AbstractThe increasing emphasis on the quality and safety of agricultural products, which are vital to global trade and consumer health, has driven the innovation of cost-effective, convenient, and rapid smart detection technologies. Smartphones, with their interdisciplinary functionalities, have become valuable tools in quantification and analysis research. Acting as portable, affordable, and user-friendly analytical devices, smartphones are equipped with high-resolution cameras, displays, memory, communication modules, sensors, and operating systems (Android or IOS), making them powerful, palm-sized remote computers. This review delves into how visual inspection technology and smartphones have enhanced the quality and safety of agricultural products over the past decade. It also evaluates the key features and limitations of existing smart rapid inspection methods for agricultural products and anticipates future advancements, offering insights into the application of smart rapid inspection technology in agriculture. A blockchain-based agri-food traceability can be expected to remedy the inherent trust within agri-food supply chains. However, the immutable and redundant nature of traditional blockchain storage has posed formidable challenges, particularly on the scalability of data storage for blockchain nodes. Agri-food traceability has also been limited to historically impede the widespread adoption in recent years. In this study, an efficient storage and query model was introduced to specifically design for the agri-food supply chain traceability, in order to leverage the concept of a redactable blockchain. The cyclical nature of agri-food traceability data was examined to form the model. The lifecycle of the supply chain was analyzed for the agri-food products. The opportunities were identified for streamline data management. A key innovation involved the strategic offloading of traceability data over the lifecycle. Storage resources were optimized to preserve the essential traceability functionalities. The information remained accessible throughout the supply chain journey. Furthermore, the counter Bloom filter was incorporated to enhance the operational efficiency of data offloading. The high false positive rates were reduced for the data manipulation in redactable blockchains. False positives were effectively reduced to significantly enhance the overall query efficiency of the agri-food traceability system, thereby facilitating expedient access to accurate supply chain information. A counter Bloom filter was operated to leverage the probabilistic hashing techniques. The large datasets were efficiently managed and queried to minimize the occurrence of false positives. A robust mechanism was translated to verify the accuracy of traceability information post-data offloading in the context of the agri-food traceability system. A compact representation of recently offloaded data was maintained to employ the efficient hash functions. The counter Bloom filter effectively reduced the likelihood of mistakenly, in order to identify non-existent data during queries. The efficacy of the improved model was underscored to validate the comprehensive empirical data. The extensive experiment was conducted over a simulated 60-month operational period. Notably, the better performance of the model was achieved with a remarkable 48.70% reduction in storage volume, compared with the conventional agri-food blockchain traceability systems. This reduction was attributed to the strategic lifecycle-based data management, and the storage was optimized without compromising data integrity. The improved model was often verified in a simulated scenario involving 1000 block records and a 30% data offloading rate. There was a notable 21.00% decrease in the false positive rates, indicating the efficacy of the integrated counter Bloom filter with the data accuracy post-offloading. Moreover, there was a commendable 19.02% enhancement in the data query efficiency, compared with the traditional approaches. The compelling solution fully met the operational demands of largescale agri-food supply chain environments. The blockchain-based agri-food traceability was presented to facilitate the widespread deployment. A significant advancement was achieved in data integrity with the pragmatic storage and query optimizations in the field. Beyond technical innovation, a robust framework was offered to enhance transparency, accountability, and consumer confidence across agri-food supply chains. Looking ahead, the scalability and adaptability of the improved model can promise to support the diverse applications within the agri-food sector. Product authenticity and quality assurance can be enhanced to enable efficient recalls and regulatory compliance. As the blockchain continues to evolve, insights can be gained to pave the way for future advancements in agri-food traceability and industry-wide transformation toward a more resilient and sustainable supply chain. The loosening of a series of domestic and international policies before May 2023 means that the global situation of the COVID-19 has changed from emergency to normalization. However, research on the abnormal changes in macro data of China’s agricultural product import and export trade during the entire epidemic period is extremely scarce. This article uses macro data of China’s agricultural product import and export trade from the first three years of the epidemic and the entire three years of the epidemic, namely from 2017 to 2022, for statistical analysis. By combining literature review, quantitative data analysis, comparative research, and other