in Russian Federation. There is no etiotropic therapy for the disease now. The vaccine prophylaxis is the most effective method to control this infection. The main criteria for inactivated vaccines evaluation are its immunogenicity and specific activity. The study purposes were to develop a sensitive and specific real-time PCR method for viral RNA quantification in the inactivated vaccine and to study the correlation between the viral RNA amount and vaccine immunogenicity. Material and methods . L-segment fragments of the Puumala, Hantaan, and Sochi vaccine strains were selected as diagnostic targets for oligonucleotides and fluorescent probes. The immunogenicity of experimental vaccines was determined by the induction of neutralizing antibodies in BALB/c mice. Results. A highly specific, sensitive and reproducible real-time PCR method has been developed. The analytical sensitivity was 1.24 ± 1.5 x 10 2 copies/ml for Puumala virus; 1.16 ± 1.4 * 10 2 copies/ml for Hantaan; 1.32 ± 1.8 * 10 2 copies/ ml for Sochi, with a virus content of 1.5 ± 0.5 lg FFU/ml; 1.8 ± 0.5 lg FFU/ml and 2.2 ± 0.5 lg FFU/ml, respectively. The viral RNA amount in experimental vaccine preparations inactivated with β -propiolactone was proportional to the neutralizing antibodies titer observed in mice following the immunization. Discussion . It was found that different virus inactivators differently affects the detected viral RNA amount, but not the vaccine immunogenicity, which indicates the same degree of the immunogenic proteins damage. The direct relationship between the viral RNA copy number and vaccine immunogenicity makes it possible to use this criterion for vaccine dosage preparation. Conclusion. The developed method for viral RNA quantification is a promising tool for the specific activity control of the HFRS vaccine.

Identification and quantitative analysis of different proteoforms (protein species) presented in a cell line generated from high grade glioblastoma was performed using two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE), mass spectrometry (ESI LC-MS/MS), and immunodetection. A 2DE protein map containing an extensive data set comprising 937 spots with 1542 unique protein identifications (proteoforms) of 600 genes was obtained. Additionally, another set of experiments was performed where 16012 proteoforms coded by 4050 genes were identified by MS/MS according to their position in 96 gel sections (pixels). A special attention has been paid to the proteins that are the potential biomarkers of glioblastoma. The list of these biomarkers was compiled from literature. Next, we generated the graphs with theoretical and experimental information about proteoforms coded by the same gene. Such a virtual-experimental representation allowed better visualization of the state of these gene products. Many proteins, potential biomarkers of glioblastoma as well, are characterized by high numbers of protein species. We assume that these species could be a potential source of highly specific biomarkers of glioblastoma.

Today, the risk of emotional exhaustion is increasing and a decrease in the professional activity of healthcare workers is observed due to an epidemiologically unstable situation in the world. The importance and social significance of solving this problem is connected with the fact that the burnout syndrome has a complex form and can be interpreted differently from the point of view of root causes and final outcome. This, in its turn, guides to the exploratory search for directions of psychological means and methods of influence. The purpose of the paper is to study hardiness in the structure of personal resources of overcoming professional burnout among healthcare workers during a pandemic. The leading techniques for the study of this problem were the following: psychodiagnostic technique “Diagnosis of emotional burnout”, personality questionnaire, hardiness test. Hardiness has been studied in the structure of personal resources of overcoming professional burnout. The authors have proven that doctors possessing hardiness are distinguished by personal qualities that help them adapt and withstand difficult social situations. The features of professional burnout have been identified among healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been found that a high level of hardiness in the structure of personal resources is a factor in overcoming professional burnout among doctors. The results obtained made it possible to develop practical recommendations to prevent professional burnout and boost hardiness among healthcare workers during the pandemic. The paper is intended for specialist psychologists, clinical psychologists, and healthcare managers.

In connection with the reform of the national education system, large educational complexes (LEC) become the main structural unit [1]. Large educational complexes can unite educational organizations of different levels [2], as a result, management processes become more complex, which, in turn, requires the construction of new models for generating effective management decisions. The object of research is all possible relationships and processes of functioning of educational organizations within a large educational complex. The subject of the research is the models and algorithms of rating evaluation of LEC activity as one of the tools for managing its effectiveness. Practical significance of the research: proposed an information model for managing rating indicators of the entire educational complex based on an integrated assessment of educational processes of each educational organization (EO) included in the complex. The results of the authors research will allow the management bodies to make an effective impact to improve the performance of each EO. Results were verified in the public and professional Association - the inter-district Board of Directors of educational organizations in Moscow No. 10 and in the state educational institution School No. 1389 [3].

