A Wireless Sensor Network WSN is a network of spread sensors that can accumulate a physical situation of the data resource. Reduction of sensor cost is an important task for researchers in WSNs technology. Taking full advantage of the sensor's lifetime in these networks is the most critical challenge of a Wireless Sensor Network WSN. Most sensor nodes of this network need to be ready for a long time with limited power batteries. This paper focuses on the adjustment of the optimal position. Using mobile access point (AP) alleviate the deficiency of WSNs. In most other approaches of the Network, the shortages geometric of the sensor nodes that closed to the sink, it will seriously become a complex data transfer. Thus, the lifetime of their batteries is a mean factor to maximize the minimum lifetime and frequency transmission/reception function must be possible and able to be executed to overcome the technical limitations. In particular, as a limitation of wireless, research on the part related to power supply and guarantee of wireless connectivity is continuing. With our technological development, Sine-Cosine-Algorithm (SCA) is proposed to find the optimal position of AP nodes concerning long lifetimes. That means we can design an efficient network with low-cost energy. The simulation results show that this method can extend the network's lifespan and save more than 45 percent of power. The results are compared with another Algorithm named Biogeography-Based Optimization (BBO). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
