While most research on stigmatization in migration deals with the prejudice of locals toward immigrants, this article analyzes the symbolic rivalry and contest vividly present in the intra-group Russian-language immigrant discourse in Israel. Drawing on our recent digital ethnography, we focus on the heated discussion between the two social class-based groups – the Soviet-Jewish ‘Intelligentsia’, oldcomers from the Soviet Union to Israel, and the recent migration from Putin’s Russia. If the first is a remnant of the Soviet social structure, the latter is the symbolic successor of the former and is part of the post-Soviet transition. In our interpretation of the harsh digital exchange, we build on the conceptualization of educated middle-class migration and then employ the theoretical lenses of scapegoating and Orientalization – mechanisms of inter-group stigmatization that are both universal and driven by particular scripts of social relations. Our analysis contributes to understanding the broader context of contemporary migration by demonstrating the role played by significant social categories borrowed from home in post-migration processes and group relations. This article suggests a re-periodisation of the transit camps in which hundreds of thousands of immigrants were housed in Israel’s first three decades. It anchors the meaning of these temporal housing spaces – known as Ma’abarot – and rebuts the perception of their temporality, presenting new data about institutional policies regarding these allegedly temporary living spaces and the everyday reality of their inhabitants. It suggests a re-periodisation that includes not only the initial handling of the massive Jewish immigration wave during the ‘Mass Aliyah’ (1948–51) but also the longer-term settling of the immigrants. Al-Quran Hadith is a mandatory lesson and is given continuously at MI, MTs, and MA to motivate students to practice the values contained in the Al-Qur'an and the Prophet's hadith in everyday life. The facts show that the completion score for Al-Quran Hadith lessons is still low, especially because students have difficulty memorizing verses from the Koran and Hadith. This research aims to describe the increase in memorizing verses and hadiths in the Al-Quran Hadith subject through the ILHAM Method in class XI Madrasah Aliyah students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis. The research data sources were Al-Quran Hadith subject teachers and 19 students in class XI MAN 1 Simeulue. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews or interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing was carried out through the triangulation method. Next, the data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the research show that the application of the ILHAM (Integrated, Listening, Hand, Attention, and Matching) method in the Al-Quran Hadith subject can improve the ability to memorize Al-Quran verses and Hadith in class XI Madrasah Aliyah students. The development of technology is currently growing so rapidly, various applications and online media are becoming increasingly popular to be used as learning media, including Youtube and Edpuzzle which can be used as learning support platforms with interactive, effective and fun video media for students. Arabic language learning with audio visual is needed by madrasah Aliyah students, so that learning is not boring and more interesting. This research aims to develop the Edupuzzle platform as an audio-visual learning media for Arabic language learning in madrasah Aliyah. The method used in this research is research and development with the Kemp model. Kemp's model is a learning design model designed in the early part of education aims to provide guidance to learners to think about general problems and learning objectives. The results of this study explain that the Edpuzzle platform can be used as audio-visual learning media in learning Arabic with audio visuals that can facilitate students in learning Arabic online. The conclusion of this research is that the Edpudzzle platform can be used as a learning medium for teachers, especially in Arabic language learning. the limitation of this research is that researchers only conduct research on the Edpudzzle platform for Arabic language learning, for that researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research with the same platform but more explained to support the teaching and learning process in other subjects. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the management of madrasah heads in empowering teaching staff in an effort to minimize the gaps that occur due to the unequal placement of teaching staff. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation and direct interviews, namely MAN 1 Jambi City, MAN 1 Muaro Jambi and MAN 1 Batanghari. The data analysis technique uses qualitative through domain, taxonomy and component analysis, and the data is reduced, displayed and summarized. The research results show that (1) the correct, orderly, accurate and systematic planning of madrasah heads makes a significant contribution to empowering teaching staff. (2) Organizing teaching staff with accountable standards and criteria makes it easier to distribute teaching staff evenly. (3) An appropriate implementation process can provide a positive impact in empowering teaching staff. (4) Routine and continuous supervision has an influence on the implementation process in a conducive manner. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the systematic, accurate and accountable management of madrasah principals in empowering teaching staff can have a significant impact in minimizing the placement gap and equal distribution of State Madrasah Aliyah teaching staff in Jambi Province. Background. The 5.0 era generation is a generation that has developed knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Some of the skills that students must have are: Productive thinking, innovative, artistic, mastery of communication and mastery of cooperation. Strengthening character education certainly needs to be realized, this aims to instill moral traits (ethical character) which makes morals an individual characteristic. Purpose: The aim of this research is to understand the outline and system for determining character education for students at Madrasah Aliyah. Apart from that, this research also aims to explain to students what character education looks like in passing through the 5.0 education era. Method: The method used is a quantitative survey model, a survey using online-based Google Form and in-depth interviews with students. Results: The results of the research can explain that the implementation of character education is actually very important to equip students for the future. Character education is implemented with a system that utilizes information technology available in schools, so that morals can be formed and at the same time can also develop mastery of skills in the field of ICT, think productively, innovatively and can be achieved by students in the future in the 5.0 era. Conclusion: Research limitations that is, researchers cannot explain the overall implementation of character education for students at Madrasah Aliyah in depth and effectively. Anthropologists and sociologists explore dance as a political and cultural performance to express beliefs, ideologies and social ideas. This article examines the impact of Israeli folk dance on the socialisation and integration, of Jewish newcomers (Olim) from Turkey into contemporary Israeli society. Based on in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and spontaneous conversations, as well as auto-ethnographic writings, the article clarifies how, by dancing Israeli folk dance, and particularly through participation in the Israeli folk dance troupe, Olim manage diverse social interactions and cultural negotiations within Israeli society, construct their national identity and shed light on tensions and changes regarding homeland, immigration, and Jewish peoplehood. It argues that Israeli folk dance is an important channel in their process of Israelization. On the one hand, it connects them to Israeli culture and strengthens their Jewish pride; on the other, it clarifies the distinction between life in the diaspora and life in an ethno-national space, expressing otherness while encouraging them to bring their own traditions to an Israeli stage. Learning at Islamic schools functions to strengthen the values of religious moderation for students, so the selection of materials for all learning topics must support the transformation of religious moderation values, including in learning Arabic. This study aims to analyze the Arabic Maharah al-Qira’ah textbooks at Madrasa Aliyah (MA), which contain values of religious moderation. This study follows a qualitative-descriptive method. Data was collected using the content analysis method. The content analysis method is used to look at the constancy of the text content and the meaning of the contents of the Arabic Maharah al-Qira’ah textbooks at MA. The findings of this study indicate that the Arabic Qira’ah textbooks at MA contain religious moderation values including; national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodation of local culture. The implications of this study are first, as an auto-corrective for Arabic textbook writers, and second, so that Arabic teachers can reinforce the values of religious moderation to students, both in the form of illustrations and by giving concrete examples in daily behavior. This article aims to discover whether there is a relationship between students reading speed and students' reading comprehension. The research approach is quantitative in nature, in which the authors use SPSS 22 to calculate students' reading speed and the number of correct answers they have answered. Research participants were 20 students of class XI IPA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. The research instrument was narative text, where students read the text quickly and the researcher counted the time using a stopwatch, then students answered questions based on the text. As a result of the study, the authors found that there is a relationship between reading speed and students' reading comprehension where the Pearson correlation value showed 0.000 or lower than 0.05. This article focuses on the journey of "the Benghazi group," three hundred European Jewish refugees fleeing Nazism, who, for several months in 1940, were stranded in Benghazi, then part of the Italian colonial empire. They organized and attempted to sail from Italy to Palestine in an Aliyah bet voyage, but were eventually forcibly returned to Italy and interned in the Ferramonti camp in the south of the country. Even though the British liberated Ferramonti in 1943, in 1941 and 1942 many Jews had already been transferred to internment locations further north. When Germany occupied Italy in fall 1943, many members of the Benghazi group thus fell victim to the Holocaust. This article examines the possibilities and limitations for self-help and agency among Jewish refugees in Fascist Italy. It describes their experiences in the context of Fascist Italy's antisemitic policies and the history of Aliyah bet operations, which did not treat Jews in Italy as a high priority for rescue. At the core of this article lies the story of an encounter between central European Jews and the North African Jews of Benghazi. Having spent their last remaining financial means on the journey to Palestine, the members of the Benghazi group became dependent on the extraordinary hospitality of the Libyan Jews, making Benghazi a temporary