The existence of phytoplankton in the aquatic environment greatly affects aquatic life itself. Through photosynthesis, phytoplankton is responsible for producing oxygen and nutrients, especially for other marine organisms. Furthermore, phytoplankton can be indicators of fertility and the quality of an aquatic ecosystem. The waters of Carocok Tarusan beach have congested anthropogenic activities, like shipyard and shipping, tourism, and domestic activities. This of course greatly affects the existence of phytoplankton which is very dependent on environmental conditions. This study aims to determine the structure of the phytoplankton community and its relation to the characteristics along with the quality of the waters in Carocok Tarusan beach. Phytoplankton samples were collected by using plankton net number 25 at three stations that have been determined by the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the temperature values ranged from 29.3-29.7ºC, salinity 27.7-31.3‰, brightness 1.8-3 m, pH 7, 0.3-0.6 m/s. There are 12 species from 3 classes found. The most common species found were Navicula sp, Synedra ulna sp., and Isthmia sp. The average abundance of phytoplankton at each station is 57.86-92.58 Ind/L. The results of the ANOVA test on the abundance of phytoplankton showed a significant value of 0.108, which means the P value> 0.05, this indicates that there is no significant difference in the abundance of phytoplankton between stations. The value of the species diversity index (H') of phytoplankton has an average value of 1.7436 - 2.0028. The Uniformity Index (E) has an average value ranging from 0.1393 to 0.1464. This study aims to look at the influence of emotional intelligence, training and work environment on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sample in this study were 35 teachers with PNS and Non PNS status. The data analysis method used is SEM ( Structural Equation Modelin ) analysis technique based on PLS ( Partial Lea st Square) variance .Data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the teacher's performance. This is indicated by the value of the original sample (coefficient) of emotional intelligence variables of 0.524, and p-value of 0.000. Training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The better the training, the better the teacher's performance, this is indicated by the value of the original sample of training variables of 0.296 and p-value of 0.034. The work environment has no effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by the original sample value of the work environment variable of 0.180 and the p-value of 0.165 which is greater than the alpha of 0.05. The present experiment was conducted to estimate the metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP) requirements of female Arabic chickens under a semi-scavenging system from starter to first egg-laying age. Two hundred and forty-five day-old chicks were allotted into 12 sheltered pens with 20 chicks each. They were offered either control or choice diet and replicated six times. The control group was offered a control diet based on the Hy-line Brown Nutrient Requirements Standard, whereas the choice group was offered a control diet (starter period: 2910 kcal of ME/kg and 19.7% of CP; grower period: 2854 kcal of ME/kg and 17.5% of CP; developer period: 2754 kcal of ME/kg and 16.0% of CP; pre-laying period: 2776 kcal of ME/kg and 16.5% of CP; and laying period: 2814 kcal of ME/kg and 18.4% of CP) together with four other diets (high energy-high protein [3101 kcal of ME/kg and 23.0% of CP], high energy-low protein [3133 kcal of ME/kg and 14.3% of CP, low energy-high protein [2638 kcal of ME/kg and 23.4% of CP], and low energy-low protein [2677 kcal of ME/kg and 14.6% of CP]). Background and Objective: The utilization of pineapple peel waste as poultry feed is limited due to the high crude fiber content. The poultry digestive tract does not produce cellulase, a cellulose digesting enzyme, however, cellulolytic microorganisms produce cellulase that could be used in hydrolyzing high-cellulose feed content through a fermentation method. The previous experiment showed that crude fiber content in pineapple peel waste was reduced from 24-17.16% after fermenting for 1 week with a local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the amount of fermented pineapple peel waste, using a local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts, that could be used in a broiler diet, as well as how it effects the carcass performance and organ development of broilers. Materials and Methods: This experimentwas performed with a completely randomized design using five different amounts of fermented pineapple peel waste (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12%) in the broiler diet and each treatment was repeated four times. Body weight, abdominal fat pad percentage, carcass weight and percentage and organ development in relation to the liver, gizzard, spleen and duodenum weight were measured. Results:The inclusion of different amounts of fermented pineapple peel waste in the broiler diet did not significantly affect (p>0.05) the body weight, abdominal fat pad percentage, carcass weight and percentage, organdevelopment, suchasweightof theliver, gizzard, spleen and duodenum. Conclusion: Fermentedpineapplepeel waste using a cellulolytic local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts could be used up to 12% in a broiler diet without negative effects on carcass performance and organ development.

