The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the formation of state juvenile policy. In particular, the initial principles on which an effective juvenile policy should be based are considered, in particular the principles of human rights, social justice, a preventive approach and an interdisciplinary approach. The author analyzes the role of state institutions in ensuring children's rights, as well as the interaction between different levels of government and public organizations. The importance of integrating social, legal and psychological aspects into the process of developing juvenile policy, as well as its adaptation to changing socio-cultural conditions, is emphasized. The key challenges and prospects facing the state in the context of protecting children's rights and preventing juvenile delinquency are also highlighted. The importance of interagency and intersectoral cooperation for the implementation of juvenile policy is also discussed. The emphasis is placed on the need for a comprehensive approach to the problem, which includes the interaction of social protection bodies, education, healthcare, law enforcement bodies and justice bodies. The author proposes a vision of a model of state juvenile polic y, which is aimed not only at punishing offenders, but also at creating favorable conditions for their rehabilitation and social adaptation. The issue of ensuring children's access to necessary social services, in particular in the field of psychosocial support and education, is also considered. An important aspect of the article is the identification of priority areas for the development of juvenile policy, including improving the legislative framework, modernizing the system of upbringing and support for children, and improving preventive measures to prevent delinquency among minors. In addition, the author emphasizes the need for constant assessment of the effectiveness of state juvenile policy and its adaptation to changes in society, in particular by taking into account the latest approaches in the field of psychology, sociology, and pedagogy. The article provides important recommendations for specialists in the field of juvenile justice, social workers, teachers, and representatives of state bodies who work with children and adolescents in difficult life situations. Between the end of the 20th century and the new millennium, while the critical debate on Giovanni Verga seemed to weaken and at the same time his influence on contemporary literature diminished, numerous artists in the musical world drew from the experimentalism inherent to the Catanian writer's verist oeuvre. Through performances that combined theatre, dance, and music, often involving contaminations among different styles, the works of verist Verga transcended the geographical boundaries of Sicily to reach the 'Big Apple' and even reverberated in expressive pop-culture forms, including pop music, combining more traditional pieces in Sicilian dialect with rap sounds. Although the choice of musical works presented in this paper is limited to those based on the novel I Malavoglia and a few short stories, within this corpus containing various reinterpretations by contemporary artists one can find stylistic and thematic inspirations that reflect the cornerstones of Verga's expressive innovation. The study's objective was to explore occupational well-being of brick kiln workers. The impetus of this research is to improve the brick kiln laborers' well-being. The study's population of concern included the four districts of Punjab, Pakistan. Two districts selected from the South, Punjab, Multan and Jhang, and two from east of the Punjab are Sialkot and Kasur. The in-depth interviews (qualitative) & interview schedule (quantitative) methods were used to collect data. For the qualitative part, 10 stakeholders were selected purposively for in-depth interviews. For quantitative part, the convenient sampling technique was used for data collection. Both, qualitative data and quantitative data were analyzed through diverse statistics procedures as per requirements of study. Results show that occupational well-being was moderately positively correlated with theoretical model of Keyes. The findings are based on qualitative part with theme interpretation, and next quantitative part is divided into two distinct segments, namely descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. This article aims to take part in the ongoing discussion on the social and political potentialities as well as the conceptual premises of choreography and to contribute to the discussion about world relations in the choreographed movement. The much-used definition of Western choreography is "organized movement in space and time". Although this definition always applies, it does not specify the world relations and worldmaking capacities of the choreographed movement. The main focus of this article is an ontological rethinking of the basic concepts of choreography: movement, space, time and organization, with the addition of kinaesthetic fields, kinaesthetic and spatial intelligence, virtual and actual realms, striated and smooth spaces (Deleuze and Guattari) and different conceptions of time. By analyzing these concepts, the aim is to provide a view of ontologically elementary units in choreography (such as a change in space, the difference over time and space, and passage to shared actuality), with a wider understanding of the inherent social relationality in choreographed movement. After discussing these topics, a few social choreography events and protests are described to represent different choreographic aims and organizational modes arising from each specific situation. The article concludes by proposing that choreography could be seen as organizing movement in space and time but also as a choreographic actualization of intensities in different discursive fields. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Motivation; Actualization; (3) Productivity; and (4) The Effect of Work Motivation and Self-Actualization on Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgical Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, the analysis used in this research is the Nurses in the Surgical Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is crosssectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh turned out that most of the Nurses gave very good responses; Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh in general can be said to be good, Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Aceh is currently considered good seen from the results of data processing and analysis results of 0.894. Work motivation and selfactualization simultaneously affect the work productivity of Nurses at the Iskandar Muda Hospital Surgery Poly in Banda Aceh. However, partially work motivation of 0.673 is more dominant in influencing the work productivity of nurses than self-actualization of 0.360. Thus Work Motivation is more dominant in influencing Work Productivity, being the first priority in improving Nurse performance. then the Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh Hospital Surgery Room is expected from the leadership to continue to be able to provide Work Motivation to nurses on a regular basis so that in providing services in the Surgical Poly runs optimally as well as nurses are included in training and education, so that they are able to work well and gain the trust of patients or the public. The preservation of the traditional art of Pabitte Passapu faces challenges when there are changes in the community supporting the art, so that the inheritance of art to the younger generation is hampered. This condition disrupts the stability of the arts in the Kajang indigenous community. Therefore, the problem in this article is the efforts made by the Kajang indigenous community in maintaining the art of Pabitte Passapu so that the value and meaning of the art remain a source of learning. The objectives of this article are first, to explain that the Kajang indigenous people maintain local values in the midst of societal changes; second, to analyze the performance and meaning of the Pabitte Passapu dance as a source of learning local values; and third, to analyze the ability of the indigenous people to pass on the intellectual property contained in the Pabitte Passapu art. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, oral history interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis uses historical and socio-cultural approaches, especially dance sociology. The results showed that the preservation of the art of Pabitte Passapu can be done through the strategy of strengthening the space for the actualization of art, innovating the inheritance of art through learning and training.