methods, it sorts out, and summarizes the changes in China’s agricultural product import and export situation compared to the pre epidemic situation during the epidemic period, thoroughly analyzes the characteristics of China’s agricultural product import and export trade before and throughout the epidemic. Research has found that the total import and export trade of agricultural products in China has been continuously increasing throughout the entire epidemic period;due to trade restrictions on agricultural products from multiple countries around the world, rising domestic agricultural production price indices, and the impact of the China US trade agreement, China’s agricultural import and export trade deficit has further expanded. The volume and price fluctuations in the import and export trade of major agricultural products such as grains, cotton, and sugar are significant. Overall, the basic structure of China’s agricultural product import and export trade has not changed under the epidemic. The COVID-19 epidemic has not changed China’s natural endowment of agricultural resources, nor has it changed China’s agricultural structure, trade environment and government agricultural policies. During the entire epidemic period, the overall structure of China’s agricultural product import and export trade did not change, but the agricultural product trade indicators showed significant suddenness in early 2020, with significant phased impacts on agricultural product trade and significant structural impacts on a few agricultural product trade. This article suggests that China should vigorously ensure the bottom line of food security, enhance its bargaining power in the international agricultural trade market under the risk of the epidemic, and continue to leverage China’s comparative advantage in agricultural trade. This study examines the low-carbon economy, agricultural products, and the resource environment as three interconnected subsystems, establishing an evaluation framework for their coordinated growth across eight regions of China. The results highlight significant regional imbalances, particularly in North China, Northwest China, and Northeast China. Principal component analysis (PCA) shows that the agricultural product system captures 99.502% of its information, while the resource-environment system accounts for 84.823%, demonstrating robust explanatory power. The national Economic–Agricultural–Resource–Environment (EARE) system progressed from sub-coordinated growth (2010–2014) to coordinated growth (2019–2020), moving from mild imbalance to high-quality growth. Initially, resource growth lagged behind economic development (2010–2015), which then shifted to economic growth lagging behind resource and environmental growth (2015–2020). The purpose of this study is the assessment of the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan and the analysis of potential growth opportunities. Retrospective, dynamic, and structural analysis are the basis for assessing the current state of the agro-industrial sector. The analysis revealed weaknesses in the logistics infrastructure and a preponderance of antiquated and depreciated agricultural equipment, impeding production and quality. Despite the fact that investments were made easier by official support programmes, sector profitability remained poor. Modernising production assets, combining smallholder farms, and encouraging sustainable practices to boost long-term competitiveness are some of the major prospects found. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The green supply chain of agricultural products (GSCAP) is a key link for rural revitalization and sustainable development in China. However, it faces various risks from internal and external environments that threaten its performance and stability. This paper proposes a novel framework and system for identifying and evaluating the main risks in the GSCAP from the perspective of agricultural enterprises. The framework combines social network analysis (SNA) and an improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. SNA is used to analyze the correlations and influences among different types of risks, while the improved TOPSIS method is used to rank the risks of different GSCAPs and identify the key risks in each supply chain. The framework and system are verified by a case study of CDYBIT, a leading platform of food safety big data service in China. The results show that the supermarket supply chain has the highest risk, followed by the group catering supply chain, and the five‐star hotel supply chain has the lowest risk. The main risk factors for each supply chain are also discussed, and some suggestions for risk management are provided. This paper contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive and systematic risk assessment framework and system for the GSCAP, which can help agricultural enterprises improve their risk awareness and response capabilities. The relevance of the study is due to the deterioration of the environment and the low level of application of green technologies in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The aim was to outline the current problems for farmers in the use of green farming methods and to find solutions. The study assessed the level of use of certain green technologies in agricultural production in Ukraine. The main results obtained in this work are: determining Ukraine’s place in the Green Future Index ranking in various areas during 2021-2023 and comparing it with Iceland, Finland, and Norway; identifying areas of green technologies that need to be developed in Ukraine during