This study aims to evaluate local forage’s potential and nutritional content in the Payo agro-tourism area of Solok, West Sumatra, Indonesia, to be used as a ruminant feed. This study used a survey method by taking a sample of the forage that grows a lot in the area and then analyzed its nutritional content. The nutritional content analyzed were dry matter, ash, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, calcium, and phosphorus minerals. At the same time, the TDN value and the extracted material without nitrogen were calculated based on the formula. The results showed that 12 types of forage have the potential as ruminant feed, namely Panicum maximum, Tithonia diversifolia, Gliricidia sepium, Digitaria sp, Centrocema pubescens, Calliandra calothyrsus, Stachytarpheta jamaicensis, Bidens pilosa, Ipomea triloba, Micania Scandens, Asystasia gangetica, and corn straw. This study shows that Calliandra calothyrsus has the highest crude protein content, and Corn straw contains the lowest crude protein. The highest and lowest TDN values were Gliricidia sepium and Panicum maximum, respectively. Through the linear programming program, these 12 plants can be formulated into 4 ration formulations with 58% TDN and 15-16% crude protein.

The bromelain enzyme content in pineapple peel waste predicted to promote digestive tract health and a positive effect on egg quality. This research aimed to evaluate the use of fermented pineapple peel waste in laying hens diet on egg quality. A total of laying hens 200 birds with Isa Brown strain, egg production of 70%, The average egg weight and body weight were 58.58 g/egg, and 1.62 g/bird, respectively. A completely randomized design was used, 5 different levels of fermented pineapple peel waste as treatment (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20%), and all treatments were repeated 4 times. Egg shell thickness, egg shell strength, haugh unit, egg yolk fat, and egg yolk color were measured. The use of fermented pineapple peel waste in the diet of laying hens up to 20% highly significant (P0.05) on egg shell thickness, egg shell strength, haugh unit, and egg yolk fat. Fermented pineapple peel waste can be used as much as 20% in laying hens diet without disturbing egg quality and improve egg yolk color. RESUMO O conteúdo da enzima bromelina nos resíduos de casca de abacaxi previa promover a saúde do trato digestivo e um efeito positivo na qualidade dos ovos. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar o uso de resíduos de casca de abacaxi fermentado na dieta de galinhas poedeiras, investigando seu efeito na qualidade dos ovos. Um total de galinhas poedeiras 200 aves com cepa Isa Brown, 70% de produção de ovos. O peso médio dos ovos e o peso corporal foram 58,58 g / ovo e 1,62 g / ave, respectivamente. Utilizou-se um delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com 5 níveis diferentes de resíduos de casca de abacaxi fermentado como tratamento (0, 5, 10, 15 e 20%) e todos os tratamentos foram repetidos 4 vezes. A espessura da casca do ovo, a força da casca do ovo, a unidade de haugh, a gordura da gema do ovo e a cor da gema do ovo foram medidas. O uso de resíduos de casca de abacaxi fermentado na dieta de galinhas poedeiras de até 20% de alta significância (P 0,05) na espessura da casca do ovo, na força da casca do ovo, na unidade de haugh e gordura de gema de ovo. O desperdício fermentado de casca de abacaxi pode ser usado em até 20% na dieta de galinhas poedeiras, sem prejudicar a qualidade dos ovos e melhorar a cor da gema.