The purpose of this article is to explain the principle of religious moderation in leadership which is associated with the concepts of justice and balance in the Qur'an, lafadz al-'adl and al-qist. The research used in the qualitative data collection method is literature study, but the main data is the verses of justice of the Qur'an and its interpretations, while the secondary data is all literature in the form of literary works. Books, articles and other writings related to and supporting this research. The results of this work include finding the right concept of justice and balance, which is the basic principle of creating religious moderation. By equating the expression fair and balanced with the words al-adl and al-qisth, according to the Qur'an, a leader can apply the principles of justice and balance in his leadership. Even in orders that are binding and exclusive to all purposes, so a leader must be able to treat all parties equally, maintain balance, hold fast to the truth, be firm and firm. complete in decision. Seeing the several notions of justice in the Qur'an above, the words 'adl and al-qisth are more towards moderation because they have the same meaning. This is the background for the writer to use these two words in the context of a fair and balanced government according to the principle of religious moderation. Besides highly grammaticalized analytic verb forms that constitute the system's main tense, aspect, and mood forms, Basque has a handful of less grammaticalized periphrases for secondary aspectual and modal meanings. In both older and more recent texts, some of these periphrases have been reanalyzed as monoclausal and readjusted in accordance with the auxiliated verb's argument structure. This readjustment or actualization process involves changes in two respects: case-marking and indexation through auxiliary change. The reanalysis and actualization of theses periphrases seem to be driven by analogy with highly extended and frequent analytic verb forms. Citizen Engagement is one of the most important elements in social life. This engagement can bring up various positive contributions to a community. This activity is an important aspect of social responsibility as an active citizen. Youth participation in community activities involves community service (gotong-royong). Mutual cooperation will contribute to the growth and development of youth, as well as efforts to create community welfare. This research aims to determine the actualization of the Sakai Sambayan philosophy of youth people's life in the Kedaloman, Tanggamus district, Lampung, community in strengthening citizen engagement. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach using studies cases. The observation technique employed participant observation by becoming a member of Ikatan Muli-Mekhanai Kebandakhan in Pekon Kedaloman (local youth association). Then, interviewing the head of the organization and village officials to find out about the actualization of Sakai Sambayan local wisdom values. This study indicates that understanding the concept of Sakai Sambayan itself influences the actualization of local wisdom values in young people. Through understanding these life principles, young people have a culture of shame if they do not participate in community activities. The actualization value of Sakai Sambayan among the youth of Kedaloman can be seen in their various efforts to actively participate in the community activities, such as community service, religious activities, and the preservation of the cultural heritage in Pekon Kedaloman.