sanctuary for European Jewish refugees. The study is part of a larger research project, the main aim of which is to examine, using the oral history method, identity changes, multiple attachments, and deeper aspects of integration strategies of Jews who migrated from South Slovakia to Israel. The paper develops the life story of Yehudit Cohen (née Judit Grünfeld) on the basis of a biographical interview conducted in Israel. Judit's family is one of those Jews from Dunaszerdahely (Dunajská Streda) who were born in Czechoslovakia, but in the 1960s they too immigrated to Israel, i.e. made Aliyah. During the life history interview, the interviewee tells of her parents' destiny events leading up to the period of the Holocaust. Both of them were deported, but they were among the few Jews who returned to Dunaszerdahely. Anti-Semitism continued to be present in Czechoslovakia during the party-state years, so the family moved to Israel (made aliyah) in 1963 in the hope of a better future. The paper describes the difficulties of the initial years in Israel, the most problematic of which was learning Hebrew. It also shows how relatives and acquaintances coming from Czechoslovakia, especially from Dunaszerdahely, helped each other a great deal after the Aliyah. The study also highlights Judit's multiple identities, mainly through her multiple language skills and her preparation of Central European dishes, within which her Israeli identity dominates. This paper outlines a study of surnames used by various Jewish groups in the Land of Israel for Ashkenazic Jews, prior to the First Aliyah (1881), and for Sephardic and Oriental Jews up to the end of the 1930s. For the 16th–18th centuries, the surnames of Jews who lived in Jerusalem, Safed, Tiberias, and Hebron can be mainly extracted from the rabbinic literature. For the 19th century, by far the richest collection is provided by the materials of the censuses organized by Moses Montefiore (1839–1875). For the turn of the 20th century, data for several additional censuses are available, while for the 1930s, we have access to the voter registration lists of Sephardic and Oriental Jews of Jerusalem, Safed, and Haifa. All these major sources were used in this paper to address the following questions: the use or non-use of hereditary family names in various Jewish groups, the geographic roots of Jews that composed the Yishuv, as well as the existence of families continuously present in the Land of Israel for many generations. As a leader, a principal is vital in improving teacher competence. Teachers with significantly good competence can improve the quality of their in-class learning. This research describes the principal's role in improving teacher competence in Madrasah Aliyah of Islamic Centre Bin Baz Yogyakarta (MA ICBB). The research method used qualitative research with a case study. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects were comprised of seven sources, a school principal, and five teachers. The data analysis technique was data collection, reduction, representation, and conclusion. Data validity was obtained from the triangulation technique. The research result showed that 1) a principal encouraged and provided opportunities for teachers of MA ICBB to participate in training and seminars inside or outside school to increase academic competence; 2) a principal controlled and supervised the behavior and performance of teachers to improve teacher personality competence; 3) a principal conducted final semester evaluation meeting that was aimed to invite teachers in the discussion forum concerning on phenomena occurred, that was obtained from interaction and analysis of teachers toward all students in MA ICBB to enhance teacher social competence; and 4) a principal provided the opportunity for all teachers to continue the higher study, attend seminars, as well as he provided information and motivation to teachers to improve teacher professional competence. For Jewish Ethiopian refugees at the Tikvah summer camp in Gondar, Ethiopia, Jewish informal education keeps their dreams of Jerusalem alive while simultaneously reinforcing Israeli gatekeeping practices. The ethnic and religious ideologies underlying Israeli nation-building and statecraft surface in the campers' exterritorial encounter with Israel's vision of an "ideal" Jew. Through a collaborative, community-based approach, this study provides a holistic representation of Tikvah as a world suspended between Israeli socialization and informal Jewish education, exposing the distance between the diverse traditions and identities of Jews across the world and Israel's reconfiguration of what it means to be a "Jew." This study aims to investigate the efficacy aspects of Central Kalimantan Arabic teachers, such as level, strength, and generality to become a driving teacher. This study used a mixed method by combining qualitative and quantitative designs (concurrent triangulation) by recruiting 19 (nineteen) Arabic teachers at Madrasah Aliyah level from several districts/cities in Central Kalimantan province, Indonesia. The results of this study indicated that the three aspects of the Arabic teachers already have high self-efficacy to become a driving teacher with an average score of 3.79. This is based on their enthusiasm to learn how to use IT in the teaching process and their ability to instill character education and be able to be flexible in dealing with diverse student behavior. However, some difficulties arise from aspects of strength such as difficulties in reflecting and evaluating student-centered learning outcomes and involving the students’ parents. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of Quality-Based Private Madarasah Aliyah Education Financing in Private Aliyah Madrasahs throughout the City of Bandung. Data was collected with a mixed-method approach, starting with the use of quantitative methods followed by qualitative methods. Quantitative data on the level of use of process skills by learners were collected using questionnaires. The questionnaire was developed by modifying the steps of Madaus et al., Claeys et al., and Wheeler, through the stages of literature review, constructing instruments, establishing content validity by means of expert validation, and field Other qualitative, obtained through observation, field note taking, field note categorization, and in-depth interviews. All data were analyzed by explanatory mixed-method analysis. The results showed that in general it can be concluded that the management of education financing has an impact or affects the quality of education in the Bandung City Private Aliyah Madrasah. The policies of the Committee of Union and Progress (CUP) towards Zionism and Jewish immigration and settlement in Palestine have already been considered in the scholarly literature. The other side of the issue, however, namely how the Yishuv itself regarded the CUP and its policies in general, has not been the subject of a systematic examination. The present study attempts to explore this question by a reading of five different Hebrew newspapers published in Palestine during the period 1909–1914. The findings indicate that the newspapers of the Second Aliyah immigrants and the Orthodox Ashkenazim were more supportive of the CUP than those of the Sephardim and especially the First Aliyah immigrants, depending on the different priorities of each sector within the Yishuv. Regardless of these differences, however, and in spite of the Yishuv's growing disillusionment with the Unionists already observed by the existing literature, all the newspapers considered here ultimately gave preference to the CUP over the opposition. Among their reasons for this preference were its lack of overt hostility to the Jews and the Yishuv, its identity as the mainstay of the constitutional regime, and its relative superiority in terms of qualified staff, coherence, and socio-economic programmes. This research included four early Arab and Islamic inscriptions, which are found in the “Aliyat Najd” region, and the four inscriptions were found in the “Aliyah Najd” area. A geographical area located in the center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the following mountains: Mount Zaidi, Mount Shatab, Mount Akithal and Mount Sanfan. These four inscriptions are the focal point of this research. With regard to letters and style, the inscriptions and writings date back to the early Islamic era, and these inscriptions can be dated from the first century AD to the third century AD. The study focused on documenting early Arab inscriptions in the Najd region, and an analytical study of these inscriptions is being conducted. This study is considered the first for these inscriptions, as it was discovered for the first time by the researcher. The study of these inscriptions provides a description, reading, commentary and analysis of their topics in an analytical and descriptive manner, and the paper attempts to analyze the technical features of writing and decorating the inscriptions under study, during the study and analysis of this group, whether form or object. The study proved that this group is similar to the Islamic writings in the entire Islamic world. In addition, the ability of the skill of the old Arab artist shows residents of the desert. The method of writing early Islamic inscriptions in the study area of ​​the Upper Najd Plateau was based on dry Kufic script, noting that the four inscriptions are not dated. Arabic inscriptions and writings are considered one of the most important sources for the history of the Arabian Peninsula, as they record passers-by, travelers, merchants and pilgrims who recorded the events of their era through inscriptions with his hand. And the tool with which these inscriptions were implemented.These inscriptions are evidence of the knowledge of Muslims and Arabs in the Arabian Peninsula to read and write, an acquired talent that goes back many centuries from distant eras. The first beginnings of writing knowledge in the Arabian Peninsula go back more than six thousand years to the present day.

This study aims at investigating the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Method in writing descriptive. This study was conducted by experimental research. The population of this study was the students at grade X IPA of Madrasah AliyahNegeri Lima Puluh. The total number of the population was one hundred sixty two students in four class. There were 32 students chosen as the sample by using random sampling technique. The sample was divided into two groups, namely control group and experimental group. The experimental group was taught by using CTL Method and control group was taught without using CTL Method. The instrument for collecting the data was writing test. The data was analyzed by using t-test formula. The result of the analysis shows that t-observed value is higher than t-table (2.34>2.00) at level of significance 0.05 with the degree of freedom 58. It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Based on the findings of this study, it was found that there is a significant effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Method in writing descriptive text. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Organizational commitment is one important factor in the sustainability of an organization. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the existence of organizational commitment, and how the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan, the purpose of this study is to find the existence of Organizational Commitment and the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This research was conducted in April - June 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The population of all MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan teachers. The sample used by the census technique is the total population, which amounts to 76 respondents, data analysis techniques: validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test. The analysis technique is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are: The organizational commitment of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan tends to be in the moderate category at 48.1 percent and 51.9 percent is another influence. Organizational Commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment has a strong positive influence on the performance of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan teachers. In contemporary times, the acquisition of digital literacy has emerged as a crucial determinant of students' achievements on a global scale. Therefore, that aspect has garnered significant attention from researchers and policymakers, necessitating further investigation and policy development. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the influence of digital capabilities and digital innovation on student performance in Madrasah Aliyah, which refers to Islamic senior high schools in Indonesia. This study examines the moderating influence of digital institutional culture on the relationship between digital capabilities, digital innovation, and student performance in Madrasah Aliyah educational institutions in Indonesia. Design / methodology / approach: The study employed primary data collection methods and acquired data through the administration of questionnaires. The study additionally utilized the SPSS-AMOS software to assess the reliability of the data and examine the relationships between variables. Findings: The findings suggest that there is a favorable correlation between digital capabilities, digital innovation, and student performance in Madrasah Aliyah educational institutions in Indonesia. The findings also indicated that the digital institutional culture has a substantial moderating role in the relationship between digital capabilities, digital innovation, and student performance in Madrasah Aliyah, which refers to Islamic senior high schools in Indonesia. Practical Implications: The study assists policymakers in formulating policies aimed at improving student performance through the utilization of digital capabilities and innovation. This study seeks to determine how usability, information quality, and accessibility effect the frequency with which madrasa websites are visited. This study proposes a correlational quantitative research methodology. The research cohort consisted of 2401 MAN Surakarta students, and the sample size was 96. The method of sampling is proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis utilizing correlation analysis and single regression to test the hypotheses of single correlation, correlation, and multiple regression. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Usability has a positive effect on the intensity of website use; 2) Information quality has a positive effect on the intensity of website use; 3) Accessibility has a positive effect on the intensity of website use; and 4) Usability, information quality, and accessibility all have a positive effect on the intensity of website use. Usability, information quality, and accessibility collectively contribute 51.1% to the website's intensity, while the remaining 48.9% is influenced by unmeasured variables. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study seeks to characterize digital literacy competency development management for educators and teaching staff at State Madrasah Aliyah in Surakarta. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. Interviews, observations, and documentation studies were used to collect data. Data analysis techniques incorporated interactive analytical techniques, such as data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Method triangulation is implemented in data validity standards. According to the findings of this research project, there are three conclusions: First, the management of digital literacy competency development for educators and educational staff at Madrasah Aliyah Surakarta includes: (a) the implementation of planning with work meetings by formulating goals that are in line with the madrasah vision, mission, goals, and programs activity (b) organizing includes determining the madrasah digital literacy team's organizational structure, task distribution, and personnel. (c) the development of digital literacy competencies is implemented through informal programs and formal programs, such as workshops, training, seminars, and MGMP, which are designed to equip digital knowledge and skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital security. d) The Madrasah's head conducts internal evaluation and surveillance. Second, the supporting factors include assistance from the madrasah in the form of complete facilities, madrasah DIPA funds, and additional learning support in the form of scholarships that increase digital competence. Third, the nature of human resources (some educators are unaware of digital literacy, and participants are less enthusiastic about participating in development activities) hinders management development. This article explores the history of non-Jewish immigration to Palestine, specifically focusing on Muslim immigration. It challenges the notion of Palestinians as indigenous people, arguing that many of them are recent immigrants, similar to the Jewish population. The article delves into the historical context of conquests and settlement in Palestine, as well as the motivations and origins of non-Jewish immigrants. It concludes that non-Jewish immigration