martial law and after the war (precision and organic farming, the introduction of biotechnology to create genetically modified organisms and the transition to alternative energy sources). The study of the dependence of farmers’ propensity to use green technologies on the size of farming confirms its undeniable presence. The analysis of foreign experience in precision agriculture allowed formulating recommendations for foreign companies entering the Ukrainian market to promote the use of precision agriculture in Ukraine. The findings on the growing electricity shortage helped to justify the further use of alternative energy sources in the context of the conflict. A study of the negative impact of the hostilities on Ukrainian land allowed classifying such types of impact and developing measures to restore the soil. The assessment of the use of technologies in agriculture helped to identify areas for the introduction of a green economy in the agricultural sector in Ukraine, which will help to increase agricultural yields without harming the environment and increase its competitiveness. The results and conclusions have practical implications for the Government in developing agricultural policy and for farmers in managing their farms

The study presents the results of a study of the documents of the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Oryol region (1988-1991) stored in the fund of the State archives of the Oryol region, related to agro-industrial production in agricultural areas contaminated with 137Cs as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl accident. Rehabilitation of agricultural lands in radioactively contaminated areas of the Oryol region remains relevant to the present day. Search, selection and scanning of the most important documents on the subject of “Protective and Rehabilitation Measures Related to the Elimination of the Consequences of the Chernobyl accident” in the agro-industrial complex of the Oryol region in 1988-1991 were carried out. On the basis of the prepared electronic copies of the selected documents, a database was formed containing information on the size of sown (harvested) areas and the actual harvest in the agricultural areas of the Oryol region contaminated with 137Cs as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl accident in 1988-1991.

Abstract Various types of foreign fibres may be mixed in the planting, transportation, and production processes of cotton, which not only cause equipment to be out of control, but also leads to a decrease in the quality of cotton textile products and economic losses. The machine vision based detection method for cotton foreign fibres is widely used. Based on existing related research, we construct a classification dataset for cotton foreign fibres in practical scenarios, named the CF2113‐10 dataset. The authors design a basic foreign fibre classification network called CottonNet that balances performance and efficiency. The classification accuracy on the validation set reached 94.2%. In order to enhance the high‐level feature extraction ability, this paper improves the feature fusion method of residual networks and proposes CottonNet‐Res, which improves the classification accuracy to 95.1%. Finally, a classification model based on feature difference fitting, CottonNet‐Fusion, is proposed to address the classification problem of foreign fibre images sampled in complex environments. The classification accuracy of foreign fibre images sampled in ordinary scenes has improved to 97.4%, while the images sampled in complex environments maintain an accuracy of 90.3%.

The geographical indications are part of the intellectual property system, and their importance was proven over time both from consumer protection point of view, but also from business point of view. Since almost the end of 2023 we have a new EU Regulation which regulates the GIs for craft and industrial products at EU level and this paper is proposing to present the final legal framework and the provisions implemented regarding the products that will be object of the protection, the registration, opposition and cancellation procedures, the actions against which the registered GIs are protected, the new role of the EUIPO and other novelty aspects in comparison with (1) the legal provisions under the proposal of the EU Regulation, (2) the existing GIs for other types of products and with (3) the new proposal for GIs for wine, spirit drinks and agricultural products.

Abstract Agricultural products are pivotal to the national economy, and a comprehensive analysis of brand competitiveness significantly contributes to the support of agricultural structural adjustment and modernization. Focusing on the Yangtze River Delta region of China, this study develops an evaluation index system encompassing four dimensions: core brand competitiveness, brand management, market competitiveness, and innovation in branding. Utilizing a DEMATEL-ISM model, this research elucidates the intrinsic relationships among factors that influence brand competitiveness, resulting in a four-tier hierarchical model. The analysis delineates key factors at superficial, intermediate, and profound levels that influence brand competitiveness. Notably, regional production bases, along with innovations in brand technology and systems, emerge as profound influencers. Drawing on these findings, the study recommends strategies to enhance production foundations, accurately define development trajectories, spearhead technological innovation to foster collective reform efforts, and advocate for institutional advancements to bolster healthy brand growth.

