In this study, N-cyclopropylmethacrylamide, Diethylmethacrylamide, N isopropylmethacrylamide, 2-methoxyethylmethacrylamide, 3- methoxypropylmethacrylamide and Ethoxypropylmethacrylamide monomers which are methacrylate based were synthesized with the nucleophilic substitution reaction of metacryloyl chloride by cyclopropylamine, diethylamine, isopropylamine, 2- methoxyethylamine, 3-methoxypropylamine and ethoxypropylamine. H-NMR and FTIR spectra were obtained to determine the structures. From the monomers obtained, diethylmethacrylamide, 2-methoxyethylmethacrylamide, 3-methoxypropylmethacrylamide monomers were not polymerized by the ATRP method and as a result, poly (cyclopropylmethacrylamide), poly(isopropylmethacrylamide) and poly (ethoxypropylmethacrylamide) polymers were obtained. Therefore in the second of stage of this study these three monomers and polymers synthesized from these monomers were characterized. Polymerization processes were performed at room temperature and water was used as solvent. In the method, ETBrIBu was used as a initator, CuBr as a catalyst and HMTETA as a ligand. The lower critical solution temperature (LCST) on the aqueous media and the effects of salt concentrations on the Critical Flocculation Temperature (CFT) of the obtanied monomers were investigated. The molecular weights of the obtained polymers were determined Bu çalışmada siklopropilamin, dietilamin, N-izopropilamin, 2-metoksietilamin, 3- metoksipropilamin ve etoksipropilamin aminleri ile metakriloilklorür’ ün nükleofilik yer değiştirme reaksiyonu ile N-siklopropilmetakrilamid, Dietilmetakrilamid, izopropilmetakrilamid, 2-metoksietilmetakrilamid, 3-metoksipropilmetakrilamid ve Etoksipropilmetakrilamid olmak üzere metakrilat türü monomerler sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen yapıların belirlenmesi için H-NMR ve FT-IR spektrumları alınmıştır. Elde edilen monomerlerden Dietilmetakrilamid, 2-metoksietilmetakrilamid, 3- metoksipropilmetakrilamid monomerleri ATRP yöntemiyle polimerleşme göstermemiş ve sonuç olarak poli(siklopropilmetakrilamid), poli(N-izopropilmetakrilamid) ve poli(etoksipropilmetakrilamid) polimerleri elde edilmiştir. Bu nedenle çalışmanın ikinci kısmında bu üç monomerin ve bu monomerlerden elde edilen polimerlerin karakterizasyonları yapılmıştır. Polimerizasyon işlemleri oda sıcaklığında gerçekleştirilmiş ve çözücü olarak su kullanılmıştır. Yöntemde ETBrIBu başlatıcı, CuBr katalizör, HMTETA ise ligand olarak kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen polimerlerin sulu çözelti ortamında Alt Kritik Çözünme Sıcaklığı (Lower Critical Solution Temperature, LCST) ve tuz derişiminin Kritik Flokülasyon Sıcaklığı (Critical Flocculation Temperature, CFT) araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen polimerlerin molekül ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir
