In the first 3 years childhood is rapid growth and development period. Parents have big role for children growth and development. The basicneed for child growth and development are education, love, care pattern. This research is to fi nd the revolution between education, love, carepattern with children growth and development. This research purpose was fi nd the revolution of education pattern consist of nutrition, basichealth treatment, housing, body health, love pattern consist of love, safety, care pattern consist of stimulation with growth and development. The research was analytically observational and data was collected by cross sectional. Population was all of children under fi ve years old in CermeLor Village, Cerme Sub District, Gresik Regency. The sample of this research was children that age 1-3 years and her mother, using samplerandom sampling method and sample were 60 children. Collecting data was carried out by using questionnaire such as family characteristic;children characteristic which age 1-3 years. Education, love, care with using questionnaire, for the growth was measured by using weight perage with WHO-NCHS standard and the development using Pre Screening Questionnaire Test. Data were analyze by Spearman test correlationChi Square. The result showed that were correlation between education pattern, such as nutrition, basic health treatment, housing with growth(p < 0.05) and there were no relation in body health with growth (p > 0.05). There were relation in love pattern with stimulation that can inhunched the growth (p < 0.05). There were no relation in love pattern like love and safety with growth (p > 0.05). The conclusion that can bedraw is there are relation between education, love and care pattern with children growth and development which age 1-3 years. There for itneeded to emphasize the importance of parent role to take education, love, care their son in order to the problem of growth and developmentcan be reduce.Key words: education, lov

The number of Indonesian smokers in 2013 has reached 36.3% and continues to increase each year. This will directly affect the increase in passive smokers in Indonesia. Harmful free radicals from cigarette smoke inhaled can lead to irritation of the bronchial airways. Irritation of the airways characterized by mucus hypersecretion induced goblet cell hyperplasia of the bronchi. Giving antioxidants superoxide dismutase melon extract with a combination of gliadin (SOD-gliadin) reduces radical that goblet cell hyperplasia in the bronchial airways can be reduced. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the SOD-gliadin to the decrease of goblet cell hyperplasia of the bronchi. Giving SOD-gliadin carried out for 28 days with exposure to smoke two cigarettes per day using 5 groups: negative control, positive control and 3 treatment groups with different doses (2,25 IU; 4,5 IU; 9 IU). Observation of goblet cell hyperplasia performed on histological preparations with a longitudinal section with four visual field. With the effects of the antioxidant superoxide dismutase melon extract on percentage of goblet cell hyperplasia (ANOVA, p = 0396). It can be concluded supplementation with SOD-gliadin not influence the percentage of goblet cell hyperplasia.

The purpose of this study was to know differences in fasting blood glucose levels among both the control and treatment groups were given Trans Fatty Acid of groceries margarine and oil is heated rapidly. This research is true experimental design to study Post Test Only Control Group Design. The sample size in this study was 25 rats wistar strain males were divided into 5 groups: the first group was the control, the second group by of margarine that is heated by the content of TFA 1%, the third group by the addition palm oil, which is heated repeats to content TFA 1%, the fourth group by margarine are heated with TFA content of 2%, and the fifth group by the addition of palm oil, which is heated repeats to the TFA content of 2%. Treatment was given for 4 weeks, after the laboratory examination of fasting blood glucose at the end of the treatment. Data fasting blood glucose levels in all groups were tested by one-way ANOVA with 95% confidence level. The results showed that TFA may increase the levels of fasting blood glucose treatment groups compared with the control group, and the differences in levels of fasting blood glucose between treatment groups was not influenced by the amount of content TFA but due to different types of TFA given that of margarine and palm oil that is heated Repeat.

NASKAH “MAKAM DIPERTUAN” KARYA WISRAN HADI TINJAUAN STRUKTURAL Skripsi, oleh : Adriani M.Nur, 1210742021. Jurusan Sastra Daerah Minangkabau, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Andalas, Padang. ABSTRAK Naskah drama “Makam Dipertuan” karya Wisran Hadi dibangun oleh unsur-unsur instrinsik yang menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh. Unsur-unsur yang membangun naskah ini terdiri dari tokoh dan penokohan, latar, alur dan tema yang memiliki hubungan antar unsurnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori struktural untuk melihat bagaimana unsur tokoh dan penokohan, latar, dan alur saling berhubungan dalam membangun karya sastra dan melihat hubungan antar unsurnya. Hubungan itu antara lain, hubungan tokoh dengan latar, latar dengan alur dan menemukan tema. Setelah melakukan analisis disimpulkan bahwa naskah drama “Makam Dipertuan” dibangun dengan unsur instrinsik yang baik. Setiap bagian cerita tidak dapat dipisahkan antara satu unsur dengan unsur yang lain, karena antara unsur tersebut saling berhubungan dan saling menunjang, sehingga membangun suatu kesatuan yang utuh. Setelah melihat unsur instrinsiknya, kemudian dilihat hubungan antar unsurnya, ditemukan tema minor dari naskah drama Makam Dipertuan yaitu budaya, kebohongan dan dekadensi moral. Dari tema minor tersebut dapat ditarik satu tema mayor dari naskah drama Makam Dipertuan yaitu komersialisasi budaya. Kata kunci: Makam Dipertuan, Wisran Hadi, struktural.

Background: Hypertension closely related to impaired endothelial dependent vasodilation due to a decline in theavailability of nitric oksid (NO) and high fat intake, decreased Nitric Oksid caused due to increased levels ofsuperoksid.Objective: to analyze the differences in the levels of Superoksid Radical (O2-), Nitric oxide (N0) and fat intake inpatients with hypertension and not hypertension .Methods: this research is cross sectional, research amount sampelnya taken at random. 24 respondent patientsconsisting of 12 cases control, and 12 the age of 65 40- tahun.pengambilan samples conducted in outpatient installationregional general hospital Sidoarjo. Done bseline superoksid levels, nitric oxide and recall fat intake.Results: the average rate of Superoksid respondents not hypertension 0.250± 0, 034U/mL, 0,314± 056U/mLhypertension, Average levels of Nitric oksid respondents not hypertension 116,083± 46,962μ M, of which hypertension72,333± 40,51μ M, average consumption of fat respondents not hypertension 41,65± 8, 32gram, 51,52± 6,74gramhypertension . Based on the test results the difference against Superoksid levels of both research groups using a t-testtwo samples are free retrieved the value p < 0,05 (p = 0,004), NO content retrieved the value p < 0,05 (p = 0,023), fatintake obtained the value of p < 0,05 (p = 0,004) which means that there is a meaningful difference in the levels ofSuperoksid, Nitric oxide and the level of fat intake among respondents with no hypertension and hypertension.Conclusion: there is a radical difference in the levels of Superoksid, NO (Nitric Oxide) and fat intake in patients withhypertension and not hypertension.

Background: Elderly people tend to have higher susceptibility to infections because of immune dysfunction, especially cell-mediated immune system which is related to zinc deficiency. Zinc has an important role in the cell-mediated immune system which can be determined by CD4 count. Objectives: To determine the zinc level in the serum and CD4 count in healthy elderly and the correlation between the zinc level in the serum and CD4 count. Method: This was a randomized cross-sectional study. Twenty seven healthy elderly subjects of both sexes aged 60-90 years were recruited for this study from a senior center. Zinc level in the serum and CD4 count were measured. Result: The average of CD4 count was 710 + 269 cells/ml, and the average of zinc level in the serum was 87,29 + 10,27 μg/dL. Twenty six percent elderly had low CD4 count (<460cells/ml. There was no zinc deficiency among the elderly but 30% elderly had zinc level 70- 80 μg/dL. There was a significant correlation (p<0,05) between zinc level and CD4 count, which was analyzed using Pearson correlation method.Conclusion: CD4 count has correlation with zinc level in the serum in elderly
