application/pdf, エゴマは、アジア原産の油糧作物で、α‐リノレン酸を多量に含むことから機能性食材として注目を集めている。本研究では、十勝地方に適したエゴマ品種の選抜を目的に、現在十勝地方で栽培されている在来品種「北海道在来」と北日本を原産とする10品種を2018年と2019年に帯広市において栽培し、草型特性や収量構成要素、収量等を比較した。北海道在来は、2年間の栽培を通じ、全品種の中で種子収量と油収量が最も高かった。北海道在来は、入植の際に本州から持ち込まれたエゴマ品種の中から北海道の環境に適したものが生産者によって選び出され、在来種として定着したものと考えられる。青森県原産の「大畑」や群馬県原産の「イクサ」は、北海道在来と同等の高い種子収量と油収量を示した。これらの品種は、十勝地方のエゴマ品種の多様性を高めるための直接的な栽培利用が期待できる。調査した特性間の相関分析により、種子収量は1次分枝数と花序数によって強く決定づけられることが分かった。岩手県原産の「二戸」や「軽米」は、北海道在来よりも多くの1次分枝や花序を分化する傾向を示した。これらの品種は、より生産性の高い品種を育成する際の育種母本としての利用が期待できる。, Perilla is an oilseed crop endemically grown in Asia. With its rich alpha-linolenic acid content, perilla attracts much attention as the food with health-promoting benefits. In this study, we cultivated the native varieties of perilla including “Hokkaido-zairai” grown exclusively in Tokachi region and other 10 varieties collected from the northern region of Japan in 2018 and 2019, and compared their growth and yields to select the suited varieties for promoting the production of perilla in Tokachi region. Through the two year’s cultivation, Hokkaido-zairai showed the highest grain and oil yields among 11 varieties. Probably, Hokkaidozairai was established as a native variety of Hokkaido after the repeated selection by the farmers who thirsted for elite crops adaptive to their climatic environments. “Ohata” from Aomori prefecture and “Ikusa” from Gunma prefecture also showed high grain and oil yields comparable to Hokkaidozairai. Those varieties could be used in a direct way for diversifying the varieties of perilla in Tokachi region. Correlation analysis deduced that the grain yield was decided principally by the number of primary branches and spikes. “Ninohe” and “Karumai” both from Iwate prefecture tended to develop many primary branches and spikes than Hokkaidozairai. Those varieties are profitable as the breeding materials for improving the productivity of perilla.

application/pdf, 十勝地方での栽培に適したラッカセイ品種の選択を行うため、早晩性の異なる5 つのラッカセイ品種（早生品種：タチマサリ、郷の香、中生品種：ナカテユタカ、おおまさり、晩生品種：千葉半立）を帯広畜産大学実験圃場で栽培した。2017 年5 月29 日に、それぞれの品種を直播、および移植により栽植し、その後の開花習性や収量を評価した。開花に要した日数は、いずれの品種も直播よりも移植を行った区で短かった。直播を行った区、移植を行った区とも、タチマサリ、郷の香、ナカテユタカ、おおまさり、千葉半立の順で開花を行った。この序列は、本州において栽培した際の品種の早晩性に合致するものであった。子実収量は、全ての品種において直播よりも移植を行った区で高かった。また、早生品種ほど子実収量が高い傾向が示された。開花が早い株ほど降霜前に多くの莢を稔らせることができ稔実粒数が多かったことから、子実収量の差は生産される稔実粒数の違いに起因したと考えられる。タチマサリと郷の香では、栽植方法にかかわらず子実収量が全国の平均値（180g/m2）を上回った。早生品種は十勝地方の環境に対する適性が高く、これらを用いることにより全国平均以上の収量を得られることが明らかになった。また、中生品種のナカテユタカとおおまさりについては、移植を行った区で子実収量が約180g/m2 に達した。中生品種を用いる場合、移植などにより花芽分化を早め、7 月上旬までに開花を行わせることで全国平均と同程度の子実収量を得られることが示された。