Abstract Most of the review research papers previously published were mostly focused on solar dryer design, development, performance evaluation, modification, technologies of solar dryers, etc. There were no works of literature reviews that specifically concerned how much solar dryers can carry. So, the review gives some clues about the carrying capacity of solar dryers. Measuring or knowing solar capacity has critical importance in the drying industry. It helps to produce quality dried products, design efficient solar dryers, and provide valuable insights for researchers, engineers and policymakers involved in solar drying technologies. The current review systematically examines the relevant scientific literature published between 2000 and 2023. The exclusion and inclusion criteria were used to identify the documents. A total of 1230 studies were selected for analysis, encompassing a wide range of geographical regions, crop types, and solar drying technologies. Based on the review conducted; solar dryers (direct, indirect, mixed, and hybrid) can vary between 1 and 250 kg in capacity applied for agricultural products drying purposes. According to the reviewed articles, the minimum loading capacities designed and recorded in the first, second, third, and fourth quinquennial periods were 1 kg, 1 kg, 4.75 kg.m−2, and 5.4 kg.m−2, respectively. In the same order as the minimum, the maximum loading capacities observed in the stated quinquennial periods were 250 kg/per day, 250 kg, 70 kg, and 45 kg, respectively.

Abstract In order to solve the safety and efficiency problems in the picking process of Waxberry, the slow speed and low precision of high‐density Waxberry target detection under a complex background were studied. A lightweight Waxberry target detection algorithm based on YOLOv5 is studied. In this study, C3‐Faster1 and C3‐Faster2 modules are proposed, which are located in the backbone and neck of the network: C3‐Faster1 can improve the model speed with a simple structure; C3‐Faster2 integrates the context attention mechanism and transform module based on C3‐Faster1 to make the network pay attention to the information of Waxberry image context and expand the channel receptive field. A new pyramid module, SPPFCSPC, is proposed to expand the sensing field and improve the accuracy of boundary detection. It also combines the Coordinate Attention (CA) and Dyhead dynamic detection head to suppress useless information and enhance the detection ability of small targets. Compared to YOLOv4, YOLOv7, and YOLOv8, mean accuracy percentage (mAP) improved by 5.7%, 9.4%, 8.3%. Compared to the base YOLOv5 model, mAP has improved from 86.5% to 91.9%, running on 2 GB Jeston nano, and the improved model is 5.03 frames per second (FPS) faster than YOLOv5. Experiments show that the designed module is more effective in Waxberry detection tasks.

The aim of this study is to determine the energy-efficient dehydration regimes for agricultural products based on suspension heat treatment method. In order to achieve this goal, an electrical plant was designed, developed, tested, optimized and implemented, on the basis of which the research was carried out, applying in the drying process, namely the process of technological processing in suspension with the contribution of convection. The research was focused on the example of drying different agricultural products; in particular, the following products were selected as the main object of the research: hawthorn, apple, quince, pear and grape seeds. These agricultural products were selected as at the moment they were not fully exploited. Because of their rich content of vegetable oils with specific properties, they are of great interest to the food industry, traditional medicine, cosmetology, pharmacology, etc., and their drying using conventional methods is difficult, particularly because of defects and adverse reactions, which frequently occur in the technological processing. The main results obtained using the designed installation, are: reduction of the electricity consumption and the processing time, increase in the productivity and quality of the final products. The significance of the results obtained in the research lies in solving a number of problems currently faced by the processors, in connection with the improvement of equipment and increasing the efficiency of the drying process, mainly by increasing the energy efficiency, processing speed, quality of products and profitability.