The Indonesian Democracy Index for Lampung Province was ranked 8th in 2021 reaching 80.18 (BPS: 2021). West Tulang Bawang Regency has an indicator of human development at level 4, the lowest in a Regency/City in Lampung Province with a percentage of 66.22 (BPS: 2021), based on indicators of freedom, equality and capacity of democratic institutions. This scientific study aims to examine the actualization of democratic values based on the local wisdom of the people of Tulang Bawang, West Lampung. This type of research is field research which leads to naturalistic research with the nature of qualitative research. Primary data sources are purposive sampling as the key informants can be representative and data processing methods are obtained from observations, interviews and documentation from community leaders and humanists. Inductive data analysis involves methods with reduction stages, data presentation and data verification. The local wisdom of the West Tulang Bawang community consists of the Nenemo Philosophy and the Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai Program. Democratic values that are highly respected in the world include freedom, openness, equality, justice and responsibility. Associated with local wisdom, it turns out that democratic values already exist in the principles of life in the cultural wisdom of Pepadun. Attitudes and behaviors in the Pepadun culture of the West Tulang Bawang community, of course, have meanings including Mes which means to endure, Nedes which means to hold on deeper, Ago which means to want, Kuwawo which means to be able to be internalized in a multicultural society by reflecting hard work, nemen which means earnest, nedes which means resilient, and nekhimo which means to accept God's gift sincerely. The people of Tulang Bawang Barat have values of equality, and responsibility in social life. The meaning of Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai comes from the language of the Lampung tribe Pepadun Megow Pak Tulang Bawang which is used as the motto as well as the movement's unifying motto in carrying out the development of both infrastructure and social morals in West Tulang Bawang Regency using indicators of justice, freedom, and openness as a concrete form of cultural diversity. Among religion, ethnicity, and other social groups, the people of Lampung Pepadun who are in Tulang Bawang Barat are united in all ways to achieve success together without eliminating or undermining other groups. This is in line with the actualization of democracy as well as this distinctive culture as striving for the civilization of ethnic communities in challenging times. The article deals with the theme of updating of Cuba's economic model mainly from the perspective of economic and political philosophy and its interdisciplinary contexts. First, it examines the historical origins of Cuba's socialist model and the subsequent changes after the fall of the Eastern Bloc. Second, it analyses the actualization of Cuba's model in the first two decades of the 21st century, that is, mainly the introduction of market and private ownership to complement planning and public ownership. Third, it explains the codification of these changes in the new constitution. Forth and finally, it focuses on an interpretation of international cooperation both in Latin America, especially within the framework of the two pink tides, and with other partners in global interactions, particularly China. The article deals with the study of aspects of the actualization of the motion concept within the English railway transport discourse. It reveals the notion of concept actualization, identifies lexical means of its actualization, presents lexicographic and contextual analysis. It proves the thesis about the multifaceted and multilayered organization of this macro-concept, covering all transport areas. The linguistic means objectifying the concept convey a wide range of meanings. The core of the concept is formed by the verbs of motion, reflecting the direct physical movement of a subject or object in space. The verbs contain a nuclear seme and some additional characteristics of movement. The verbs of movement mainly contain the seme of a vector, regular, controlled movement, movement with the application of certain efforts, movement focused on the hauling some objects. The specificity of the research material allows us to see the conceptual features of movement in a professional environment. The motion concept acquires additional features, based on the fact that movement becomes an aspect of commercial activity that requires the involvement of various kinds of resources, a socially significant factor for the whole society, ensuring both proper functioning of not only the transport, but also the economic industry. The motion concept can be represented as a macro concept that combines other basic concepts. Blurring, fuzziness of boundaries between concepts is manifested in diffuseness, that is, in the ability of some components of one concept to participate in the creation of another.