, To select the varieties of groundnut suitable for the cultivation in Tokachi region, five varieties with different earliness (early variety: Tachimasari and Satonoka, medium variety: Nakateyutaka and Ohmasari, late variety: Chibahandachi) were grown at the experimental field of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. In May-29, 2017, cultivation of groundnuts was started by planting the five varieties with two different manners, direct seeding and transplanting, respectively, and then, flowering habit, yield components and grain yield of the plants were investigated. In all the varieties, number of days to flowering was shorter in the plots of transplanting than in those of direct seeding. Tachimasari first attained to the flowering period in both planting plots, followed by Satonoka, Nakateyutaka, Ohmasari and Chibahandachi. This flowering order roughly corresponded to their earliness observed when they are grown in the main land of Japan. Higher grain yield was observed in early variety. Also, in each variety, plants grown by transplanting showed higher grain yield. Since, legume plants including groundnut are susceptible to frost injury, plants flowered earlier have an advantage to produce more fertile pods before frost period. Regardless of the planting manner, the two early variety, Tachimasari and Satonoka, which are better suited for the environment of Tokachi region, showed the highest grain yields exceeding the value of the national average (180g/m2). Medium varieties, Nakateyutaka and Ohmasari, also have adequacy of cultivation in Tokachi region, which allow the grain yield comparative to the national average if the plants are grown by transplanting and can make flowers until early July.

application/pdf, マツ科樹木の樹液精油の施用が、夏ホウレンソウの収量や食味の改善に有効であるかを検証した。試験は2013 年に帯広畜産大学実験圃場内のビニルハウスにおいて行った。ハウス内の土壌を3 分画し、それぞれに樹液精油を10a あたり0kg(0kg 区)、1.5kg(1.5kg 区)、3.0kg(3.0kg 区) 施用した。ホウレンソウ品種「ジョーカーセブン」を育苗し、8月2 日に畝間25cm、株間10cm で1 点2 株になるようそれぞれの区に移植した。移植後の各区の苗をさらに3 分画し、それぞれに400ppm の樹液精油を毎週葉面散布する( 多散布)、隔週散布する( 少散布)、散布しない( 無散布) という葉面散布処理を施した。移植31 日後にホウレンソウを収穫し、1 点あたりの収量を計測した。分散分析の結果、収量に対する土壌施用、葉面散布施用、およびそれらの相互作用の全ての効果が認められた。土壌施用の効果については、1.5kg/10a 量以上の樹液精油を施用することによって、無施用の場合よりも収量が高くなることが示された。葉面散布施用の効果については、400ppm 濃度の樹液精油を7 日おきに葉面散布することで、無散布の場合よりも収量が高くなることが示された。土壌施用と葉面散布施用の組み合わせで最も収量が高かったのは、1.5kg/10a －多散布の組み合わせで、生重量は42.2g と樹液精油を全く施用しなかった0kg 区－無散布の28.3g に比べ約5 割も高くなった。また、樹液精油の施用がよるホウレンソウの葉の成分に及ぼす効果を調べるため、収穫後の葉身の硝酸還元酵素の活性、硝酸イオン含有量、および糖含有量を計測した。硝酸還元酵素の活性は、樹液精油を葉面散布により施用することで低下した。一方、えぐみの原因のひとつとされる硝酸イオンの含有量は、樹液精油を施用しても変化しなかった。糖含有量は葉面散布施用の回数が多いほど高くなった。しかし、この糖含有量の変化は人が味覚として感知できる水準のものではなかった。本研究結果から、夏ホウレンソウの栽培において、マツ科樹木の樹液精油は収量の改善に効果的であると考えられた。

application/pdf, シソ科の塊茎作物であるチョロギ（Stachys sieboldii）の十勝地方における栽培適性を評価した。帯広畜産大学の実験圃場に 4つの試験区を作り、それぞれを本州における慣行栽培に従う「対照区」、土壌をビニルマルチで被覆する「ビニルマルチ区」、そしてリビングマルチとしてオオムギ、あるいはヘアリーベッチを混作する「オオムギ区」と「ベッチ区」とした。2012年5月31日に、チョロギの苗をそれぞれの区に移植し栽培を開始した。そして収穫後の11月に稔った塊茎の収量を試験区間で比較した。チョロギでは使用認可を得た除草剤がないため、栽培期間中の雑草との競合が問題となった。対照区とオオムギ区、ベッチ区では、栽培開始後まもなく雑草との競合が起こり、生育盛期には株が雑草で覆い尽くされてしまった。5月末からのチョロギ栽培では、リビングマルチによる雑草防除効果が期待できないことがわかる。一方、ビニルマルチ区では効果的に雑草が防除され、チョロギ株が旺盛に生育した。対照区の塊茎収量は、459.2±131.8g/㎡であった。本州における平均塊茎収量が300〜600g/㎡であることから、慣行栽培を模倣することで十勝地方においても本州並みの収量が期待できることが示された。これに対し、オオムギ区とベッチ区では塊茎収量がいずれも対照区より低かった。一方、ビニルマルチ区では、塊茎収量が1175.1±317.0g/㎡と対照区に比べ明らかに高い値となった。ビニルマルチによる雑草防除効果と地温維持効果によって収量が改善されたと考えられる。本試験から、十勝地方においてもチョロギの栽培が可能であり、多収化にはビニルマルチの利用が効果的であることが明らかとなった。

application/pdf, 春播きしたナタネ品種，「キラリボシ」と「ナナシキブ」の収量に対する栽植密度と窒素施肥量の効果を調査し，十勝地方においてナタネの春播き栽培を行うための適切な栽培管理方法を模索した。栽植密度（密植：25cm 畦間と秋播き栽培の標準植：50cm 畦間）と窒素施肥（N-4.0kg/10a，N-8.0kg/10a，およびN-12.0kg/10a）を処理要素とした相互組み合わせによる６つの処理区を設置し，2009年５月７日にキラリボシとナナシキブの播種を行った。そして，収穫時に各処理区ごとに個体の形態特性と単位面積あたりの種子収量と油脂収量を計測した。キラリボシでは，個体の草丈に対する窒素施肥の効果が認められ，窒素肥料を8.0kg/10a や12.0kg/10a 施用した区で4.0kg/10a 施用した区より草丈が高くなった。その結果，窒素肥料を8.0kg/10a 以上施用した区では試験期間中に株の倒伏が生じた。両品種とも，密植した区で単位面積あたりの種子収量や油脂収量が高くなった。ナナシキブでは，密植を行った区のうち窒素肥料を4.0kg/10a 施用した区で種子収量と油脂収量が最も高くなった。十勝地方におけるナタネの春播き栽培では，秋播き栽培に比べ栽植密度を高く設定した方が高収量を期待できると考えられる。また，倒伏の回避や収量の点から窒素施肥量を8.0kg/10a より少なく抑えたほうが好ましいと考えられる。, The effects of plant density and nitrogen application to the yield of canola, "Kirariboshi" and "Nanashikibu", sowed in the spring were studied for understanding optimal cultivation methods of spring-sowing canola in Tokachi. The experiment had 2 x 3 factorial designs for respective varieties with plant density (dense planting by 25cm furrow and standard planting in winter-sowing canola by 50cm furrow) and nitrogen application (N-4.0kg/10a, N-8.0kg/10a, and N-12.0kg/10a) as factors. The seeds of Kirariboshi and Nanashikibu were sown in those 6 experimental plots on 7-May 2009. Then, at the harvest time, morphological characters of individual plants, and grain-yield and oil-yield per unit area were recorded for the respective treatment plots. Positive effect of nitrogen application to the plant height was detected for Kirariboshi. Plants in the plots with the nitrogen application of 8.0kg/10a and 12kg/10a were taller than those in the rest plots, resulting in severe lodging during the cultivation period. In both of the varieties, higher grain-yield and oil-yields were observed at the plots where dense planting was performed. Among the dense planting plots of Nanashikibu, both yields came to be the highest with nitrogen application of 4.0kg/10a. It is considered that the dense planting by narrower furrow than the standard spacing of winter-sowing canola, and nitrogen application less than 8.0kg/10a are appropriate for the cultivation of spring-sowing canola in Tokachi with regard to the yields as well as the prevention of plant lodging.

