Internationale.; International audience; La plupart des produits dermocosmétique conventionnels sont fabriqués à partir d'ingrédients synthétiques ou, parfois, d'origine animale. Outre les éventuels effets néfastes pour l'être humain, les différents procédés utilisés pour la fabrication des cosmétiques issus de la pétrochimie nuisent gravement à l'environnement. Pour cela actuellement on remarque dans l'industrie cosmétique et pharmaceutique une tendance vers les produits naturels. Ainsi, ce travail s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet ambitieux initié par le groupement pharmaceutique Biopharm Algérie dont l'objectif est la formulation d'un gel à base de substances naturelles, contenant un extrait d'aloe vera, un agent gélifiant et un filmogène, de l'eau, un conservateur et un humectant. Notre approche est basée sur une planification expérimentale, afin de réduire à la fois le nombre d'essais et le temps de réalisation, ce qui répond parfaitement au défi qu'impose le contexte économique actuel. L'objectif de ce travail est d'étudier l'effet d'agent filmogène qui est l'hydroxypropyl méthyle cellulose (HPMC) sur le comportement rhéologique du gel. Nous avons réalisé le test d'écoulement sur les 15 échantillons du gel formulé (15 essais proposés par le logiciel plan d'expérience), fourni par la suite deux modèles rhéologiques ; celui de Cross et le modèle de Carreau, les prédictions données par les deux modèles, ont alors été comparés aux résultats réels obtenus expérimentalement. Le coefficient de corrélation R2 et la viscosité à cisaillement nul ""?0 » nous ont permis de valider le modèle de Carreau qui décrit le mieux nos résultats. Une modélisation en surface de réponses a permis de déterminer l'effet de la concentration d'HPMC sur le comportement rhéologique du gel. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food-processing industries, the drying operation is a major intermediate step in the production of finished or semi-finished products. There are a great many drying processes and types of equipment, such as dryers with immersed channels; the main advantage of this type of dryer is the homogeneous distribution of the drying air, made possible by dihedrons, a special device for introducing the air. The basis tool for dimension, a drier with immersed channels, is the control of the dehydration of the product, and the distribution function residence time of the particles inside the column. In the present study, a model and thus an indirect measurement of dispersion coefficients of solids were proposed in contrast with previous studies where the variation of dispersion coefficient has often been disregarded in the granular flow models. The comparison of calculations with measurements gave an indirect measurement of the longitudinal and transversal variable coefficients as a function of the position in the column. It is concluded that it is necessary to account for the variation of dispersion coefficients during the granular flow in the column to obtain a correct description of their flow. It is worth noting that this indirect measurement proves that the transversal dispersion coefficient varied much more than the longitudinal one.

The behavioral study of non-Newtonian fluids with heat transfer is a very active field of research. Researchers are more interested in the heat developed in cylindrical pipes, in forced convection. We were interested in this thermal transfer work during a flow of a non-Newtonian fluid which is an aqueous Agar Agar solution, through a cylindrical heating pipe and horizontal heat flux imposed in a capillary installation.