In an unstable and rapidly changing economic environment, it becomes even more difficult to determine the state and prospects of development of specific markets, especially regional ones, where specific conditions are in place. In order to effectively coordinate the development of a particular regional market, it is necessary to clearly define the extent to which its potential has been exploited and to identify the factors that influence the formation of the regional market's potential. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the potential of regional markets. The aim of the study is to develop a model for managing the potential of the regional market. Methodology. To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: a critical analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of "regional market potential" was carried out, the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market were substantiated, the components of this model were clarified, and the types of links between the components of the model for managing the potential of the regional market were identified. The paper uses the following methods and approaches to research: abstract and logical approach used in the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of interaction management, analysis of theoretical approaches to the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market, inductive and deductive (used to determine the factors influencing the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market), systematisation and generalisation (to clarify the concept of "regional market potential"). Results. The research considers the processes of formation and management of the potential of regional markets. It reveals the essence of the concept of "potential of the regional market" on the basis of studying the definition of the concept of "potential". The article describes and groups approaches to determining the market potential of a region and formulates its own definition of the regional market potential as "the upper limit of production, sales and consumption of a certain type of product in the region, at which the financial interests of market participants are maximally satisfied, for which the existing resources are sufficient". The publication identifies the factors influencing the state of the regional market potential: industrial capacities, development of regional infrastructure and logistics, demographic situation, population income and purchasing power, resource provision of the region, opportunities for international trade. The article characterises the structure of the regional market potential: the forming component (production, consumer and trade potential) and the ensuring component (socio-economic potential of the region). A model of management of the regional market potential is proposed. Practical implications. The proposed model will help to clarify the role and functional relationships between the components of the regional market potential and take into account the peculiarities of the functioning of regional markets in the implementation of market forecasts. Value/originality. In the structure of the regional market potential, unlike the well-known ones, the forming and ensuring components of the regional market potential are distinguished. The addition of the trade potential component to the traditional forming components, such as consumer and production potential, will allow taking into account trade opportunities and conditions for fast and high-quality trade organisation in the region.

Introduction: Improving living standards in developing countries and rapid population growth have significant effects on the economy and environment. Population growth leads to an increase in demand for agricultural products, which increases environmental pollution, reduces the productivity of natural resources, and has a negative effect on economic growth. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the short-term and long-term relationship between agricultural production, economic growth, and environmental pollution in Iran. Material and Methods: In this research, time series data for the period of 1991-2020 were collected from the database of the World Bank and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) models were used. First, the augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron tests were performed to test the stationarity. Then, according to the values of Akaike, Schwarz, and Bayesian information criterion, the optimal number of lags was selected. ARDL bounds test was used to test the presence of the long-run relationship between the variables, and then short and long-run relationships and error correction models (ECM) were estimated. Finally, the causality between pairwise variables was investigated by using the Granger causality test. Results and Discussion: The results of short-term relationships show that a one percent increase in economic growth, rural population, gross capital formation, and agricultural production increases CO2 emissions by 0.307%, decreases by 2.937%, and increases by 0.087%, and 0.065%, respectively. The effect of foreign direct investment on CO2 emissions in the short term was not significant. However, a one percent increase in the lag of foreign direct investment will increase CO2 emissions by 0.01%. The long-term results show that a one percent increase in economic growth, rural population, agricultural products, foreign direct investment, and gross capital formation will increase CO2 emissions by 0.662%, decrease by 3.807%, and increase by 0.141%, by 0.024% and 0.188%, respectively. The results of the Granger causality test show the bidirectional causality relationship between economic growth, agricultural production, foreign direct investment, and CO2 emissions, as well as foreign direct investment and agricultural production. Also, there is causality in only one direction between gross capital formation and CO2 emissions, agricultural production and economic growth, foreign direct investment and economic growth, agricultural production and rural population, rural population and foreign direct investment, and rural population and CO2 emissions. In addition, there is a long-term positive and significant