International audience; By articulating our handbook around the key concepts of actors, territories and projects we propose a renewed approach for analyzing and teaching the management information systems. The handbook shows, through a systemic paradigm, that the question of the actors refer to the governance of information systems, the territories (functional and /or geographical) deserve to be approached through the prism of urbanization, and the projects are the basis of relevant strategies where information systems are aligned with business objectives.

Abstract

Le pilotage du système d'information dans une organisation reste une tâche délicate et souvent mal comprise.