significantly influenced the demographics of Palestine prior to the establishment of Israel in 1948. Additionally, the article examines the historical claims made by Palestinians regarding their ancestry and connection to the land of Israel, highlighting the use of the term "al-Ifranji" to refer to Crusader colonizers and the presence of Arabians in Palestinian history. It also addresses the issue of immigration to Palestine, particularly the British authorities' lack of attention to non-Jewish immigration. The article concludes by noting that historians and archaeologists generally dismiss the Palestinian narrative, arguing that most Palestinians are more closely related to Arabs from other countries than to the ancient Jebusites. Benign Prostate Hyperplasia or in the medical fieldknown as BPH is a hyperplasia of the prostate gland, causing enlargement of the prostate gland.1 Enlargement of this organ will cause blockage of the posterior urethra that obstructs the flow of urine.2 In Indonesia, Benign Prostate Hyperplasia occurs in 50% of men with urinary tract stones.3 The prevalence of BPH will increase with age for people over 40 years old. For men aged 60 years old, BHP occurs around 70% of the time and will increase for men aged over 80 years with a possibility that reaches 90%4. The objective of this study is to find out more knowledge and factors that influence the case of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) in Inpatient Rooms at Aliyah II General Hospital Kendari. This study used data from the medical records of Aliyah II General Hospital Kendari with form of cases of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in the year 2019. The data was obtained from the Urology Department of Inpatient Registration. The conclusion was that the cases of a hundred-percent Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) are male and the cases have increased gradually, which most occuring in men over 60 years old. Special attention is given to the results of the political activity of this diplomat in Warsaw, in particular to the issue concerning the aliyah of Polish Jews to Israel in this period. Long periods of online learning as a result of a pandemic with no apparent end date can result in a variety of compensatory behaviors, one of which is performing acts of aggression or unpleasant deeds towards children (students). Action violence and deeds that are harmful to children can happen at any time, by anybody, and anywhere, including in the classroom by instructors during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, child-friendly education in schools must be introduced. The goal of this study is to describe how child-friendly education was used at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bandar Lampung during the Covid-19 outbreak. Teachers and students are used as respondents in the study, which employs qualitative approaches. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bandar Lampung implemented childfriendly education during the Covid outbreak by following emergency curriculum requirements and adhering to instructor restrictions when conducting online learning. The provision of learning conditions that are clean, beautiful, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, safe, and comfortable as reflected in the components: 1) policies, 2) curriculum implementation, 3) trained educators and education personnel, 4) child-friendly facilities and infrastructure, 5) participation of children, 6) participation of parents, community, alumni, business world, community in child-friendly education. This study aims to analyze and obtain an overview of accreditation management in improving the performance quality of islamic senior high school in South Tangerang City which is studied based on planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, problems faced, and solutions to problems. The theory underlying the research is management theory, quality theory, and performance theory. The research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interview, documentation study, and triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) planning by conducting meetings involving educators and education staff refers to 8 educational standards, but has not been supported by documents for education and learning activities. (2) The organization is carried out through the formation of an accreditation team for each field, but it is not yet supported by an understanding of the latest accreditation instruments in 2020. (3) Guidance by reviewing instruments and document evidence, determining the priority scale of work, conducting internal assessments, and simulations, but has not been carried out comprehensively. intensive, and lack of understanding. (4) Coordination is carried out with internal and accreditation teams to equalize perceptions of instruments and documents, alignment of content, and timeliness, but it is not maximized so that there is still a lack of harmony between instruments. E-Learning can be defined as a form of information technology that is applied in the field of education in the form of a website that can be accessed anywhere. Combining face-to-face meetings with electronic learning can increase the contribution and interactivity between students. Madrasah aliyah (abbreviated as MA) is a secondary level of formal education in Indonesia, equivalent to high school, which is managed by the Ministry of Religion. MA Darul Uluum and MA Putri are part of PUI educational institutions located in Talaga District, Majalengka Regency. The resulting output is in the form of an e-learning system that can be used by schools in the teaching and learning process which is supported by the quality of teachers who are reliable in managing the e-learning system and the activeness of students in using the system.