relationship between CO2 emissions and economic growth, gross capital formation, agricultural production, and foreign direct investment. The long-run result demonstrated by the FMOLS and DOLS methods was the same as the finding of the ARDL approach. Conclusion: In Iran, enhancing agricultural mechanization, promoting renewable energy, enforcing environmental regulations, adopting green technologies, investing in R&D, and attracting foreign investments are crucial to reduce CO2 emissions and pollution. Fossil fuel-dependent industries, capital formation, and rural populations also impact environmental pollution, emphasizing the need for employment opportunities in rural areas to mitigate these effects [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A novel co-bonded octyl and pyridine silica (OPS) sorbent was prepared and applied for the solid phase extraction (SPE) of cyclopiazonic acid (CPA, a type of mycotoxin) in feed and agricultural products for the first time. A simple mixed-ligand one-pot reaction strategy was employed for OPS sorbent preparation. Nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, elemental analysis (EI), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis demonstrated the successful immobilization of octyl and quaternary ammonium groups onto the surface of silica gel. The large specific surface area, high-density functional groups, and mixed-mode anion-exchange characteristics of these silica particles made them the ideal material for the efficient extraction of CPA. Additionally, the OPS sorbents displayed excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility, satisfactory reusability, and low cost. The SPE parameters were optimized to explore the ionic and hydrophobic interactions between CPA and the functional groups, and the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) parameters were optimized to obtain a desirable extraction efficiency and high sensitivity to CPA. Meanwhile, the OPS sorbent presented a satisfactory extraction selectivity and low matrix effect. Under the optimized conditions, our developed CPA detection method was used to determine CPA level in rice, wheat flour, corn flour, peanut, and feed samples, exhibiting a lower detection limit, better linearity, higher sensitivity, and satisfactory extraction recovery rate than previously reported methods. Most of the review research papers previously published were mostly focused on solar dryer design, development, performance evaluation, modification, technologies of solar dryers, etc. There were no works of literature reviews that specifically concerned how much solar dryers can carry. So, the review gives some clues about the carrying capacity of solar dryers. Measuring or knowing solar capacity has critical importance in the drying industry. It helps to produce quality dried products, design efficient solar dryers, and provide valuable insights for researchers, engineers and policymakers involved in solar drying technologies. The current review systematically examines the relevant scientific literature published between 2000 and 2023. The exclusion and inclusion criteria were used to identify the documents. A total of 1230 studies were selected for analysis, encompassing a wide range of geographical regions, crop types, and solar drying technologies. Based on the review conducted; solar dryers (direct, indirect, mixed, and hybrid) can vary between 1 and 250 kg in capacity applied for agricultural products drying purposes. According to the reviewed articles, the minimum loading capacities designed and recorded in the first, second, third, and fourth quinquennial periods were 1 kg, 1 kg, 4.75 kg.m−2, and 5.4 kg.m−2, respectively. In the same order as the minimum, the maximum loading capacities observed in the stated quinquennial periods were 250 kg/per day, 250 kg, 70 kg, and 45 kg, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For a long time, a company's Product Development Process (PDP) was seen as supporting the operations department, although PDP decisions and mistakes have a considerable impact on market performance. This is critical even in agriculture where bad habits and practices in the PDP can lead rural producers to great losses. Therefore, this research investigates the effect of the PDP on the market performance of rural products (bananas) in the southern region of Brazil, based on two analyses: (i) how sustainability practices support the PDP phases and (ii) how the phases of the Product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) mediate sustainability practices and PDP phases. This study presents a quantitative analysis using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and hierarchical ordinary least squares (OLS) regression of data obtained from a survey of 110 rural producers who directly participate in the banana production and planning process in southern Brazil. Our results show that sustainability practices support the PDP, and we confirm that the product development and post-development phase has an effect on market performance. In addition, we identify that in the pre-development phase of the PDP, dealing with rural products (bananas), the maturity stage of the LCA mediates sustainability. In the PDP development phase, we conclude that rural families who develop economic and environmental practices with their products, which are in the market growth phase may have reduced results. As for the post-development phase of the PDP, we conclude that when companies invest in environmental and social practices, there is a complete mediation of the effect, where these practices lose strength if the product is in the introductory and maturity phases in the market. In an original matter, our study contributes to demonstrating the value of the product life cycle for the Product Development Process in agriculture using sustainability practices through a systemic approach, filling the gap in the literature due to a lack of integrated research on these areas seen. In order to explore the international competitiveness of China's agricultural product supply chain, this paper combines machine learning algorithms to optimize the data processing process of agricultural product supply chain, and proposes a data processing method