Abstract

The government is responsible for providing various aspects of state life, including services to meet health and education needs. The importance of this research is to determine how Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu uses digital platforms to improve the capabilities of its human resources and solve unsolved problems. The headquarters of the Tirta Darma Ayu Regional Public Company for Drinking Water is the location of this qualitative research. This research collects data through interviews, documentation, and observation. Instead, this study uses the dimensions of strategy, human resource capacity, and service quality. Three suboptimal aspects: reliability, responsiveness, and empathy are the things that many customers complain about. experiencing problems with the complaint service information system that uses digital platforms. According to this study, public service human resources are still less able to use digital platforms. Therefore, the researcher suggests several methods, such as automating quality, building and developing a Service Information system, adding qualified technicians, providing instructions on how to communicate customer wishes, and providing clear and accurate information. 12. Optimization of preparation parameters of palm oil-based nanofuel with MWCNT for stability using Taguchi-grey relation analysis (GRA) combination.

Abstract

This research optimizes the preparation parameters of palm oil-based nanofuel and Multi Wall Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT) to produce stable nanofuel. The parameters optimized include stirrer speed, sonication time, sonication power, and surfactant ratio, with stability measured through absorbance and sedimentation ratio (SR). The Taguchi method, using an L9 orthogonal array designed with minitab 19.0 software, was employed for single-objective optimization, while Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) is applied for multi-objective optimization. Experimental results show that the optimal conditions for absorbance are stirrer speed of 1000 rpm, sonication time of 30 minutes, sonication power of 200 watts, and surfactant ratio of 1, whereas for sedimentation ratio the optimal conditions are stirrer speed of 1000 rpm, sonication time of 30 minutes, sonication power of 150 watts, and surfactant ratio of 1. ANOVA analysis reveals that surfactant concentration contributes the most to nanofuel stability, with contributions of 79.63% for absorbance and 82.60% for sedimentation ratio. Multi-objective GRA optimization results also show that surfactant concentration is the most dominant factor, contributing 71.5% to the Grey Relational Grade (GRG). The consistency of optimal parameters yielded by both Taguchi and GRA methods reinforces the validity and consistency of this study's results. This research provides a strong foundation for the development of more stable nanofuels, potentially enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability. Abstract

An arrhythmia is an irregular heartbeat. Many researchers in the AI field have carried out the automatic classification of arrhythmias, and the issue that has been widely discussed is imbalanced data. A popular technique for overcoming this problem is the synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE) technique. In this paper, the author adds some sampling of data obtained from other datasets into the primary dataset. In this case, the main dataset is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology-Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) arrhythmia database and an additional dataset from the MIT-BIH supraventricular arrhythmia database. The classification process is carried out with one-dimensional convolutional neural network model (1D-CNN) to perform multiclass and subject-class advancement of medical instrumentation (AAMII) classifications. Abstract

Permasalahan yang terkait dengan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana perkembangan madzhab kebebasan berfikir pada pesantren modern. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi Hakikat perkembangan madzhab dan kebebasan berfikir dan menganalisis perkembangan madzhab kebebasan berfikir pada pesantren modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut:(a) sumber data langsung dalam situasi yang wajar, (b) bersifat deskriptif, (c) mengutamakan proses daripada produk atau hasil, (d) analisis data secara deskriptif, dan (e) mengutamakan makna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perkembangan madzhab Kebebasan berpikir pada pesantren modern, ini terkait kebebasan berpikir dalam mengakui perihal yang dianggap positif. dalam hal ini Pengembangan pesantren Freedom of Thinking atau Kebebasan Berekspresi di pesantren modern bertujuan untuk memperluas pengetahuan masyarakat Pesantren dan melihat lebih dalam terkait ilmu pengetahuan. Jika masyarakat pesantren tidak mengikuti kebebasan berpikir, situasi yang jauh lebih maju akan membuat mereka jauh tertinggal. Secara umum, mazhab adalah tempat kembali untuk referensi fiqh, bimbingan umat Islam yang dikenal sebagai empat mazhab, yaitu mazhab Maliki, Hanafi, Syafi`I, dan Hanbali. Bermadzhab yang benar dapat dicapai dengan mengakui bahwa pemahaman kita tentang perbedaan pendapat sektarian adalah sesuatu yang sehat dan wajar, bukan sesuatu yang rumit atau menyimpang dari Islam., The problem related to this research is how the development of the madzhab of freedom of thought in modern pesantren. The purpose of this study is to identify the nature of the development of madhhab and freedom of thought and to analyze the development of madzhab of freedom of thought in modern pesantren. This research uses descriptive-analytic method with a qualitative approach. This approach has the following characteristics: (a) direct data sources in reasonable situations, (b) descriptive, (c) prioritizing processes rather than products or results, (d) descriptive data analysis, and (e) prioritizing meaning. Based on the results of research on the development of the Freedom of thought school in modern Islamic boarding schools, this is related to freedom of thought in acknowledging things that are considered positive. in this case the development of the Islamic boarding school Freedom of Thinking or Freedom of Expression in modern boarding schools aims to broaden the knowledge of the Islamic boarding school community and take a deeper look at science. If the pesantren community does not follow the freedom of thought, a much more advanced situation will leave them far behind. In general, schools are the place of return for reference to fiqh, the guidance of Muslims known as the four schools of thought, namely the Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi`I, and Hanbali schools. True mazhab can be achieved by acknowledging that our understanding of sectarian differences of opinion is something that is healthy and natural, not something that is complicated or deviates from Islam.

Abstract

Water is a very important source of energy needed by living things. Water has the property of flowing from a higher place to a lower place. Therefore it is necessary to optimize using a water pump to drain water to the desired place according to needs. In general, pumps that are used to move water from one place to another are generally used by an electric motor to rotate the pump. In maintaining the optimal level, an electric motor capacity that is in accordance with the pump capacity is needed. Determination of this capacity is related to the amount of motor power required to drive the pump. With a good motor capacity, the efficiency of the pump can be increased. Based on the calculation of the total head in the piping system at the sandfilter tank pump, it is 18,708 m with a power of 5.06 kW and the working efficiency of the electric motor for the sandfilter tank is 67.46%.Keywords : Efficiency Electric Motor, Centrifugal Pump, Water, Head Loss

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia are held every five (5) years. In 2019, the elections were held simultaneously so that general elections could be carried out efficiently because it reduces time wastage. In the implementation of the General Election, using sheet C1 as a sheet to fill in the calculation results, the obstacles that often occur in the implementation of the election are often technical problems such as filling out the C1 sheet, which is still manual, and error input values. This study aims to create a new approach using the features in the C1 draft proposal for general elections to reduce mistakes and manual voting considerations. This study uses an artificial neural network method as a feature of the numerical value prediction process from the proposed new C1 sheet. The neural network method used is the Backpropagation technique, where the machine will recognize each number so that the calculation process will be faster. With the election feature, the C1 design for this gets the results that this feature can detect the writing of numbers accurately with an accuracy rate of 98%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
