Abū Ḥanīfa (d. 150/767) discussed the main issues of the science of kalām in the first period and expressed his best views on these issues in response to the sects that he accepted as bid'ah (innovation). Later, kalām scholars tried to justify these views by using different arguments according to the changing conditions and time. Undoubtedly, one of the most important opinions that Abū Ḥanīfa expressed and passed on to the next generations from the perspective of the science of kalām is those related to faith. In fact, faith is the strongest and most deep-rooted bond a believer establishes with his/her Creator. The individual shapes his world and the hereafter through this bond. On the other hand, faith is a phenomenon that does not contain doubt but carries certainty. In this respect, a person is included in the same category as a believer after she has firmly believed, and is called a believer or a Muslim, as the Qur'an puts it. Because no matter what race or color he is, he takes the same name because he believes in the same principles. Abū Ḥanīfa, who lived in a time when Muslims differed among themselves and differences of opinion increased, accepted faith as a common denominator by emphasizing the common values of Islam. Abū Ḥanīfa refers to this as "equality in faith". The issue of equality in faith, which is discussed as a result of the differentiation in matters related to the nature of faith, is shaped according to whether the action is counted as part of faith or not. Since Abū Ḥanīfa did not consider deeds a part of faith, so he advocated equality in faith. This view was adopted later by many scholars in the Māturīdī tradition. In the Hanafī-Māturīdī tradition, it can be said that the issue of equality in faith as well as issues such as confirmation and certainty in faith were shaped by the opinions of Abū Ḥanīfa. When equality in faith is accepted, one is not allowed to question the faith of another and say that his/her own faith is superior to the other because only God can know it. On the other hand, the understanding of equality in faith prevents external appearance and formalism from being decisive in one's religious life. Thus, a believer cannot accuse his brother who has deficiencies in his deeds but has faith of being infidel. When Abū Ḥanīfa's view of equality in faith is interpreted according to contemporary paradigms, his emphasis on human love, tolerance, and unity of the ummah, which has validity today, can clearly be observed. Therefore, it is seen that the reflection of a theological issue on social life is stressed in his opinion. This paper aims to study the issue of "equality in faith", one of the issues related to faith, and its reflection on social life by using the texts which are attributed to Abū Ḥanīfa., Ebû Hanîfe (ö. 150/767), tarihi süreç itibariyle ilk dönemde kelâm ilminin temel konularını ele almış ve bu konularda bid'at gördüğü fırkalar karşısında tercih ettiği görüşleri beyan etmiştir. Daha sonra kelamcılar, belirlenen bu görüşleri değişen şartlara ve zamana göre farklı argümanlarla temellendirmeye çalışmışlardır. Şüphesiz kelâm ilmi açısından Ebû Hanîfe’nin söylediği ve daha sonraki nesillere aktardığı konular içerisinde en önemlilerinden birisi de imanla ilgili olanlardır. Zira iman, inananın yaratıcısıyla kurduğu en sıkı ve köklü bir bağdır. Birey bu bağ vesilesiyle dünyasını ve ahiretini şekillendirir. Diğer taraftan iman, içerisinde şüpheyi barındırmayıp kesinlik taşıyan bir olgudur. Bu yönüyle kişi kesin bir şekilde iman ettikten sonra inananlarla aynı kategoriye dâhil olup Kur’ân’ın ifadesiyle mümin veya Müslüman olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Zira hangi ırktan veya renkten olursa olsun aynı esaslara inandığından aynı ismi almaktadır. Müslümanların kendi içerisinde farklılaştıkları ve doğal olarak görüş ayrılıklarının arttığı bir dönemde yaşayan Ebû Hanîfe, İslâm’ın temel ilkelerine vurgu yaparak imanı ortak payda kabul etmektedir. Ebû Hanîfe bunu “imanda müsâvât/eşitlik” olarak belirtmektedir. İmanın mahiyeti ile ilgili konulardaki farklılaşmanın bir neticesi olarak tartışılan imanda eşitlik meselesi, amelin imandan sayılıp sayılmamasına göre şekillenmektedir. Ebû Hanîfe, ameli imanın bir cüz’ü olarak değerlendirmediğinden imanda eşitliği savunmuş olmaktadır. Bu görüş, daha sonraları Mâtürîdî geleneğinde birçok âlim tarafından da devam ettirilmiştir. Hanefî-Mâtürîdî geleneğinde imanda tasdik ve kesinlik gibi konuların yanı sıra imanda eşitlik meselesi de Ebû Hanîfe’nin fikirlerine dayalı olarak şekillendiği görülmektedir. İmanda eşitlik kabul edildiğinde bir kimsenin diğerinin imanını sorgulaması ve kendi imanının diğerinden daha üstün olduğunu söylemesi engellenmektedir. Çünkü bunu bilebilecek olan sadece Allah’tır. Diğer taraftan imanda eşitlik anlayışı ile dış görünüşün ve şekilciliğin, kişinin dini hayatında belirleyici olmasının önüne geçilmiş olmaktadır. Böylelikle iman eden kişi, iman ettiği halde amelinde eksiklik olan din kardeşini tekfir etmemeli ve dışlamamalıdır. Bu durum sosyal hayatta birlik ve beraberliğin sağlanmasında önemli bir etken olmaktadır. Ebû Hanîfe’nin imanda eşitlik görüşü çağdaş paradigmalara göre okunduğunda onun bugüne hitap eden insan sevgisi, hoşgörüsü ve ümmetin birliğine yaptığı vurgusu açıklıkla müşahede edilmektedir. Dolayısıyla teolojik bir meselenin toplumsal hayata yansımasının da ön plana çıkarıldığı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma, Ebû Hanîfe’ye nispet edilen ve günümüze ulaşan risalelerden hareketle imanla ilgili konular içerisinde “imanda eşitlik” meselesini ve bunun sosyal hayata yansımasını incelenmeyi hedeflemektedir.