Rumah Sakit wajib memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) yang telah di tetapkan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan peresepan elektronik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian antara peresepan konvensional dan peresepan elektronik. Desain penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Sampel berjumlah 431 resep diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Uji statistik pada variabel waktu tunggu dan kepuasan pasien yaitu uji t–independen sedangkan variabel kesalahan pemberian obat dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium digunakan uji chi_square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan waktu tunggu (p value:0,000), kepuasan pasien (p value:0,000) dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium (p value:0,000) antara peresepan elektronik dengan peresepan konvensional. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat antara peresepan elektronik dengan peresepan konvensional (p value:0,063). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian pada peresepan elektronik lebih baik dibandingkan dengan peresepan konvensional. Pimpinan dan manajerial RSUD M.Natsir hendaknya mengimplementasikan peresepan elektronik ini pada instalasi rawat jalan dan rawat inap sehingga kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dapat ditingkatkan. Background: Lowering dietary Crude Protein (CP) has been widely reported as a method to reduce nitrogen (N) excretion, but information on its effect in combination with filtering by Azolla pinnata to further mitigate N or ammonia (NH3) volatilization from laying hen manure is limited. Materials and Methods: Two experimental diets containing 17% (control) and 15% (low) crude protein were assigned to 2 groups of 22 weeks old ISA Brown hens, so each treatment had 20 replicates with 6-7 birds each. The manure from each group was flushed into two terraced ponds, in which Azolla pinnata was grown in the lowest terrace to filter the N in the sludge. Fresh manure was collected when the hens were 29 weeks old to analyze the N and NH3 contents and perform microbial counts and analyses of pond water quality (total dissolved solubles, temperature and pH), Azolla N and egg quality were conducted. Persamaan diferensial yang memiliki orde bilangan pecahan disebut persamaan diferensial fraksional. Pada penelitian ini penulis mencari solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional non-linear, khususnya persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati menggunakan Elzaki Decomposition Method (EDM). Elzaki Decomposition Method adalah sebuah metode yang diusulkan oleh Elzaki untuk menyelesaikan persamaan diferensial fraksional non-linear. Metode ini diusulkan berdasarkan modifikasi sederhana dari Adomian Decomposition Method di mana dikombinasikan dengan sebuah transformasi. Selanjutnya dapat dilihat bahwa solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati berorde menghasilkan pola grafik yang mendekati solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional berorde, sehingga barisan fungsi solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati konvergen ke fungsi solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati.

This study evaluated reduced dietary CP and supplementing amino acid analogs to sustain growth and carcass weight in 0- to 21-day-old Cobb × Avian-48 male broiler chicks. A total of 6 diets with 3 levels of CP (22.5, 19.5, and 16.5%) and 2 sources of AA analogs, either synthetic amino acids (SA) or keto-/hydroxy-acids (KA), were assigned randomly to 36 cages (8 chicks/cage) in a 3 × 2 factorial design. For SA diets, DL-Met, DL-Met + L-Ile, and D-Met + L-Ile + L-Val were used to supplement 22.5, 19.5, and 16.5% CP diets, respectively, and for corresponding KA diets, DL-Met was replaced with methionine hydroxy analog (MHA), L-Ile was replaced with keto-Ile, and L-Val was replaced with keto-Val. Water and all isocaloric diets (3,050 kcal ME/kg) were given ad libitum. Lowering dietary CP to 16.5% reduced BW at 7, 14, and 21 D (P ≤ 0.0001) and feed intake at 8 to 14, 15 to 21, and 0 to 21 D (P ≤ 0.001). Body weight gain (BWG) was reduced and feed-to-gain ratio (FGR) was increased (P ≤ 0.003 to 0.0001) at all times for chicks fed 16.5% CP; however, chicks fed 22.5 and 19.5% CP had comparable performance. Differences in 0 to 7 D BWG (SA, 122.9 vs. KA, 113.9 g/bird; P ≤ 0.04), a 0 to 21 D FGR cumulative effect (1.45 vs. 1.51; P ≤ 0.02), and a 15 to 21 D (P ≤ 0.04) and 0 to 21 D (P ≤ 0.05) CP × AA interaction were also observed. Greater liver weight among 16.5 vs. 19.5 or 22.5% CP fed chicks was found at 14 and 21 D (P ≤ 0.0001 and P = 0.06, respectively). Lower dietary CP reduced spleen weight on day 21 birds (P ≤ 0.0005) with lighter spleens among 16.5 and 19.5% vs. the 22.5% CP fed group (0.090, 0.095, 0.119 g/100 g BW, respectively). Breast weight at 21 D was significantly less for 16.5 vs. 22.5% CP fed chicks. Fat pad weight on day 21 was heaviest among 16.5% chicks (P ≤ 0.0004). Overall, lowering dietary CP to 16.5% had a negative effect, but keto-acid supplementation supported 0 to 21 D broiler growth compared to SA; however, transamination efficiency of KA may be lower for 0 to 7D old chicks compared to older birds.
