This investigation involves a comprehensive analysis of the flow characteristics, including velocity profiles, pressure distribution, temperature distribution and streamlines of an electroosmotic induced peristaltic flow of a nanofluid in a porous channel. The hybrid nanofluid's influence on heat transfer and convective cooling is studied in detail. The research incorporates numerical simulations to model the coupled effects of electroosmosis and peristalsis, providing insights into the synergistic impact on fluid transport and thermal performance. Results indicate that the hybrid nanofluid exhibits unique thermal and rheological properties. We found that stronger electric fields enhance heat transfer and higher Soret number indicates stronger thermal gradients. The findings contribute to the understanding of complex fluid dynamics in microchannels, offering valuable insights for designing advanced systems for thermal and transport properties in microfluidic devices, drug delivery, and biomedical engineering. It is seen that with the increase in Biviscosity parameter, the velocity profile rises 5%. Further it is seen that rising 2% in Biviscosity parameter ξ, the temperature profile rise 2.5%. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) most recent estimates show that between 35,000 and 62,000 injuries occur every year due to forklift-related accidents. According to the National Safety Council (NSC) data, approximately 78 fatalities are reported every year. Moreover, manual loading and unloading of heavy items is time-consuming and poses significant risks to workers in small and crowded warehouses. To address these safety and efficiency concerns cost-effectively, an automated robotic forklift prototype was developed. The key features of this industrial robot include full rotational mobility with a zero-degree turning radius, which reduces the time and space required to turn around corners. It can be operated remotely via a mobile phone using Bluetooth or wi-fi. The motion control system, based on the ESP-32 microcontroller, significantly enhances its operational efficiency compared to manual operation. This study evaluates the performance of the robotic forklift prototype, cost-effectiveness, with loading and unloading capabilities as effective solutions to the challenges faced by workers. Additionally, structural analysis using Ansys confirmed that the design can safely withstand forces 60% greater than the intended design load of 50 N. Furthermore, the maximum stress experienced by the fork is 67% below the material yield strength, further demonstrating robustness and reliability. The integration of advanced technology and Eco-friendly design positions this forklift as a viable and sustainable option for improving material handling in various industrial sectors. Endoscopy, in medical sciences, is a modern mechanism for the examination of internal remote organs by the direct insertion of the illuminated tube inside the body. It also transports the fluid with the movement of contraction and relaxation. The current study aims to explore the peristaltic propulsion of ethylene glycol‐based graphene oxide nanofluid through an endoscope. The considered nanofluid depicts shear‐thinning aspects, which are described by the Carreau–Yasuda fluid model. The modified Darcy's law is employed to describe the porosity of the medium. For a precise calculation, the modified Buongiorno model is adopted with the incorporated Maxwell's model, Brownian motion parameter, and variable for the thermophoresis effect. The mathematical problem linearized under the lubrication approach is solved numerically through Mathematica. After using the experimentally found values of Carreau–Yasuda fluid parameters for different levels of nanoparticle proportion, It is concluded that there is a slight decline in the velocity and the temperature of the nanofluid. Furthermore, a larger Biot number contributes significantly to the heat transfer coefficient. Fluid flow is assisted by a rise in the Darcy porosity parameter. This article aims to investigate the hall current consequences on the transfer of clean water containing silver in addition to copper nanoparticles suspended nanofluids through vertical rotating channel. Boussinesq approximation is taken into consideration. Exact analytical solutions of governing equations subject to physical boundary conditions are obtained using the techniques of non‐dimensionalization. The impacts of Grashof number, radiation parameter, Prandlt number, frequency parameter, magnetic parameter, Hall parameter, parameter of rotation and its effects on primary as well as secondary velocity and temperature profiles are presented graphically. We analyze the Hall effects and mixed convection in magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of nanofluids through a vertical rotating channel, based on extensive research and applications. An analytical approach is used to derive the exact solution to this problem. A comparative study for silver and copper nanoparticles is made. A tabular solution for impacts of said parameters on convection rate and skin friction coefficient is also presented. This study is applicable for geophysical dynamics and engineering applications. Ciliary‐driven flows manifest prominently in various physiological and biological phenomena, serving as micro mixers in cilia‐based actuators, regulating flow in small biosensors, and functioning as micro pumps in drug‐delivery systems. Although there are some studies on cilia driven flows, however, electroosmotic flow of Williamson nanofluid in a non‐uniform ciliated channel has not been reported before. Keeping in view, the present study aims to investigate electroosmotic transport of blood through a non‐uniform wavy ciliated channel. The Williamson fluid model is employed to investigate the properties of blood. Graphene oxide nanoparticles are inserted within blood to examine the flow and thermal characteristics. Moreover, streamline patterns, average pressure rise, and temperature contours are also portrayed against sundry physical parameters to present a detailed physical analysis. The obtained results revealed that concentration profile declines with Eckert number Ec,$Ec,$ Soret number Sr$Sr$, Weissenberg number We,$We,$ and nanoparticle volume fraction ϕ$\phi $ while it enhances with Grashof number Gr$Gr$. Temperature of the fluid significantly drops by enhancing Grashof number Gr$Gr$ and volume flow rate Q,$Q,$ while it rises with Eckert number Ec,$Ec,$ Weissenberg number We,$We,$ and nanoparticle volume fraction ϕ$\phi $. The average pressure rise per unit wavelength escalates with a rise in the volume fraction of nanoparticles (ϕ) in the peristaltic pumping region. However, beyond a critical value, it diminishes in the free and augmented pumping regions. Streamline patterns indicates a shrinking in the size of trapping bolus by enhancing the volume flow rate Q.$Q.$ Temperature contours are significantly influenced by enhancing the Eckert number Ec$Ec$. This study focuses on the analysis of peristaltic transport of a hybrid nanofluid comprising deionized water as a base fluid and the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and copper oxide (CuO) as nanoparticles within a sinusoidal wavy porous duct, taking into consideration the influence of heat generation or absorption. The inaugural literature piece addresses the utilization of hybrid nanofluid in the context of peristaltic flow within ducts. To simplify the analysis, we have converted the non-dimensional equations into a two-dimensional (2D) coordinate system using the assumptions of a very long wavelength (δ < 1) and low Reynolds number (Re). The non-dimensional equations governing the behavior of the hybrid nanofluid are then solved numerically using the finite volume method. Numerical solutions for temperature and the 2D peristaltic flow are obtained with the assistance of the Mathematics software MATLAB. These solutions are subsequently represented graphically using MATLAB software. The graphical results highlight several key findings for important parameters. First, it is observed that the pressure rise, temperature profile, and pressure gradient in the hybrid nanofluid (CuMWCNTs/H2O) flow increases as heat generation increases. Furthermore, an increase in the nanoparticle volume fraction of both nanoparticles leads to a decrease in the pressure rise and pressure gradient in the hybrid nanofluid flow. Additionally, the widening of the channel reduces the pressure gradient and pressure rise in the CuMWCNTs/H2O hybrid nanofluid. The analysis also includes the visualization of streamlines for peristaltic transport. These streamlines reveal that an increase in amplitude results in larger bolus sizes, while heightened heat generation has the opposite effect, decreasing bolus sizes. The results of this investigation can be found in various cooling devices as flows in the ducts are very frequently utilized for the cooling process of engines. A further topic is common in applications related to microfluidics, heat exchangers, and biomedical devices where peristaltic pumping is employed.