The purpose of this research is to determine the improvements that exporting companies expect from the state regarding the logistics sector in order to contribute to the development of their exports. In the study, data were collected from the top 1000 exporting companies of Turkey in 2017 by survey method. Factor analysis for sizing the interrelated judgments of firms in the scale of improvements expectedfrom the government; ANOVA test was used to determine the differences according to the sectors and the number of employees in the improvements expected by the companies from the government. According to the result of the factor analysis, the first dimension was named as “infrastructure and stakeholder cooperation improvements”, the second dimension was named as “railway infrastructure improvements” and the third dimension was named as “political and bureaucratic improvements”. According to the results of the ANOVA test, the expectation of the weaving, clothing and leather industry in the improvements expected from the government according to the sectors in “infrastructure and stakeholder cooperation improvements”; The expectations of the chemical-oil, coal,rubber and plastic products sector in “railway infrastructure improvements” and the expectations of the weaving, clothing and leather sector in “political and bureaucratic improvements” are higher than other sectors; the expectation of small-scale companies in “infrastructure and stakeholder cooperation improvements” and “railway infrastructure improvements” according to the number of employees; The expectations of medium-sized firms in “political and bureaucratic improvements” were found to be higher thanother firms.It is expected that the information obtained as a result of the study will guide in which areas there are deficiencies in the logistics sector in Turkey, in which areas improvements are expected, and which areas should be focused on and regulations should be made., Bu araştırmanın amacı ihracatçı firmaların, ihracatlarının geliştirilmesine katkı sağlaması için lojistik sektörüyle ilgili devletten bekledikleri iyileştirmeleri belirlemektir. Çalışmada 2017 yılı Türkiye’nin ilk 1000 ihracatçı firmasından, anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Firmaların devletten beklenen iyileştirmeler ölçeğinde yer alan yargıların birbiriyle ilişkili olanlarının boyutlandırılması için faktör analizi; firmaların devletten bekledikleri iyileştirmelerde sektörlere ve çalışan sayısına göre farklılık tespiti için ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonucuna göre birinci boyut “altyapı ve paydaş işbirlikleri iyileştirmeleri”, ikinci boyut “demiryolu altyapı iyileştirmeleri” ve üçüncü boyut “siyasi ve bürokratik iyileştirmeler” olarak adlandırılmıştır. ANOVA testi sonucuna göre sektörlere göre devletten beklenen iyileştirmelerde “altyapı ve paydaş işbirlikleri iyileştirmelerinde”, dokuma, giyim eşyası ve deri sektörünün beklentisi; “demiryolu altyapı iyileştirmelerinde” kimya-petrol, kömür, kauçuk ve plastik ürünleri sektörünün beklentisi ve “siyasi ve bürokratik iyileştirmelerde” dokuma, giyim eşyası ve deri sektörünün beklentisi diğer sektörlere göre daha yüksek; çalışan sayısına göre “altyapı ve paydaş işbirlikleri iyileştirmelerinde” ve “demiryolu altyapı iyileştirmelerinde” küçük ölçekli firmaların beklentisi; “siyasi ve bürokratik iyileştirmelerde” orta ölçekli firmaların beklentisi diğer firmalara göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bilgilerin Türkiye’de lojistik sektörüyle ilgili olarak hangi alanlarda eksiklikler olduğu, hangi alanlarda iyileştirmelerin beklendiği ve hangi alanlara odaklanılması ve düzenlemelerin yapılması gerektiği ile ilgili yol gösterici olması beklenmektedir.