for agricultural product supply chain based on the intra‐column rules and inter‐column rules. According to the problems of my country's agricultural product supply chain, this paper establishes a new agricultural product supply chain management model based on the various modules of the supply chain link, and constructs a corresponding intelligent analysis model. Moreover, this paper combines machine learning algorithms to study the improvement path of the international competitiveness of China's agricultural product supply chain, and builds an intelligent model to improve the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products. Finally, after constructing the model, this paper obtains the path to improve the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products through the simulation operation model, which also verifies the effectiveness of the intelligent algorithm of this paper from the side. This study aims to investigate the effects of different light qualities on mycelial growth and color conversion in Lentimula edodes factory cultivation. LED plant filler lamps were utilized to supplement the light for Lentimula edodes mycelial growth and color conversion stages. Mycelial growth and physiological indexes were measured to analyze the influence level of light quality on different growth stages of mycelia. Taking Lentimula edodes 'L808' as the test material, eight treatments of light quality were set at 25 ℃, including red light, blue light, green light, yellow light, red-green light 1:9, red-green light 6:4, red-blue light 3:7 red-blue light 7:3, and dark conditions were set as the control in the mycelial growth stage, while the white light was set as the control in the color conversion stage. The mycelial growth conditions were determined in the mycelial growth and color conversion stages. The dynamic patterns of five kinds of extracellular enzymes were determined in the growth of Lentimula edodes mycelia under different LED light quality environments using linear regression and principal component analysis. The results show that: In the mycelial growth phase, compared with dark treatment (CK1 ), the average mycelial growth rate was significantly increased by 12.13% (P < 0.05) under red light treatment, and the activity of carboxymethylcellulase (CMC enzyme) was increased by 66.81% on average, while the ratio of red to blue was 3:7. The average growth rate of mycelia was significantly decreased by 2.62% (P < 0.05), and the average CMC enzyme activity was decreased by 10.46%. In the mycelium color conversion stage, compared with the white light treatment (CK2 ), the average laccase activity increased by 19.21% when mycelium transformation was completed on the 54th day of red and blue light 7:3 treatment, while the average laccase activity decreased by 9.50% when mycelium was not transformed under red and yellow light treatment.The dynamics of extracellular enzyme activity showed that compared with CK1, the enzyme activity was not inhibited under each light treatment from day 25 to day 30 of mycelia growth.The activity of CMC enzyme was positively correlated with the activity of xylanase, and the activity of amylase was positively correlated with the activity of laccase and polyphenol oxidase. CMC enzyme activity was positively correlated with xylanase activity, amylase activity and laccase activity, while the amylase activity was positively correlated with laccase activity and polyphenol oxidase activity. The principal component analysis showed that the red light treatment was ranked the first in the mycelial growth stage, and red-blue light 7:3 treatment was ranked the first in the mycelial color conversion stage. Therefore, the red light was suitable for mycelial growth, and red-blue light 7:3 was suitable for mycelial color conversion in the factory production of Lentimula edodes. The finding can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of LED light quality during growth and the control of light environment under the factory cultivation of Lentimula edodes. The article defines the key aspects of ensuring and diagnosing the sustainable development of agrarian innovation-oriented enterprises by means of logistics management. Attention is focused on the importance of improving logistics management, which plays an important role in ensuring the efficient movement of agricultural products from the producer to the consumer. It was determined that effective logistics management is able to ensure the sustainable development of agrarian innovation-oriented enterprises, which, due to the specificity of their activities, are particularly risky on the market. Diagnostics of the sustainable development of agrarian innovation-oriented enterprises by means of logistics management is proposed to be carried out by the method of transport linear programming. This method was tested on the example of the activity of four innovatively oriented agricultural enterprises: SE "DG Stepne" of Poltava district, PE "name Kalashnyk" of Poltava district, LLC "Agrofirma "Zorya-Agro" of Myrhorod district and LLC "Promin-privat" of Myrhorod district. The obtained results allow any enterprise using linear programming tools to model the strategy of sustainable development of agrarian innovation-oriented enterprises by means of logistics management. The article examines the problems and challenges of the production and sale of agricultural products that Ukrainian farmers faced during the martial law. The need for agricultural enterprises to respond to unforeseen actions, while avoiding a complete structural restructuring or destruction of the system, has been determined. What exactly is determined by the flexibility of such enterprises? The priority ways of responding to problems with exports are outlined: increasing the volume of domestic consumption, attracting investments, expanding sales markets, using state support. Import problems that appeared with the outbreak of the war in Ukraine were identified. The main ones are the decrease in the number of countries that are ready to export their vegetable products to Ukraine due to the deterioration of the political and economic situation; an increase in the cost of transporting vegetable products due to an increase in the risks