Gracias a los avances tecnológicos desarrollados en las últimas tres décadas en inmunología y oncología, hemos visto un prometedor auge en el tratamiento de diferentes patologías oncológicas mediante el uso del sistema inmunológico del paciente, especialmente con el desarrollo de anticuerpos dirigidos contra varios puntos de control del sistema inmunitario (Immune Checkpoint Blockade). Se hará una breve revisión del mecanismo fisiopatológico de las irEA más frecuentes reportadas en la literatura, así como su incidencia y prevalencia según los diferentes fármacos de inmunoterapia disponibles para el tratamiento de las diferentes neoplasias sólidas y hematológicas

Bundelkhand Archaean–Proterozoic Granitoid Complex comprises of an amalgamation of older, deformed Palaeoarchaean Tonalite Trondjhemite Granodiorite (TTG) surrounded by the younger relatively undeformed Neoarchaean high-K calc-alkaline granites. These rocks commenced its evolution during the Palaeo-Archaean (3.3 Ga) and continued to Archaean–Proterozoic Transition (APT). Heterogeneity in granites from southwestern Bundelkhand Craton can be observed in their colour, textural feature and availability of mafic components, thereby dividing them into grey (mafic rich and intermediate variant) and pink granites, which further gets geochemically classified into Closepet-type granites (mafic-rich variant of grey granite: GG), Low Silica High Magnesium monzogranite (LSHM, an intermediate variant of grey granite: IG (for field classification purpose) and High Silica Low Magnesium monzogranite (HSLM, pink granite: PG) on the basis of their major elemental characteristics. The partial melting of the lithologically varied crust and the mantle/lithosphere took place approximately around the same time because of the incompatible element-enriched fluids and melts. This caused the generation of granitoids from Bundelkhand to be varied in nature, resulting in the crustal evolution and stabilisation of the craton around ~3.3 Ga followed by its steady reworking by ~2.57–2.54 Ga. The Closepet type granite resulted from crust-mantle interaction and the monzogranites from crustal melting. Understanding the granitic emplacement within such a short time will help to further decipher the geodynamic changes and the crustal evolutionary processes that were operative during the APT in SW Bundelkhand craton. Research highlights: The manuscript focuses on the geodynamic evolution of the varied granites from SW Bundelkhand Craton. The granites are categorised into grey (mafic-rich grey and intermediate grey) and pink granite on the basis of field geology and petrology. Geochemically they are divided into Closepet type granites (mafic-rich variant of GG) and monzogranites (low silica high magnesium: LSHM, intermediate variant of GG and high silica low magnesium: HSLM, pink granite variant). Their field expressions and the corresponding geochemical signatures can be attributed to a combination of partial melting and fractional crystallisation. The division of granites into a low-silica high-magnesium group indicates crust–mantle interactions (Closepet-granites), and a high-silica low-magnesium group points toward pure crustal melting (monzogranites). The Chotanagpur Gneissic Complex (CGC) is characterized by the Makrohar Granulite Belt (MGB) at its north‐western margin parallel to Son‐Narmada lineaments. The MGB exhibits a typical association of mantle‐derived mafic tholeiitic and alkaline rocks along with the felsic units. The zircon U–Pb data on the intrusive granite gneiss from this association define a crystallization age of 1,498 ± 38 Ma, representing a widespread Mesoproterozoic within‐plate magmatic event in CGC synchronous with the breakup of the Columbia Supercontinent. These granite gneisses have an alkaline affinity and are metaluminous in character. They exhibit many of the geochemical characteristics of anorogenic (A‐type) magmas, including enrichment of incompatible trace elements, like Zr, Hf, Nb, Y, Ga, and rare earth elements (REE), but low in Ba and Sr as well as high FeOt/(FeOt + MgO) (~0.98) values and Ga/Al (~3.92) ratios. They show less fractionated REE patterns, characterized by relatively enriched LREE and flat HREE with negative Eu anomaly, and have high Zr‐saturation temperatures (~955°C). Considering their field characteristics and all the geochemical and isotopic features, we conclude that they were derived from melting the lower crust metasomatized by mantle‐derived alkali‐rich fluids due to asthenospheric upwelling. The Leo Pargil dome (LPD) in northwest India exposes an interconnected network of pre-, syn-, and post-kinematic leucogranite dikes and sills that pervasively intrude amphibolite-facies metapelites of the mid-crustal Greater Himalayan sequence. Leucogranite bodies range from thin (5-cm-wide) locally derived sills to thick (2-m-wide) crosscutting dikes extending at least 100 m. Three-dimensional exposures elucidate crosscutting relations between different phases of melt injection and crystallization. Combined laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry U-Th/Pb geochronology and trace element analysis on well-characterized monazite grains from nineteen representative leucogranites yields a large, internally consistent data set of approximately 700 U-Th/Pb and 400 trace element analyses. Grain-scale variations in age correlate with trace element distributions and indicate semi continuous crystallization of monazite from 30 to 18 Ma. The youngest U-Th/Pb ages in a given sample are consistent with the outcrop-scale crosscutting relations, whereas older ages within individual samples record inheritance from partially crystallized melt and source metapelites. U-Th/Pb isotopic and trace element data are incorporated into a model of melting within the LPD that involves (1) steady-state equilibrium batch melting of compositionally homogeneous metapelitic sources; (2) pulses of increased melt mobility lasting 1-2 m.y. resulting in segregation of melt from its source and amalgamation into mixed magmas; and (3) rapid emplacement and final crystallization of leucogranite bodies. Melt systems in the LPD evolved from locally derived, in situ melt in migmatitic source rocks into a vast network of dikes and sills in the overlying non-migmatitic host rocks.