Location-based services (LBS) make daily life easier with the information and directions they provide. Trajectory data is generated when the location information acquired from users utilizing LBS is sorted according to time. Such kind of data are collected, stored, processed and published by LBS providers for various reasons. Since trajectory data is considered as personal data, attackers may obtain sensitive information about their victims and perform disclosure attacks if the trajectory data is published in original form. There is always a need for up-to-date privacy preserving approaches to address this problem. In this study, in order to publish privacy preserved trajectory data, a new anonymization model based on differential privacy was proposed, developed and successfully tested. The obtained results have shown that the proposed model might be successfully used for privacy preserving trajectory data publishing, not only research purposes but also real time applications., Konum tabanlı servisler (KTS), sağladıkları bilgi ve yönlendirmeler ile gündelik hayatı kolaylaştırmaktadır. Kullanıcıların KTS’leri kullanarak gezinmesi sonucu elde edilen konum bilgileri zamana göre sıralandığında, yörünge verileri oluşmaktadır. Bu veriler, KTS sağlayıcıları tarafından toplanmakta, depolanmakta, işlenmekte ve çeşitli gerekçelerle yayınlanmaktadır. Yörünge verileri kişisel veri olarak değerlendirildiği için, bu tür veriler orijinal hali ile yayınlanırsa, saldırganlar kurbanları hakkında hassas bilgilere ulaşabilir ve ifşa saldırıları düzenleyebilir. Bu problemi gidermek için mahremiyet koruyucu güncel yaklaşımlara her zaman ihtiyaç vardır. Bu çalışmada, yörünge verilerinin mahremiyetini koruyarak yayınlanmasını sağlamak için diferansiyel mahremiyet tabanlı yeni bir anonimleştirme modeli önerilmiş, geliştirilmiş ve başarıyla test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, önerilen modelin mahremiyet korumalı yörünge verisi yayınlamada sadece araştırmalar için değil aynı zamanda gerçek uygulamalar için de başarıyla kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.

Scientific advances that took place with the Renaissance and the Enlightenment behind of it, has managed to attract a lot of attention. So with this result, modern science is accepted as the most reliable source of the knowledge and is placed on a ground where it can solve any problem. It is also said such that science is able to produce information about whether God exists or not. At this stage, with the contribution of ideological approaches and some groundless illogical arguments exhibited in the name of religion, science has now been turned into a sacred institution. The science, which is transformed into a sacred, has become unable to meet another sacred religion on a common ground and a wrong dichotomy has been used. Thereby the advancing science has slowly started to "destroy God". The understanding of science that has now become like this, it became also the biggest support points of the atheists. Although this understanding of science, which has turned into a sacred, and has emerged basically against the Christian faith, it has been tried to reflect locally on all beliefs. Whereas, waiting for the science to provide data that “God will be annihilated with the advancement of science” actually it makes it necessary to be unaware of the limits of the science. The discourse that faith will disappear with the advancement of science, it doesn’t seems an acceptable argument in terms of Islam. Because Islam dynamically depicts the mind and presents nature as evidence of God's existence. On the other hand, it is a important point to remember for those who claim that there will be no room for God with the advancement of science that the fact of religion/faith is not a lack of knowledge, on the contrary it is that knowledge leads people to confirm. And also, for those who attribute to Muslims that they fall behind in science because of their beliefs, they need to look for it in political, social and economic reasons., Rönesans ve ardında Aydınlanma dönemiyle beraber gerçekleşen bilimsel ilerlemeler fazlaca dikkat çekmeyi başarmıştır. Bunun sonucunda modern bilim, bilginin en güvenilir kaynağı olarak kabul edilerek onun her meseleyi çözebileceği bir zemine oturtturulmuştur. Öyle ki bilim, Tanrı’nın var olup olmadığına dair de bilgi üretebileceği dillendirilmiştir. Bu aşamada ideolojik yaklaşımların ve din adına sergilenen bazı temelsiz akıl dışı argümanların katkısıyla da bilim artık kutsal bir müesseseye dönüştürülmüştür. Kutsala dönüştürülen bilim, bir diğer kutsal olan dinle artık ortak bir zeminde buluşamayacak hale dönüşmüş ve yanlış bir dikotomiye alet edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla artık ilerleyen bilim, yavaş yavaş “Tanrı’yı yok etmeye” başlamıştır. Artık bu hale dönüşen bilim anlayışı ateistlerin de en büyük destek noktaları olmuştur. Kutsala dönüşen bu bilim anlayışı her ne kadar temelde Hıristiyanlık inancına karşıt olarak ortaya çıkmış olsa da yer yer tüm inançlara yansıtılmaya çalışılmıştır.Oysaki bilimden, “bilimin ilerlemesiyle Tanrı’nın yok olacağına” dair veri sunmasını beklemek aslında bilimin sınırlarından bihaber olmayı gerekli kılmaktadır. Bilimin ilerlemesiyle inancın yok olacağı söylemi, İslam dini açısından kabul edilebilir bir argüman olarak görülmemektedir. Çünkü İslam, aklı dinamik olarak tasvir etmekte ve tabiatı Tanrı’nın varlığının delili olarak sunmaktadır. Diğer taraftan bilimin ilerlemesiyle Tanrı’ya yer kalmayacağını iddia edenlerin unutmaması gereken önemli husus, dinin/imanın bir bilgi eksikliği olmadığı aksine bilginin insanı tasdiğe yönelttiği gerçeğidir. Ayrıca Müslümanların bilimde geri kalmalarının sebebini onların inançlarına bağlayanlar, bunu siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik bazı sebeplerde araması gerekmektedir.