The change in strategic guidelines in Russian education is associated with a revision of the goals of teaching and upbringing. However, the emphasis of reforms has shifted towards the formation of the required professional competences at this stage in the development of the education system of the Russian Federation. We think that it is possible to achieve the set goal of higher education through the development of the introspectiveness as a quality of the personality of students. The formation of the introspectiveness in a future specialist will have an effect on the successful mastery, expansion and transformation of social experience, as well as the internal plan of action. Thus, demonstrating the formed introspectiveness as a personality trait, the student is able to organize his educational activities independently, activities to cognize the surrounding reality and his inner world, as well as self-determine in various life situations, including the development of general cultural and professional competences. In this regard, the emphasis in the issue of developing the introspectiveness of students is made on specifying the conditions that must be created at a higher education institution for the manifestation and formation of this personality quality. The purpose of the article is to study the level of the introspectiveness of university students and develop psychological and pedagogical conditions that develop this personality quality. The leading techniques for the study of this problem were the following: Q-sort Technique; the technique for diagnostics of an individual measure of the introspectiveness degree. At the stage of the ascertaining experiment, the levels of the introspectiveness of university students were revealed. The results of the ascertaining experiment convincingly demonstrated the need to organize special work to develop the introspectiveness of students. The authors substantiated that the success of developing students’ introspectiveness is ensured by the created psychological and pedagogical conditions. A model of developing the introspectiveness as a personality quality of a future professional has been developed and tested. The results of this study create opportunities for further development of the problem in the context of the organization of lectures in the learning process for students of different courses and types of specialization. The paper presents a study of the specific features of socialization, as well as the formation and development of health promoting competences in students from dysfunctional families. The authors of the paper conducted a theoretical and methodological analysis of the stated problem (the characteristics of the main groups of dysfunctional families and their classification are given; the content of the concept of deviant behaviour as a factor of desocialization of the student’s personality is uncovered), and an empirical study was carried out. Based on the results obtained, an additional education program was designed and tested, aimed at the formation and development of socialization skills and health promoting competences in students. It has been proved that after doing the program, students have developed the following personal qualities required for successful socialization in society: personal identification (knowing their desires, needs; strengths and weaknesses; ideas about their character traits); ideas about the skills of communicative behaviour. Creative imagination mechanisms were developed and an idea of the world of professions was formed. As part of the formation of health promoting competences, students developed coping behaviour skills in difficult life situations and coping strategies. In addition, the authors of the paper provide methodological recommendations for the introduction of the designed program into the practice of the educational process.

The article aims to study the use of app-based multimedia in foreign language teaching. The authors consider the problem of mobile apps usage distinguishing its advantages and disadvantages. A comparative analysis of several popular mobile resources made it possible to identify success factors for further application of mobile devices in teaching foreign languages and enabled the authors to produce some recommendations. It was determined that the use of mobile devices for autonomous study of foreign languages enhances the participants’ performance and helps to master students’ knowledge of foreign languages.

The article deals with the phenomena of social responsibility and civic activity, acting as factors of safe prosocial behaviour. Various approaches of the studied phenomena are presented. The results of empirical research of social responsibility, civic activity and prosocial identity among students are presented. Correlation analysis using Pearson correlation revealed a strong direct correlation between the content of prosocial identity and social responsibility, prosocial content of identity and citizenship, respondents' citizenship and social responsibility, as well as inverse correlation between social isolation of individual and social responsibility. Students are dominated by moderate levels of social responsibility and civic engagement, as well as low levels of social exclusion.

An increase in the spread of antibiotic-resistant opportunistic microorganisms causes serious problems in the treatment of purulent infections, burns, and trophic ulcers. We tested the antimicrobial activity in vivo of three polyphenols, Resveratrol, Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin), and Dihydromyricetin (Ampelopsin) from Norway spruce bark to promote the elimination of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Candida albicans from wounds. Purulent infection was modelled on wounds in rats infected with suspensions containing 109 CFU (colony-forming unit)/mL of pathogens. The wound area was treated daily with solutions of the polyphenols or placebo for 14 days after the beginning of the treatment. The animals were examined daily, and each stage of the wound healing (inflammation, granulation, and maturation (marginal epithelialisation) was documented. The planimetric analysis of the wound recovery percentage was performed on the 3rd, 10th, and 14th day after the start of curing. Then, one echelon (three or four animals from each subgroup) was withdrawn from the experiment on days 3 (three animals), 10 (three animals), and 14 (four animals) for microscopy analysis of cytological composition of their wound defects by microscopy and microbiological analysis of their contamination with pathogens. Our results show that they are also able to suppress mast cell infiltration and stimulate lymphocyte and macrophage (monocyte) infiltration into the wound. Resveratrol stimulated the replacement of the scar with normal tissue (with a clear boundary between the dermis and epidermis) and the restoration of hair follicles. Resveratrol turned out to be significantly better than some commercial antimicrobial (Levomecol) and antifungal (Clotrimazole) ointments and can be proposed as a promising drug for topical use for the treatment of trophic ulcers and burns.

Therefore, enterprises need to develop employees but it is also required to economise. There is a way to reach a compromise by using learning digital platforms. This compromise is the use of training digital platforms. The object of this study is the system of personnel training at Russian enterprises in the conditions of innovative economy with the use of training digital platforms. The aim was to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of digital platforms for training in enterprises and to propose ways to improve the use of this technology. This goal made it necessary to solve a number of problems: to determine the essence and content of training digital platforms for training personnel in the enterprise, to analyze and evaluate the use of digital platforms in Russian companies and to propose ways to improve the use of digital platforms for personnel training. The study is aimed at increasing the efficiency of training digital platforms when training personnel in companies.

In recent years the economic development of companies has been characterized by a transition from functional management to project management. To cope with this successfully new effective instruments such as digital management systems are needed by companied that are engaged in project activities. This is particularly important for investment companies which are interested in performing various projects. The object of the research is digital management systems for project activities of investment companies. This object of study is chosen due to the rapid development of investment companies in recent years and the need to optimize their activities with the help of digital management systems. The purpose of this article is to perfect the project activities of the investment company with the help of modern digital management systems. To achieve this goal one should perform a number of tasks: to study and analyze the specifics of the activity of the investment company; to choose a digital project management system that takes into account special features of the investment company and of its activity; to evaluate new opportunities for the company arising from the implementation of the selected project-oriented digital system. The results can improve the efficiency of project activities of the investment company using digital management systems.