application/pdf, The Loess Plateau, situated in north-west China, has been subjected to degradation of vegetation owing to overgrazing. In order to clarify the effects of grazing and cutting on vegetation and productivity of shrub-steppe, the study was carried out from May in 1989 to October in 1991 in the Pastoral Preserving Zone of Yunwu Mountain. The vegetation was monthly surveyed, and DM weights of dominant species were separately measured. Soil samples were taken at three selected sites and one overgrazed site and these chemical analysis were made. Relative abundance of species was calculated on the base of the total frequency of 7835. Gramineae showed the highest value (26 %), followed by Compositae (24 %) and Leguminosae (12 %). During 3 experimental years, the significant increasers were T i onella ruthenica and Potentilla acaulis, and the significant decreasers were Poa sphondylodes, Agropy n cris atum, Potentilla bifurca and Heteropappus altaicus. Species diversity was apparently lower in the cutting plots than in the other plots. According to the result of ordination by principal component analysis, T igonella ruthenica, Carex spp., Aneurolepidium dasystachys and Thermopsi lanceolata were indicator species under natural recovery from overgrazed condition. Artemisia frigida and Potentilla acaulis were typical species in grazing plots. According to monthly aerial DM productions, Stipa bungeana showed excellent regrowth after cutting or grazing, and contributed to higher aerial DM production. Stipa ungeana showed significantly lower values of important nutritional elements and higher values of neutral detergent fiber than other species. The result of soil analysis suggests that total carbon and phosphorus contents may relate with the rate of the rehabilitation from overgrazed condition of steppes., 中国北西部に位置する黄土高原は過放牧のためにその植生が荒廃しつつある。そこで,かん木ステップの植生と生産性におよぼす刈取りと放牧の影響を明らかにするために,1989年5月から1991年10月までの間，雲霧山草原保護区において研究を実施した。毎月,植生を調査し,優先種のDM重を種別に測定した。また,土壌を3試験地と過放牧地から採取して,化学分析を行った。植物の総出現頻度は7835個であり,この結果について種の相対出現頻度を求めた。イネ科がもっとも多く(26%),次いでキク科(24%)とマメ科(12%)が多かった。実験を行った3 年間で,有意に増加した種はTrigonella ruthenicaとPotentilla acaulis であり,有意に減少した種はPoaphondylodes, Agropyron cristaum, Potentillabifurca, Heteropappus altaicus であった。種の多様性は他の処理区より刈取り区で明らかに低かった。主成分分析による座標付けの結果では,Trigonella ruthenica,カヤツリグサ類, Aneurolepidium dasystachys,Thermopsis lanceolata は過放牧の状態から自然に回復する時の指標種であった。Artemisia frigida とPotentilla acaulis は放牧区において顕著な種であった。月ごとの地上部DM 生産量について, Stipa bungeanaは刈取りや放牧の後に非常に良好な再生力を示し,その結果として高い地上部DM 生産量を達成していた。また,Stipa bungeana は他の種と比べて主要な栄養素が有意に低く,逆に繊維成分は有意に高かった。土壌分析の結果から,総炭素とリンの濃度は,過放牧の状態からの回復の程度と関連していることが示唆された。