Ebû İshâk eş-Şîrâzî (ö. 476/1083), Şîraz bölgesinde yetişen meşhur Şâfiî fakihi olmakla beraber, bıraktığı eserlerden bir o kadar da kelâm ilminde birikime sahip bir Eş’arî kelamcısı olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Nizâmiye Medresesi’nin ilk hocası olarak bilinmesi de onun önemli vasıflarındandır. Şîrâzî’nin akâid ve kelâm ilmine dair eserleri günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda Şîrâzî’nin el-İşâre ilâ mezhebi ehli'lhak ve Akîdetü’s-selef isimli eserleri akâid ve kelâma dair günümüze ulaşan kitaplarıdır. Bu eserlerden elİşâre ilâ mezhebi ehli'l-hak klasik akâid metinlerini anımsatmaktadır. İslâm inanç esasları belli bir düzene dikkat edilmeden sıralanmakta ve naslarla yetinilmektedir. Akîdetü’s-selef isimli eser ise hacimce daha az olmakla beraber bir kelâm metni özelliği taşımaktadır. Zira varlık konusuyla başlayıp âlem- Allah ilişkisine dair temel kavramların izahı yapılarak âlemin hâdisliği ve bir yaratıcıya muhtaç olduğu, aklî istidlâllerle anlatılmaktadır. Nihayetinde bu çalışma, değişik alanlarda engin birikime sahip olan Şîrâzî’nin akâid ve kelâm ilmine dair yazdığı eserleri tanıtmanın yanı sıra onun kelâmî görüşlerini de bir arada sunmayı hedeflemektedir., Abû Ishâq Al-Shîrâzî (d. 476/1083) was the famous Shafii scholar who grew up in the Shîraz region, and also it is understood from the works he left that he was a theologian of Ash'ari, who has an accumulation in the science of kalam. Being known as the first teacher of the Nezamiyeh Madrasa is one of its important qualities. Works of Shîrâzî on the knowledge of aqaid and kalam have survived until today. In this context, the works of Shîrâzî titled, al-Ishâra ilâ mazhabi ahli'l-haq and Aqîdatu’ssalaf about aqaid and kalam, are the books that have come until today. From these works, al- Ishâra ilâ mazhabi ahli'lhaq remind us classical aqaid texts. The principles of Islâmic belief are listed without paying attention to a certain order and are contented with the verses. The work named Aqîdatu’ssalaf, on the other hand, is less in volume, but it has the features of a kalam text. Because, starting with the subject of existence and explaining the basic concepts of the relationship between the world and Allah (swt), it is explained with rational attributes that the universe is in need of a creator. Ultimately, this study aims to introduce the works written by Shîrâzî, who has vast knowledge in different fields, on the knowledge of aqaid and kalam, as well as presenting his theological views together.

From the reason point of view, the existence of the hereafter is not considered as an impossible situation. About a situation possibly if have a righy revelation, believe in that accepted as a principle. On the other hand in a matter that can only be learned through revelation, solitary reason evidence is be requested not considered o correct approach. Therefore, faith in the hereafter is a matter that can only be learned by revelation, so both reason and revelation evidence should be asked together. Also in terms of wisdom of God, justise of God and force of God considering, the existence of a life after death has been recognized as possible and permissible. Because this world gains a sense with the presence of the hereafter and so hereafter gains a sense with the presence of the this world.

Değerliokuyuculara sunduğum bu çalışma, Müslüman Mağrib ile ilgili önemli konulardan birisiniiçermektedir. O konu, Eş’ariyye mezhebinin Mağrib’e girişi, orada yayılması veinsanların bu ekolle ilgili tutumlarıdır. Çalışmada birinci aşamadaMuvahhidîn’in bölgeye gelişinden başlayarak onların bölgeye hâkim ve oradakiinsanları zorla Eş’ariyye mezhebine yönlendirmelerine kadar olacaktır. Buaşamayla ilgili bilgi alınabilecek kaynakların az olması hasebiyle sizebilgileri sıralamakta zorluk çekeceğimi ifade etmek isterim. Zira neredeyse bubağlamda kaynaklık teşkil eden eserler çevirilerden oluşmaktadır.