and costs of transportation through the conflict zone; deterioration of the quality of vegetable products due to difficult storage and transportation conditions; an increase in the cost of vegetable products due to an increase in the costs of its cultivation and processing in exporting countries; a decrease in the volume of imports due to a decrease in the demand for vegetable products in Ukraine. The indicated areas of the flexibility of agricultural production in the conditions of martial law: the ability to quickly change the types and volumes of cultivated crops in accordance with market conditions and changes in consumer preferences; the ability to quickly change the volume and range of products produced, the ability to effectively use resources such as water, fertilizers, energy and labor through the introduction of resource-saving technologies; the ability of enterprises to adapt their workforce to changing production requirements and conditions; ability to effectively manage finances, including budgeting, financial analysis and risk management to ensure financial sustainability and flexibility in production. Therefore, the flexibility of production in combination with the principles of universality, adaptability and adaptability is a key aspect in overcoming food security in modern conditions. In order to reduce the detection time and overall cost, the detection methods of lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic in agricultural products were improved, and the detection conditions were optimized and coordinately tested, the feasibility of detecting 5 heavy metal elements with one digestion was explored. Through theoretical analysis and experimental research, the methods of national standards and on mature literature were referenced, hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid were added for digestion, pre-digestion at 120 °C for 30 min was carried out, after digestion and acid driving, 20 g/L thiourea+50 g/L ascorbic acid solution was added when transferring and volume fixing, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate matrix modifier was added to detect lead and cadmium, arsenic and mercury were detected simultaneously. By condition trade-offs and optimization, the purpose of simultaneous detection using atomic absorption (AAS) and atomic fluorescence (AFS) was achieved. The standard materials and solutions were tested, the measured values are all within the uncertainty range of 1 times, so the accuracy is good. The relative deviation is less than 20%, so the precision is good. The method is accurate and simplep, so it is suitable for the determination of Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg and As in agricultural products by using AAS and AFS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this research was to identify the antecedents and consequences of bundling government support with a competitive advantage approach for agricultural product exporting companies in Khuzestan Province. This research is applied in terms of its objective and qualitative in terms of data collection methodology, employing a thematic analysis approach. The participants in this study included experts from agricultural product exporting companies in Khuzestan Province with a minimum of 10 years of export experience. The required data were collected through semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation was achieved. After the phase of theme search (selective coding) and the formation of sub-themes, a total of five main themes were identified, derived from semi-structured interviews with 16 experts and knowledgeable specialists in the research field. Two of these dimensions pertain to antecedents: managerial performance (management performance in export support, positive managerial mental models) and agricultural industry infrastructural factors (agricultural industry infrastructure, Khuzestan market dynamics, and transportation fleet). The three dimensions related to consequences include value creation (creating value in business, creating value for customers), economic condition improvement (economic growth and prosperity, direct and indirect job creation), and competitive advantage creation (appropriate positioning relative to competitors). The presence of effective government support bundling in the export of agricultural products in Khuzestan Province creates a competitive advantage over other competitors in terms of quality, appearance, product delivery methods, and so on, leading to increased exports, revenue growth, and increased employment in this sector [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The quality and safety of agricultural products involve a variety of risk factors, a large amount of risk information data, and multiple circulation and disposal processes, making it difficult to accurately trace the source of risks. To achieve precise traceability of agricultural product quality and safety, the monitoring and supervision level of agricultural product traceability systems needs to be improved. In this paper, the agricultural product quality- and safety-related detection data are taken as the research object, the agricultural product supply chain and business process are sorted out, the agricultural product risk factors under the influence of heavy metals are analyzed, and the agricultural product quality and safety risk evaluation model is established. The agricultural product risk traceability system was designed based on the six-layer architecture of the equipment layer, data layer, service layer, application layer, display layer, and user layer. Combined with the agricultural product quality and safety risk evaluation model, the system data were stored and modified by using the MySQL relational database, and the agricultural product risk traceability system was developed, which realized the accurate traceability of the risk link of the quality and safety of agricultural products. The research results of this paper provide an effective information means for the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products, and provide a technical reference for the development of a traceability system of risk factors related to agricultural products, which has good practical significance.