The article deals with the transformations of Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment, with an emphasis on the actualization of the epilogue of the novel in the cinema, from the beginning of the 20th to the beginning of the 21st century. The research focuses on films that are of significant importance for the ‘spirit of the time’ of their era, and, at the same time, that most actively participated in the creation of the cultural phenomenon of Raskolnikov’s transmedial metatext. The analysis reveals the dialogism of film authors in reference to the epilogue, which, in the researcher’s opinion, contains the ‘original message’ of the novel. Several variants of screen interpretations of the epilogue of Crime and Punishment are here analyzed. A first option is when the author develops Dostoevsky’s ideas, so the hero abandons the idea of ‘having right’ and ‘permissiveness’ and evolutes to a new worldview (Raskolnikov by Robert Wiene, Crime and Punishment by Joseph von Stenberg and Georges Lampen, Pickpocket by Robert Bresson). A second option is when the hero remains fixed on his idea and the correctness of his own convictions, however he goes to surrender (Crime and Punishment by Lev Kulidzhanov and Aki Kaurismyaki). A third option means that the hero insists on his ideological platform, but the authorities punish him (Alfred Hitchcock’s Rope, Jean-Luc Godard’s Breathless). A fourth option is when the hero does not surrender to the police, does not confess the crime, and continues to live in his usual way (Silent Pages by Alexander Sokurov and Match Point by Woody Allen). A fifth option means that the hero does not hide from the law and continues to be a part of the existing social system (Taxi Driver by Martin Scorsese, Nina by Heitor Dhalia).

The research focuses on the problem of interpretation of such a concept as the origin, which is ultimate for philosophical thought and bases existentially oriented constructions of Franz Rosenzweig and Martin Heidegger. It is argues in this paper the fundamental difference between the interpretations of the origin in “The Star of Redemption» and in «Being and Time”, despite all points of intersection and coincidences that bring closer together dialogical and existential-historical thinking. Such differentiation of positions is determined by the necessity both to neutralize romantic connotations, which expose the origin ( Ursprung ) as abyss ( Abgrund ), and to methodologically clarify the possibility not so much to think as to practically assert a limited and unclosed within itself integral being, including ontological and ethical dimensions. The origin of oblivion and renewal, imposed by Heidegger’s hermeneutics of facticity, is contrasted with Rosenzweig's origin of the “eternal overworld”, reconstructed on the basis of Herman Cohen's religio-philosophical intuitions and his analysis of the infinitesimal as a principle of reality. Rosenzweig’s position, which aims at a correlative consideration of the purely logical content of the infinitesimal quantity (almost-Nothing) and the existential experience of the finiteness of everything, is favorably distinguished by the absence of a one-sided focus on recalling, where fore-running although is declared, but it is immediately restrained by being-towards-death. As a result, Rosenzweig’s dialogism turns out to be free from overestimating what Heidegger’s interpretation calls resoluteness, which in fact is not much different from paralysis in the clearance of being. Cohen’s problem of an infinite task's realization, being actualized in Rosenzweig’s conception, allows to go beyond being-towards-death in juxtaposing the trajectories of initial elements into a true gestalt.

Schmemann's harsh judgement of the antiphons of Holy Friday matins invites us to consider the role of hymnography in the liturgical celebration. By analysing the historical context of the appearance of the antiphons – according to the methodology proposed by Schmemann – it is possible to consider the way in which these hymns make use of scriptural material by means of patristic intertextuality. The hymns privilege some biblical interpretations in order to encourage the believer to join in the participation in the Kingdom. This parenetic bias, however, often masks the eschatological message contained in the hymns themselves, and even degenerates into denunciatory rhetoric. It is then necessary to recontextualize the functions of hymnography to actualize it, especially by questioning its relationship to Scripture in order to refocus on the theological message. The general function of the determinant is usually described by linguists and grammarians in terms of “actualization”, referring explicitly or implicitly to the passage of a sign from a “potential” to an “effective” status. This vision is anchored in theorisations by G. Guillaume and C. Bally, based on Saussure’s language/speech dichotomy. The usefulness of the concept of actualization, however, raises questions insofar as the value of “not actualization” is not associated with the absence of determinant. Thus, it is necessary to go beyond the explanations inspired by these contributions in order to understand the functional difference between nominal expressions with and without determinant. We postulate that the criterion of focalization is useful to achieve this objective. We show that G. Guillaume’s writings contain explanations that are in line with the analysis in terms of (de)focalization that we propose.

In modern German, singular noun phrases without any actualizer (type [ØN]sg) encode a non-discrete and undefined aim. In old high German, the marking of nominal categories is the object of current development, and the interpretation of a noun phrase reduced to its basis emerges from the context in which it is used. In the following paper, we will present the different possible semantic interpretations for those noun phrases in Otfrid's corpus (860), by analyzing which type of signs, among those that are co-present within the utterance, act as guides to the interpretative work of the receiver, through a distinction between actualizing and desactualizing contexts. In so doing, we will question the degree of grammaticalization of the opposition /discrete/~/non-discrete/ in this state of language.

This research sets out from the fact that advances in information technology in the current era or what is known as the industrial era 4.0. has brought major changes to occur in human life in the field of marketing, especially product promotion. The changes referred to include the convenience of business actors in promoting and disseminating product information so that it reaches consumers. However, sometimes marketing activities by business actors are not in accordance with proper ethics, both in terms of legal norms and the Koran values. This study aims to formulate the actualization of marketing ethics in the context and condition of today's society from the perspective of the Koran. This study applies a qualitative approach and belongs to library research. Based on this research, it is obtained that marketing ethics in the industrial era 4.0. currently has a very important position so that businessmen do not arbitrarily use advances in information technology by carrying out various ways that are not in accordance with regulations and the values ​​of the Koran. In addition, the actualization of marketing ethics from the Koran perspective as a response to the industrial era 4.0 can be done by spreading content of promotion based on piety and honesty, displaying sharia-compliant and gharar-less content, incubating local products into marketing management, and orienting the business to the merit goals.

In the text we analyze how the predicative name COVID-19 (also considering all possible synonyms) belonging to the category of is actualized in the texts of the Spanish language press online. We present the determinants and light verbs which are mentioned used by Spanish-speaking journalists, and this allows to know better not only the syntax of the name in question but also the combinatory inventory of all the predicative names of the same class. As the texts studied are characterized by a certain level of specialization, the results of the study may do not correspond to the analysis of other, more or less specialized, texts., more or less specialized. This article is an attempt to analyze English neologisms that appeared in the language during the COVID-19 era. The authors examined a series of English-language publications, presented on open-access public domains such as BBC News, The Conversation, Business Mirror, The Economic Times, as well as Glossary on the COVID-19 pandemic, published on the website of the Government of Canada. The chronological scope of the study lies within April 2020 – February 2021. The analyzed glossary included 143 lexical units. The authors conducted content analysis, which helped to reveal five main groups of neologisms: neologisms that came into our speech from the limited use vocabulary; neologisms describing our new reality; neologisms formed by joining two lexical units with or without contamination; neologisms, which are phrases that either existed earlier, but experienced a semantic shift, or phrases that have appeared in the COVID era and are used to denote previously non-existent realities; neologisms formed by phonetic distortion of already existing words. The study showed that the most extensive groups of neologisms were those that have come from the limited use vocabulary, in particular from medical terminology, and neologisms describing a new reality, which include the very name of the virus (COVID or corona). It should be noted that neologisms that have come into general use from medicine require a special interpretation, since they are not always clearly understood by the recipients. Moreover, many neologisms, having arisen in English, have not got an adequate translation or analogue in the Russian language yet, therefore, these words require a further more careful study.

