Research relevance: keeping the Kyrgyz culture for the younger generation is relevant in connection with the preservation of the kind of nation. For this, the Kyrgyz female headdress elechek was studied. Elechek is a turban shaped headwear in Central Asia that has many ways of making. Research objectives: to consider the types of hats and the stages of manufacturing their different forms in the regions of Kyrgyzstan and the role of hats in the aesthetic education of students. Research materials and methods: the study of the form, design, color, patterns as an integral part of the artistic composition of the folk costume in the formation of the creative worldview of students studying folk art. Research results: Kyrgyz women's head wear is a turban shaped and in Central Asia it characterize an ethnic group in their form and structure. Conclusions: aesthetic education is one of the main conditions that contribute to the formation of students' individuality.

Research relevance: actual practice of pharmacotherapy in elderly patients does not always meet standards of treatment and recommendations, and currently there are no publicly available works on the age-related characteristics of the rheumatoid arthritis pharmacotherapy which complicates analysis and interpretation of the obtained results. Research objectives: to conduct a pharmacoepidemiological analysis in order to assess the actual use of drugs in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to identify their irrational use and increase the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy. Research methods and materials: case histories of 119 elderly patients treated from 2015 to 2018 with a clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in the Department of Rheumatology of the Osh Interregional Clinical Hospital of Kyrgyzstan were analyzed. Research results: the individual characteristics of elderly patients, comorbidities should determine the choice of a specific treatment regimen. Conclusion: when analyzing the pharmacotherapy of rheumatoid arthritis in elderly people, insufficient use of basic anti-inflammatory drugs with proven efficacy was revealed.

Research relevance in this article directed on the main methodological principles in planning research at public health and teaching course in the Osh State University for students of specialty 560100 Public Health and Medicine Ph.D. program. Research aims and objectives: analysis of subject of Research Methodology in Public Health and teaching the course at the Osh State University. Research methods: are based on analysis of curricula content and materials for lectures and practical classes for this course. Research results: use of various materials in lectures and practical classes made it possible to increase the students’ level of knowledge and skills in the Public Health and Medicine specialty. Conclusion: Results obtained from the subject analysis and teaching the course in methodology of scientific research in public health are necessary in further planning and development of curriculum and structure of classes to increase efficiency.

Research relevance: the issues of organizing and conducting teaching practice at Osh State University are relevant in connection with the increase and improvement of teachers and students educational activities in general. Research objectives: to reveal the goals, objectives, content and criteria for assessing adaptation, vocational-base and vocational-profile practice. Research materials and methods: the article construction based on analysis of educational standards on pedagogical practice, on the main goals and objectives definition in adaptational-pedagogical practice. Research results: experience of organizing and conducting pedagogical practice can be theoretically and practically useful for several pedagogical universities. Conclusions: based on specialties specifics, methodological departments of pedagogical faculties have developed educational methodological complexes and syllabuses for each type of pedagogical practice.

Topic relevance is the fact that in Nostratic information about prakorn with the meaning of "cover" and its reflexes in modern languages are presented separately, unsystematically, in various editions, are presented independently of each other and need concentrated consideration. Research aim is to coordinate the facts discovered by comparativists and their ideas regarding the origin and transformation of the ancient root with the seme ���cover��� in the languages of Eurasia and North Africa within the framework of a comprehensive synthesizing model. In the process of comparative analysis of the facts of the respective languages, the praform of the verbal meaning "cover" was reconstructed in the form * kap-, which could act as the initial beginning of all possible formal-semantic transformations and derivatives. The phonetic transformation of the prakorn was carried out within the framework of such phonetic processes as alternation, syncope, apocopy, epithesis, lengthening of the interconsonant vowel, diphthongization, metathesis, etc., which led to an increase in sound discrepancies in the phonological form of prototype reflexes. In addition, modern transformations of prakorn have acquired diverse meanings - procedural (���close���, ���close���, ���cover���, ���hide���, ���hide���, ���cover���, ���besiege���, ���surround���, ���obscure���, ���fill���, etc.), substantive ("blanket", "shroud", "cover", "bark", "skin", "envelope", "shell", "bag", "bag���, "Warehouse", "cellar", "sheath", "holster", "dishes", "vessel", "ladle", "measure", "sample", "form", "grave", "coffin", "prison","sheaf", "bundle", "armful", "cart", "vegetable garden", etc.). These facts indicate that in the process of their development, the lexical units of the language undergo various modifications, semantically enriched, branched out, preserving the elements of ancient meaning, satisfying the ever-increasing need of their speakers for an adequate nomination of similar and close actions and objects.