Background. The penetration of information technologies into all spheres of life, the introduction of distance education methods, open access to information and educational resources has led to the need to introduce and develop a model of convergent education based on the convergence and mutual influence of different areas of training and digital technologies. The article deals with the issues of modernization of the educational process related to the introduction and development of the concept and model of convergent education. Materials and methods. The developed model of convergence of educational programs and vacancies of employers in the form of a weighted graph is presented. A graph clustering algorithm based on the modernized Louvain method has been developed. Results. The article deals with practical issues of synthesis and development of the concept of convergent education. Conclusions. To implement the concept, models and methods for managing convergent processes have been developed based on the synchronization of educational programs, electronic educational resources and the requirements of employers in regional labor markets.

This study aims to elucidate the portrait of an educational institution that actualizes Islam Nusantara values in the process of transferring knowledge to the students. This study applied a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation at one madrasah in Kudus City, Central Java, namely Madrasah Qudsiyyah, which is very close to local traditions and culture. This study’s results revealed that the forms of Islam Nusantara values actualization in this institution were generally depicted in the uniform as madrasah identity, teaching materials/references using Javanese, learning methods, activity essences both in routine activities and specific events, and the teachers’ productivity with their scientific specifications; thus, they give nuances that are typical of the archipelago in this madrasah.

The aim of the article is to characterize empirically the personal expediency of a person’s actualization of his own psychological resources. In the empirical study, the methods of the psychological questionnaire were used, as well as such methods of mathematical and statistical analysis of data as the cluster, regression, correlation, classification, discriminant analysis. The empirical study was carried out according to Nelson’s model, which assumed the discrimination of indicators of personal expediency of actualizing a person’s own psychological resources by coherence and systemic reflection. The results of the research. The personal content of the feeling of coherence, which generalizes the expediency of actualizing psychological resources, are experiences and values subject to systemic reflection, namely: aspects of experience – efforts and satisfaction, motivational values – independence and universalism. The indicators of the actualization of the feeling of coherence are personal resourcefulness and the ability of a person to operate with his own resources, that is able to invest and update. Reflected resource content of the feeling of coherence is made up of such resources: positive relationships with others, goals in life, faith, mercy, creative activity, reflections, physical activity, self-confidence, love, creativity, faith in goodness, work on oneself, responsibility. Conclusions. The personal content of coherence can be interpreted as a per­son’s achievement of a successful author’s way of being through the application of his own efforts. The ability to invest their own resources is the main indicator of the actualization of resources in a sense of coherence, which characterizes the desire for positive relationships with others, creative activity, and physical activity. The personal expediency of actualizing psychological resources is revealed in a person’s satisfaction with the application of his own efforts regarding an independent understanding of a merciful attitude towards others as the deter­mining goal of his life.

This study focuses on the teaching and learning process of Indonesian overseas schools (SILN). The purpose of making this article is to find out how the actualization of the national education process in SIDH Belanda dan SIKL Malaysia in assimilation in their country. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used is descriptive document analysis. And based on the analysis of various documents, it was found that the two countries implemented national education into teaching and learning activities. There are similarities and there are differences between the teaching and learning activities of the two countries. There are similarities and differences in the teaching and learning activities of the two countries, which are seen from three aspects, among others, national education in the curriculum, national values in the curriculum, and the strategy for implementing national education. In addion, Learning at Indonesian Overseas Schools (SILN) is also carried out optimally by SILN teachers in facing challenges and obstacles, this learning is carried out in order to realize and implement national education even though in overseas areas and to create smart and quality successors of the nation.

Based on observations in the Old Babylonian Mari letters, the Balaam inscription, Neo-Assyrian and ancient Greek oracles, the suspected long-term process of the emergence of Israelite prophetic writings is questioned despite the textual variants which are testified to especially in Qumran. Israelite prophets stuck with their lives to the reliability of the divine message, so they were anxious for their trustworthy messages to be written down. For actualizations and new contextualizations there was no need for any changes. As examples of how prophecies were written down I used Haggai, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

I take non-locality to be the Michelson–Morley experiment of the early 21st century, assume its universal validity, and try to derive its consequences. Spacetime, with its locality, cannot be fundamental, but must somehow be emergent from entangled coherent quantum variables and their behaviors. There are, then, two immediate consequences: (i). if we start with non-locality, we need not explain non-locality. We must instead explain an emergence of locality and spacetime. (ii). There can be no emergence of spacetime without matter. These propositions flatly contradict General Relativity, which is foundationally local, can be formulated without matter, and in which there is no "emergence" of spacetime. If these be true, then quantum gravity cannot be a minor alteration of General Relativity but must demand its deep reformulation. This will almost inevitably lead to: matter not only curves spacetime, but "creates" spacetime. We will see independent grounds for the assertion that matter both curves and creates spacetime that may invite a new union of quantum gravity and General Relativity. This quantum creation of spacetime consists of: (i) fully non-local entangled coherent quantum variables. (ii) The onset of locality via decoherence. (iii) A metric in Hilbert space among entangled quantum variables by the sub-additive von Neumann entropy between pairs of variables. (iv) Mapping from metric distances in Hilbert space to metric distances in classical spacetime by episodic actualization events. (v) Discrete spacetime is the relations among these discrete actualization events. (vi) "Now" is the shared moment of actualization of one among the entangled variables when the amplitudes of the remaining entangled variables change instantaneously. (vii) The discrete, successive, episodic, irreversible actualization events constitute a quantum arrow of time. (viii) The arrow of time history of these events is recorded in the very structure of the spacetime constructed. (ix) Actual Time is a succession of two or more actual events. The theory inevitably yields a UV cutoff of a new type. The cutoff is a phase transition between continuous spacetime before the transition and discontinuous spacetime beyond the phase transition. This quantum creation of spacetime modifies General Relativity and may account for Dark Energy, Dark Matter, and the possible elimination of the singularities of General Relativity. Relations to Causal Set Theory, faithful Lorentzian manifolds, and past and future light cones joined at "Actual Now" are discussed. Possible observational and experimental tests based on: (i). the existence of Sub- Planckian photons, (ii). knee and ankle discontinuities in the high-energy gamma ray spectrum, and (iii). possible experiments to detect a creation of spacetime in the Casimir system are discussed. A quantum actualization enhancement of repulsive Casimir effect would be anti-gravitational and of possible practical use. The question of the originality of the syntax of native advertising publications in Russian editions of international glossy magazines in 2018-2020 is considered. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the interest of domestic and foreign experts in one of the modern formats of brand promotion on the market — natural advertising that organically fits into the content of the site, print or online edition and helps to promote the brand’s products to the market. The novelty of the study is associated with the allocation, systematization and description of the main features of native publications: the functioning of bisubstantive sentences, question-answer complexes, connecting structures, definite personal one-part sentences with predicate verbs of the 1st and 2nd person singular; the use of bifunctional exclamation sentences, simple sentences, complicated by inserted constructions and introductory-modal words; the use of non-union complex sentences with explanatory semantic relations, complex sentences with explanatory-object and intrinsic-attributive clauses; introduction of various explicit intertextual units, etc. The author comes to the conclusion that the syntax of texts in the native advertising format as a whole is a hybrid formation, similar to the syntax, on the one hand, of direct advertising texts, and journalistic and PR-texts on the other.
